Fairmont Tremblant

We had the most perfect family vacation to Fairmont Tremblant. From the service, to the amenities, location, food— everything was truly perfection. We enjoyed skiing on the mountain, it wasn’t too busy after the vacation break which was a plus. The food was excellent at the hotel. The service was above and beyond. Rooms are clean and new. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the spa, it’s a bit dated, and my service was nothing special. I hope they consider renovating the spa.

This was our first stay at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant and we were absolutely blown away! Upon our very first interaction Ms. Stephane was so welcoming, warm, and ebullient. She even followed up with a welcome text to confirm we had her contact information and sent us a welcome gift with hand written note card - absolutely outstanding hospitality! Our room was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. The entire hotel was so relaxed, well maintained, and oriented with the guest firmly at the center. The fitness center and outdoor pool was simply incredible. TAKE NOTE! The Axe bar does not serve guests under age 18 so plan accordingly so you don't get caught as we did, ordering for our children coming off the slopes then being told they couldn't be served so we had to schlepp to the other restaurant which does not have very good options and is outrageously expensive!

From the moment I arrived, the experience at Fairmont Tremblant was exceptional. The valet team greeted me with genuine smiles, handled my car and luggage seamlessly, and even placed my skis in the locker—setting the tone for a very service-oriented stay. Throughout the hotel, whether at the bar or during breakfast, staff were consistently friendly and attentive. I attended the Mackenzie investment conference and truly felt well looked after the entire time. A special highlight was the early-morning First Tracks at 7:15 a.m., guided by two wonderful hosts on the mountain. Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay here in late November. Being the off-season, the hotel was peaceful and never felt crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The spa circuit was a highlight for us — moving between the hot tub, the warm pool, and the cold plunge was amazing and so well maintained.|The on-site Axe restaurant was excellent, with great service and delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up. Overall, we were really pleased with our off season stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

This hotel feels like a glorified Holiday Inn from the 1980s. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. There’s no minibar with even basic soft drinks, which is surprising for a property at this level. The ski valet service is especially disappointing. Instead of a convenient experience, you have to carry your skis inside, wait in line to store them overnight, and then walk to your room in ski boots while carrying your poles. That’s hardly what I would call valet service. The Valentine’s Day dinner was equally underwhelming. The food was poor, and there was no effort made to create a festive atmosphere — not even a flower or a tablecloth on the table. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

We have recently returned from a fantastic family ski holiday staying at the Fairmont Tremblant. We have stayed at many Fairmont Properties around the world and this one is right up there with the very best. The recently renovated Gold lounge in particular is worth mentioning, and Michael and the whole team offer world class hospitality and guest care.||The ski-in/ski-out access, Ski Butlers hire and the hotel valet offer unbeatable slopeside convenience. The spa area, especially the outdoor hot tubs, are fantastic after a day on the slopes. The hotel was very full over the peak holiday season, but never felt overcrowded and the service level was maintained. Our room housekeeping including turndown service was excellent all week.||The only issue we experienced was an error on our bill on check out where we had been double charged for a dinner, but when pointed out this was promptly dealt with and rectified.||We look forward to returning.

Came in Jan 1-4 for third year in a row! We keep coming back! Group of 3 families plus adult children. We stayed on the gold floor and I have to say the team gold floor staff were amazing !!! Special mention to Mickael Ferreira who went above and beyond, and was in touch with us by text to confirm reservations for dinner and spa. Thank you !! Food in gold floor lounge and Choux Gras was excellent! Only neg feedback - The service in Axe bar was repetitively quite slow and I think they were understaffed. Still we love going there and tried not to sweat it. They did their best :) Overall we had an amazing time at Fairmont Tremblant. The outdoor hot tub is a highlight. Spa service was also amazing !! Would absolutely recommend.

