Stayed for two nights with my wife on a hiking vacation, exploring some of Southern Utah's more interesting treks. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and the receptionist put some work into giving us a room that met our specifications. Breakfast was served hot and promptly every morning, and was much better than the usual fare one might expect at similar hotels. In particular we enjoyed the Jimmie Dean's sausage muffins, and the waffle machine worked perfectly each day. The day-long available hot coffee was also much appreciated. Finally, and awesomely, the hotel is incredibly clean. We ran into Reese - who seems to do much of this work - a couple of times, including in the elevator where she was carefully cleaning all the walls. P.S. the hotel is in reasonable walking distance of the best (and possibly the only) bar in town, Bar 86.

The room was great. Pillows and bed were very comfortable, which isn't always the case at Marriott. The workout room was small but nice with brand new equipment. Breakfast options could be healthier. Bananas and hard-boiled eggs were the best options. Otherwise, there was lots of processed garbage. There are lots of good food options within a couple of miles of the hotel.

This is a great hotel that is pretty close to Capitol Reef National Park. I recommend staying here. The employees here are hit or miss. They have a pool but it is very small and very chlorinated. However, they have a great breakfast with AMAZING blueberry waffles! This is some of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel!

Room was very clean and mostly comfortable, pillows were flat but that's kind of expected. Main issue was everytime the A/C came on there was a constant banging sound so sleep was hard to come by even after a 10 hour drive. Staff was lovely, breakfast was pretty good.

Long time Marriott loyalist and current Platinum Elite member. Stayed here while passing through Utah for a business trip. My experience: Rooms: Average. About what you'd expect for Fairfield. Management service: Nonexistent/terrible, if you actually need to speak with a manager. They do not care if you're a loyal member with status. I had a billing issue that I needed to speak with about to the General Manager, Brooke Millett. I stopped by reception multiple times only to be told she's busy in the office each time. When I tried one last time at around 1:15 pm when I asked for a checkout, she had left for the day and wouldn't be back. I left my number and email and asked her to call or email me. No response as of this review. Staff Service: Overall slightly below average. Experience here was a wide range. When I checked in, staff on duty was friendly and helpful. I requested a 1pm checkout and was given confirmation (Platinum elite get up to 4pm checkout if available and confirmed). I acknowledge I was late checking out. At around 1:05pm I get a knock on the door, and it was housekeeping staff asking when I was leaving. I mentioned that I'm actually leaving in around 10 minutes, as I was just in the process of double checking the room for anything left behind. She asked if I was actually leaving because I had a 1pm checkout and since it was past 1pm, if I actually will be leaving in 10 minutes because she doesn't want to have to run back and forth. I understand that I was late checking out past 1pm, but there's no need for the staff to be rude to a paying customer. Generally I never write reviews, but for such terrible management service, it's not up to Marriott standards and needs to be pointed out.

Standard hotel. Polite staff, clean rooms, anything you need is addressed when you ask. Pool and hot tub are open late, coffee is on all day, generally pretty quiet in the room. Perfect location in the state if you want to hit different things each day. About 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, 2 hours from zion, 2.5 hours from moab, 2.5 hours from Porvo.

The front desk staff member who was working the night shift on 3/4/2025 was terrible. Bad customer service, like worst I’ve ever had at any Marriott property. No one was at the front desk despite checking in early on the app and letting them know what time I’d arrive. Had to call the hotel in order for the front desk person to show up. Name tag was upside down, there was no apology and I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes. This is my first and only negative review I’ve ever given. All due to this staff member who just was extremely bad at her job and should not be customer facing. Hopefully someone sees this and chooses another hotel, some place that will show you basic customer service.

Great clean hotel. The night receptionist was very nice and helpful as we checked in late. Site have ev charging that is pretty fast and reasonably priced 12kW

Yelp
Very pleased to stay at this hotel. Excellent room amenities. Really great breakfast . The quiche was delicious.

