Your driver is out of control……. Driving very recklessly this morning at 8:20am on Lahser going towards northwestern highway

I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with Fairway Packing. I placed an order for a 55-day dry-aged ribeye and coordinated with Ken, who told me when it would be ready. I made the long drive from Jackson to Grosse Pointe to pick it up after finally getting off work. When I arrived, I was told they were closing and delivery wouldn’t happen. I asked why I was told to come then, and was told he might be able to make it in an hour — so I waited. When I finally received the meat, none of it was trimmed, and all the bark was left on. For something that was supposed to be a premium product and service, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. The communication was poor, and the end result was not what I expected from a company with this reputation. I had guest coming over I am super disappointed never again

Awesome facility, excellent cuts of meat. We had a private event in their new space and everything was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience with a group of friends.

What Fairway Packing Co did here absolutely amazed me ! I was heading out of town and contacted them to purchase some steaks on my way to the airport. The owner suggested, why don't we just ship it to you, we can have it there tomorrow, fresh. With my destination 1,500 Miles away I thought he was joking. This product was delivered exactly the next day via UPS. Perfectly packaged with ice and a cooler along with 2 beautiful TOMAHAWK CHOP DRY AGE CLASSIC WAGYU , 2 NY STRIP WAGYU, 2 FILET PRIME CREEKSTONE. The owner was nice enough to throw in some Fairway Steak Salt as well. I would recommend Fairway Packing to any one looking for a premium meat and an excellent service. I have bought some awesome meat from Fairway. This morning I sent an email on their website for an item not listed (bone marrow bones). Within a half an hour I received an email response (before 8:00 am) from Nash and by 9:30am I had a conversation with both Nash and Ken and everything is put put together for pick up at the Mack Avenue store this afternoon. Thanks to Ken and Nash for helping me out.

Incredible product, friendly staff and clean facility. We hosted a private event at their new facility that exceeded our expectations. Our steaks were perfectly prepared and presented by their in-house chef, paired with great wines, and included tasty sides. We ended up purchasing a sampler of different meats and Michigan products to try and replicate at home. Highly recommended!

Don't have this kind of quality back home! Ordered some great meats! Definitely will be making more orders! Steaks were fantastic, High quality meat! Better steaks then some high end steakhouses. Ordered online and picked them up the next day. Ordering was easy and picking up was even easier. Wish I found out about them sooner.

Their meat is the highest quality you will find and their customer service is exceptional. I stopped by to pick up an order today that I accidentally placed for the wrong date. The butcher politely explained this to me and said he could cut my order for me in about 15 minutes if I didn't mind waiting. He returned in about 5 minutes with my order and gave me a few recommendations on how to cook my A5 wagyu for the best experience.