Another wonderful experience with the Fairmont, Tremblant Hotel. We come because it’s beautiful. The service is top notch from the parking valet to the check-in.|Our stay was on the Fairmont gold level. Can’t say enough about the concierge team. Our dietary preferences is vegetarian vegan, the food was amazing. Lots of selection, freshly prepared quality ingredients delicious!|We love the spa, the outdoor hot pool, the sauna and the steam room. Very relaxing after a great day on the slopes. The axe bar and Grill make wonderful cocktails and we always enjoy a meal there as well. The staff is well trained, courteous, friendly, and professional. This isn’t necessarily the case at hotels that are twice the price worldwide.|We will always come back here, knowing that they are consistent in providing a great experience. Seeing the deer eating the Evergreen about 10 foot away when you’re in the hot tub is pretty spectacular.

We are skiers and have stayed at Mt Tremblant before. This year we opted for the Fairmont for ski in / out ease. Wow. Our skis were removed from our car and wished away to the ski storage slope-side. Our room was a queen suite and comfortable. The staff is fantastic. We are greeted by name as we pass through the lobby. Ricochet is a terrific coffee / pastry breakfast bar. The outside hot tubs may be crowded with well behaved children, but have plenty of room and very clean. Looking forward to our return.

While a bit pricey, the Fairmont here does offer a lot of great amenities and services, and it's nice to have a few self-contained areas (bar/restaurant) where you can wander safe from the cold. Being that it was November, we didn't get to try any of the outdoor amenities (like the pool) but the bar/lounge was excellent (with really good drinks) and the in-house restaurant served up some great steak. Overall not disappointed with the experience! Stay Cheerful ;)

Fairmont Tremblant used to be a great hotel. However, it all changed starting in 2023 when they began playing blasting music from 11 AM until 10 PM in the open-air bar/hot tub area. The music is so loud that all pool-facing hotel rooms can hear it and feel the thumping beats. People are unable to relax in their rooms. I am unsure why a 4-star hotel that is on the AMEX fine hotels and resorts list would do that. They probably missed the memo that blasting cheesy loud music is not an amenity, but a disservice. It feels like you are in a cheap motel with a cheap jacuzzi. AMEX should remove Fairmont Tremblant from its fine hotels and resorts list. Stay away from it and save your money.

Valet $25, or free if proof of $50 purchase at the bar or restaurant in the hotel. Credit card accepted. Good service. Love that the bar overlooks the ski hill, it has a large fireplace, great service, and good crafted cocktails. Great location, has a games room/arcade room, and lots of places to lounge or read. Outdoor pool - wish that were connected into the interior hotel by a water passage. Informative and friendly staff, hands down the best place to stay in tremblant.

After wasting over 2 additional hours getting to the hotel due to a complete shutdown of the highway on the way there due to construction (during one of the busiest conventions at the hotel) they lost my reservation. No apology. No concessions. Sat in the bar and waited for over 30 minutes to even get noticed for food only to be informed that the front staff had "misinformed" me and there is no food after 10:00 pm. No room service after 10:00 pm. Bar service was the worst I've ever seen. Don't waste your money. Third world country.

I've been staying at this hotel for 20 years and sadly, I think it has changed. I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel. The room service used to run late, and now it shuts down early, so if you sleep longer then you're not having breakfast. Also, I did order a couple of things off the menu the other day, and they arrived cold. I think they forgot to heat them up. They don't think they keep it as clean and pristine as they once did here. This was once a top notch place and maybe they changed management but it's really too bad.

I was at a pensions and benefits conference this week and it was held in Mont Tremblant. My home away from home was the Fairmont. The luge course was just outside my window. On Saturday, there were deer in the grass! There was a heated pool and hot tub (they are open all year round). I had time to use it on Sunday but it was a chilly day so I passed. The hotel is at the top of the village so walkable to everything. In the room, there was a mini-fridge, coffee maker, etc. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful hotel, newly renovated, centrally located in the heart of Mont-Tremblant. The views from the rooms (well room 622) are beautiful -- you can wake up to a fantastic view of the Tremblant village and see skiiers whizzing by. Truly breathtaking in the winter time. I've stayed at this hotel earlier this year (end of Jan) and enjoyed both stays equally (2 nights, and this time 1 night). The rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. Valet parking staff are professional and curteous, as are the staff that check you in. The brunch restaurant Le Comptoir has been renovated but I have to say, it wasn't a very varied or generous spread, in my opinion. Let's just say that if you don't like eating the traditional Quebecois style breakfast, it really limits you. Still, I had a decent omelette made at the omelette station, half a waffle freshly made with some homemade raspberry jam, a mini croissant, home style potatoes, maple syrup, some smoked salmon and some fruit. The seating arrangement wasn't clear to me and it took some time for me to find a table. Once I did, the waitress was a little strange and rude with me about needing to have someone seat me, who I was with, what I was doing. It was pretty awkward until she found out which group I was with and that I'd been invited to have breakfast there. I'm docking a star for this unpleasant exchange. During my last visit, I tried the spa. It's fantastic. I got the body wrap... what a unique and lovely experience. I also enjoyed their outdoor pool and hot tubs -- especially in -10 degrees! Beautiful hotel; you won't regret staying here.