Yelp
I see why this place got 3 1/2 stars, wish I would have read the yelp reviews before I booked us into this location. When we arrived at the hotel it was completely torn up due to renovations. The entire first floor and second floor were demolished except for the pool area it was pretty depressing to say the least and we had no advanced warning that this would be the case. The view from our room was lovely, a couple of dumpsters full of crap they tore out of the hotel. Another annoying thing I checked it online and they automatically gave me 500 points instead of being able to choose a food and beverage item. When I arrived I asked if the clerk could do anything about this and he said no. Overall the staff was pretty rude in my opinion not very courteous. Definitely not a great experience for a Marriott property I would expect a bit more. Next time will stay someplace else when we're passing through this area looks like the Hampton Inn has better reviews. I have spent more than two years of my life in just Marriott properties and this is definitely at the low end of the totem pole in terms of stays. Terrible staff totally disinterested in your well-being look elsewhere!

Yelp
They're my go to hotel whenever I'm transiting back and forth to visit family during the holiday season. Surprisingly quick Internet! Rooms: Very comfy, love the bed! Breakfast: For a casual hotel and a free breakfast, they don't disappoint! Prices: About what I'd expect for Richfield.

Melissa J.

Yelp
Wouldn't recommend-even if it's just an overnight. The best thing we can say is that room was tidy (ish), but the kudos stop there. The guy (Curtis?) at the front desk was rude, no upgrades were available on a Thursday night (we were platinum elite members) no gym/no pool access, and there were maybe 5 to 7 cars in the parking lot? Construction noise, barking dogs, and the internet TV was down so no Netflix/Amazon/HBO was available and he couldn't reset the router. He was totally uninterested in being helpful. Couldn't get out of there fast enough and won't be back

Yelp
Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Richfield For us it was a good location for restaurants, Home Depot across the street which is perfect because I needed to get something. I spoke with Brooke on the phone before arrival and she got me set up in a great room, thank you Brooke. Sydney checked us she was pleasant. Also a big shoutout to these people who made our stay delightful. Leslie housekeeping, Shelia, Janice and Kim. The hotel is clean had a great season area, the rooms are nice, I bet her comfortable, breakfast food was the usual. They are all decorated for Christmas and ready to go, it look great! I WOULD stay here again.

Christina G.

Yelp
Beds were comfortable, we asked for a queen and got double queens as a surprise. Shower head needed to be cleaned. There's a pool, jacuzzi and a gym. Nice grass for walking our dog. Spinach eggs were very yum for breakfast! Wish they had vegan options.

Joseph G.

Yelp
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Quiet atmosphere with a few eating options in very easy walking distance. The hotel had a lot of negative reviews in the previous few days it appeared. Seems the the generally consensus is the staff was rude and not wearing masks. My experience wasn't bad. They wasn't rude. But they weren't the normal chipper and go out of the way customer service that most Marriotts provide. Also I did notice that both the gentleman in the afternoon and woman working the front was not wearing a mask. The roll cleaners and coffee lady were. I'm not sure what Utah's current stance on masks are right now so I can't rally judge for that. I've been wearing mine but I guess to each there own and if Utah has good numbers maybe they aren't required to do so. I'm not sure.

Susan B.

Yelp
Nice hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms! The breakfast was good with a great selection. I'm very picky about where I stay and this hotel did not disappoint.

Yelp
Being a lifetime Elite Member of Marriott, I've come to known all of their hotels almost identical within each category. This Fairfield Inn was just about the worst experience I've had with Marriott. I'm normally welcomed with a warm greeting from the front desk at every Fairfield Inn... oh, definitely NOT this one. I walked in after a very long day and I approached the woman at the front desk with a, "hi there! How are you?". She answers, "good". And just stares at me. I said to her that I check in via mobile a couple hours back, but it still said that it was "working on getting my mobile key ready". She says, "that's because you need to check in with me first." Umm.. ok, but that's what the app is for, as well as the mobile key, is to not have to find you at the front desk. Whatever, she must've been having a really rough day... not even a slight smile out of her. Now it's 10:15pm and I'm sleeping. Some clown brings a dog in the hotel and, as luck may have it, is staying in the room next to me. The owner drops off his stuff (dog included) and leaves. The dog is now clawing, jumping and banging on the door from the inside, then starts barking and high-pitch whimpering. It was unbearable to listen to. So I call the front desk and let her know what was happening, I'm very good detail! (I believe her name was Chastity or Cassidy? She mumbled it, so was hard to understand. Her reply?? She says, "umm, okay." That was IT! She didn't say anything more. No mention of, "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, sir. I will send someone to take care of this right away"... NOTHING. Now I'm STILL listening to this next door (20 minutes later). Not a single staff member has come up to even investigate. What kind of Marriott is this? It's a joke. I frequent this hotel for business, but will certainly choose one of the surrounding hotels on my trip here next month. Clean this place up. And by that I mean your STAFF.

