Google
Fairfax Corner is a mixed-use shopping center in Fairfax, Virginia, known for its main street-style shopping, diverse dining options, entertainment, and residential living. Ozzie’s Good Eats is a great restaurant to check out with friends and family. Ruth’s Chris Steak House is another good one for the HH specials!

Tessa C.

Google
So cute! Great shops plus a really nice square with seating and some games. They have a little bit of everything! Excited to attend more events here.

Google
This vibrant open-air shopping area features a variety of amenities, including a movie theatre (Cinemark), restaurants, retail shops, a coffee shop(Peet’s), a recently added Apple store, and apartments nearby. It tends to be particularly lively during lunch and dinner hours, and parking is available throughout the area, including a spacious lot in the rear. In front of the movie theatre is a cute small park with a comfortable seating area, and currently, a big Christmas tree is here. Overall, the shopping area is well-kept and inviting, making it a pleasant destination for visitors.

Google
Fairfax Corner is a nice place to spend a few hours. There are several restaurants, fast foods, stores, and some local businesses around the area. Parking inside the main plaza is limited, but don’t worry—just a couple hundred yards away you can always find plenty of free parking. The area is clean, safe, and good for a walk or to just hang out.

Google
Fairfax Corner is a great spot to spend the day! It offers a nice mix of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater, all within a clean and walkable area. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—perfect for families. Parking is usually convenient, and they often host fun events that give the place a real community feel. Definitely a go-to destination in the area..

Google
It’s pretty cool. I currently live here and it’s nice to be able to walk outside and go to a ton of restaurants and being able to walk by the government building park on the other side of the street is pretty cool too. It’s an amazing park with a river. They’re doing a restoration on it.

Google
Fairfax Corner is a fantastic destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment! The area is beautifully designed with a lively atmosphere, making it perfect for a casual outing or a special day with family and friends. The variety of shops caters to all tastes, and the restaurant options are excellent, offering something for everyone, including vegetarians like me. The outdoor seating areas and frequent events create a welcoming vibe, and the movie theater is a great bonus for an evening out. Parking is convenient, and the layout makes it easy to explore. I highly recommend Fairfax Corner for anyone looking for a vibrant and enjoyable experience!

Google
Love this place and all the fun stuff!! 4 stars because someone has to be more diligent about people not having their pets in the grassy area, I saw large dog pee all over. Also please keep the mini golf!!

Yelp
Came here for a maker's market they were hosting and I really love this shopping center. Have plenty of outdoor seating with a great central hangout area. Great selection of shops with an ample variety so everyone could find somewhere they'd like to go. Whole center was very clean.

Yelp
It's a pretty nice shopping center. In fact it might be the best in Fairfax . Yet having traveled internationally, the adage of malls being an American thing aren't really true. Yes there are water fountains for kids to play in on warm days, and checkers and chess with big pieces. Also there's a wonderful movie theater. Yet it's like so many others. People drive like maniacs here. I usually park on purpose to the side of the theater. Coastal Flats and Ozzie's are top notch. If I'm in a hurry Chipotle and Potbelly do fine. There's a Peet's coffee one can relax in. REI has amazing and experienced outdoors sales staff, but you'll pay a lot there. Having visited the yoga studio once, am just grateful to have survived this.

Yelp
A classic location indeed! Wouldn't say this area is as popping as it used to be; but it is still a pleasant area to hang out, eat, and catch a movie! Although they have quite a bit of stores to check and places to eat; not usually the type of stores I would personally shop at but! Some places to eat include (Coastal Flats - one of the Great American Restuarants, Chipotle, Pot Belly, California Pizza Kitchen, and the only dessert place in familiar with is the OG Ben & Jerry's!) They used to have a fountain in the middle but how they just have a simple seating area~ 5.5/10 would recommend for a quiet, pleasant place to hang out!

Barbara J.

Yelp
I used to love coming to this shopping center to eat, however since they took two large parking lots away it's so difficult to find parking and I'm not about to park all the way in the corner of the garage to eat on the opposite corner. Why they would take parking away and not build another parking garage in a more central location is ridiculous. There have been times where my friends and I have driven around and can't find parking so we end up going elsewhere. They're going to lose customers if they don't do something about the parking situation and the shuttle from the garage is not the solution.