Stayed here one night for a work retreat. Location is great, especially the ski in/ski out setup if you're here to ski. Conference room was well set up and the coffee and snacks at the meeting were very good. Our group also had buffet breakfast and lunch in the restaurant which were both excellent. The restaurant was stylish and clean and the service was very attentive. I had a junior suite which had a lot of space and a nice view of the ski hill. The room was clean Anne comfortable but felt a bit dated, the cabinets I in the bathroom had pieces broken off them. We had free time in the afternoon one day so I went to the spa for a few hours. My massage was very good and I enjoyed the heated outdoor pools. Some of the spa facilities, like the changing room, were a bit dated. Service everywhere was universally good. There were nice touches like complementary treats in my room at the end of the evening. Overall an excellent stay, I would recommend this hotel based on great service and food and a convenient location.

Do not recommend this hotel at all.. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, didn't care about the guests at all, they probably do not know what customer service ir or are not familiar with saying "I'm sorry, my mistake" either in English or spanish because they where never able to articulate it even though they made so many mistakes. The photos on their Facebook page and instagram are EXTREMELY edited. No recomiendo este hotel en lo absoluto.. Los empleados son extremadamente groceros y no les interesa ayudarte o mantener una conversación contigo como cliente.. No saben lo que es la atención al cliente y Probablemente no conocen la frase "una disculpa fué mi error" , por que aun que cometieron incontables errores conmigo y mi familia, nunca pudieron admitirlo, ni en ingles o español. Y también las fotos en su instagram y pagina de facebook estan extremadamente editadas.

Sunday brunch at the Fairmont Tremblant was fine. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The quality of the food and variety of food was what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. It was not even close to what I would expect from a 4 or 5 star establishment even though they charged 5 star prices.

This place is old and tired. Rooms are drab. Furnishings are way outdated. It's the very worst Fairmont we've ever stayed in. So disappointing. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable enough and the bathroom counter actually is decent sized.

Tremblant village in general is a badly designed tourist trap full of overpriced mediocre fare. The Fairmont bar lounge saved us!! Thank you international standards!!! Great design and atmosphere with views. Service, bar menu and cocktails were excellent. However, the music or musak actually, was horrible electronic noname wannabe pop. It ruined everything. We asked if they could change it - they couldn't. Such a shame.

Mixed review for this hotel. We were there over the busy holiday rush and I'm sure some of the issues we encountered were because the hotel was overwhelmed. When paying top dollar is their being busy my problem? Umm, no. For example, we checked into the hotel around 8:00 pm. Get settled in our rooms. Next mission, find the kids some food. The Ricochet cafe was closed, no sundry store, room service it is. Call room service to be told expect a one hour wait, Argh! I get it, you are busy but can't you see the bookings and plan accordingly? So with over a grand in hotel bills for the night we rooted our purses and suitcases to split a granola bar and some peanuts. Great...I should mention it was -25C degrees so going out walking around looking for food wasn't happening. What would have been a five star experience would be room service lady saying, 'Mrs. T we are busy right now but you can grab some sandwich/ snack packs at the front desk our compliments if you can't wait an hour.' Just sayin'. Front desk and concierge were mostly clueless and inadequately trained. We asked both the front desk the concierge if the rental service included winter clothes (they do) but neither the front desk or the concierge had any clue. Found the fitness room lacking. I was there first thing in the morning and there was trash left around. Only one of the treadmills was working properly. No incline functional on #1 treadmill. Am I being a bit hard on this hotel? Yep. I expect my monies worth. Pros; great food. Some lovely staff. Had a nice chat with the staff at Ricochet. Our dinner waiter was clearly a professional and could not have been better. All the food we tried was wonderful. Outdoor pools were a blast. Proximity to the slopes amazing. We used the rental service to rent winter coats and the staff of the rentals was completely overwhelmed and understaffed. Will we visit this hotel again? Yes, if the price is right. I would not pay top dollar here again. Will be on the lookout for deals in the shoulder season.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for skiing and the ski valet made it so easy once we had our equipment. The staff was very nice. Kids had great time in the outdoor hot pool. If you drive Mont tremblant, it is hard to find a parking especially if you stay at Fairmont. We use thier valet parking service, they were very fast and helpful. The cafe at the pool level is over priced especially the fresh fruits. There is a small market 5 min walk at the center of the resorts, we buy bananas and apple for the kids for night time snack. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Our room was clean and serviced promptly. We would definitely stay there.