Yelp
Winter storm night. Took shelter here. I appreciated that they had a spot for us. We struggled to get down the mountain to this spot. Snow storm was quite strong. The room had a bit of a smell. They also ran out of waffle mix that my kids really love. Bummer. The beds were comfortable but felt old. This spot is not née by any means. Just glad they had a room late during the storm. Thank you

Yelp
Brooke, the general manager at this location, is absolutely atrocious. Upon my family becoming stranded from our rental vehicle stalling, we stayed at Fairfield Inn. Brooke treated my family less than. When we walked into the lobby to check out she never greeted us. While checking out from our room, my 6 year old nephew with special needs picked up a bag of chips, like any kid could would do, she rudely implied that my nephew stole the chips. Ontop of it all, she told my sister she would email her receipt and did not. When my sister called to inquire about her receipt and the unprofessional service, she doubled down and berated my sister over the phone. Yelling at her and stating she's the general manager and there was no one she could report her to. Brooke is highly unprofessional and should not be working in a service position especially not in a managerial role. She made my family feel unwelcome and I certainly do not want that for you and your family. I hold any Marriott establishment to a higher standard than this and if she represents the brand, then I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

William W.

Yelp
If you like pet motels this is a great choice. We didn't like it. We hear barking dogs most of the night. On dog lunged at me in the elevator- fortunately it was muzzled and in a leash. Next time I'm looking for a pet free motel.

Yelp
Staff working on the night of Oct 16 fraudulently charge my credit card three time. I received a paper receipt under my door with zero balance. Beware and check you credit card before you depart!!!!!

Zhou Y.

Yelp
The hotel did not honor the discount rate on which I made this reservation. Instead, it wanted to charge me more upon our arrival at night. There was no stipulation on the reservation page about the special rule the front desk person quoted. I asked her to show me the rule, but she could not. She insisted on the new price. She did not even care to check my ID for my qualification. Or my family could just leave the hotel at 10pm WITHOUT my original payment! Does it sound like a robbery??? Basically, we were forced to stay. I had to spend 1 hr talking with Marriott customer services, while my family waited. The first person promised me that the problem would be resolved. Later, his supervisor told me that she could not do anything after talking with the front desk, because she would not "budge." Very bad business practice. Breach of contract!!! The front desk person told me that there was no contract, even though the hotel already charged me. Certainly, this will be my last time here. Second, Marriott must work out with their franchisees. Do not leave customer in a bind AT NIGHT. First time ever happened to a Marriott property in my more than 10 years experience with Marriott. BAD!!! EDIT: The hotel sneaked in a $5 surcharge for internet in my final bill, my first ever for a Marriott property, even though there was no check-in page where you have to type in your room number and make a choice of the internet speed. This charge is in spite of the disclaimer that the property has FREE internet. Some one is cheating. Coming back home, search Marriott website again. It says that most Marriott hotels honor the discount. But some might NOT. If that is the case, Marriott ought to inform the customer which does not honor the discount. I searched the website of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richfield multiple times. I could not find any relevant information. That is a really a BAD business practice to say: Most do, but some might NOT. WHO knows?!!!

Yelp
If I could give them a 0 start I will do it. We were in Denver, CO traveling back home we needed a place to sleep for a night to continue our way to California, well our car got towed and we couldn't leave that day, I called the hotel to cancel my reservation explaining our situation, the lady who answered the phone was so nice telling sorry to hear that yes will cancel and give the money back, well they change the night to my 3rd party reservation Hotels.com knowing that they told me they won't do it and because they already charged them Hotel.com doesn't want to return $167, very bad sad experience. Now the manager is out until Monday really! Taylor explain to me that because 3rd party reservation there is nothing they can do well guess what Taylor you guys already charge Hotels.com, so is up to you guys to return that charge to them, then they can return it to me. Cory said manager works at night he'll talk to her and explain the situation, that she'll call me back, and this morning I called back because I didn't hear from the manager and Taylor said she's out until Monday!!! How it can be that a big hotel like this one ( Marriott ) can be without a manager for so many days.

