"Housed in a listed building dating back to 1903, this restaurant is run in a down-to-earth yet professional and carefully considered way – and that goes for the atmosphere, the service and the food. The name (Swedish for "field") is a nod to the Nordic roots of owner Björn Swanson and the ingredient-led style of cooking cultivated by the kitchen team. The seven-course modern set menu draws on international influences and impresses with dishes such as excellent-quality and perfectly cooked scallop served with a wonderfully harmonious buttery Barigoule foam with saffron. The combination of braised cucumber, Earl Grey and quince vinegar, which brings a pleasant freshness, is also excellent. There are alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks pairings to accompany the set menu. There is little separating the kitchen from diners, so you can watch the chefs at work. The lively, friendly atmosphere in this small restaurant is appealing. The chef personally presents some of the dishes." - Michelin Inspector

Second visit – loving the new kitchen style! The execution of each dish shows excellent command of flavor, temperature, and layering. The Tom Yum asparagus dish is particularly stunning — the use of ginger in replace a spicy kick is a thoughtful touch. Looking forward to coming back to try the new menu!

The cuisine, a delightful fusion of German, Scandinavian, and contemporary dishes, took us by surprise with each creative bite. The setting was cozy but intimate, elegant and truly charming. The service was nothing short of impeccable—attentive yet warm, adding a personal touch to the evening. The thoughtful selection of wines for pairing further enhanced the culinary journey. Overall, Faelt’s warm service, ambient charm, and inventive dishes came together to create l a memorable evening.

A very interesting culinary experience. Unique takes on flavour and ingredients made us excited to see what each next dish brings. Extremely interesting was the doughnut dish with caviar and the cabbage in different ways dish. Good wine pairing even though we felt it was quite pricey so perhaps better to order a bottle. Overall interesting experience that I would highly recommend for foodies. Restaurant was very accommodating for last minute reservation so be sure to contact them via email. Make sure you're comfortable with the pricing before you go which you can see on the website.

Day we came here only a vegetarian menu was available - what a surprise and fantastic coincidence! One of the best fine-dining experience in my life. Absolutely recommended!

A Minimalist Gem with Promising Depth Faelt presents itself as an intriguing minimalist restaurant, where the focus is clearly on flavor, seasonal expression, and thoughtful composition. The tasting menu showcases both restraint and creativity, with three standout courses: * White asparagus with Tom Yum sauce, crunchy onion, and baby noodles, surprises with its bold, aromatic punch—an unexpected but welcome twist on a spring classic. * Fake carbonara, where celery ribbons mimic tagliatelle in a pecorino-based sauce, complemented by parsley oil and a vegan bacon crumble, offers a sleek and well-balanced interplay of textures and savory notes. * Slow-cooked lamb tongue with lentils, lamb jus, and mushroom duxelles-filled beignets is a quiet triumph—delicate yet assertive, with a richness that lingers in memory. Service is warm and attentive, with a particularly engaging interaction with the head chef that adds a personal touch. The wine pairing is unpretentious yet well-matched to the menu, enhancing the experience without overpowering the dishes. While the menu is thoughtfully constructed, there remains potential to further explore and elevate the umami depth in one or two courses—an opportunity for the kitchen to reach even greater heights.

A perfect atmosphere for a lovely dinner. All the courses were interesting, thoughtful, and delicious. We've been to many Michelin starred restaurants and Faelt stands out. I thought they did a great job elevating each dish without being over the top or overdoing it, creating a welcoming place to enjoy the food and relax. Also don't skip the drink pairing, it was great to taste a bunch of German wines that went so well with the meal.

I had a truly lovely experience dining solo this evening. The wine pairings were incredibly on -point, and I loved the alt 80s sound track spinning in the background. I was delighted by the persistence of crunchiness throughout the courses, and especially loved the Kohlrabi, which felt like a crescendo. Amazing thanks to the sommelier and chefs for a great evening— 2 hours flew right by.