Yelp
Love to walk the little man there - there are several cool stores too.... you can find several restaurants to go to but skip Ozzies... oh yah.... morons... totally out of step with reality.... nice place, he loves the fountains in the walk....

Yelp
This outdoor center is my neighborhood go-to for local shopping, dining/happy hour, and watching movies. A quick minute from our home, Fairfax Corner is a contemporary shopping center hosting a variety of national & local retailers, offices & eateries--Including Coastal Flats, Ruth's Chris, Ozzie's Good Eats, Uncle Julio's, PF Chang, and others. There is an open container policy ( called Sip, Sip, Hooray! ) throughout the complex, and patrons can carry their drink in hand as they stroll down the well-maintained walkways or sit around the interactive outdoor fountain. Many restaurants (including California Pizza Kitchen, Crafthouse, P.F. Chang's, or Uncle Julio's) participate in this program and most stores even allow you to browse with your drink in hand (**unless you see a sign on the store that reads "No Alcohol Permitted Inside", you are free to enter with your beverage) What a great happy hour area! I always find parking pretty close to where I want to shop, sit, or dine, and traffic is never as congested as Tyson's Corner. Another great bonus I find in Fairfax corner is the sense of community and reward for giving service. Military and in some cases first responders receive discounts at many of the stores - - from 10% off at Plow&hearth and South Moon to 25% off beers until 9pm at Crafthouse to 20% spa treatments at Red Door and even 50% off one entree at Uncle Julio's!! Check out the website for exact discounts and participating merchants. With this kind of support for the community and of those who serve it through a variety of roles, I feel good about spending my dollars in this shopping center.

Yelp
Classy spot in Fairfax to go on a dinner or coffee date and if it goes well still have places to walk around to afterwards haha! Some of my favorite spots here: Coastal Flats: I mainly go here for the chill bar scene and great cocktails. The salads I've had here are really good and I'm a huge fan of the mango Mojitos with raw sugar cane. They have an indoor bar and an outdoor bar when it's nice out! Corepower yoga: I love this studio it's very open and the instructors are knowledgeable the yoga is HARD I did a hot yoga that incorporated weights, your first couple classes are FREE PF Chang's: great happy hour prices! I am in love with the Mongolian beef. I've been here tons of times and also got delivery Ben and Jerry's: ice cream is never a bad idea Ozzie's: the Italian food is really good and I like the atmosphere Crafthouse: live music and great drinks! Good happy hour deals, the food isn't super amazing but it's not terrible either. Solid hangout spot.

Yelp
Great movie theater. Many time slots and comfy seats. Nice family atmosphere. Clean and good restaurants.

Yelp
Bottom Line: A nice outdoor shopping center with a mix of restaurants and shops and a movie theater. Fairfax Corner is a lovely outdoor shopping center. The first time I visited it was at night and I loved how white lights dazzled in the trees. My initial visit was quick and I was curious about the rest of the center so I returned for an evening of shopping and dinner. I like that the restaurants range from a quick and tasty sandwich at Potbelly to a rich and decadent feast at Ruth's Chris. There aren't a ton of shops but certainly enough to kill and hour or two. There is also a nice movie theater.
google avatar

Yelp
It's nice to have a mini town center so close to home. Fairfax Corner is a great mix of restaurants, shops, services and entertainment. Spending a warm afternoon at the fountain with my kiddo is one of our favorite activities. There are seats for the adults and the crowd never seems too crazy. Parking here can be problematic, depending on the time of day. I aim for one of the one-hour or two-hour street spots, but often end up winding through a lot to park. The weekend dinner hour can be the worst time -- just plan to park over by the movie theater and walk. Favorite Fairfax Corner stops: The Nest Egg, REI and Coastal Flats.