Yelp
This hotel was a wonderful surprise after a long journey. We had never stayed at a Fairfield Inn and are platinum members. The service at this hotel is on par with the very best Marriott hotels like Ritz Carlton. We got in late and were greeted by Cassidee who was very pleasant and nice. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculate. There were lots of friendly cleaning staff in the morning. The laundromat and gym were nice too. We enjoyed the full breakfast. At checkout, Ashley at the front desk was kind enough to help us try to refreeze some of our ice packs. That was above and beyond. Excellent choice for people on road trips as it is conveniently located off the freeway. We will definitely be back.

Michael H.

Yelp
The front desk service was horrible!!! The young punk at the front desk was super rude and acting as if I was bothering him. I am a California first responder and he would not even look at my ID for the government rate. He was not wearing a mask either!! Totally unacceptable!! I am a platinum elite member and always look for Marriott, not in Richfield. I was here for 4 nights, but am now checking out tomorrow. I walked across the street to the Hampton Inn where they honored my government rate, and were super polite. This hotel is the worst!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars!!! Marriott should be ashamed of their employees here!!!

GraceChan E.

Yelp
Don't go there ! They will call the cops on you easily lol ! ! Terrible service. We love road trip. Always prefer to stay in Marriott , coz higher class and assume it will be better service and better room. And they take dogs . This one in Richfield, seriously, the front desk lady make me sick. Worst customer service we ever met. Not friendly, even can call that's rude . To a family that have a young kid, she literally scared me ( a pregnant lady ) and my little boy , to threatening to call police on my husband coz she wants us to leave the lobby just because we were talking about there is not gonna have customers come here that early , everybody gonna just stop by and take rest probably after 5pm -7pm. at Richfield ( coz Richfield is in the middle of no where ) why can't give us a room a little earlier! And at the coronavirus outbreak time, the front desk not wearing a mask! If you have to stop here at Richfield, next door Hampton inn is much better, much cleaner room ,,cheaper, and they take dogs as well, they even provide breakfast at 5am to go or can make hot food for your . super nice employees, everybody keep social distance , and wear mask, and they clean the room so great you feel safe to use it.

Freda D.

Yelp
Cindy who manages the dining room at the Fairfield in Richfield is so amazingly customer focused...friendly, helpful and kind! Goes out of her way for guests! Kudos!

Lainie R.

Yelp
Not a bad place to stay the night, especially if you are looking for a dog friendly property. Recently stayed here twice on a road trip. Rooms were typical but clean. Last stay was given a room adjacent to the elevators do it was a bit loud. Surprised that they are still offering normal buffet breakfast where everyone serves themselves. Does not really seem COVID safe..

Keith s.

Yelp
The staff would sometimes be wearing masks and sometimes not. Masks were not worn by most of the guests and the staff never said a word. At breakfast they ran out of eggs but wouldn't make more until multiple guests complained. Utensils were in a grab for all container that exposed the plastic ware to multiple hands. Same serving utensils used by multiple. Not very clean. I saw much better standards at the three other marriott properties I visited on my road trip.

Patanjali T.

Yelp
I stayed for 1 night in March 2018. The pros: * Nice room, great pillows, really comfy bed. * Fridge & microwave. * Nice toiletries. The cons: * $$$. I paid $111+. Yikes! * I left the room early morning to get gas & p/u something for breakfast. When I returned, the maid had cleaned my room. Too bad... I used the facilities, ate my breakfast, took the rest of my bags (she didn't see them???!!!) & left. 3.5* out of 5. Next time, I'd find something cheaper for a quick overnight only stay.

Lori P.

