Google
Must go!!! Their tastes are amazing. The guy who helped us even told us the food we were going to order would be too much to eat, so we took his advice and it was a good call! Love the flavors. The space is small but the food is very tasty and amazing!!

Google
Stopped by for a quick bite. Staff were very friendly, everyone wearing a mask and the tables outside were socially distant. There was a shift change at 5pm, it seemed, and all the incoming employees said hi and welcomed me before they entered. Very welcoming and I’ll definitely be back.

Google
Excellent service by Raquel. This was my first time here but I can say is ”best fajita favor” by far. The charcoal flavor on the beef was excellent. The bathroom was super clean and the entire property was peaceful and clean.

Google
This was such an awesome place! The food was amazing! The plating was unique and the hot sauce wall is such a cool idea! The fajitas had such an amazing flavor and I will definitely be going back!

Google
This is a must visit if you like solid fajitas, but what elevates Fajitas A Go Go up a notch is their hot sauce wall. You can try as much as you'd like from their range of sauces that span the Scoville scale. Seating inside is limited, and our lunch group of three got lucky with a spot right against the hot sauce wall. Their platter for four+ isn't quite as big as promised, but dang is it tasty. We will return!

Google
Their fajitas, chips and salsa are good, but what I wish is that I didn’t have to pull a pile of rotten lettuce out of their fajita salad every single time that I order it. For $14, this is unacceptable. Get some fresh lettuce, y’all.

Google
Received my meal from the restaurant, we paid for extra beef on a 2 person fajita dinner, and this is what I got. The person I spoke to said they give you 8-10oz of beef for 2 people. 😂😂😂 Don’t waste your money here if you want to eat. The taste of dinner got them the one star. If I had a bigger sample maybe I’d given more...🤦🏽

Google
Super good quality fajitas meal! The chicken and steak combo was really delicious and it was such good portions. The green salsa provided with the chips was SOOOO GOOOOOD. Definitely a Houston favorite! The staff was super friendly as well.

Yelp
So glad we popped in to try y'all again. Everything was so delicious. We especially enjoyed the brisket taco. So much flavor and spice. My wife ordered a side of queso, pastor and fish tacos. There was a little mix up and she was given the chicken taco but didn't mind. The manager was very kind and gave a big queso with chips which was a nice surprise! We also ordered 2 margaritas when the manager told us it was National Margarita day, frozen and on the rocks. Both were great. Overall we enjoyed everything and the location is super cute with kind employees

Yelp
For me, Tacos a Go Go is a go-to spot for tasty tacos and solid queso and chips. I'm not a fan of over adorned Austin-style tacos that are unfamiliar to my Mexican background. TAGG has a good mix of traditional flavors and modern presentation. I highly recommend the pollo guisado tacos. It's a great mix of flavors that are warm and rich. The chicken is simmered for hours in a tomato-based sauce then served under fresh cilantro and onions. The Carne guisada is surprisingly flavorful and should not be passed up. The margaritas are reasonable and a little more fruity than most. Get the spicy crack green sauce if you like a zesty kick.

Yelp
New location with patio dining. Beef, chicken or veggie? Why choose? With Fajitas A Go Go you can mix and match your fajitas proteins. The beef is so tender, the chicken is so moist and love the zucchini, squash and spicy radishes that come with the veggie fajitas. The fajitas come with red and green spicy salsa, pico, cheese and sour cream. Get corn tortillas, flour tortillas or half and half. The chips come fresh and hot in a paper bag. Add an agua fresca. The Jamaica (hibiscus tea) and horchata are so cool and refreshing. Sign up for their rewards program for a special birthday coupon and points. Free parking in the garage. Cool lighting made from multicolored bottles. Don't think. Just Go Go.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Very dismissive. I called to speak about an order I placed and be delivered, and the guy I got on the phone with just didn't want to hear what I was saying and you could tell as he kept trying to interrupt. Here's a hint guy, customer service is all about people wanting to be heard. Not interrupted. Not having excuses. He said he couldn't give me a refund. Well bro, I didn't ask for one. You should close up your food containers when someone is delivering it. No one wants to receive food when in the car w a stranger for an hour and it's not sealed up. And what's with the gallon bag of chips and the 1/2 cup of cheese? Totally a waste of the chips Be accountable. Fix your shit. Stop giving excuses and listen to the customer if you want to keep them. I, will not order from you ever again.