Yelp
Tons of stuff to do here. I love the movie theater and the restaurants. I just wish parking was better

Yelp
Oh boy do I love Fairfax Corner. It is easily accessible from where I live and it is an awesome place to enjoy the summer weather. With so many options there are plenty of things to keep busy. You can find me hitting up Caribou Coffee and then reading in the "courtyard" on Sunday mornings, or grabbing some Ben and Jerry's (with your 10% off Yelp Check-In offer of course!) and walking through Arhaus or the other shops in the evening, or getting happy hour after work at Ruth's Chris Steak House with their $7 dishes and drinks, or even just going to the Rave Motion Pictures on a weekend. There are not really any "unique" stores but this style of shopping experience is slowly growing across the nation. I know of a similar town center like Fairfax Corner in Easton, Ohio which I am positive is built by the same developers...anyways I digress. My only complaint is that the area isn't larger! Parking here on weekends can be miserable and when I went to see the Avengers you could not get a spot at all (it took at least 15-20 minutes to park). You had to stalk people to their car to find a spot. Also, on weekend nights the movie theater is crawling with teens; I've never had a bad experience at the Rave or at Fairfax Corner (other than PF Changs...).

Yelp
Such a great area! Conveniently, I live about 5 minutes away so it's an easy trip here if I want to have a sit down meal, grab fast food or coffee, shop around, or even see a movie! Family friendly atmosphere. They now allow you to drink alcohol from certain restaurants while strolling through the streets! Pretty neat.

Yelp
Cute little lunch spot. Lot of different kinds of restaurants and little stores here and there. Parking around the stores and restaurants can be challenging during lunch time because almost everyone is there but they have parking space little further away if you're willing to walk a bit.
google avatar

Neal E.

Yelp
I'm a fan of the Fairfax Corner retail complex. I used to live in Centreville, VA area and thus this was close by. Back then I'd frequent the Caribou Coffee (now gone - converted to a Peet's), The Container Store (now gone), Plow & Hearth, and REI. I still come here for certain stores - most notably REI and Plow & Hearth. Lots of good restaurants - my faves being P.F. Chang's and Coastal Flats. Plus I like the theater - used to be my favorite until I moved farther out!

Yelp
Nice restaurant options and very clean outdoor venue. Safe for small kids with a good pedestrian friendly setting.
google avatar

Elliot M.

Yelp
Wonderful "Town Center" feel. There is a movie theatre, MANY food options, shops, salons, boutiques, ice cream, and for the kids... train rides and a splash pad! Love this place!

Yelp
Is there any dance spot in your place so I'm interested in dance so my hobbies is dance so can I dance in there
google avatar

Gretchen F.

Yelp
A pretty little slice of suburbia awaits you at Fairfax Corner. Whether your thing is movies, eating, shopping, or letting your kids run through a fountain, there's a little something for everyone here! On the restaurant front, you've got not one, but two Great American Restaurants here -- Coastal Flats and Ozzie's. You've got Ruth's Chris, PF Chang's and Uncle Julio's in the nearby vacinity as well, and there's also a CPK, Fanfare Eatery, Chipotle, and Potbelly's for something on the quicker side, and a handful of other options -- including a cupcakery and a Ben & Jerry's. There are several boutiques and larger retail stores, as well as a dentist (Smiles at Fairfax) and spa (Red Door). Parking is splayed out all around and throughout the shopping center, so there's always space available SOMEWHERE, you just might end up on the opposite side of where you wanted to go. No big though. The movie theatre could, IMO, use a bit of updating, especially now that Tysons, Court House, and Springfield Town Center have all updated their theatres to include reserved seating and/or fancy recliners, but it's convenient and has a little bar inside if you'd like to get a drink before or after your flick. The middle of the Corner includes a fountain where the kiddies love to play on hot days (couldn't convince my niece to run into the water, but she liked watching the other kids), and a little train where, for $3 a passenger, you can take a loop around the center. Not really worth it in my opinion, but my niece Mia flipping loved it. A little something for everyone and a great location in the middle of Fairfax makes this a great place to come, and if I were looking for an apartment, I would be tempted to check out some of the places right next to the Town Center f'sho!
google avatar

Tom G.