Yelp
I've been coming to this hotel every time we stay in Richfield Utah. From start to finish it is such a great experience. I've actually made friends with one of the girls that cleans the rooms... DAISY is such A great person and also takes great care of the room. SHAI took care of our room and she was super nice and the room was cleaned like it should be. ASHLEY at the front desk is always very helpful with whatever I need. Also KIM and LACY Who when we first checked in was very helpful with wanting to change our room because my husband was picky about the view. The breakfast is hot and a lot of selection and the guy that has been running it,ELLIOT was treating us like we were at a restaurant asking us if everything was OK and if we needed anything.. The beds and the pillows are so comfortable. We usually bring our own pillows but next time I don't even think I need mine because they're soft and down. Highly recommended this hotel in this town.

Donna D.

Yelp
We are Bonvoy lifetime gold elite members. We booked a room at this hotel and checked in last night. We were given a handicapped room on the first floor. Our preferences are high floor away from elevators. We were not told at check in that the room was handicap accessible. Using the shower in bath made the entire bathroom floor wet. Plus being on the first floor all we heard all night was people walking in room above us. Very disappointed.

Julie K.

Yelp
Visited this place per friend's recommendation of resting overnight b4 heading to CO. Going right to the likes and dislikes of this Marriott experience: Likes: - friendly staff - cleanliness - quietness - facial makeup remover (nice touch!) - continental breakfast Dislikes: - below the street view from the window especially given the fact that the parking lot was about 1/2 full, we assume there were rooms upstairs. So then why first floor room when upstairs rooms remained seemingly empty? - cold breakfast: why present food in chafing dish when it's not even supported by a warmer: scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon - ALL COLD!! - when checking out, the concierge couldn't print the receipt since we booked using the discount hotel website, when in fact we've stayed at other hotels having purchased rooms using the same methods & were able to provide itemized receipt. Behind technology here. The cold food was a total turn off. I've never had imagined a cold breakfast experience from an established place such as this. It was pretty bad way to end the stay there. Visit again? Only if have to Recommend to friends? Would tell them good and the bad of my experience here.

Morgan T.

Yelp
I loved my stay here so much! The whole hotel is so neat, clean, organized, and well- stocked. The amenities are incredible! The coffee and tea bar downstairs, Netflix on the TVs, copious lights and seating in the rooms... even the standard rooms are spacious and come with fixtures like desks, microwaves and mini fridg. Also, there were so many outlets in my room! Perfect for someone with a lot of gadgets to charge. The bathrooms seemed so perfectly set up and sanitized. And there's even A closet with an ironing board! They really thought of everything.

Emily R.

Yelp
At first glance this appears to be a really nice hotel we were excited to stay at.... but it has several issues. If your room faces the main road, you will hear trucks and cars all night (more than freeway noise). Also the water pressure / temp is not that great. The room is ridiculously small, with very little usable space. Make sure they don't put you by the water pump room unless you want to hear a loud buzzing every hour. I will say it was very clean, the sheets, towels, and floors.

Jennifer E.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise!! This hotel is so clean and quiet, with very nice customer service. Modern updates, comfy beds, tea tree Paul Mitchell shower amenities, coffee in the room (finally!!!), and....drum roll please.....HOT BREAKFAST!! Funny how much you miss these things when they haven't been offered for so long. We were so grateful to sit down as a family at a lovely table by a fireplace and enjoy a nice breakfast together before we hit the road again. The reality is that life needs to move back to some normalcy and we applaud their efforts. Thank you Fairfield Inn, we would stay here again in a second.

Scott H.

Yelp
It's a fairfield. Nothing special. Normal rooms. Small pool. Normal breakfast. Average service. Not bad but not good. :)

N. Danny S.

Yelp
Rooms are decently modern but you can tell its been renovated to keep up with the times. Overall, it feels clean and welcoming though. I think I caught a bad break because the night I was there I had to do some work, I connected to the WiFi network, Fairfield East. It was working fine for about an hour then just stopped working. I tried calling the front desk, the lady told me I should be connected to "Fairfield" to which I informed her the signal is too weak to connect on my side of the hotel, I asked her to reset east. She kept trying to assure me that I was mistaken and that I should be able to connect to Fairfield. After a couple of minutes of arguing with me, she finally scoffed and said she would look in to it. Fairfield East did not work the rest of my stay. I spent the rest of my night working in the lobby trading awkward glances at the front desk lady. So rude! Breakfast was great though. I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed and the breakfast attendant checked in with me to make sure I had gotten everything I wanted before she cleaned up, even asking me if I wanted her to leave anything out for me. Now that is the type of wonderful service I appreciate!

