Was in town on business and wanted to have dinner on a rooftop. This place was awesome. The food was outstanding. I had the burrata salad and the crabcake. Both were beautifully plated and also delicious. I went outside on the deck after I finished dinnerand had a drink. Got some beautiful pictures even though it was a bit cloudy. I usually stick with Prosecco but also noticed that they had some local craft beer offerings. Highly recommend this restaurant for the experience.

Google
What an overrated restaurant. This restaurant gives outdoor seating vibes vs “rooftop” if you catch my drift. Per the other reviews, small portions for the price is very accurate. The MOST disappointing thing for a restaurant of “this caliber” is they fry EVERYTHING in the same grease. So IF you have a SHELLFISH ALLERGY like I do, you won’t be able to eat anything fried, to include french fries!! Being plant based fries are typically a safe bet when at restaurants that aren’t plant based friendly. But frying everything in the same grease just seems very irresponsible. I order “spaghetti squash” which was 10 noodles sautéed in greasy, salty veggies. Absolutely NOT worth the price! If you want a rooftop vibe I suggest you head over to Merchant & Trade, which is where we went immediately after we left Fahrenheit to actually get the “rooftop vibe”. Their small menu offered more plant based friendly options and the staff was amazing!! We were able to see the fireworks from the baseball field across the street! They saved my night!

I recommended this place over any where else for roof top view. There are more space and not too busy. Food and drink it’s very good, kinda fusion between American and asian. It’s the best view. Our server is great.

Google
Beautiful city views, good drinks and before decor inside. Went during restaurant week and food was absolutely delish. Only complaint I had was the waitress wasn’t very engaged with my party. Didn’t ask how things were thru out our meal, and previous dishes were not cleared away before the next course was brought out. With it being an upscale environment I was expecting that. In any case I would go back again because the food was excellent.

Google
The atmosphere at Fahrenheit is amazing however temperature inside was cooler than expected...meaning either where sleeves or bring a jacket. The food...we ordered the Ahi Tuna nachos and although the wonton chips were amazing...it overpowered the Tuna. We ordered the pizza and it was amazing. We walked outside to check out the views and they were spectacular. Recommend outdoor seating!!!

Google
Great food, service and atmosphere! My husband and I went to Fahrenheit to celebrate my birthday and our server, Imani, made the experience phenomenal! We had the wagyu rib buns, porkchop and wasabi mashed potatoes, and wagyu rib over lo mein noodles. The food was very flavorful and tasted amazing. Our experience concluded with Imani bringing me a birthday dessert that was also delicious! Fantastic experience! If you want a great dining experience with the perfect date night vibes, go to Fahrenheit and don't forget to ask for Imani! 😉

Google
Absolutely lovely spot for a date or special occasion. Our server CJ was incredible and gave great recommendations. The lychee mocktail was delicious, although the lychee fruit looked like a shrimp. Overall recommend, but the price is a little high compared to food quality.

Google
Stopped in with high hopes and left with mixed feelings (and a light wallet). First off, the place could use some serious upgrades—seating felt like a cafeteria throwback, and the lack of AC made it feel more like a sauna than a dining experience. As for the food, let’s just say it was a hit-and-miss affair. Most of the dishes leaned bland, like someone whispered seasoning over them instead of using it. But shoutout to the salmon it came through like the headliner at an otherwise sleepy concert. The prices were doing the most for food that wasn’t. All in all, a solid 3 stars for effort, but this spot needs a little less heat and a little more flavor to earn a return trip.

Yelp
My friends and I went here to celebrate my Birthday with yummy desserts. The desserts were tasty. I got the blueberry cobbler. The presentation was beautiful with edible flowers on top of the cobbler but the taste was the best part. The juicy and warm blueberries filling, the sweetness from the compote with vanilla bean and Bourbon brown sugar. Our waitress also bought out a delicious Birthday dessert for me. The atmosphere is always a nice touch looking over the Queen City from the 21st floor with beautiful fire pits on the patio. The server was sweet and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again!

