True cocktail haven! Honestly, I’m not sure if there’s another place in Istanbul with such a unique cocktail menu. The team is constantly experimenting with new recipes, and they update the menu regularly based on the season. The best part? No store-bought syrups—everything is made in-house, fresh and natural. Their signature cocktails must be Mardini and Martı as they are very old in the menu. The bartenders are super friendly and love sharing the stories behind each cocktail, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For intance, Halıperendân has Iranian Zereşk grapes in it so the name comes from Aladdin as eating these grapes while flying on his carpet.
Lastly, you’ll notice that some cocktails are served in copper mugs and prepared in silver-plated shakers from Soy, a brand owned by the bar’s founder, Emir Ali Enç.