Yelp
We stayed here for one night in March. The lobby area is very nice and the front desk help was friendly and efficient. The rooms are just your average hotel room, but very clean. The only problem we had was that after we checked in and went out for the evening our room was like a sauna when we got back. Not sure how that happened because the heat was only set to like 72. However, being that it was March, we just opened the window and the cold air outside remedied the situation. We reset the thermostat to 65 and had a pleasant night. Beds are average, not super awesome but not like sleeping on plywood either. The walls are definitely thicker than some hotels but you can still hear noise in the hall. We did not partake of the breakfast because we are late risers and it ends at 10am on Saturdays. We will definitely be back if we return to Richfield.

J. R.

Yelp
Nice. Clean. Comfortable, larger suite. Great big bathroom. Beds so comfortable - and BEST pillows ever. This hotel seems new - the lobby is nice and the breakfast room is spacious. Good free wifi and good free breakfast. VERY nice front desk girl checked me in (5/27/15 @ 6pm). This Fairfield Inn was a tad pricey for my taste; so, I just used Marriott points - can't beat free! I liked that they use paper plates and cups only in the breakfast room. Glass would be even better, but paper is a definite step-up from the usual plastic and Styrofoam. It would be nice if they took it 1 step further and provided recycle bins - but, I am finding them few and far between in hotels. The hotel seems to be out in the middle of nowhere with just a Wendy's and a couple other things around. It is super-convenient to the interstate. I was only passing through so I didn't spend too much time in the area. All good, no complaints! I would most-definitely stay here again and again. FYI: If you find yourself at this hotel, PLEASE do yourself a favor and drive into downtown Richfield (close-by) and visit the "Sugar Bean Bakery". (I will write a separate review with photos.) You will thank me for recommending this wonderful, local bakery. Trust me.

Hendrick L.

Yelp
Nice and clean hotel. It looks like it's either new or recently remodeled. The rooms are clean and in really good shape. This is a "business traveler" type hotel, which means there is free wi-fi and free breakfast in the morning. The doors seem a bit thin as noise travels through it from the hallway fairly readily. Reasonable rates, friendly staff, clean rooms, and free wi-fi. I think there's a gym and a pool as well. It's perfect for business travel.

Cyndi R.

Yelp
Recently pet friendly! Richfield is always our halfway point stop on our drive from CA to CO. We normally don't stay here because our pets, but they recently went pet friendly Facility was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the rooms and the shampoos! The breakfast was a tad better than your normal average and the staff was all friendly! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Brooke F.

Yelp
No masks on staff including housekeeping! Absolutely disgusting - when I called Marriott corporate they assured me they have a national mask policy. Yea right. I'm very disappointed as a long time bonvoy member. I'm convinced the GM is the problem here.

Joe R.

Yelp
This was quite a comfortable stay. I really appreciate the smaller pillow that was part of the numerous already on the bed. The room was super clean. The breakfast was simple, not a lot of choices but got the job done. Can't ask for much more than that.

Yelp
We were traveling on a road trip and we stopped at the Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Richfield for the night on February 20th. We had our vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot under the hotel's light fixture right in front of the main entrance. The light exploded, and large metal pieces from the light hit our vehicle's window and broke it completely. We needed to travel through several states still and now we had a broken window. The receptionist at the hotel was very unhelpful and tried telling us the hotel was not responsible. She eventually told us the hotel manager, Brooke Millett, would be in the next morning and we could speak to her. The next morning we spoke to Brooke and she was very apologetic and said she would speak with their insurance company. We had two rooms reserved and she only reimbursed us for ONE. Absolutely absurd, they should've offered much more. Especially since we are Marriott members who have been with them for 15 years. She made it seem like she was going to take care of it but did not. She only provided us with the name of the insurance company. We had to call the hotels insurance company and get more details like the name of the adjuster and our claim number. We spoke with Hunter Bushman who claimed he never spoke with Brooke from the hotel and the hotel has not accepted responsibility for the incident. We then called Brooke back who said there was nothing else she could do and was very rude. Between her and the insurance company we are getting the run around. We absolutely should not have to do this much work when it is the HOTELS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BROKEN WINDOW. We asked the hotel to pay the window company directly and they continue to give us the run around. Beware of this hotel that passes the buck and doesn't take responsibility for incidents that are their responsibility.

