We had a fantastic stay at Fahrenheit Seven and had already made plans to return next year. However, the post-checkout experience has left us feeling very confused and disappointed.
After leaving, we received an email with a payment link for €30, claiming we had taken two Rituals products. We hadn’t taken any products, only using some moisturiser during our stay, as you should expect at a hotel of this standard.
Coincidentally, a friend staying in a separate room received the exact same email for the exact same products, which he also did not take.
For a hotel of this standard, with room rates exceeding €2,000 for a four-night stay, it’s astonishing that such an issue would arise. The hotel claims we had taken "large refillable" bottles, yet the products in question were provided as shown in the hotel’s own room photos, small (20/30ml), the kind you’d expect to be complimentary in any quality 4 star hotel.
It’s a real shame that such a great experience was overshadowed by this.
