I’ve been here twice now. I really love it here and hope I’ll come back another time. The breakfast is amazing. And I don’t really see the staff but my room always gets cleaned and I find it amazing here. I recommend for families with kids. The pool and privat beach are also very nice.

Wonderful architecture and design, elegant blend of tradition and modern, comfortable and spacious room, with amazing views. But none of that would matter if it weren't for the truly attentive and accommodating staff and their services. They make your stay uncomparable to anywhere else.

Beautiful spa, beach club and location, the service is missing a beat, turndown service needs to be requested, spa reception lady is not professional, leaves her job post at will without a substitute, leaving guests waiting and wondering how to call for service. The hotel is generally under staffed. I would recommend the new wing, the schools is pretty from the outside, but room layout and electrical wirings are convoluted.

The hotel is beautiful with very nice and comfortable rooms. The staff and service are impeccable and everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The view and location are stunning. Parking is also easy in the underground garage. The food is very very delicious too.

Here's a review based on your feedback: **A Luxurious Retreat at Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden** Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is a true gem nestled in a picturesque location. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is a sight to behold, with stunning architecture and impeccable design. The lighting, in particular, creates a magical ambiance throughout the property. It's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation. The culinary experience at the hotel is equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is a well-managed establishment that delivers on every aspect. It's a place where luxury meets comfort, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable experience.

Everything about this hotel is first-rate. My fiancé and I stayed in a tower suite and were greeted with handwritten stationary congratulating us. The front desk was also outstanding and their Ritz training and influence is evident. Jean and Domen were there the majority of the time and I can’t say enough kind things about them. ||Lastly, having spent many years rehabbing sports injuries, this is hands down the nicest spa I’ve ever seen or experienced and my fiancé and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and appreciated.||P.S. Don’t miss their brunch, it is truly spectacular!

During my stay, I was allocated a Junior Suite Deluxe in the contemporary annex building. The Schlosshotel Velden is also known from TV due to its appearance in the popular German TV series "Ein Schloss am Wörthersee" (a Castle on Lake Wörthersee), which aired in the early 1990s. A sumptuous breakfast buffet is typically served in the elegant ballroom overlooking Lake Wörthersee or on the terrace in summer. During my stay, breakfast was relocated to the "Salons Restaurant & Atelier". The breakfast and location are great. The dated rooms, and service could be improved. We were disappointed considering it is a five star hotel. They failed to inform us that it was European Bike Week, so there was loud music at night for our first evening. The main street to the hotel was blocked off due to the event.