Yelp
Announcement: Fajitas A Go Go has moved to inside a new Tacos A Go Go location on Richmond Avenue. The online ordering process and quality of the fajitas remain the same! This time, we ordered the Beef (Sirloin) Fajitas with a side of Veggies (highly recommend). It comes with a large portion of chips, for which I always order an extra half pint of Green Salsa and Pico de Gallo (very worth it!) Will write a note on the Tacos A Go Go location as well.

Yelp
Breakfast tacos are the best!! Could have a little more spicier salsa, but not bad. Love this place

Yelp
I ordered the chicken enchiladas with rice and refried beans. The enchiladas themselves were good but really small, each maybe only half the size of a normal enchilada. The rice and beans were pretty flavorful too. I also tried the salsas which were not too spicy and a nice accompaniment to the rest of the food. Service was fine, but the restaurant and parking lot are a bit small.

Yelp
The fajitas here are so good and have good flavor. You really can not go wrong. The chicken fajitas come with rice and beans and salsa. Also the queso is amazing!

Yelp
Came here with a group of six and we split the deluxe fajita. It includes sausage, beef, chicken excellent shrimp and perfect selection of veggies ( wood ear mushrooms, zucchini, onions etc.) We also enjoyed the jalapeño margs. I like that these have great jalapeño flavor profile but they are not very spicy. Cute ambience very open with good lighting and patio seating option.

Yelp
Catered for my moms 70th. Originally was going to do Lupe tortillas but so glad we found this. Way better! Delicious veggie fajita too. Vegans can eat! Will use again!

Yelp
I love it here. Hate that they changed locations and didn't update their signage at the new location, but I love the food. The rotisserie chicken/grilled veggies and fajita plates are beyond flavorful. My taste buds are pretty insensitive and require a lot of flavor before I'm impressed. The food here is great and I always crave it. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because: (1) they don't offer curbside anymore and (2) the mixed guac/queso/salsa dip could use a bit more flavor to match the food

Yelp
I thought I was at the wrong place because it only says Tacos A Go Go on the building. I parked my car in the garage & went in to ask where Fajitas A Go Go is since my GPS led me to their Tacos A Go Go suite. I totally missed the Fajitas A Go Go sign placed underneath the Tacos A Go Go sign on the door. Adding a Fajitas A Go Go sign on the building would be very helpful for those who have never been to the establishment. Beef fajita was tough & unflavorful so I wouldn't get that again. The chicken was flavorful. I also loved the addition of veggies that I've never had with fajitas before. Who knew oyster mushrooms & jicama would pair nicely with fajitas? Boar sausage was bland & nobody in my family liked it. I didn't care for the red salsa because it had an overpowering tomato taste that I've never experienced in salsa before. The green salsa is rather spicy. I expected it to taste like an avocado or cilantro salsa but my mouth quickly found out it was jalapeno based & not exactly enjoyable. The jumbo shrimp was surprisingly tasty since I normally don't like shrimp.

Yelp
My husband and I ordered beef fajitas and a whole chicken weeks ago at the Kirby location and it was delicious! Literally the only rotisserie we had ever had and now the location moved to Richmond and they no longer have rotisserie. Sooooooo frustrating!!! We were looking forward to order this often and it's gone. I really hope the managers would reconsider. Living in the US, it's so hard to find good bone in chicken, Bc most ppl here prefer chicken breast which is always less flavorful and dry. It took forever to find this location on Richmond. Either way, we really enjoy their food. Everything is very fresh and it is hard finding their corn tortillas. I have only had some this good when traveling to Mexico. Just wanting the owners to PLEASE BRING THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN BACK!!

Yelp
Food was okay. The rice and beans didn't seem to have any seasoning. The beef was good, especially with the butter sauce. The chips, green sauce, and queso were A1!

Yelp
Horrible restaurant with horrible service!! The restaurant was empty during a lunch rush, which should have been a sign. All I ordered was a quesadilla. One lady before me, and both of us were waiting a long time for our order with no explanation. The cashier was beyond rude, in no rush to fulfill to-go orders. Had to leave without my food or money due to wait time. Go next door to little jimmys, his food and service is always top notch!