Yelp
As Reston town Center was a cheap rip off of a real city, Fairfax Corner is a rip off of Reston Town Center with less parking and fewer dining choices. Other than REI there are no stores worth visiting here. There is a Chipotle, Coastal Flats, and Ruth Chris, among others, but not a single unique dining option you couldn't find elsewhere. My kids are big fans of the fountains in the summer.
google avatar

Marianne L.

Yelp
Fairfax has a nice mix of retail, services, restaurants and fast cuisine options. I'm probably out here at least every 6 weeks or so and usually make the rounds of my favorite shops and eateries even if I'm just strolling along enjoying a sunny day. I'm a regular at the Red Door Spa, fan of the Potbelly and Arhaus, and rarely does a visit not include sticking my head in REI and Plow and Hearth. I really like that there are shops here that you don't find everywhere. Parking can be a bit of a mess as there really isn't enough to support a movie theater and all the other businesses clustered in a 4 block strip. There's also needs to be some place that isn't the lone coffee shop to grab a bite to eat early in the morning.
google avatar

Se C.

Yelp
Nice spot for hanging out on the week day or weekend for lunch or dinner. Gets packed in weekends though. They have shows and it's pretty lively. There are a bunch of stores and restaurants here. There is a fountain where kids play. Movie theatre is decent as well. If you live in Fairfax, you don't need to go far to hang out. There's a lot of things here. Check it out.
google avatar

Darling N.

Yelp
I love this place. Little boutiques and shops, restaurants and bars.... a 'town square' (with free WIFI)... in the middle of the square they have set up chairs and kids can jump around in the fountain during the summer. They also have a movie theater and every now and then special events, such as farmers markets or art festivals. You park your car and have a beautIful area to walk around at, dine, hang out and go to the movie and get a drink afterwards. A wonderful place to meet and greet people. It's a very happy place with lots of outdoor area :) AMERICA, PLEASE CREATE MORE OUTDOOR 'COMMUNITY' SPACES LIKE THIS!

Yelp
Fairfax Corner has grown to be one of my favorite gathering spaces when the weather is nice. The open space and (general) ease of parking make it a convenient and stress-free choice for a mid-day or evening stroll or some casual shopping. The selection of restaurants is top notch with everything from fast casual options like Chipotle, Potbelly, and Fanfare Eatery to sitdown restaurants at a variety of price points including Ozzie's, Coastal Flats, Uncle Julio's, and California Pizza Kitchen. There are also several dessert options including frozen yogurt, cupcakes, and ice cream at Ben & Jerry's. I appreciate the mix of chain and local or regionally-owned retailers. Anchors stores include REI and Loft, but there are also smaller outfits like The Nest Egg. There dedication to being family-friendly is admirable as they have year-around and summer programs for children of all ages. The fountain in front of the Cinemark-owned movie theater is available for kids to play in and always draws a crowd. Unlike some shopping centers where kids and play areas are an after thought, they have integrated them into the grand concept. Parking is well thought out and plentiful though weekends--especially at night--you will have to park in one of the larger lots or troll for a while for an open space. The parallel parking spaces are large and most people seem to respect the time guidelines given (15 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) which can make it easy to stop and grab a bite to eat even if its a busy time.
google avatar

Erika B.

Yelp
Fairfax Corner offers a plethora of dining and shopping experiences. In the summer, this is a lovely relaxing spot for the afternoon and evenings. With child water play options and live entertainment, you cannot be happier!
google avatar

Naomi M.

Yelp
This place is great! I can't believe I haven't written a review for here yet, here goes ... Fairfax Corner was one of my favorite places to go when I lived in Fairfax. This place is a great local hangout for the surrounding community, however, since I moved to Arlington it has become a destination location for me. Whenever I'm in the mood to shop I can't resist the trip out to my favorite stores Belle Mode Intimates, Undeniable Boutique, and Chic Envy. I can go to The Loft anywhere, but these stores make this shopping center a stand out place worth setting aside my day for. Kudos to Fairfax Corner for having such unique shops as I struggle to find this anywhere else in NoVA. My only complaint about this shopping center is that I had been going here for years every day and I had no clue these shops existed. They are tucked away and the whole center revolves around the fountain in the middle. Why are there no signs to tell everyone about these stores? I only found out about them right before I moved and are indeed the reason I make the drive out there every time that I do because after searching high and low to replace them, I have failed. P.S. On my last trip out there I ate at Ozzie's for brunch and the French toast is the best around, no joke! But the lack of parking was awful.