Yelp
My group of three ladies who attend the Nutcracker every Christmas (four years and running) decided to repeat last year's dining experience with three new members. Our reservation was set for 5:15pm, and our group arrived early enough to start the evening with a delicious cocktail in the gorgeous bar area. My cocktail choice was the Lady of the Dynasty, which has SelvaRey Coconut Rum, Tito's Vodka, Lychee Juice, Lychee Syrup, Lemon Juice, Coconut Cream, Clarified Milk, and a Toasted Coconut Rim. The term perfection is less than appropriate! We were escorted by one of their friendly hosts to the most epic of tables, which is a lovely semi-circular booth in the northeast corner of the dining room. It featured panoramic views of downtown Charlotte and was decorated in classy and festive holiday decor. The Executive Chef, Justin Loo, visited our table to greet the repeat customers and meet the new three members. He is an amazingly warm and sincere person and personifies the entire feeling at this elegant restaurant as being very upscale while also being warm and welcoming. He always treats us like family. The ladies and I shared the Dynamite Rock Shrimp, Ahi Poke Nachos, American Wagyu Short Rib Steam Buns, Tokyo Street Corn, and Crispy Brussels. For dinner we enjoyed the Margherita and Lobster pizzas, Slow Braised American Wagyu Short Ribs, Chicken Schnitzel, and a 10oz Hand Cut Filet. Each dish was extraordinary and exquisite! We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. Before leaving, we went outside to enjoy the spectacular vistas in the chilly winter air. It will not be more than a month or two before we repeat this memorable evening.

Yelp
Came here on a chilly Sunday evening. When you walk into the hotel lobby, they will point you in the direction of the specific elevator. Talk about ambiance. When you walk in, you feel the luxury and elegance. From the lighting to the wait staff, we were thoroughly impressed. We can only speak of the drinks but we highly recommend stopping here before you hit the town for a fun rooftop drink and photos. We even got to see someone get engaged!!! Indoor & outdoor seating (weather permitting). Make a reservation! This place filled up quite quickly

Yelp
Make a reservation ahead of time but know that you don't need to have a reservation to order a drink or just visit the patio. Food is expensive but the portions were very large. We were both stuffed after sharing two appetizers. We enjoyed the wagyu beef steamed buns and poke nachos. Afterwards, we enjoyed the skyline in the crispy Charlotte air. I had a really good time and it is a nice place to visit if you have someone visiting !

Yelp
Great ambiance and view. The only problem was that they spilled red wine on my date white shirt. $100 shirt, poof.... Gone to trash. Food was okay. No compensation for their mistakes. I'll never go back there.

Yelp
We went to Fahrenheit for restaurant week and the food blew my socks off! I have been hesitant to go here for years because I heard the food was iffy. I know they recently got a new chef and I must say the food was to die for! Ahi poke nachos were fantastic and the tuna melted in my mouth. I got the miso black cod which was only on the restaurant week menu but it was some of the best fish I have ever had. There was so much flavor, the fish was cooked perfectly, and it cut like butter. I really hope they consider putting this on their menu. My only suggestion would be that I wish there was more wasabi in the mashed potatoes, I couldn't taste the flavor.

Yelp
The view is the main reason to go to this rooftop bar and restaurant located in uptown Charlotte. Our group did not have reservations but because it was still early around 6:30pm, we had a great table near the window with great views. They had plenty of tables inside without a view. It is definitely a sleek hotspot especially on the balcony with picturesque panoramic skyline views and a large outdoor fireplace. The food was good and our server was great.

Yelp
Wonderful food and service. View is also amazing. It's a plus that they also have valet. Service was top notch. I came here with a party of 20ish. Food was delicious. I got the surf and turf and it was prepared so well. Their lobster mac and cheese was also a nice option to have. Their mocktails were also amazing!