I really enjoyed at my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean beautiful and comfortable, it is very well maintained and in a great location (right in the heart of the walking village and the ski hill etc) everything is a just few steps away and you also have a lot available to you inside the hotel resort itself. Valet parking 25$ per night or free parking 10minute walk from the hotel , A lounge , a cafe , a gym, a couple of restaurants , spa and in and outdoor pools ! the room we had was very comfortable as well, spacious , super clean and a nice view of the ski hill. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and gave great customer service. the use of the in and outdoor pools are including in the room price and it's such a nice touch , the pools are super relaxing and offer a great view while you relax (they are accessible even at night until 10pm - the pools were so pretty and calming in the evening but still lively and fun. You are allowed to talk unlike at a traditional spa which was nice it added a nice energy to the experience). At night they were also giving out marshmallows to roast at one of the fire pits. We also got a great price for the room, for the service, the experience and location it is so worth the price. The reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because we also had a strange experience at le comptoir restaurant, we were waiting to be seated and the person who came to see us didn't even say hello and when we greeted him he just looked at us and asked what we needed , we asked to see a menu and then when we asked if they had any specialities he replied with a rude dry "well you have the menu " , he was very rude and it was a very awkward unpleasant exchange for no reason at all. This was enough to have us choose to not even eat there, it's a shame because absolutely everything else about this place was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Mont Tremblant but steer clear of le comptoir restaurant.

Good: Great pools Great proximity to the village (2 minutes walk, but out of earshot) Bad: $25/day for valet parking Room 121 is at headlight level for cars pulling into the hotel (we upgrades to a suite for $85/day for nights 2-4). Limited free TV options Ugly: Sacrebleu! $16-28/day (?!) for WiFi and iPad (Netflix) still pixilated and buffered every couple of minutes. WiFi speed tested at 6.8 Mbps, but at 3:45 am. This might be the first hotel I've paid for WiFi at since WiFi. Overall, we'd stay here again but not before researching some of the other hotels first.

Hotel and pool are gym area is nice. Love the area. No gluten-free options at lounge or restaurant. In fact if your gluten-free bring your own food. The village has little for lunch and dinner worth while.

This is by far the worse hotel we have ever stayed at! Costumer service is definitely not priority at this place. Front desk rude and unbelievable unprofessional, I honestly believe the staff that work at this hotel do not enjoy their jobs. After all this is a 5 star hotel costumer service should be there number one priority!!! Unfortunately that's not the case! I wold never ever stay in this place again DO NOT recommend base on costumer service and personnel being rude at all times. Stay away from this

We came here for our 5 years. It was all originally planned out by my better half. Unfortunately, no one mentioned to him upon booking that there was a children's dance competition undergoing and the hotel was infested with practicing children! Propositions which were requested by my BF for the surprise anniversary was not met (he had mentioned this to me only once the trip ended) However, explaining our disappointment to the administration, we got upgraded and administration made sure we were content with services. Overall, I must say that the hotel rooms were beautiful, clean and service proved that they care to please they're clients. Very much enjoyed the breakfast and seafood dinner... The seafood dinner was my favourite and I highly recommend it!! The fish provided are good quality- The dishes are not only fresh, but also have a multitude of flavours. Oysters were to die for and I would recommend coming here for a romantic dinner with your loved one. Just want to thank Channel and Genvieve for aiding my boyfriend and myself on our 5 year anniversary.