Yelp
Do not stay at this motel. It is poorly managed. The general manager Brooke hung up on me when I asked her for her full name. Truly sad service

Yelp
Couldn't ask for anything better. The entire facility is extremely clean, the room was very adequate, quiet and as a Plus the morning breakfast was very very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Some of the reviews made me skeptical at first when deciding where to book for our stay. But overall my experience was a good one. Service was great. Staff are friendly and professional. I enjoy the breakfast. Rooms are clean. The place overall is clean. I highly recommend this place. Great stop if you're passing through on your way to wherever you're going. I think the people who are leaving negative reviews are expecting too much. Will definitely book this place again if I'm ever passing through the area.

Yelp
This property is nicely decorated. Looks like it may have just been updated. Friendly service both at check in and out. Hot/cold breakfast is better than most. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure and shower heads. We stayed in a pet friendly room; which are new to them. It was clean and in a section of the building to get in/out easily for potty runs. Would stay again

Yelp
Clean and comfortable! Good service from the person who answered the phone to the person who checked us in, as well as the housekeeping staff we ran into. We stayed one night on my first road trip from Vegas to Colorado. (Thank you to my client for recommending Marriott! It was much nicer to drive with a destination.) There is ample parking. There was a small fitness room as well as a pool, neither of which we utilized. I was worried about the noise when I saw that our room was right next to the elevator, but it actually wasn't bad at all. The worst noise during our stay was a motorcycle revving up way too early... The room had two double beds and was quite spacious. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't fabulous but it was fun! We had a good time using the waffle maker for the first time. There was also bacon, eggs, tortilla, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, toast, muffin, yogurt, etc. For $135, I'm definitely glad we stayed here. By the way, my son loved the Andes mint chocolate at the front desk ;)

Yelp
I was very happy with this hotel. Booked it at the last minute on a drive. The lady at the front desk at around 11:30 pm was very friendly and professional, the room was spotless and quiet, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Can't ask for more.

Yelp
I am quickly becoming a fan of the Marriot company. They really want you to have a great experience. We stayed in the Double Queen room. Great decor, clean, spacious, and a large bathroom. The workout room consisted of two treadmills and an eliptical (new and in great condition). No weights, which was a bummer. Treadmills had tv's attached to them, bonus! Pool was nice. Breakast was good, not the best, but great room for dining in. The only downers were the towels (cheap) and the noise in the hall. The doors are heavy, so every time a door closed you definitely heard it. But not a big deal past eleven pm. Will stay here again!

Yelp
We stayed here on our way to Colorado and on our way home. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds amazingly comfortable! The free wi-if worked great. The free breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food with delicious fresh fruit, a waffle iron, breads, pastries, eggs, chicken sausage, Canadian bacon, cereal, juices and coffee.

Yelp
Oh the beds!!! Everything was nice but ohhhh the beds were so comfortable. I had an unfortunate situation at another hotel, see other review, and they where very helpful. Unlike the other hotel they were able to accommodate them very quickly even though they were extremely busy. The breakfast was great but oh, those beds were amazing. I melted into it. It is obvious that they went the extra mile to provide a higher quality bed.

Yelp
My review is not on it's amenities or physical condition of the hotel. Like any other hotels, i.e., Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, etc.., this hotel provided a decent accommodation. My review is based on its service. I checked in at 10 p.m. while traveling on an official business and the manager would not budge on giving me a government rate. $145 for a standard room due to their hotel being "capped." The room would have gone vacant and it would have been to their business advantage to be reasonable with their rate and also earn loyalty from customers. I get frustrated with this type of management/business style. If anybody in the hotel industry can explain the intricacies of "pricing' and reasons of this manager's inability to accommodate on this occasion, I will change my rating.

Yelp
Very nice and clean place to stay. Good breakfast and attentive staff. I will recommend this hotel and attempt to stay at other Fairfields.