Yelp
Went to experience their restaurant week special. Overall the experience was great but a few things did take away from it being stupendous. First they charge a 20% tax on all restaurant week orders. I believe that takes away from the special, but also that tax went towards our whole ticket not just restaurant week items. Kate was attentive to us and gave me recommendations for what to get that I appreciated. However I got the sushi bake and it came with roasted Nori, the Nori was kind of stale and they did not pack it with my food to go. I had only eaten two of them so it was very upset that they were not packed with my food. The spinach salad was amazing; Kate recommended that, loved it! I substituted the bacon for blue cheese which went perfectly with the salad. We got the starter bread that cost if you order only from the restaurant week menu. It was great, warm, moist, and paired with an amazing Truffle oil. My friend got the restaurant week Queens feast. They ordered the Rock shrimp, short rib, and brown butter peach cheesecake. The shrimp and cheesecake both had them amazed. Perfectly prepared and portions. The short rib fell short slightly. It was tender whoever had only a small amount of the sauce and was not seasoned. It was very bland when eaten by itself. The Lo Mein and vegetables that came with it were amazing. They got a Bourbon old fashioned that only tasted of bitters and ice. Old fashions are none for being spirit forward and this one did not meet expectations. As always I love the view and environment here and believe it is worth a try.

Yelp
The ambiance of this place is beautiful. I was excited to come try as I heard a lot of good and mixed reviews. To start off the location is beautiful as you have a view of the entire Charlotte Queen City. The food menu sounds absolutely amazing. The vibes of the restaurant was also pretty nice. Now, when it comes to ordering the food, I wouldn't say that the description matches the exact taste of the food. What I mean is the price point of the items compared to what you actually receive is not really worth what you get. The steak we ordered was not cooked to what we asked. Maybe it was just me expecting more but the potatoes that came with the steak also was very bland. Had not much of a taste to it. I can eat somewhere else with a lesser price point, but much more amazing quality and taste. Overall, I would say it was nice to finally go and visit and try out the restaurant. The view was nice, but I wouldn't go back for food nothing really wowed me to try again.

Yelp
Michael was an awesome server. The host Monday was nice. We came for happy hour. I was told as a visitor that it would be a great place to see the skyline and it was The restaurant is clean and the views were awesome. The happy hour was great with a micro menu with diverse options for $5. Enjoyed my pinot and marg with the sliders and shareable fries.
google avatar

Yelp
Come for the view. The elevator is clearly marked in the lobby. There's only one so the wait can get lengthy at rush hour. If you don't have dinner reservations then your best best is just ordering something at the bar. The view is great, so go sit outside. They have some nice fireplaces and limited comfortable seating. There's some bar high tops around the outside and it was easy to get a seat even on a Saturday night but maybe because it was just starting to warm up.

Yelp
Just like with people, sometimes a second chance is warranted. My daughter wanted to celebrate her Sweet 16 here. Because of my last dismal thoughts of the food I wasn't thrilled but she wanted a rooftop experience and the other restaurant she was eyeing was adults only. I must say I was happy with everything this time, including the food that I reluctantly ordered. Like I heard, the cocktails are top tier. This time what I got did taste fresh, well prepared and slightly seasoned. My daughter and friends had a wonderful experience. She said her waiter even got the kitchen staff to take the truffles off of their fries . As you can see, they took full advantage of the views, which I guess is what you're really paying for. Would I go again, probably not. But I am happy I gave them a 2nd try.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was still slow but quality of the food was there. The weather is perfect for a rooftop. The views help the drinks taste better lol . Dylan the server was amazing ! I'm glad they were open for our Kate dinner! ( closed at midnight on Friday's )

Yelp
Sadly I have to say, DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time & money. Hugely underwhelming. Let's start with the staff - who are not friendly. The host did not greet us with a smile but a comment of "is your whole party here? You have 15 minutes before you lose your reservation" ummmm okayyyy..... Service wasn't great either. I think it was his second day as he mumbled through our meal, didn't have a good pace and asked to clear plates that blatantly still had food on them multiple times. Food is overpriced. My friend ordered the $16 Greek salad which had no lettuce but only cucumber, tomato, feta & onion?! For $16?! Sheesh. My $21 drink was bland and nothing special. I don't understand the hype around this place. Teeny menu with large price tags, $20-24 drinks that you can get for 16/17 across the street! There are so many other, better, rooftop bars here to check out downtown. Leave this one out.

