I had heard rumors of a place that would satisfy my love of falafel and this is definitely a real place that will bring some excitement back into your falafel relationship. I’ve had falafel in several states and countries and this place has tasty falafel in ways you’ve only imagined and some exciting twists. The 5 dollar menu alone is crushing the halal truck pitas and wraps. Too bad this is the only location. #falafel #nyc #kingofcoffeenyc #sankofatafari #falafelwrap #falafix

Affordable prices Variety in menu Fresh ingredients Beautiful interior Miserable staff Loud music Uncomfortable climate The entire place was empty and I can tell why. The girls who work there are miserable and it rubs off on the entire vibe. The turned up the volume to Ariana Grande’s album on repeat. It’s not pleasant to sit there eating a falafel being forced to listen to teen pop like it’s a club at 3pm. The heat was on full blast. I was greeted by two girls who were miserable. They did do their job at mentioning “isn’t it great the price?” But it felt like they’re force fed a script to repeat that with every customer. It didn’t feel nice. I was so excited to visit this restaurant. I love my falafels. Unfortunately the food wasn’t enough to keep me returning. They’ve got to compromise with the comfort of the customers and comfort of the staff. I’m not sure what would make the ladies miserable. It’s such a beautiful restaurant with great food. They’re dancing to the music but they couldn’t even smile nor show any enthusiasm to customers. I was there with 3 others who were drove off by the temperature and loud music. How come there’s no cultural drinks? It’s all sodas, cokes, sugary drinks. They could also play music that fits the food and culture. I felt like I was being forced to eat falafel at Miss Strawberry or Forever 21. Yes that low of a demographic.

Great little place. Really good falafel. Super happy atmosphere. And best of all $5 menu.

Food was solid but they messed up on my order and blamed me. I did not have to wait long for my food. However, I feel like they were very cheap with the dipping sauce and wanted to charge me extra.

Absolutely loved everything about Falafix, very sweet staff, place is immaculate, fairly priced, and food is awesome. I had the falafel salad, which was very tasty. But the eggplant fries BLEW MY MIND!! I was pretty full after eating just half a portion, but they were so tasty I couldn't stop...

On point stuffed falafel sandwiches for good value ($5). Wide selection of flavors, very fast service ( under 3 min from order wow!), and mostly, if not all, healthy vegetarian friendly options (and egg). Definitely on my regular quick lunch spots!

Great spot for a quick bite. Very modern and sleek looking interior. Service was quick and food was tasty. Eggplant fries were particularly good, Cauliflower Crunch wasn’t so crunchy. Will come back again, especially if they’re open for late night eats after the bar.