Yelp
Well when you walk in it smells awesome. The smell of grilled fajita meat made me hungrier. The young lady attending to me was awesome. She recommended the chips and salsa - Blanco (white cheese) she also added the Green Crack. First of all the chips were hot with a great crisp snapping taste. The Blanco as she said was very good. It was a smooth tasting cheese. And The Green Crack- nice and spicy. Now she turned me on to the two lunch specials- I ordered the the beef fajitas to find out if all the fuss was warranted. The fajitas were very good-tender and lightly seasoned. The flour tortillas were light and strong enough to withstand my overstuffing. I expected more flavor and taste from the rice and charro beans though. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I miss the Fajitas a GO Go on Kirby. They were fun, you could see them cooking and the flavor was great. We tried the tacos at this new location and they were disappointing. I was expecting grilled shrimp like in the past. These were flavorless little boiled shrimp and the taco was super watery. The brisket taco was mostly fat. Refried beans tasted like they came out of a can. The corn tortillas were falling apart. And I'm not sure what Texas Monthly is thinking about their review of that chicken taco? The chips and queso blanco were great. TACOS A NO NO!

Yelp
I ordered their Steak Fajitas Meal for one earlier and it was fantastic in all ways. The fajitas were very delicious, tender, juicy and well seasoned/marinated with great off the grill charbroil smoke flavor. They weren't too salty and not bland at all imo either. They were also cuts of good sirloin steak rather than skirt steak like most places use which I thought was interesting. I have been here before in recent years and enjoyed it, but didn't remember what kind of beef they used. The portion amount was great and the consistency of each strip of meat was on point as well. Every piece was very tasty, well seasoned, juicy and tender. That side of melted herbed butter was so tasty and I managed to use just a tablespoon of it just to be health conscience. I almost wanted to drink it lol. For the rest of the order, I really liked the fresh flour tortillas, pico, cheese, sautéed onions, rice and black beans. I also really liked the red n green sauces with the chips bc they tasted homemade, unique and flavorful. I am picky on black beans and really liked the ones here better than other places, bc they had a great aroma n spice to them with a filling texture. The whole order with a bottle soda was 25 bucks, which is cheaper than most fajita orders and yet, still awesome in flavor. The service was great, efficient and friendly on this visit.

Yelp
If I could give half stars, I'd give 4.5! This place was great. High quality food for a great price! I ordered the pulled pork fajita meal, and it was GIGANTIC! I got a whole tray with beans, rice, pico, meat, tortillas and even complimentary chips w/ salsa roja. I ended up finishing the whole thing by myself (definitely came out of here super filled!)... but am pretty sure I could feed another person with this as well, so it's definitely a 1-2 person meal size! Everything here was made really fresh. The beans and meat were just really tasty, and had a very traditional Mexican taste to them. Corn tortillas were also incredible - they weren't those flimsy corn tortillas you would normally find at the supermarket. Only complaint is if they could give another tortilla, but it's not a deal-breaker. Atmosphere was also fantastic. Cool lights and nice interior decor, with an outdoor patio seating area. Ooo, if you have a chance, also visit the restroom! It's a pretty cool one.

Yelp
Excellent veggie fajitas. The white queso and green crack were fantastic. Couldn't stop eating them with the chips!

Yelp
I really like this place. I feel like it's slept on. I never really see it packed but the food is really good. It is pricey for what you get but that fact that it tastes so good makes up for the cost. I love the beef fajita meat! It's so flavorful and the green salsa is amazing. I couldn't stop eating it. I took away a star because I came inside to pick up my food and I watch the guy on the frill cross contaminate raw shrimp with cooked beef. He did have gloves on, which I like but I watch him pick up raw shrimp, season it in his hand, put it on the frill and then grabbed the steak with tongs, lay it on the cutting board and proceed to cut it holding the meat with his hands. Then he grabbed the meat, put it on the scale and then on a plate. All this without switching gloves. This made my stomach drop. I just hope he doesn't do that same with chicken. I will be back, just wish I didn't see that.

Yelp
Service is lacking. Food is just OK. With so many better options in town, do not waste your time.