Yelp
The location was lovely, and the outdoor fireplace was breathtaking.Although it wasn't excellent, the service was passable. I ordered the slow-braised ribs, It was a little dry at first, but it tastes great when combined with the sauce.I got cheesecake for dessert, which was wonderful even though it didn't taste very fresh considering the restaurant had just opened when I arrived.I highly recommend giving it a try.

Yelp
I'm currently sitting at the bar. Came in for Restaurant Week and immediately the blonde bartender (Abby) asked for my card to hold on file. The two women beside me (both Caucasian) did NOT have to provide cards. They cashed out at the end. The manager walked past me a couple of times and didn't speak. The food came out quick and was great but they clearly differentiate on how they interact with certain customers. Jeff seemed to be the only decent worker. This is actually a favorite restaurant of mine and I come frequently with pretty good service so.... Maybe it's just a lack of training of the blonde bartender. Debating on whether to come back......
google avatar

Laura R.

Yelp
Should've went with the reviews. I wanted to go for the views mostly so that did not disappoint. The food is expensive, and definitely could be done better. It was either cold or lukewarm. Steaks should be hot!!!! Go to Ruth Chris and see how it is done. The lobster was pretty good except they forgot to put butter on the plate. The bernaise was cold.

Yelp
We loved Fahrenheit Charlotte at Hyatt Place. First off, The service exceeded my expectations. Our waitress aamnd the food runner were super nice. Also, the view is a dealbreaker it has great view of Charlotte uptown. The food was the best part. The scallops, short rib and lobster Mac and cheese were AMAZING! The only thing we didn't like were the prices it was EXPENSIVE. And also the dumplings weren't that good either. If you are in the Charlotte Uptown area and want a fancy rooftop restaurant with good food and a good view, then I recommend Fahrenheit Charlotte

Yelp
Amazing food amazing service... I went there for my man's 21st birthday it was his first time but my 3rd we all truly enjoyed it

Yelp
Went for happy hour and enjoyed the great view! The patio was open and we were able to enjoy our drinks out there. The calamari was fried well and not drenched in grease. The people sitting next to us got the calamari after we did and thought it was seasoned well too. Our service was fast and I kept ordering food and drinks. Would recommend you try it out!

Yelp
Came here to celebrate my mom's 65th birthday. It was day 2 of restaurant week but we had a 4pm reservation so the crowd wasn't bad when we first arrived. We were sat at a beautiful window table overlooking the fire pit. It was a perfect table with the perfect views of the city. Our waiter Kyle was great. Kind, professional and attentive. He made the experience very enjoyable for us. The other staff members were also very nice and kept our table clean and our drink cups filled. We each had the special restaurant week menu. A kings feast ($60) with the chipotle cesar salad, surf and turf and the carrot cake. Another kings feast with beef skewers, surf and turf and the chocolates mousse and a queens feast ($50) with the calamari, pesto pasta and blondie dessert. I also ordered a loaf of bread ($6) to accompany my pasta and it was honestly my favorite part of the meal. Warm, soft and served with a honey based dipping oil. The rest of the food was mediocre. We enjoyed the appetizers but the entrees and desserts weren't great. Medium steaks cooked well done, cold broccoli, cold pasta, rock hard blondie dessert. Overall the views and service were worthwhile but our meals weren't anything to return for. I'm thankful for the restaurant week menu as it provided us an opportunity to try out Fahrenheit for our birthday celebration. Note: As we were seated we were told we had 90 min to dine. It wasn't strictly enforced but it did keep us looking at the time which was slightly annoying. As the restaurant filled the service slowed so we took about 2 hours in and out. Valet is $17.

