Great food,menu, and location. Great for breakfest or lunch.

Very reasonable but mediocre brunch. If you are spoiled in NYC with great food you would be very disappointed here, unfortunately. The worst part for me was there were so many flies in the restaurant. They need to do something about it… I don’t need to go back there.

Great place to swing by for breakfast if in town. No frills, just good food. Gluten free pancakes were amazing!

Fun place to eat, especially if you’re there to play some golf or hit balls at the range. Beware it’s a little pricey - virtually every sandwich, burger, fish and chips etc is going to cost $20 before you add a drink, tax and tip. But everyone is friendly and you get great service.

Nice little diner right on the golf course but don't order the sausage thinking you're getting breakfast sausage. It was flattened Italian sausage. Other than that, it was ok!

Fresh blueberry pancakes , Christina bacon and over easy eggs. All delicious with real maple syrup. Fabulous on every level. All staff smiles very polite. Great way to start your day

French onion soup was great start on a rainy day. So yummy. The combination salad was delicious as the chicken salad was made in house. The burger was large & tasty. The service was very good.

Given we found this place along a highway during a treacherous drive back from Montauk after a rainy and cold Fourth of July weekend, I didn't think it was at all bad. They were able to seat us immediately at an outdoor table and the menu is large and flexible with substitutions. They were very nice about that (eg "if you don't see something you like, just tell us what you want and we can make it"). Luckily, we all found something on the menu to order. Everything is about twice as expensive as it should be for diner-style breakfast food, but that's the Hamptons...and it's still cheap comparatively. What should have been a $9 eggs and pancakes breakfast was maybe $15, but still...for filling, yummy food in the Hamptons that's tough to beat. Coffee was good although they could have been faster with refills for sure. Server was extremely sweet and helpful.

For years we could have one of the best omelettes in the Hamptons, with the patron walking around, well; each year passing by the whole place deteriorate , food , staff, ingredients Yesterday me and my daughter had the worse breakfast ever: Sausage burned Bacon greasy English muffin old , hard, burned Omelette with mushrooms and onion; Overcook, mushroom row, onion row Home potato totally tasteless and unsalted Orange juice in a plastic glass that look older than the , place. My daughter look at me and say : Dad , what happen to the Hamptons? There is any good place left to see trained staff, polite, professional and smiling? There was a waitress there from year before, the only left with a young , spring , American Smile and well groomed On my way out i express to her my disappoint Mixer with sadness 65 $ badly waisted !! And my appetite ruined Why do i have to stay home , on order to have a good self cook meal?

Service and food are excellent. For golf enthusiasts it's a must see. 9 hikes and a driving range. Old school and classy. Can't say enough about how much I enjoyed lunch. Breakfast served all day, can't beat it.

Stopped here on our way out of montauk. Absolutely adorable. We sat at the low top bar and it was so homey. I ordered the East Hampton omelet and it was perfectly cooked to how I ordered it. The place is perfectly placed on the golf course which made for some scenic views! Our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely make this a stop if you're looking for some great home cooked food. Don't listen to the bad reviews, they are 100% wrong.

Great breakfast. Open early. Order from menu or al a Carte. I love the taste of the local breakfast sausage patty. Pancakes are great as well.

This place has great people working and hearty breakfast or lunch. Nice view of golf course too I will be back to eat again and again. Must check it out

Absolutely adore Fairway. Great service, pleasant people. Chefs smile and wave goodbye. And let me tell you the hamburger is the best I've ever had including all the upscale expensive restaurants. Hope they never change a thing. We need to keep some sanity in Sagaponack and this fits the bill!

Ugh. My wife could've made this. She would have even done a better job. Not the most appetizing breakfast I've had!

We had a reservation at the nearby winery and this was the only spot that didn't have a wait. Food isn't amazing, and all substitutions are an additional charge. If you want an English muffin, $1 extra. Egg whites? $1 extra. Maple syrup? Extra. Service is alright, took a while to get a refill on water, and when I got one the server held my glass by the top of the glass (I did not have a straw). I'm surprised the higher ratings here.

No brunch here, nope. This is the eggs & bacon & pancakes classic, inexpensive breakfast place you've been looking for. And the cool part is that it overlooks a golf course. On a Saturday morning, it was busy but we still got a table quick. That might not be the case though if these good reviews keep coming in.

The food was honestly not good at all the breakfast tasted worse than McDonald's just so bland and the service was worse when I ordered a side they made it w a whole 15 dollar meant when I already got a meal I just really don't recommend coming here for the price you are paying just not good.

Stopped here on the way home from Montauk. The place was busy but we didn't wait too long. My young wife and I were celebrating our 29th anniversary and this place was perfect for a morning after Montauk breakfast. Watching the owner inreract with the customers was fun and the food was reallly good. We both said we would stop here again. I'm getting hungry thinking about it!

