This is a great food place. Famous Jimmy was a very nice guy. He was courteous, and accommodating to us. He made us feel at home. I’m a stickler for good customer service and that’s what we received. The food was what I expected also. They did not disappoint me. Famous Dave has some delicious barbecue!!! The cornbread, coleslaw and Wilbur beans were very good too!

I just visited this place for the first time and everything was hot, delicious and prepared with love! Jimmy, Paula and Chris was great and provided excellent customer service! They even checked on us while we were eating to see if everything was good. This was our best dinner while visiting Vegas. We had a combination of ribs, links, potatoe salad, beans, Mac and cheese and the corn bread. Chef’s kiss!

The Manager Paula and Pit Master Andy made our eating experience wonderful. Awesome people with great personality professionalism that's just the staff the food on another level... Every bite full of flavor cooked to perfection... One of my best places to eat BBQ highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love famous daves ,only thi g was the the ribs where really hard. The rest of the food was delicious. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious, we also had the bread pudding which is the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

Took a trip to famous Dave's , I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door . The cashier was wonderful, she told me the chef's name was Jimmy. Jimmy did a really great job cooking this wonderful meal . I also smoked to one of the managers while she was off duty. We had a good conversation while I was watching the sports game at the bar . She was pleasant and happy the entire time . I thoroughly enjoyed my food . I will return

The food was super delicious and the bbq ribs were fall off tender. We were very pleased with the service and the way they staff treated us like family who came over for dinner. Thank you so much for a fabulous Saturday night experience.

First time here and the ribs were falling off the bones, the Mac and cheese and potato salad was good, and the cornbread was good. I didn’t care too much for the links but overall it was really good. I even got a military discount.

My visit to famous Dave's on my birthday I was disappointed first of all there were no waiting in line, it’s wasn’t busy so I placed my order for a full slab dinner, to find out no ribs were ready at 8:30pm when closing time is 10pm, finally one of the cooks came out with a loaded sheet tray of Aluminum foil wrap ribs from the refrigerator and placed in a Convectional oven for 10 -15 minutes, then placed on a fire grill when I got my ribs it was lukewarm, the coleslaw and potato salad had a date says remove at noon and it’s 8:30pm, cooks were cutting chicken and ribs on the same cutting board without sanitizing it, hot food in the steam table looks like they needed to change pans because food was looking overcooked and crusty this place can use some cleaning.the food was horrible, I will not donate my money again for Inferior food. I will always remember this on my birthday. The food was horrible at Famous Dave’s . Update on my experience at Famous Dave’s for my birthday dinner was horrible, the owner posted a link as if he/ she was going to make it right, coming for a owner who publicly posted it I really took that person for their word, I follow the link gave my information and I thought I would get a follow up, unfortunately that never happened, the reason I’m posting this because it seems to me the owner has integrity issues And doesn’t stand behind there word.I would never ever step foot in Famous Dave's ever again, after that experience I invested in my own barbecue smoker taste way better than Famous Dave’s. So if you ever have a bad experience at Famous Dave’s on Paradise@ University the owner doesn’t stand behind there word. I never got a response from two months ago bad experience. Alan Perry Lane has great barbecue in California, Destination smokehouse in California has the best barbecue I’ve ever taste!

This my first time here at my local Famous Daves & it was a great experience!!! We both got the 2 meat combo which came out pretty fast. Flavors were bold, the meats were tender, & the sides were pretty okay. Service was good & would definitely come back!

Located on the corner of Paradise and University. You'll find Famous Dave's. Large dining room with various sized tables. Typical barbecue: ribs, chicken, beef tips, pork and sausage. The brisket was a little tough and dry. I got the Brussels sprouts and mashed side. Little to no flavor. The sprouts were more bacon with a side of sprouts.

Food is over priced and And not worth it at all. The coleslaw that I got had almost as much dressing as veggies and could not eat it. The brisket had so much fat it almost wasn't worth eating either. I had to nibble around the fat to get a little bit of meat. The brussels sprouts were the only thing they were decent but those weren't great either. All in all I paid $22. Definitely not worth it especially if you're on vacation and trying to make the

Placed a large order for a pick up at 11:30 am. The order was ready, so I paid and loaded everything into my car. Service was ok. Not friendly like some other BBQ spots I've visited in Vegas. I felt like the Craig location had more friendly workers. Food: I ordered 2 Platters that came with brisket, ribs, and chicken. The sides were baked beans, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, banana pudding, and cookies. In addition, it came with lemonade and ice tea. The food was actually really good. My co-workers loved the chicken, but I enjoyed the robs with Dave's Mild Sauce. Overall, it's a great spot for team lunches.