Yelp
Seen this place in a couple recommendation so I decided to give it a try. Because of the view, and they only open at night and brunch on Sunday, and seatings are limited. you have to reserve online Once you get off the elevator at the top floor, you can already see the charlotte skyline through all the glass windows. Food are ok, the lobster mac and cheese that I see other people have looks mid. Braised short ribs are very popular and is very good. Meat is very tender and well marinated. You just have to pick the popular items that they have consistent quality control and not from daily special. Overprice drink menu are terrible. Better stick with regular drink like old fashioned instead of their special cocktail. Place is loud as hell too, can't hear anything. Focus is the city skylight and food and drink maybe just secondary And parking, you can valet or park on the city lot next to the hotel. Or you can take the train and walk a couple of blocks.

Yelp
Great place for a fancy dinner or date night! We came here on a Friday evening for a girls' night. They are very serious about reservations. You have to have your party here within 15 minutes of the reservation or they charge you $50/person. We were seated promptly at our reserved time. It was restaurant week so we all decided to take advantage of that. The food and drinks were phenomenal! I ordered the not a colada, which is a piña colada but with rum chata in addition to the Malibu. Also ordered the espresso martini, and as the server confessed, they don't use espresso, but rather use cold brew for that. At $21 a piece I would expect in-house brewed espresso, but whatever. The crispy calamari is some of the best I've had. The Wagyu short ribs came on lo mein, and was super filling, but also very tender and juicy. The mango sticky rice dessert was yummy, but I suspect that was just a restaurant week menu and they may or may not have it on the regular menu. Service was reasonable. Views of the city are amazing! I don't think anyone goes here and doesn't take photos against the beautiful background. Parking can be tricky if you're parking on your own, otherwise they have a valet service. You can also ride the light rail as the stop is close by.

Yelp
My mother and I stumbled across this restaurant while staying at the Hyatt Place. They had the best views of the city if you ask me. Such a beautiful skyline I tell you. The service was a tad slow and bartenders were all over the place with assisting customers. It almost makes you wish they had more waiters on staff. Thankfully the food was of good quality. I had the pepperoni pizza. The cocktails were decent, but not the best. Truthfully you're paying for the views of the city and nothing else.
google avatar

Nequel B.

Yelp
Great time! Met my home girl here for happy hour their 5 after 5 was lovely. You don't need a reservation if you sit at the bar! Everything was delicious and the staff was nice. The food was also delicious. It was a cute vibe, great for a date night or just catching up with a group of friends.
google avatar

Jimmy H.

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere. Some locals may complain that is pricey but you get what you pay for. Great craft cocktails, the mini seafood tower was excellent. The short Rib & Pork were amazing. Definitely the place for a special occasion. I'll be back for sure.
google avatar

Julia C.

Yelp
This was such a cool spot in Charlotte. We loved the beautiful views of the city. They had a bit of interesting rules with seating- like they told us our table wasn't ready so we went to the bar to grab a drink before. And then once the table was ready, they wouldn't seat us until everyone was back at the host stand- which made it difficult for us to close our tabs at the bar before getting seated. Other than that the food was so good!! It was definitely an expensive spot, but all the food was great. They have a wide menu with many options for everyone. I could see this being more of a tourist spot.
google avatar

Pooja V.

Yelp
You really go here for the views. Service is nice We didn't try the food Drink are okay. Nothing special.
google avatar

Lesley W.

Yelp
I went twice and LOVE it!!! Once was Happy Hour prices - crispy beef and Truffle fries, and a GREAT Bourbon cocktail! The second time, we didn't realize it wasn't HH, but it was still good! The server told me the sushi bake included real crab, but it was actually crab stick - so I sent it back - I cannot stand crab stick!! I deducted a star because of that! I switched to the short rib steamed buns which were DELICIOUS!!! I had a mule cocktail that was good. They don't skimp on the alcohol!!! Great views and the place is pretty big - always buzz. It seems like it's a go-to for celebrating.
google avatar

Frankye J.

