From the moment of our arrival, until our departure, the service was exceptional. I cant say enough how friendly and helpful the staff were. ALWAYS greeted with a smile and staff members went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had an amazing birthday ski trip. The food was fantastic. The location was the best. Thank you to all the staff members. We will be returning!

We had a family vacation at Fahrenheit 7. I have to start with the service because it was really exceptional. The hotel employees get out of their way to help you. Their positive and welcoming attitude helped us many times. The front desk deserves 5 out of 5!! The rooms are nice and clean. The ski room is specious and well ventilated. One of the bests we had. Ski in ski out but if you are a beginner you might have to check the route to get there using only green slope. It exists but takes time to find the exact path. Still, you can take the magic carpet and then walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. You can also ask the hotel for a valle to pick you up at the end if you really find it difficult to get back. Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous! We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant 3 times. The restaurant is excellent and it offers some vegetarian options.

We stayed here for 5 nights and every single day was amazing, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and every single problem we had (which we didn’t have much of) were solved in a flash. The hotel also has a ski rental shop which we got a discount for staying in the hotel, the service there was very nice and fast. The ski lockers were very convenient and easy to use, the hotel is also ski in ski out, meaning you can just ski out of the hotel on to the slopes to ski back in. If you want to get back to the hotel by skiing, they are a few specific ways - one is go up peclet and then find bluets when you are coming down (you can see it on the map), and another is on a lift called cascades which you have to either take the red or the blue slope and come down to a green called roc, and you will see the hotel. The last way, my personal favorite, is to go up Plein Sud and when you are coming down stick to the left, and take the red slope Corniche and come down. The restaraunt in the hotel is also really good but I recommend not to go there every day you should try and find some other restaraunts as well.

The staff at this hotel truly care for their customers in a way that feels like being welcomed into someone’s own home. Every interaction felt warm, genuine and attentive, with team members going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Fahrenheit 7. The room was clean, housekeeping was good, and the food was tasty. However, we had an issue in the main restaurant during breakfast with one waitress (name unknown). Communication was difficult due to her poor English, and she repeatedly brought me regular milk instead of oat milk, despite me explaining that I am lactose intolerant. On our check-out day, she mixed up the drinks again, I accidentally drank regular milk, and I felt unwell afterward. We hope the management will take this seriously, as such mistakes can be serious for guests with dietary restrictions.

Amazing location, ski in and out, the staff is wonderful and friendly, super customer oriented, rooms are comfortable and a decent size, well appointed. Food everywhere has been delicious with very generous portions. Would highly recommend. Only small negative the wifi is unstable and needs rebooting every day.

This hotel is in an amazing location for ski- in/ski-out access. The service was exceptional! The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, and thanks to their quick thinking in ordering a taxi at the last minute, we didn't miss our flight. Highly recommend!

The stay was fine and hotel in a good location. However following check-out, all parties were billed €30 for using the amenities (shampoo and conditioner). Such a shame that having spent €599 each night, the hotel is charging for use of the room toiletries!! Felt very cheap and borderline fraudulent. ***Update 18th March 2025*** - To be clear, no toiletries were taken from the room whatsoever. Certainly not "large bottles" as you suggest. The exact same scam email demanding payment for conditioner and body lotion was sent to other guests in different rooms in identical formatting. POOR SHOW.
