Exceptional ice cream, quite rich and thick and flavorful! Large servings in my sundae (great value, given how high quality the ice cream is), and just delicious 😋 I can't wait to return and try more of their menu

4 stars because they were out of a few flavors plus a long wait for our 3 orders of regular scoops of ice cream. Otherwise, I had the almond butter which came with whole almonds and coconut which came with coconut flakes. Both were delicious and made us want to come back for more! Will definitely be back.

I love Rocky Road and was excited to try a new place with my kids. My understanding has always been that Rocky Road has chocolate ice cream, marshmallow, and ALMONDS. No other nuts! Unfortunately, they had pecans, a lot of them, and I am allergic. I think I ate 2 almonds in total. I noticed the size of the nut in my spoon and uncovered it and it was a large pecan. I got scared and had to throw it out. But allergies are no joke. Please be more careful, Fairmont Flavors.

First time trying it out, saw mixed reviews, I think they hinge on what you ask. There's no chair and tables so I didn't rate for atmosphere, it's a to-go shop, so if you mean to sit, chat and eat ice cream you'll want to go elsewhere. Anyway, I loved what I got, will go back, recommend it.

As an avid member of the cult following of the preceding “Philly flavors” I’d like to say that the new ownership and name of Fairmount Flavors has its pros and cons, but carries the weight well. The flavors of the ice cream are rich and tasteful, some are on the overly sweet side (coming from an extreme sweet toothed person) and some of the water ice flavors can be a hit or miss due to its watery/icey-ness (In not the best way as the flavor seems muted). Some flavors are beautifully as close to natural as an ice cream shop can get, while others are laughably artificial. Yes, I’m looking at you, pistachio ice cream. However, my last visit encouraged me to leave a review as I tried the black cherry ice cream (8/10, very sweet but a good balance with the natural cherries, almost like dark maraschino) and a gelati of mango ice cream and mango water ice. Both flavors were great especially together, however i would prefer to do without the fruit flies that may be embedded in the barrel at this point. (I can’t blame them, I’d live in there too!) The waffle was fresh, light and flaky, the cookies were not the soft kind but still good, and we were given some kind of mystery flavor order that was not ours. This review is mixed, but overall I will be returning anyways, potential fruit flies and all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I asked for vanilla ice cream with my strawberry shortcake and they gave me some damn chocolate ice cream. I waited 40 minutes on doordash just for this to get here. Complete trash! Who the hell gets chocolate ice cream with strawberry shortcake!? Def will never order from here again. A complete waste of time and money.

In the south we call this an icee but the water ice/Italian ice was amazing. We found a great parking space and the weather was nice for our cool treat.

I enjoy coming here when it's nice outside and when I'm craving good water ice. This place has everything you need and more. The customer service here is outstanding, and they complete your order at a very fast pace. I highly recommend it.