I was here for about 4 or 5 days for a friend's birthday ski vacation January 2016. Pros: The overall hotel staff: helpful and friendly The restaurants were easy and casual to get into even in various group sizes, & to hang out in Ski in and ski out is fun and convenient Great location, really beautiful area and great skiing and outdoor sports in the whole area The outdoor hot tub after ski is great Really nice to work out in the gym Nice sized hotel room Love the hotel dog Great helpful friendly staff in the ski shop Cons: There was only one thing but it was very "off" - I had ordered a bottle of champagne as a surprise to be sent to my friend's room for her birthday (to the tune of almost $200.) and the concierge/floor manager that handled my request for me sent the bottle and wrote a note: "Happy Birthday from (him!!!)" This was really totally inappropriate. Because this was my friend that I had sent this to, we figured out what happened, but what if someone did that as a business gesture or it was sent to someone who never figured out who the sender was?

Let's start by saying that you can't go wrong when staying at a Fairmont. There's a warmth and coziness to this hotel that is very hard to put into words. The feel of the place is typical of a ski retreat. The room was squeeky clean. The location of the hotel is right next to the main chairlift and the village. The only little thing negative I noticed is the outdoor pools need a bit of work. The tiles are dated and discolored. Same goes for the floor in the lobby. Some obvious wear that should be looked at. This does not affect the feels of that place at all. You won't be disappointed !

Best location wise, great lobby (way better then the Westin which we were looking at originally) large restaurant and 3 pools Hint : try to book the rooms on the 7 th floor (gold rooms ) you get your own mini restaurant with free coffee, cookies , breakfast and different snacks - well worth it and wifi in your room for free !!! Which is like 20 dollars for 24/7 in your room in the hotel - free in the lobby )

everyone i've spoken to said fairmont is THE best hotel to stay at tremblant... i guess i'll take their word for it because the only thing i would complain about is the dirty floor towel and missing floor towel from housekeeping. other than that, i really have no other complaints! now onto the positives: 1) room: rooms are extremely spacious. we got the double room to share and the beds are so comfy that we slept like babies. 2) amenities: they have indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs. resort also comes with an inhouse spa and sauna. a sizable gym, and they even have a game room for kids with wii, foos ball table... etc. 3) service: awesome! from valet to front desk, everyone's really courteous and outstanding. 4) parking: either valet ($$$) or park in the public parking structures (free). it's really only a 12-15 minutes walk from the parking lot to fairmont so it's not so bad. 5) location: it's not located in the heart of the village, but more torwards the end of the village, but it's still accessible to everything. it may be quieter to stay at fairmont because you're away from all the bars and away from loud drunkards since all other hotels have rooms facing the village. would i stay here again? yes, but only with the rate we were able to get because i don't think i would justify paying regular rates for the fairmont...

This is a Fairmont Hotel in name only. Stay here if you can get a deal but do not pay full price. The experience is not as good as other Fairmont hotels. If you must ski at Tremblant, then staying at this hotel will shield you (somewhat) from the notoriously bad service in the rest of the Tremblant village. Though we did wait 30 minutes for a Martini in a mostly empty lounge - More on why it's empty in a moment... Apres ski is as important to a ski trip as skiing itself. When the lifts close, if you want to kick back in front of a fire and have a beer while your kids have a hot chocolate, you are out of luck - nobody under 18 is allowed in the lounge, and the fireplace is in the lounge. They also (inexplicably) do not allow ski boots in the lounge (at a ski hotel). I questioned this policy and was told that it's because of "hygiene and security" - Funny, I recently stayed at the Fairmont in Whistler and had lunch at the Mallard lounge with ski boots on and with my kids without any hygiene or security problems. @Tremblant Fairmont - This is a stupid rule and you need to change it. A 5 star ski hotel doesn't confine guests wearing ski boots to a cafeteria in the basement. Otherwise, there's a lot they get right. Porters make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Luggage and skis are magically transported to where they need to go and the front desk staff are friendly and charming. Rooms are large, clean and in good shape, housekeeping is on point. It was worth the $200USD per night that we paid, but not more than that.