Yelp
TGIF - Cuz It's FAJITA FRIDAY! *************************** We loved our fajita experience at @fajitasagogo where we had our patio picnic! We got the combo (beef/chicken) with veggies, chipotle rice for two along with chips! We are not very fond of beans, so we got the black beans on the side with two kinds of salsas! Overall the meat was amazing and tender - the butter was like the icing on top. The only thing we would say is that we wish we got more meat - and we let them know. They are a delivery based service currently offering to-go and patio service only! Due to COVID it has also been tougher on them due to less catering events. Please be sure to check them out and support them if you are ever in the area. While Dan likes to eat his tortillas, I usually like to turn my fajitas into Nachos! Who else is team nachos? 5404 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77005

Yelp
This place is a step up from taco cabana. Really not anything phenomenal. Pricing is expected but could def be cheaper. One big positive is that is is dog friendly. We went a while ago and at that time they make you order fajitas to go only, but you can sit and eat once it's done. Not sure if that's the case but it's a little odd for me.

Yelp
I was deciding on a good fajita place and came across this one so I figured I'd try it out. I made a great decision! So ordering food online or over the phone is simple and the staff is helpful too! We order the mixed fajitas, a side of boar sausage, and shrimp quesadillas. Once I got off the phone I already had a confirmation that it'll arrive in less than twenty minutes which was awesome! Because we were hangry! Haha So the food arrived and everything was packaged correctly, but my only suggestion is to either tape the bag or staple it shut for safety precautions. Okay, so back to the food! I'm excited to say this place is great pack their food with flavor I do know quesadillas can be simple to make but these were amazing! So good I didn't want to share ! Haa They packed the meats in the plates, but if you prefer more they have an option for more meat. Overall the food is GREAT and the service is awesome! Once I start to feel comfortable about going out this place will be the first! I want to try out the margaritas, because I mean if the food is good I'm sure the margaritas are just as good! We had a lovely dinner and now to watch a movie! Great food=happy people! Try it out people!

Yelp
One of my co-workers wanted to go for a quesadilla and we ended up here. Another co-worker and I split the beef fajita plate with a quarter of chicken added on. So for about $25 we had a nice lunch. Splitting worked ok, but three people splitting two would work better. They really are a bit too much for one person. The food is pretty good, but the lack of a $10-12 option for a single person is kind of lame.

Yelp
Plenty of parking, masks required and delicious food! The door was a little hard to open but when we entered we were greeted and found a nice spot to sit outside at. Our food was delivered to our seat quickly and it was yummy. The beef quesadillas were on point and the queso was the best I ever had in Houston! Definitely coming back for a quesadilla
google avatar

Katherine K.

Yelp
I had the enchiladas - I ordered cheese but about half way through I realized they had given me chicken enchiladas. They were still pretty yummy though. They use corn tortillas so they are small but give you 3 so I felt I had plenty of food. I also ordered the red and green salsas - I preferred the green over the red. Overall a pretty good place and I want to go back to try the fajitas.

Yelp
Eh- I wanted to love this place, since I am a fan of Tacos A Go Go, but it left me highly disappointed. After a catering issue with Fajitas A Go Go, my colleague and I were issued gift cards for the inconvenience. We decided to go in for lunch and give it another shot. We arrived to an empty parking lot (sign 1) and then entered to an empty restaurant (sign 2), on a busy day, during peak lunch hour. We were greeted upon entering and we both ordered taco plates- I had the chicken and pulled pork tacos with black beans. We started with the chips & queso, which were great and flavorful. While the food arrived quickly, it appeared sloppy. The meat on the tacos was room temp, like it had been sitting out. The beans were super watery and the rice was hard. (Our food server even said "Sorry for the watery beans"- ummmmmm) We ate our tacos, but both of us left our rice and beans. Therefore, round two here was a bust. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the lack of quality in their food. Also, it isn't cheap for what you get, so save you cash and find another spot!

