I had wanted to try this place for some time. Unfortunately, there was construction work on the street downstairs. The fortunate part of this was that there was no work being done at the time, so no noise. We were met at the front door and rode up the elevator with an employee who suggested appetizers and indicated they had a full bar. Although she stated they were a full bar two of the drinks I ordered could not be made because they did not have all the ingredients. So I ended up ordering a cucumber martini and I can say it was delish! I ordered a Salatta Verde, Polpette, and the Ceviche. The ceviche was delicious. I love the fact that they added pieces of jalapeno, pineapple, and cherry tomatoes. It had that sweet, spicy, citrus flavor that made it unique to me. After 45 minutes of waiting for the rest of our food we finished our drinks, thanked the bar staff for their superb service and canceled the rest of the food we had not received. The bar staff apologized and mentioned they had reported this to the manager. As we waited for the elevator, the doors opened, and an employee exited with our food in hand only to stop to talk to the couple standing by us about they're stay in the hotel. So you can imagine my disgust that my food was not covered while they spoke. But not only that, we could not get into the elevator because he was blocking the entrance and not once did he move out of the way nor acknowledged us after speaking to the couple. Tsk, Tsk, I hope he was not the manager. I will say I enjoyed the view with a drink in hand. Will I go back? Maybe, maybe not we'll see.