Yelp
This is a good little shopping area to live by. It has a small variety of stores. My husband and I always hit up REI for our running fueling needs...until Fairfax Corner got the newest Potomac River Running location!!! VERY happy about this! There are more 5k's being held at the shopping center and I'm so exited. We still love stopping into REI for hiking needs. The fountain area is packed full of kids running and screaming through the fountain in warmer months. It's not the easiest time trying to find a place to sit and relax at a table. The tables seem to go quickly. I feel like the property managers make good use of larger area for community uses, like small summer concerts on the raise platform/step area. All of the places to eat are chains. This drives me crazy about Northern Virginia, in particular Fairfax. It's like restaurant chain heaven. Cupcakes Actually (not a chain, but does have 2 locations) is the place to go if you've got a sweet tooth. Don't even bother getting anything less than a half dozen. :) My husband and I live close enough that unless we're already out with a car we walk. Some people love driving like idiots trying to show off that they can go really fast or zip around the parking lot looking for spots. If you can walk, do it. Or park in the little satellite parking lot not directly attached to the the shopping area. It might save you a headache.
google avatar

Yan W.

Yelp
This is a very family-oriented shopping spot that has a lot of great shops like REI and pinkberry. Parking can definitely be a pain, sometimes though. It's main draw is that you have a great selection of places to eat before/after a movie.
google avatar

Katie S.

Yelp
There are lots of cute shops and restaurants in Fairfax corner. It's slightly bigger than Shirlington, but not as big as RTC and could really use a parking deck or two. Keep an eye out for special events such as: free yoga/pilates, dancing, kid activities and 5ks.
google avatar

JP G.

Yelp
Love this place soo much! Has a ton of restaurants, shops, services, fountain, live music, movie theater, and even a train for kids to ride on! Great place for lunch and dinners, want something fast, go get Chipotle or Potbellys. Want something sweet, there are ice cream, yogurt places as well as a delicious cupcake shop. You really can't go wrong with any restaurant, they hit all the food spectrums such as American, Italian, Mexican, Chinese. So bring your date, bring your family, bring your friends to this cozy feeling little town center area and have a great time!
google avatar

Kristin W.

Yelp
Pros: Beautiful buildings and feel, pretty fountain, decently priced movies, and it has a classy ambiance. Cons: Shops are the same as a mall, parking is worse than a mall. I can't enjoy anything in the courtyard because I feel like I am fighting the crowds at a public pool! Half naked kids are running everywhere. I want to carry a first aid kit in my purse just in case I see one fall on that concrete! I have even seen a couple moms undress their kids right there at the tables as I am eating lunch. With the nice atmosphere and feel of this area why would you let that fountain become a public pool? It really decreases the feeling that you are in a classy place.
google avatar

Mariya K.

Yelp
Amazing place to spend afternoon or go out for dinner. Summer time they have a water fountain for the kids, as well as the choo-choo train, lots of options to dine and a cinema. The restaurant choices are one of the good ones and if you wanted to go out for a quick bite, they have that too! Yogurt/coffee/ice cream places are available. Lots of green and flowers during the warm season and a tree to enjoy in winter. Recommend! Good place for a family fun and just to hang out with friends.
google avatar

Christine T.

Yelp
It has been a while since I was last here so much to my surprise on this visit did I notice the much needed addition of parking garages!!! Hurrah!!!! That was part of the reason I stopped frequenting this place because parking was always a hassle especially on the weekends and depending on where you were going to might mean a very long walk. This place seems a bit smaller than some of the other "town center" type locations in NOVA however it doesn't lack for variety. There a small gathering area in the middle of the place in front of the movie theater, complete with pop up fountains during the summer months (good for the kiddos or kids at heart). There are a pleathora of restaurants to choose from depending on the type of food you're craving, however if you're coming here on a Friday or Saturday night expect long waits at many of these dining establishments. And how could I forget that REI is also here in this shopping center, although not super big compared to other locations still its packed full of items and if you're lucky a good deal to be had.
google avatar

Kim S.