I would consider the Fairmont Tremblat the best hotel to stay in at Tremblant in terms of location, quality, attention to detail and service. Recently we had a conference here for the week so my review is based on a Sunday to Friday visit. Previously while in Tremblant have stayed at both the Westin Tremblant and also Ermitage du Lac. My Hotel room: 4.5/5- I had a great room on the 7th floor overlooking the village and the base of the ski hill. Off in the distant i could see the lake at the bottom and had great views of Tremblant which I was amazed how much of a valley the village is located in! You really don't have an appreciation till you get a view from high! Secondly Banquet Facilities: 4.75/5 Excellent array of various sizes of rooms and really a great place for all sorts of meetings all week. Most of the rooms the women found colder but I loved it! Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner): Overall - 4/5 - Dinner: 4.5/5....First night we had an array of finger food (wings, pizza, asian spring rolls, chicken etc) all very good. Another night it was grilled meat outside (Chicken, ribs, Cedar Plank salmon etc). All were excellent. I must commend the chef as usually salmon is way overcooked! This was done just as salmon should be done (in my opinion). Medium rare! Breakfast: 3/5...... - For two days it was scrambled eggs with green onion and tomato (a bit runny but good). The other days it was Egg Frittata which many didn't mind but I thought was good. Also there was Bacon - Sausage, potatoes, pastries, toast and always a good selection of fruit. Only complaint was more healthy options. The highlight of Breakfast was the bacon was really good! Many guys in my group would eat a small mountain of bacon each morning! Lunch: 4/5....... Most days there was a good selection of salads, meat, vegetables (always a fish option) with some excellent desserts. Deserts: 5/5 They always had a great selection of dessert. At some of the break time during meeting they had a devilish brownie with marshmallow. Other times they had assorted mousse. Other times the dessert at dinner was just sublime! Pool area- 4.75/5 The outdoor heated pools are awesome. Only complaint (not their fault was the black flies at night tat would feast on you! ************ Beware in the month of June!********************** Only other complaint is that it would close at 10:00 PM. 11PM or midnight would have been nice but many hotel pools close at 10:00 PM so although disappointing it would be nice a bit later especially when we would have long days! All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend!

During our stay at this hotel, our daughter broke her wrist. We had to return to the US to get the remaining care she required which means that we had to leave ONE DAY early after spending 5 days at the Fairmont at more than $800/ night. Despite showing our daughter's medical documentation including her X-Ray this hotel's "supervisor" Kelly-Ann refused to provide any sort of refund for the night we couldn't stay. They stated despite our daughters broken wrist this was a "big week for them". Keep in mind, we ate in their restaurant all week, rented equipment from them. They were inflexible about many things during the week and this just capped off an experience that we never could've imagined. DON'T STAY HERE.