The Customer Service at this Location is always Amazing. Your employees really deserve Acknowledgment of this. Your Employee Craig and his Co Workers are really passionate about their jobs and pleasing the Customer. Unbelieveable Attention to the Customers Special Requests every time. My wife and I ordered the two person bbq feast. All the meats were cooked to perfection, moist and tender. The beans, cole slaw and mac and cheese were delicious as well. The cornbread missing blew me away to end the meal. It was buttery deliciousness. I'll definitely order again. Keep up the great work. Definitely stepped up the food since I was there last time

Food was barely lukewarm warm but good. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE PORTIONS !!! got 2 orders of double meat brisket and received 3 slices each. So 6 slices total for 70.00. Definitely NOT WORTH IT. I called and was told that that's all you get from a rude girl. As a NEW RESIDENT OF LAS VEGAS IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING !!

I stopped in for lunch. I have debated on eating here many times, however I've always gone to other places in the shopping center because of the prices. On this day, I decided to treat myself. That was a mistake! Food was not very good. I splurged for 3 meats, all dry. I expected more for what I paid.

This place is great, and the staff is awesome! The manager Craig is great, has an awesome sense of humor, and provided us with delicious food and great service. The corn muffins are a must have!! Thanks Craig, you're the man!!

Wife ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich and liked it. I ordered 1/2 lb of the burnt tips, & a 1/2 lb of brisket. Brisket was good and tasty but barely warm when got it. I think I got 1/4 lb of burnt tip meat and a 1/4 lb of burnt fat. Some of the pieces were more fat than meat. Place was very clean and well lit.

The last time I went I asked for my food to be fresh. Why when I get home and really open the container to see the food. The ribs was burnt and nobody ate them and there the pork eaters. Fresh doesn't mean burnt!!!! I don't understand what's wrong with these food establishments and their service and food presentation. Maybe it's because I was living on Henderson side that the food was better cause on the north it the opposite.

This particular location of Famous Dave's has the same awesome food as their other locations but what makes them stand out is the awesome customer service provided by Craig. As the general manager he models for his staff what it looks like to be efficient and keep things moving all the while doing it with an amazing attitude. Stop in and tell Craig Nancy said hello!

Famous Dave's on Paradise has great food and amazing staff. A large group of us came right at dinner time on a Saturday and Craig and the other staff were so patient and hospitable!

Always love our experience at Famous Dave's! We come in with a large crowd and they always make it work out for us. Food is delish! Craig is the best!!

The service here is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Time after time, month after month. They have tweakers who man the kitchen and are visibly incapable of even putting two simple brisket plates together. I'm sick of this place. Where is leadership? There is no way I'm the only one that feels like this. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I visited this place on a whim while picking up cookies at insomnia. The staff was friendly and attentive when I walked up to assist me. As this was my first time there, I wanted to try a few things but the prices were pretty high. I went with the 2 meat combo - beef brisket and sausage. Both were tasty but the beef brisket was certainly on the fattier side. In terms of the side, I was amazed at how cold the potato salad was next to all the other hot food. I wasn't a huge fan of the Mac and cheese and didn't particularly understand why there was corn in it.

Famous Dave's Quick Que is a nice concept. If you like the regular Famous Dave's this is the same except you order it cafeteria style, everything is on a steam table or in warmers so there is no waiting. There is a smaller menu from a regular restaurant but most of your favorites are here. Both times I have been here it was slow which actually is a good indicator of the food quality. Because everything is already cooked there is a chance it could dry out especially when it is slow. But everything was perfect, the chicken was juicy, the brisket moist and tender, and the ribs were fall off the bone. So a good place to stop by for a nice quick meal.

Absolutely slamming brisket. The best brisket I've ever had. I loved it. It's the best. The spicy BBQ sauce is really awesome too. Love this BBQ.

Unbelievably, cheap & unorganized. I just moved to this side of town. Myself & my husband were excited to have BBQ at our reach. The 1st time I ordered, I was not convinced nor impressed with the guy who came from the back, 1/2 asleep. Prior to his presence, was a man named Craig. Definitely, overworked. Very tired. The man whom of which I awoke from his nap was not focused in the least bit. This led to people from out of town asking me questions about the menu. I had no clue what to say. End of story. We were short a complete portion if our meal. . I called, Craig acknowledged. Tonight, I went back. I got a piece of chicken hacked to the bare ends. So pathetic. Broken muffins & our sides were scooped like ice cream. Presentation was awful. Like a government cafeteria. God forbidden you ever have to experience one. Many tourists seen to have flocked there in the recent 2 weeks I visited. Please do yourself a favor, dont even bother. They are extremely expensive & very disappointing. Totally, disorganized & very skimpy on their portions. Taste is ok. However, service is unorthodox. The help spends more time telling people how to operate their requests than paying attention to the orders themselves. This place would benefit if they centered themselves on the sit down & get served situation than most in the Las Vegas Valley! Local who Loves !