Yelp
This place is done really well - lots of good places to eat from your standard Coastal Flats / Chipotle / CPK to the more intimate, upscale Il Vino and Ruth's Chris. Great movie theater for entertainment along with live music on the weekends and farmer's market on Tuesday nights. Nice place to just go and walk around.
google avatar

Chantelle A.

Yelp
Great place to live and shop! But, I would love to have a neighborhood bar. A nicely designed, comfortable bar where everybody knows my name :) CHEERS!
google avatar

Dominique F.

Yelp
Since I've moved to VA, I prolly spent more Sunday afternoons in this place than I would like to admit, but what can you say, there's food, coffee, a movie theatre, cupcakes and froyo around here, plus outdoor seating for gorgous sunny days.
google avatar

Sam Y.

Yelp
This is one of the cutest areas in Fairfax; it's like its own little town. I actually prefer coming here over Reston Town Center because 1) it's close to my house haha and 2) a bunch of my favorite shops and restaurants are all in one place. It's an ideal spot to visit during the summer. You can sit out by the fountain and just enjoy the weather. There are numerous restaurants/bars which have outdoor seating so you can drink outside. The movie theatre is at the center of it all and it's very new and clean. They have $5 movies all day on Wednesdays and offer military discounts everyday! It's a great place to bring the entire family. Last week when Ben and Jerry's had their free cone day, they had a station where kids could get their faces painted and a moon bounce. My favorite places would have to be Uncle Julio's (they have great fajitas and margaritas!), Coastal Flats (best mojitos) and Ozzies (great Italian food) - all of these places have outdoor seating. If you're looking for somewhere to just kick back, meet a few friends for a casual dinner/grab a few drinks, this place is perfect.
google avatar

Stacie M.

Yelp
Great outdoor area with decent amount of stores, restaurants, yogurt/ice cream shops, cupcake bakery, movie theatre, etc. Very popular place but good for all types depending on what you go their for; families, girls night (Coastal Flats great for drinks), date night. Definitely recommend Fairfax Corner if you've never been.
google avatar

Bethany B.

Yelp
I really like the area, calm, quiet, and relaxing. My kids enjoy the water feature. Several restaurants to choose from, shops and outside seating... just watch out for birds- plenty of them.
google avatar

Anna M.

Yelp
Fairfax Corner is such an awesome place. One thing I love is how diverse of a crowd it brings. A mixture of families, young adults, college students and grown ups , there is something for everyone. You can't go wrong taking a trip to Fairfax Corner. Their food is on point, the people are nice, the shopping is great. The shops closest to the Camden apartments tend to get neglected but are ones you don't want to miss. Undeniable Boutique, Belle Mode Intimates and Chic Envy are shops worth taking the walk down to that end of the shopping center. Belle Mode is a very unique shop across from Ozzies and recommend that all women take a stroll in there to see what they have!
google avatar

Jessica K.

Yelp
i really like Fairfax Corner has a lot of different restaurant choices, there are boutiques to shop at, and a theatre... during the Holidays they have a tree light up ceremony and it's really cute. it's an event for kids and it's super adorable. the only downfall about Fairfax Corner is that if it gets crowded, parking is hard to find :(
google avatar

Clarence J.

Yelp
This is a nice, comfortable area, with limited - although decent - shopping and several restaurants. It has the feel of a small-town downtown, with the movie theater even built into a building that looks like a stereotypical city hall. The square in front of the theater is very nice, with pretty fountains and lots of live music on the weekends.