Yelp
I like the decor, music, and vibes. The food was okay. Although the place was a little busy we received our food in 20 minutes! The bland chicken surrounded by the taste of sweet potatoes with fresh onions (leeks) sure was not for me. My family loved the pork chop and Crab Salad.
google avatar

Yelp
OMg we had an amazing time our dinner was spectacular, we absolutely felt like the bread was the best from any 5 star restaurant we have been to. Service was excellent and so was the ambiance.

Yelp
What a beautiful night to visit Fahrenheit and celebrate my husband's birthday. We had a reservation and were immediately seated when we arrived. I had a French martini and he had a Moscow Mule. Both were well made and with ample pours. For an appetizer we had the tempura shrimp - delicious! Usually tempura is salty but this was perfectly seasoned and not salty at all. The appetizer portion is enough for 2 people. For dinner we both ordered surf and turf and legitimately could have eaten 1 and took the other home. The steak is massive!! The lobster tail was cooked to perfection, the broccolini was well seasoned and the potatoes were tasty. We had more than enough to bring home. The staff bought out a red velvet cupcake to celebrate his birthday which was a nice touch. The views, the food and the service make this a nice date night.
google avatar

Tracy L.

Yelp
This was the last meal of my vacation so I decided to splurge at a rooftop! Fahrenheit is located inside a hotel, and you're able to either do valet parking for $17 or there will be lots close for $14.50. I wish they had lots you could pay by hour versus the whole day! I ordered the Sweet Soy Marinated Lamb Chops. Great portion size overall, and it came with a ton of noodles! I thought the meal overall was good but definitely more of a splurge. For my drink, I got the Airlie Road which was very refreshing which I loved! I wish the weather wasnt so hot so I could've enjoyed the views more but they were very pretty! Fahrenheit would be a cute date spot.

Yelp
A great place to admire Charlotte in the sky. We celebrated our nephew's birthday. The drink menu satisfies with huge selections. Our smoked bourbons were a hit. They had excellent specials. All of us went home with goodie bags!

Yelp
So, I really liked this place pre Covid. They had a great view comparable to merchant and trade. But over the last few years, things have definitely changed. I went for a birthday dinner and there was quite a few of us. Bread was offer in the beginning but we wanted more. When asked, the server mentioned there was a charge. What place doesn't offer free bread. Regardless of that, this has become my less favorite spot. Parking used to be free if you did valet, but now parking is like 30$ if you did valet. It is not worth it in my opinion. The food is not the best, the portions are small and it isn't the best. And of course overprice. I would not recommend this place. I will probably won't come back unless my friends had another event here. I would only go for the drinks and just park far and scooter to the place
google avatar

Heather F.

Yelp
Great food and service even though we went for the view and it was overcast and rainy. Started with drinks checking out the grey and cloudy skyline. Moved on to Dan Dan dumpings and a Greek salad that had a great olive to tomato to cucumber ratio. Husband had a lobster tail and the short ribs that were tender and tasty on a noodle base. Everything was really delicious and the service was great especially Zack! Shoutout to Zack!
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
First of all.... THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!!! The drinks are too!!!! The ambience is on chill! The service was impeccable. Ask for Maria, she is the BEST!!!! The Airplane Chicken, Braised Beef Short ribs, the Cowboy steak, street corn, Brussels sprouts, rock shrimp, cauliflower, wedge salad, dumplings, truffle fries, and the dessert was the pumpkin milk bread pudding, Moscato, old fashioned, show me the Sonny, a time to dill. We had a smorgasbord! If you are ever in Charlotte stop on by, you won't regret it. EVERY THING WAS DELICIOUS!!! There is also a roof top with a 2 large fire pits. The scene is very nice. Also the view of the city is amazing from the roof top.

Yelp
This place is more than just its incredible view of the Charlotte skyline, it's a culinary delight. The menu is very extensive and offers very high quality food. The staff are very attentive and were helpful with helping me decide what to eat. The bartender made me a special key lime pie martini which was a dessert in a glass. Parking options include valet parking, paid parking lot just in front of the building entrance, and street parking.
google avatar

Sejal S.