Quick Breakdown: + Breathtaking Views from mountain + Village Walk + Nice hiking trails - Food/restaurant Due to the long review, I posted the quick breakdown for those who do not want to read the full review. Full Review: I was not expecting much from Fairmont Tremblant. A ski resort that I was visiting during the summer. This reminded me of my past visits to Talisman and Blue Mountain. The trips there were dull and boring. So when I arrived at the hotel after a long day of exploring in Montreal, I was greeted with a beautiful view overlooking the village and the hotel we stayed at. When checking in, the valet and the secretary (person who helped us check in) were nice and helped us accordingly. Receiving our keycard and arriving at the fourth floor, we found our door and opened it. The room is nice and was better than I expected (see photos of room 1 and 2). The rooms are not as luxurious as Mandalay Bay or Trump Hotel, but they are passable. The bathroom is average (not as nice as Harbor Grand in Hong Kong). After we got WiFi (it is not free, but if you join their club, it is complementary), we went down to the village walk and ate at an Italian restaurant (see photos of pasta and pizza). The next day, me and my family took trips on the gondola to the top of the mountain (tickets can be purchased at a ticket office). The view from the top of the mountain were amazing and breathtaking. Seeing the sites of nature takes you away from the problems and keeps you relaxed. After walking around and taking pictures around the mountain, we stopped at the lodge and had lunch. I had pasta, bread and sprite and my brother had the burger and the fries. The best part of the lunch is the viewing the mountains and forest from the mountain top from where we ate. When dumping my plastic plate, I accidently also threw out the silver fork provided (the fork had a designated bin to place) =) . Really embarrassing. After the funny moment, we took the gondola back down to the village walk (see photos of village walk/map) and took more photos. We then went swimming in the pool. It was not the best pool but still was fun. Hungry and ready for food, we got ready for dinner and ate at a fine-dining steakhouse (see photos of trout filet and others). The trout was below my expectations of fine dining and my brother said the beef was average. After dinner, I got back to the hotel and finished my night by watching Rookie Blue on Global TV and watching YouTube videos. The final day, I woke up and started packing to check-out of the hotel. After finishing my pack up, we checked out and the valet quickly got our car. Our great stay at the hotel finally ends. My stay at the hotel was great. It exceeded my expectations and for that I give it four stars. If only the food was better, the review would be five stars. Overall, I am glad to have stayed at Fairmont Tremblant. I recommend this hotel looking to visit Quebec.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont. I initially screwed up my reservation and the woman at the front desk was so helpful. I had planned a small getaway for our anniversary but screwed up the reservation date. I just about had a heart attack when I arrived and found out I had booked the wrong date. The woman at the desk helped me get a room and straightened everything out for me. I really wish I had gotten her name so I could thank her. If you stay here, you definitely need to try the Windigo restaurant. Pool was a lot of fun for my six year old son. Water was heated in their outdoor pools. Room was very comfortable with amazing views. Really enjoyed being able to open the windows. Very relaxing stay. Their staff is great.

Decent rooms and good food. The staff seem to be very accommodating to special needs and requests. Nice pool area and fitness centre. Located at the top of the village so it's a bit of a hike to get up but luckily there is a Gondola so you can take it as a shortcut.

Ski-in, ski-out on Tremblant. Excellent, luxurious hotel. We had to order room service the first night because every restaurant closed around 8:30pm. Nice snowboard valet service - honestly, it was better service and care than the valet service I received at the Lodge at Vail. We went to the spa and were both happy with our sessions. Based on this experience, I'd go to another Fairmount without hesitation.

Ski in ski out was nice. Very family oriented. Kids everywhere. Usually quick about bringing the car around except the last day. Waited about 30 min for concierge to send someone up but eventually decided I'll just bring the 5 bags down myself. Of course as I get to the elevator, the bell hop shows up with the cart. The first day the woman at the desk gave us wrong directions to the location to pick up lift tickets so I was pretty peeved about that. Everyone was very nice though. It is a nice place. Some miscommunications but they were very busy. I would recommend bringing some flip flops if you want to go down to the pool or sauna as no slippers are provided. They show movies downstairs all the time..mostly rated G type cartoons (which I love) but again, extremely family oriented.

The best one we had in Canada. Great interior design, comfortable hot tub pools, gym, free featured lounge, high speed wifi, detailed and professional service, excellent experience staying 2 nights here.

Not quite what I'd expect for a Fairmont, for for Tremblant, it was great :). We had a corporate event here, and the food was wonderful, the rooms were nice, no complaints overall. Also, they have a dog that you can sign up to take for walks. Awesome.

Amazing service! We felt super welcome right away. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they made us feel special throughout our whole stay. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were awesome as well. Roasted marshmallows on a fire pit outside near the pools. Located at the end of the village.. it was nice to be so close to all of the restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

The location and facilities are stunning. The food sadly is lackluster, particularly for those of the vegetarian persuasion. I love the European ski village with shopping and other much better food options accessible in this walking village.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such amazing, consistent service. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, cheerful and genuinely seemed concerned if we were having a great time. They delivered a cake to our room for our daughters birthday and even charged our iPad at the front desk since our charger had broken. Except for the construction outside, it was very quiet and away from the pedestrian village noise, but still within comfortable walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Great in-village location. 'Deluxe' room was the perfect size for our family of 5, 2 full size bed with pull out sofa, nice spacious bathroom, lovely view of the slopes, the kids loved watching the skiers first thing in the morning. Lovely cozy upmarket hotel, no complaints! Food: Enjoyed a nice dinner with friends at the Windigo,the hotel restaurant...it was very nice! Brunch the following morning was a huge spread but the food didn't really stand out in my mind. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice. At over 600$ per night for a standard two bedroom you would expect superior service. We have two kids so having been for their winter break you would expect hotel has some kids room/ entertainment for them during after hours. They do have an unsupervised room for at least the 5 days we were there that has a few video games and 2 bouncers that looked like they were purchased at Walmart. Supposedly this room closes at 9PM but we have found they close at about 7:40 so many kids play outside the looked doors. As we sat there for about an hour we must have seen at least 10 families trying to enter play room. All eateries in hotel are over priced.