Yelp
I really like fajita chickens so I was excited to pass by this place on Kirby. Parking lot is small, but I still got parking since it was weekday evening. Looking at the menu, the fajitas were pricey. The staff were really friendly, upbeat, and brings positive energy about how great the food is. Unfortunately, for me the foods did not match their same praises. I had wanted to try the queso blanco, but they said that they will charge a small add-on to the fajitas for it, which I am ok with, but the queso blanco was not awesome. It was only warm, and it tasted alright. The salsas were also ok. For $20+ purchase of food, putting it all on a tray doesn't make it worth the amount paid for to me although I get that it's convenient, and it really doesn't matter if the food tasted awesome, but it wasn't to me. To me, the faijta chicken should be flavorful but the chicken wasn't as flavorful to me. I liked that it had a lot of meat even though bones were there though. As I was eating this, I can't stop thinking that I would've probably spent lesser at Lupe Tortilla but had a more delicious meal. Perhaps it was an offday or I visited during almost closing time, but it could be better. I think overall, the meal was healthy and the foods were freshly prepared, but the taste isn't there for me.The staff did recommend the quesadillas and enchiladas, which I think is in a good price range, but I think I will stay away for a little while before I go back to try the other things.

Yelp
I was browsing the hot new businesses in Houston and bookmarked this restaurant because who doesn't love so fajitas, right? You get your protein, fat, and carbs all in one sitting and then some!! Well, I decided to check this place out with another yelper, Cherry A. We arrived here around 6:00 pm on a Monday. There were plenty of spots in the parking lot which could probably fit about 12 cars. However, if the place gets busy and there's no parking spot in their own lot, you could park in the shopping center next to it after 7:00 pm. Or, if you choose to, you could also park on the streets because this restaurant is located next to a small street. Alright, moving on. We decided to share a fajita plate for 2 and since we wanted to try both the chicken and the beef, we decided to get the mixed plate for $22. We also ordered some queso blanco for $5. The prices here are pretty much similar to your typical Tex-Mex restaurant. The fajita plate for 1-2 gives you about 1/2 lb of meat so depending on your appetite, that might not be enough. But remember that you also get your choice of corn or flour tortillas (we tried both - I recommend corn), beans, rice, and guac, and dipping butter! Mmm, that dipping butter, doe. So we took our seats and the queso and fajitas came out not long after. However, it was all beef! No chicken!! Oh no, what happened?! Cherry checked her receipt and sure enough she had ordered beef fajitas instead of half and half. #sadface. But that #sadface would then turn to #happyface quick enough when the gentleman who brought out our meal offered to bring out some chicken meat for us. AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! Whoa, fajitabulous, I thought! That was a fajitawesome gesture! Soon after that gentleman left, another gentleman came to our table and started chatting with us. We learned that his name was Kevin and I think he was the owner or the General Manager of the restaurant. He asked how we heard about the restaurant and how everything was; he also explained to us what made Fajitas A Go Go stood out compared to all the other fajitas in Houston. He was such a nice guy. We also told him that we totally messed up ordering all beef fajitas instead of half and half, and again he offered to bring out some chicken meat for us at no additional charge. But we told him that the other gentleman had already taken care of us. But the moral of this story is, the people who work there made sure that their customer would have a fantastic experience. Even if the customers were the ones who messed up. Two thumbs up from me, Kevin! Now let's talk about food because that's all you care about, right?? Queso Blanco: SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!! I thought the queso was nom nom nomilicious. Dip them chips in queso, or spread them queso on your tortilla to eat with your fajitas. It was like crack (although they do have something they call green crack - I didn't ask what that was). I couldn't stop myself from stuffing myself with queso. Beef fajitas: They use sirloin meat, yo! SIR-LOIN! Not your typical skirt steak that most restaurants use for their fajitas. Also, they don't use a whole lot of seasoning such as soy sauce, or whatever other seasoning that's typical. They use salt and pepper only. And onions, since there are caramelized grilled onions on the plate as well. Definitely delicious! Chicken fajitas: Although delicious, I would recommend that you stick with beef. Not saying that the chicken is bad, it's just that the beef is far superior in taste than the chicken counterpart. However, if you're not a beef eater, I think you would be very happy with your chicken. But that steak, though. *Drools* A couple of things that I think they could improve or add: 1. WiFi: It'd be pretty awesome if they offered Wi-Fi for their guests. And don't most places offer WiFi these days anyway? 2. They put the salt & pepper shakers on the counter next to a dining table. If there are people dining there, you would have to ask them to pass the shakers or to reach across their table to get them because that's exactly what I had to do. Why not just place the shakers on the dining tables?? 3. Umm that's it, I think. This restaurant has a tiny dining room inside - three dining tables and bar seating along the window looking out. But they have a decent sized patio that looks really cozy and nice. They also have three doggie bowls on the patio so I can only assume that you're more than welcome to bring your furry little friends here.