Yelp
Came here as apparently this the "spot" in Charlotte. It was ..just average. Drinks were overpriced. There are different rooms but everything was dead, was just my friend and I for a few hours and then people started to come in. Even so, overall it was not that great experience. Everything here was just average.
google avatar

Yelp
If you are in town just for a few days come to Fahrenheit for a drink and the view. We were here for a conference and 2 days out of 3 someone host an event here. It was those hot summer days. Sipping on an aperol spritz and sitting at the corner on the roof with a little breeze overlooking at the city skyline with the sunset as the backdrop. It felt real nice.

Yelp
Remarkable dining experience. We had a large group, about 35 people. The evening started with drinks on the roof level, great sunny weather. Appetizers, beers, wine and cocktails. Very enjoyable. Dinner followed indoors, special seating area for us. Very attentive servers. Because of our group size we were offered a selected menu...a couple different entrée selections. Starter was a mixed green salad, followed by your main course, then of course is dessert. I chose the pork chop. It was excellent. A very pleasant evening.

Yelp
We were going to a show at the Spectrum Center, and just needed a place to grab a little something before going in. So..... We headed to Fahrenheit just to sit at the bar and have a drink and some appetizers. The location is good, but the view is the selling point. In many cases, a restaurant would not even bother to put forth any effort after that. People will come for the views.... But, here they did not. The food we had was absolutely stellar! Delicious....... And the service was as grand as the food and the views. Shannon knows how to make the customer feel welcome..... Thank you.

Yelp
The food were seasoned well, the atmosphere was breathtaking, like sitting on top of world. The service was good. Katie recommend wagyu steak which was excellent choice. The entree was plentiful. The appetizer was skimpy, we had the scallops.

Yelp
I dined by myself but I had such a great time! I'm not sure who my server was but he was very handsome and so attentive. He gave great suggestions when I couldn't decide what I wanted and made sure I felt seen and comfortable my entire experience. The view is Beautiful and a little romantic vibe. The restaurant itself was very clean, nice and modern. The music selection might need some work but great place with a a beautiful view. The food was amazing! I got the dumplings for an appetizer and American short ribs as my entree. Honestly, I would just come back for the food haha it was so delicious! The margarita (I think that's what it was) was great as well! The dehydrated pineapple was so good. But I really enjoyed my dining experience here and I will be back.

Yelp
Heard the hype and decided to try it out. Wish I would've passed. The view is undoubtedly the star of this restaurant. The food was mixed and the service nice, but not great. I ordered the NY steak. The absolute worst steak I've ever had. Very tough and lots of grizzle. Don't do it. We had Greek salad which was just okay. The short rib buns were the star and they were great. The baked Alaska dessert was terrible. Tasted liked some odd alcohol. The cake was gritty and dry. The strawberries were pretty gross. The "cotton candy" was flavorless and gross. Service was slow and very inexperienced but very nice. There are so many better options at this price point. Best bet is to go for a drink and the views. Pass on the food.

Yelp
The bread and oysters were the best thing we ate. We ordered the seafood tower the bao buns and the firecracker chicken. Everything else was mid and not worth the price. The cocktails tasted like gasoline or what I would imagine gasoline would taste like. Overall not worth the price for "the view".

Yelp
Absolutely does not live up to the hype. My coworker and I were in town and wanted to have a nice dinner to wrap up our trip. I had heard that Fahrenheit was a great place to go. Walking in, it immediately feels dated and early-2000s "fancy." We were seated in a back room that was so quiet we could hear every conversation going on around us. We had the poke nachos, which were extremely heavy and mostly wonton chips. Barely any poke. For entrees we had the short rib lo mein. The short rib was flavorless, and the lo mein was over sauced. My coworker had the cowboy ribeye. It was bland, and had barely any salt on it, while the mash potatoes were gummy tasted like they came out of a box.
