Fameux Gyros Elatos

Elatos never disappoints! The service is always friendly and efficient, the food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous—all at very reasonable prices. What really sets them apart is the authenticity and consistency; every time we visit, we know exactly what to expect: top-quality Greek food done right. Hands down the best gyro in town. Highly recommend!

Amazing place , small hole in the wall , great staff very friendly , delicious good , great prices and great service. Our new favourite Greek spot in Montreal ! Highly recommended .

*Edit ...it's too bad all the good restaurants have changed including this one. Tiny portions of meat, fatty or burnt ( thought it was wood) pieces of meat. Very disappointing. Maybe one day will be better like it used to be.....sad Awesome gyros and tasty submarines. A little on the oily side but FULL of flavor and generous pitas and subs!

I saw that the review for Fameux Gyros is  excellent. The salads that I had ordered  yesterday were quite salty, and the gyros I  had was dry .I'm really disappointed in it.

I miss the old Elatos. I grew up in this area and loved visiting Elatos. During my lunch break, I was close by and decided to stop in. I noticed they have made a few changes to the food. While it was still good, it wasn't quite what I remembered from my childhood. I would still recommend this place. I dined in, but I believe they also have promotions for takeout. If you're in the Park Extension area, give them a try!

When I arrived at the restaurant tonight at around 6:30 pm, they were closed with no signage or updates on Google maps. It was a very disappointing experience and I hope the next time the owner will let their customers know about the random closures. Because this isn't the only gyro place in the neighbourhood, I won’t be coming back here. But in the future if you insist on coming here, I would advise to call the restaurant ahead of time to see if they're open.

I took one bite out of the pita and saw heaven. Every bite after that was equally as delicious. I saw another review say something like “best gyro in the city/world” and i was like well i gotta see this for myself. So glad i did. The baklava cheesecake was really fresh and delicious too. It didn’t come apart and it didn’t feel too hard, really really good. I’m not a huge fan of poutine gratinée but the fries themselves were nice and fresh.

The food is sooooooo good here , love it !!! Very nice staff as well . The dining room is cozy . Can't wait to come back soon .....everything was perfect ...Elatos # 1.