Yelp
2/19/2015 Edit " My husband and I have been residents of Camden Fairfax Corner since September 2010; this is our home! When we initially relocated from the mid-west to Virginia our intent was to find an apartment, live there for one year and move on. During our first year, we found that everything we wanted in the D.C. area was here, at Camden Fairfax Corner. I will address the sitting of Camden Fairfax Corner first before discussing our apartment. I refer to Camden Fairfax Corner as "the compound" for many reasons. First, Camden Fairfax Corner is safe. There is a lot to be said when you can walk your dog during the late hours of the night when most people are sleeping. I have seen security walking the compound at 4am. Camden Fairfax Corner is embedded with high end boutiques and restaurants. Located in the heart of this compound is a beautiful relaxing opened air setting where families bring their young children to enjoy a spouting fountain while interacting with other children and parents sit and talk with each other. The people found shopping or visiting one of the eateries in the compound are as diverse as the boutiques, businesses, and restaurants. I have spoken to many people at Camden Fairfax Corner over the years while I walked my dog. These people have shared with me that they have traveled here to just to come and sit and enjoy people watching. The people who you see here are approachable and friendly. In writing about the atmosphere that Camden Fairfax Corner is embedded, you will agree upon your initial visit that this is a compound that was designed for convenience. I believe that the finishing touch that completes the atmosphere at Camden Fairfax Corner are the luxury apartments that make-up Camden Living. My husband and I have lived in the same apartment since we moved-in. Besides having the view and aroma from four restaurants from one part of our apartment, there is a view of approximately a three mile walking path across the street that can be seen for some distance. I cannot even begin to describe the various hues of leaves during the fall except for it is breath-taking. The apartments found at Camden Fairfax Corner are not cookie-cutters renditions rather; the floor plans are unique thus allowing for originality when entering many of the apartments. For the past couple of years, the leasing office has offered not imposed an upgrade in the kitchen and living and dining room areas that gives the apartment a more earthy feel. As professionals, my husband and I enjoy the quiet living that our neighbors embrace as well. Equally important, we enjoy living in a community where neighbors know each other and they respect the shared living quarters. From the leasing office staff who are personable and who work hard to address the needs of the residents to the maintenance staff who always have a smile for you, Camden Fairfax Corner is ideal if you are looking for affordable living that has a long list of amenities to offer.

Yelp
I love going to Fairfax Corner. It's a great place to hang out during warmer weather, and around the holidays they have special events like Santa and Mrs. Claus, a tree lighting and free sleigh rides. During the summer, there are "jumping fountains" in the middle of the plaza with kids of all ages in their bathing suits running through them. They also have weekly concerts for free - kids entertainment in the mornings, musical concerts in the evenings. There are a number of good restaurants, some casual, some fancy but something for everyone. Stores in the area are fairly specialized and expensive so I don't venture in too often, but I do love to look at the furniture and home decor stores. If I ever need a super expensive leather couch or a chandelier, I know right where to go. REI and Lucy Yoga Clothing are here for sporty and athletic types. Plow & Hearth is here, as is Bubbles Hair Salon. Peets Coffee took over the old Caribou spot, and Pinkberry is across the street for frozen yogurt lovers. And of course, how could I forget - the best movie theater in the area! You could literally spend all day here and never get bored with all they have to offer. GO if you haven't!

Yelp
Dirty! Not clean! - This place is not kept clean. Everytime that we go there, it looks like no one is cleaning the place. It's filthy dirty. Especially the restrooms. That's too bad because it's a nice facility in a good location.

Yelp
I love hanging out at Fairfax Corner on the weekends. The happy hour specials are great and it has entertainment for all age groups. During the summer, the fountain in the middle of the shopping center is always packed and live. The shopping center always has security around to make sure there is no trouble. Whether you have kids or just are out on a date, there is plenty to do at Fairfax Corner.

Yelp
The movie theater is great, its comfortable and convenient. There are a lot of dining choices, from quick and easy to a nice date night. Parking is rarely a problem, and there is definitely a variety of stores. I was sad to see the pet store close, it was hard to go in there with all the smoke smell coming from the cigar store next door, but had a great selection. Fairfax corner definitely had a wide variety of stores, from the homebody to the out door enthusiast. Love it.