I love this place because they have always had the best food. I love there pancakes and French toast because they make it fresh and it taste amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Best Place for a good old fashion not too expensive breakfast. A traditional counter top and circular table seating area. Service is GREAT. Friendly, attentive staff. OPEN YEAR ROUND AND EARLY to beat the crowd if you choose to. Have eaten outside before in the summer and what fun. Freshly painted. conveniently located and if you have to wait it is not for very long. Place is super kid friendly. Highly recommended as a must go to place in the Hamptons for breakfast, especially if you want to golf also.

One of the two Eateries that is situated - fortunately, I should add - within walking distance from my humble abode in Sagaponack. Food is quite consistent for a diner menu. Very frequent staff changes sometimes get in the way of a better experience.

Not too many options for food on the road leading to Montauk, and we happened to pick this one essentially based on proximity. We were driving in from Brookhaven, and this wasn't too far away - we were both super surprised to see that this place is on a golf course! We weren't sure if we were allowed to go since we weren't club members, but it seems to be open to the public to eat. We went in around 10 am on a Sunday morning, and were seated immediately. We quickly decided on our food (a couple of hot coffees, a mushroom-asparagus omelette with home fries for me, and a continental breakfast of eggs, bacon, and pancakes for him) and ordered pretty quickly. The food didn't come out super fast (we finished our first cups of coffee before it came out, but the pricing was solid for the amount of food given! I loved my asparagus and mushroom omelette, the flavors molded together so well and the smells decadent. Though I don't see myself going into Montauk for a good while, I would be open to coming here again and playing a few rounds while I'm at it!

Pretty decent breakfast. The outdoor setup is really nice. Service was good. I liked that they have a lot of choices for breakfast and serve it all day.

Our waitress Amanda was great. Food was delicious and came at a reasonable time. Happy tummies = happy people.

Took my wife there today because it's known for good breakfast. Staff is nice enough. Mood if gonna use golf. But food: eh Her comment on her omelette: "I can't believe they charge $13 for this piece of ----"

This place if truly a diamond in the rough. The owner is super sweet and the food always comes out fast. If you go on a regular basis the staff will make a point to remember you by name, and what you like to eat. They've been bringing me my cup of coffee before I even have a chance to ask for it anymore. The open kitchen lets you interact with the cooks so it really feels like a family experience. Breakfast all day? I think yes! Fresh sausage patties made to order on the charcoal grill are a must with fresh blueberry pancakes. The burgers are fresh chop meat from the butcher and HUGE. They have a beautiful view of the golf course to the North and Sagaponak farm land to the South. It's really a feel good place where you can go to get away or sit at the bar and meet someone new. So glad I found this place!

Everything is freshly made and tastes delicious. Perfect for a nice morning breakfast. I ordered the chicken curry salad. It was delicous.

All the basics and a reasonable price. Pancakes are delicious, bacon is awesome and fruits are fresh... Overall a perfect place for breakfast.

"Four" This place is easy, easy , easy. Think about a golf aficionado designing a breakfast spot. Here you go. No clubs necessary! The food is no frills basic fare, and the atmosphere meets it. Located a stones throw from my summer home, she fits the bill. Hole #2 and Hole #5 are favourites. Staff is very accommodating and be sure to check out the ultra low rise seating at the bar inside.

Went for the first time as locals. Pancakes and bacon were raw and cold. And for 12.50 they weren't big and fluffy. More like rubbery. Our omelettes were way over done as well. Although the owner who was very nice took the pancakes off. It still ended up costing 40 bucks for two omelets, side of bacon and two coffees. Needless to say they are getting the two stars for the scenery and the nice owner. Our server was basically non existent so maybe he could have saved our table if he ever made it back to check on us.

Where has this place been hiding ? ! So delicious, even a great view. They serve breakfast all day ! Make there own sausage patties. Fresh orange juice ! Even in early winter they have an amazing selection of fruit. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and it came with a whole steak ! Perfectly cooked. Fresh fruit and a crossant. Choclate shake, pancakes with real butter and a bottle of sryup not a million packets to open. What lovely service our waitress couldn't have been more lovely and the cook was on top of her game. Can't wait to come back here!

Breakfast here is your classic breakfast and exactly what you need with nothing more. If you think of "ocean", "farmstands", "simple" when you think of Hamptons, then this is your place. If you think of "parties", "clubs", "fancy" then this is not your jam.

Best breakfast in the hamptons. Being from NY I'm used to finding atleast a descent breakfast at almost any diner open 24hrs - Not in the hamptons. Breakfast served late, and simply fantastic. Dan the owner is always around it seems and is a heck of a nice guy. In the mood for a great breakfast- look no further!!

Amazing breakfast stop. Dan the owner is always there making you feel comfortable. Signature dishes are the pancakes and well, everything. It is also a great golf facility, you can play 9 holes hit balls on the driving range or take a golf lesson.