Yelp
We enjoyed 4 fajita tacos, queso and chips, chicken cheese enchiladas. If you have to wait for your food to be prepped they graciously throw in a few free beers on tap, the day we were there it was a local brew made by Eureka Heights....very nice taste. They have a wall of hot sauces you can look at while waiting....not sure if you can try any....they have a crack sauce that's appropriately named....try it and you'll completely understand.

Yelp
I REALLY do not get all the five star reviews on this page. When I think of the Fajitas a Go Go, I think the phrase "Meh, I've experienced better" that pops up when you select two stars is absolutely what I think of the place. It's a stark contrast to Tacos-a-Go-Go, the midtown hole in the wall that has served up great food and solid experiences every time I've been. With a name like it has, the place is obviously designed more for take out than dining in. There are a few chairs out front, and a side patio, but we arrived when it had just finished raining and none of the outside seating was suitable for use. There are only three tables indoors, crammed in a corner by the bathrooms without enough space to use all the chairs at those three tables. Hardly an ideal spot to eat a meal. After standing in a line of eight people for a single cashier while two other employees stood around doing just about nothing, my girlfriend and I ordered the chips and white queso and an order of combo fajitas (chicken and beef) for 1-2 people. They didn't appear to have any fountain drinks and the guy behind the cash register seemed distracted when I asked, so I opted for some Mexican cokes at the annoyingly high price of $2.50. The queso came out quickly by a server who told us he had "upgraded" us with salsa for the wait in line. The salsa was bland, and while the queso was alright, I've had much better white queso just about everywhere else I've ordered it. We grabbed some paper napkins and plates to help keep it from spilling everywhere. The fajitas came out on what looked like an elementary school lunch tray as we were about halfway through the chips and queso. I can see why they call it for "1-2." There is too much on the tray for a single person, but nowhere near enough for two people to eat comfortably. The tortillas were obviously made in-house, and they were using what I believe to be medium-cooked sirloin instead of skirt steak. We had requested jack cheese and jalapenos, neither of which came out until we asked for them again. The meal as a whole was just-- meh. The food was hot, but nothing spectacular, and definitely nowhere near worth the price point. After we were each a fajita in, we noticed a small container of what we found out was garlic butter. After pouring a bit of the garlic butter on just about everything (including the white queso), the meal started tasting better. On the whole, I'd say skip this place. There are plenty of higher quality fajitas in the same price range, or in many cases significantly cheaper. I'd rank Taco Cabana as having just shy of this quality of food, and their prices are about 1/3 of what this place charges.

Yelp
We stopped by Fajitas A Go Go for a late dinner after Marquis II's infamous Texas teas. It's within walking distance, and even though I was buzzin', I remember everything about the Fajitas A Go Go experience. While we walked, they did have a small parking lot. I was a big fan of the look and feel of the restaurant. You order at the counter and then they bring your food out to you. While they had some seating inside, we opted to sit outdoors. It was August in Houston but there was a nice breeze on a Thursday night. We got there about 30 minutes before closing time. We ordered some chips and queso blanco along with rotisserie chicken fajitas. The fajitas come with your choice of beans, Spanish rice, sour cream, pico, cheese, butter sauce, and homemade tortillas. I, for one, have never seen rotisserie chicken offered as an option for fajitas. Not only was it a healthy choice but it worked. You did have to cut the chicken off the bone but that was no problem. The star of the night was the tortillas. Tortillas can make or break fajitas, tacos, and burritos. Is there anything worse than stale store-bought tortillas? Our food was phenomenal. They let us stay 15 minutes or so after closing time (without mentioning it) so brownie points for that too.

Yelp
This place makes take out easy. The portions are right on point and perfect when you do not have time to cook and prepare fajitas and all of this fixing yourself. Their meat in very tender and premium grade. They have a great beer selection and even offered free draft beer during my wait. Once the food was prepared they packed everything in front of me to confirm that everything was placed. The total transaction ended with a handshake...Class act service like that is hard to find these days...We order this when entertaining guest and it always goes over well...I have always done take out but they have a great patio if you want to eat there...Check them out...

