Fairmont Golden Prague

We stayed at the Fairmont a couple of weeks ago and I think it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at (and I tried quite a few). The service is impeccable, the staff is so friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. As it was my birthday they sent a complimentary cake with a hand written note, which was so thoughtful! The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities, the pool is heated which was amazing! The spa is wonderful, again with all the amenities you need. As the hotel is brand new it feels very fresh and luxurious. I would definitely recommend and will come back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We visited the Fairmont Golden Prague for the first time after the renovation. Crazy beautiful design, but what we liked more was the level of service. We were on the terrace. Great drinks, incredible view and nice ambiance. Thanks to Nikita for his care and attention, a perfect combo of friendliness and professionalism. We will definitely come back again

Fairmont Golden Prague has to be one of the best 5 star property. To be honest, the service at Fairmont cannot be even matched by the finest 5 star chains. Everything is top notch and I am impressed with everything starting from the moment I stepped out of the car to check-in to the checkout. It felt like home and in 4 days I knew like everyone. I am short on words to express how much and what I experienced at Fairmont golden Prague. If there is anything I would like to suggest is that please never change your culture at the hotel and I wish 5 stars actually take a lesson from your guest service manual. If you are looking for a hotel in Prague, you can close your eyes and book Fairmont Golden Prague and be rest assured that you are more than sorted for your stay as I am not sure if there is a better property in Prague.

It was wonderful to stay at Fairmont Golden Prague. The place carried a glorious history. The renovation has transformed this place amazingly beyond the modern luxury standards. Our experience was so memorable! We wish that we could stay there longer. We enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool very much. Three big sauna rooms were unbelievable! The lobby is very beautiful with a lot of artistic details. The tunnel to the river side is really unique. We took a river cruise from there. It was very convenient. It was about 10 minutes walk to the landmark attraction, Astronomical Clock, with many other well known attractions in the area. The streets are spectacular and the buildings on both sides are gorgeous! The staff are very helpful and friendly. What a great team they have! The service is great!

We were on the terrace and the experience was wonderful. Incredible view of the whole Prague and insanely beautiful hotel. But what surprised us more was the service. We were served by Nikita and it was fantastic. His attention to detail and knowledge of the menu was impeccable. He helped us with cocktail selection and also told us about other restaurants and bars in the hotel so interesting that we want to come back to try all the places we find in the hotel. I hope that we will have the same level of service there.

Fairmont Golden Prague is simply exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The hotel offers great facilities – a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and on the top floor, an incredible restaurant with breathtaking views over Prague. We tried the sushi menu and ordered everything – every single dish was outstanding, fresh, and full of flavor. Truly a 10/10 experience and a must-visit if you’re in Prague!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this hotel made me write one. The most beautiful hotel in Prague. Great location and great service. Thank you so much to Nikita for his attention and helping us. He recommended and made wonderful cocktails for us. He was very kind to us and helped us solve our problem with dinner in the restaurant. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The Fairmont Golden Prague is pure magic. As a solo traveler, I’ve never felt so warmly cared for—service here is the kindest and most thoughtful I’ve ever experienced. The Gold Lounge was a game changer (breakfast + evening canapés = perfection), and Adam, Katerina & Francis made every moment feel special. The spa is a must—my massage and facial with Lucy were honestly among the best I’ve had anywhere. Add to that a stunning riverside location (steps from boat tours, 10 min walk to Charles Tower) and rooms that think of everything, and you have the perfect stay. I fell in love with Prague—and this hotel. Can’t wait to come back!