I have stayed at the Fairmont in Whistler and now Mont Tremblant. We stayed on the President's Club Gold Floor. The complimentary breakfasts and Happy Hour were well worth while. It's ski-in-and-out and there are excellent indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs. Yeah I am definitely a fan.

The hotel is shabby, looks old. Service is great. Ski in and out, and on site rentals,and ski valet are great. On premises food options are limited, but many options are available outside. Free parking is available in the village, 5 minute walk.

Omg! Love this place! AMAZING breakfast! LOVE the eggs Benedict! It had AMAZING hollandaise sauce! They had go karts, bungee trampolines, and rock climbing. It was so much FUN! Though they didn't have the tv channels that I like it was the BEST experience ever!

We stayed from Monday to Thursday, my room was on the 6th floor facing the lake. Nice this the window do open, so can get some fresh air inside. King size bed was comfy and pillows are nice. Comes with a empty mini-fridge, nice to store juice and water to keep it cool. Lots of plugs in the room, which was nice to get electronic devices charged. Food was amazing, if your are ordering room service they say will be there in 30 min, only took 15. And it was really good! Could not hear any noise at all at night. We used the outdoor patio area and 3 of the conference rooms. Staff are excellent, incredible and amazing! Everyone opens doors, asks how you are doing, they really engage and make you feel welcome. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. This place is 5 stare all the way!

Ideally located hotel with great staff and service. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but not terribly so. The service was outstanding - everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Rooms are very spacious. Ours was basic & had hotpot, coffee maker, & fridge. Co-traveling family got a suite with a kitchen fully functional enough to eat daily breakfast & make a simple dinner. Ski in and out is truly that, easiest we've experienced. Outdoor pools are heated all winter, indoor pool very nice. Main restaurant is overpriced, chose to only eat breakfast there 2x (it was just ok) and never dinner. There is a cafe in the lower level where skiers come in off lift, with sandwiches/soups/pastries. That is what we ate for majority of breakfast & lunch. I'm surprised a hotel of this caliber does not have more dining options. Gym is small but enough -- a couple treadmills & elliptical, a few weight machines, free weights & medicine balls. They could do with a few more weight machines. Also surprised that this resort-style hotel does not have fitness classes and a larger studio to house them (to fit spa-type atmosphere). Very well situated to rest of tremblant village. Would definitely come here again.

horrible service and the non renovated rooms are gross and look worse than some motels. Julie the front desk manager is clueless about customer service. Bedding is old and dingy and pillows are like rocks. Food is overpriced especially room service. Due yourself a favor dont't stay here. Hilton Suites is %10000 times better and will cost less. It's also right on the slopes. Fairmont charges 5* prices for 2* rooms and 1* service!

We stayed for 5 nights injune/ July. This is a lovely hotel, and, although built c1997 is well updated and extremely clean. We booked a room with a kitchen which was very well equipped with enough equipment to prepare good meals. The dishwasher made cleaning up easy. The views across the valley were superb, and the location is great. Is off the main square (away from the noise) but only one square over so accessible to everything. Right on the slopes for winter skiing. Only one point - be careful with kids - the hot water is boiling hot straight from the taps. Take care with little ones when bathing etc. .This is an amazing resort for families with a ton of activities and a show / parade most evenings. Our kids did not want to miss it! The service was very unobtrusive but excellent. The pool was warm, clean, and not crowded. A very child friendly resort but I wouldn't hesitate to go there without kids either .We will stay here again (and our kids wholeheartedly agree!)