Yelp
It was 8:30 at night and as my husband and I did our customary drive through three to five neighborhoods before making a decision about what sounds good for dinner, I spotted Fajitas-A-Go-Go... We'd driven by it at least a couple other times in the past week in search of the perfect meal and I decided this was its night. We were greeted by friendly staff who told us about the different menu items and made recommendations for us. In fact the service overall is what makes it deserving of the 5th star. The menu is pretty basic (but really, isn't all Tex-Mex?), with main items including chips with dips, salads, quesadillas, enchiladas and fajitas. The enchiladas are 6 to an order; cheese or chicken are the options. The fajitas and quesadillas can come with a variety of fillings including sirloin steak (because it's more tender than skirt steak), rotisserie chicken, veggies, shrimp or something else I'm sure I'm forgetting at the moment. The grilled items are prepared gluten-free as well for those of you avoiding wheat. The portions are pretty generous. A fajita order for 1-2 people is about $20, but it comes with rice, beans, guacamole and all the other basic fajita accoutrements, including house-made tortillas - yum! Be sure to request jack cheese and sour cream if you want them though, because they don't automatically serve those with the fajitas. My husband and I got an order of the chips and queso con todo and the fajitas for 1-2 with half steak and half grilled chicken (they were about to close and had run out of rotisserie chicken). We couldn't finish it all, but we gave it a good effort. If I order fajitas again though, I will either try the rotisserie chicken or the veggies in addition to the steak. I 'll definitely be back to try out the enchiladas and rotisserie chicken to give an update. The patio is perfect for enjoying the evening and they have a great variety of specialty bottled sodas and soft drinks in addition to wines and craft beers to drink while you relax.

Yelp
First time ordering from here and it exceeded expectations! The sirloin and chicken were excellent. Really liked the grilled onions that came with them. Loved the green crack sauce. Flour and corn tortillas were super yum. I thought the queso could have been better. I definitely recommend ordering from here and the price point for the family fajitas is a great value!!

Yelp
Places is super tiny but we were getting to go so it doesn't matter. I always forget abt this place but this is the second time we been there and it has not let us down. First time we dined it and this time we took it home. We always order fajitas for two which is enough food cause I moderate my consumption so it's perfect. Plus I'm ocd so I love how well organize and clean line it is when they pack it to go. Thank you, will be back.

Yelp
Best Fajitas in Houston! The seating is very limited inside the actual restaurant, but there is extensive seating in the patio outside. Parking can also be limited to, but it was fine in the early afternoon.. I ordered the boneless chicken breast fajitas on this particular visit! The restaurant gives you an extensive amount of ingredients for the fajitas, including a butter sauce for the meat! They also have really good rice and beans that are perfect for building your own fajitas. They also give you a side of chips with every meal that are perfectly crispy and flavorful. I wish I had discovered this restaurant sooner because I absolutely love fajitas! I am already excited to try the steak fajitas for lunch in the future!

Yelp
No. Over priced and not worth it. I was very disappointed. This place was mediocre at best. Would not ever go back.

Yelp
Went in today for my 1st time. Was initially planning to pick up and go. However, the establishment was clean, and staff was friendly so I decided to stay. I had the fajita tacos, one corn and one flour. The fajita was well seasoned, and tender- and my plates presentation was nice as well. Totally worth the price! I can't end without giving the refried beans a shout out! Those were delish! Topped with a subtle amount of cheese! Perfect! I will be back!

Yelp
$20 for lunch? Get the frack outta here! Counter service. Very basic menu. Surprising beer selection (but who can afford beer after paying $20 for lunch?!) The food tastes fine, but it is served on metal trays reminiscent of a penal institution. Very limited seating. Overall, just no thanks.

Yelp
It was ok I got the Fajitas for one beef just felt like meat was all that tender and had more of a bbq taste maybe that's what they are going for I'm. It sure . The staff was great though really nice and pleasant for sure . My wife got the taco salad her complaint was the tortilla strips tasted real stale and mostly lettuce I would be willing to try again one of these days to give them another chance

Yelp
Read full review. I updated. Prices are be out of scale. All items increased in price. Fajitas for one is 19.00. 1/3 lb. 2 tortillas. You cannot get the 25 Fajitas for 2 anymore. They no longer include guacamole. You can no longer get 1/2 and 1/2 Fajitas.. chicken and beef. Quality is lesser now too. My last order as stone cold and the meat was way over done. The grilled onions were almost nonexistent and what was here was all outer skin of onion. Bleh. Fajitas do not come with grilled onion slices and peppers. It's just meat, small amount of beans in the 3 square styrofoam container and a very small amount of pico, cheese and sour cream ( you have to ask for cheese and sour cream) are all 3 in the smallest square of the styrofoam go box. Nothing stays hot in the new containers hey are using and the cold items are not cold either. What happened to the containers that kept stuff hot they used previously? Why no guacamole or 1/2 and 1/2 meat pollo? Queso is still good as s crack but prices went up.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place! We used them for catering an event. I'll get to the food in a minute! The set up was smooth and everything was done easily and perfectly. They brought all the buffets and lit the sternos and had everything ready to go. The food is AMAZING! The beef was tender and had a perfect grilled flavor. The chicken was just as good - both just amazing! Their queso is one of the best and the guacamole and pico were amazing! I wish we lived in Houston to eat here all the time. But we will definitely eat from Fajitas A Go Go again - everything was wonderful and fresh and hot! 5+ stars!

Yelp
Stopped by around 830 PM last night and wahoo plenty of parking and no wait! This is a pretty casual establishment, order with the cashier, and then wait if taking a go go or seat yo self! We decided to seat ourselves insides, but the outside patio was super cute with the hanging lights and the cute metal basin lilly pad water pond. They offer chips/salsa/queso, salads, enchiladas, quesadillas, cage-free/hormone free chicken, shrimp, TX quail, boar sausage, veggies, and a mystery smoke box special, but we came for what they are known for, FAJITAS! You have you choice of chicken/beef/vegs or half & half and then you pick what size (like how many you trying to feed) For two of us, we ended up ordering the beef fajita meal for 2-4 people which is about a pound of meat. Oh and yes they do weigh this out, so probably pretty consistent, I just hope they tore the scale with the bowl on so we are realllly getting 1 pound! Beans, beans, the musical fruit...the more you eat the more you toot, and I must say their refried ones are worth it! Oh, you can also choose black or charro (which is the nonsmashed version of the refried). Either one you choose, pairs well with their chipotle rice, not overwhelmingly so but a hint. Tortillas, yes I could definitely tell they were handmade and I actually preferred the corn over the flour. Unlike the processed store bought ones, these were a bit thicker and you could taste the masa harina. The only thing was it was a bit salty. Beef it's what's for dinner, their meat was so different than others as they use the good stuff, angus! I love that it was simply seasoned as less is more, OH but if you want more their seasoned butter was amazing, a bit garlicky, me likey. We also had the salsa roja and green crack. The crack was as surprisingly lighter and more refreshing salsa, but I honestly preferred the smokiness of the roja and remember kids, crack kills! Although, their chips were like crack to me, I really couldn't stop. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, the food was quite good, the ambiance relaxing, and the service was top notch, thanks Eric! I also love the throw back metallic school trays which housed our delicious meat in addition to our fresh guac, pico de gallo, and grilled onions. I will definitely be back as I am so curious to try their other offerings and sauces from the wall of spices (refer to Belly G for pic)!

Yelp
Chicken fajitas for 1 and a side of guacamole for $19.49 is a rip off no matter how good it it is. Guacamole should come standard on all fajita plates, cheese and sour cream should not. The meat was dry, charro beans were, ok, guacamole was not worth $4. If your going to spend $20 on fajitas for 1, do yourself a favor, and get it from Ninfas or El Tiempo.

Yelp
I gave this place a try today since they had free delivery trough DoorDash. Fajitas sounded tasty and I've heard so many great things. I ordered the veggie fajitas without cheese, sour cream and butter (vegan) and they were extremely accommodating! Seriously, so amazing which is why it pains me to write this review. I was honestly surprised by the size of the portion versus the price paid. It's $16 for the veggie fajitas which included oyster mushrooms, marinated onions, raw onions, jicama (I think), and spaghetti squash. I'm sorry, but spaghetti squash doesn't belong in fajitas. I absolutely love veggies and this was too weird for me. Overall the flavors weren't really there and all I ate was the rice, beans and tortillas. Wouldn't recommend for any veggies out there. The salsa is amazing though....