While I enjoyed my bbq sandwich and sides, I couldn't help notice the hyper inflation has affected the prices. My meal plus drink came to $28 dollars. They're not alone, everyone is affected but I just couldn't help but feel the meal is $2 more then it's worth no to mention how fountain drinks have gold in them now. While still a great sandwich, mashed potatoes and beans. Along medium sized drink it just seemed over the inflation rate. Meaning I don't think I would bring family to eat here. But if you and a date would like to have some bbq, I still say come by and eat. The people are friendly and helpful. And I do recommend the brisket sandwich for lunch. I'm just a frugal person and feel they're 20-30% over priced. Crazy isn't it? Place is very clean and serves good food!

It was my first time at Famous Dave's and it was a great experience! The line was super long since there was a convention nearby but the workers kept their cool and kept working hard and as efficient as possible. I believe they were also short staffed as there was only one cashier checking everyone out. I got Dave's Sassy BBQ Salad with Brisket and the bread pudding. The brisket salad was a great mix of brisket and salad and the bread pudding was so flavorful and delicious. Probably one of the best bread puddings I ever had! Great food, great customer service and will be back again!

My kids and I came in after the waterpark. I am single mother of 3 kids always on the run. We was helped by two sweet man hispanic guy and African American guy. They worked together together to make sure all of us had what we wanted. My receipt said james. My son made a mess with soda and the young AA came over and help clean up immediately. I was so embarrassed but he told me everything is ok. I appreciate him. It was very Hot in the restaurant like the AC was off but he made up for it with customer service. We will definitely come back but hopefully the AC is up!!!

Terrible service and mediocre food. The restaurant was near empty when we arrived yet no one was there to take an order. When we were finally acknowledged your employee couldn't have looked more bothered to be taking our order. This seemed to be his regular demeanor as his interactions with customers that came in after us were treated with the same disregard. None of the other staff members seemed phased by his attitude. Customers after us asked for his recommendation and his response was to go somewhere else. Others would come up and his him for utensils or napkins and this man would not look up from his phone. The name on our receipt says James but since no one was wearing a name tag we can't say for sure. The man tending to us has short black dreads with a co chain and a AirPod in the right ear. Food was ready fast and was hot. Brisket was dry and food in general could have used more flavor. Overall would not recommend this place.

Horrible service. Waited for about 10 minutes before anyone even came out to the front. Then the guy kept walking us back and forth along the line saying order here pay here. We tried to get margaritas that they have advertised on the hand written signs. He said no. Only beers. Ok that's fine. But the attitude is just horrible. Then he proceeded to pick up trash from the floor with gloves on and starts packaging food for others. Didn't change his gloves or wash his hands. Bad first impression. Food was dry as well. Edit: writing this after sitting here and watching how he interacts with others. More guest came in asking him what he recommended. He said " I recommend you go somewhere else." With a straight face. If you don't like it here, don't ruin it for others.

Burnt ends were !! The server/host was a young guy-i think he had a fade..He was awesome, really kept thorns running around there.

I was staying at the Virgin hotel across the street, and feeling hungry... So I looked on the map and saw that there was a Famous Dave's right across the street! I was JUBILANT! This is one of my favorite BBQ restaurants. So I crossed the street and went to pick up some takeout. What a great surprise to discover that this location has meats that are already cooked and it is super fast to drop by and pick up some excellent BBQ! This is QUICK CUE for real! They also have a few indoor tables where you can dine it. The menu is smaller than at the standard Famous Dave's restaurants but they still have a very good selection of sandwiches, salads and BBQ Plates plus the meats were excellent!!! I had the 2 item plate (I was starving) with the Georgia pulled pork and the spare ribs. The pulled pork was delicious as ALWAYS, and the ribs were falling off the bone! For the BBQ sauces, I had my usual favorites: Devils spit on the pulled pork (VERY, VERY hot - so be careful) and I asked for some extra Sweet and Zesty to go for the ribs. The sweet and Zesty is my FAVORITE BBQ sauce and you can also buy it in bottles to go. Also, note that the Sweet and Zesty is not the common BBQ sauce they give out, you need to ask for this one. When I moved from Colorado to California, I actually went to the supermarket and bought a few bottles of Sweet and Zesty to take with me, just in case I could not find them in California. I highly recommend this restaurant. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with restaurants at the hotel, and the food is delicious!

food is amazing as usual but i would reconsider the container used for the mac and cheese. took my food to-go and when i opened the cup, pieces of from the rim were IN the food... i had to dig into the food to find other pieces as well. if you look at the mac and cheese pic, you can see the sides of the cup chipped off and i think it's because the food was so warm that it melted it off which is how it just fell into the food. please reconsider a different to-go container because this is scary for people who wouldn't usually pay attention to the food and you're just eating these pieces and they're a little sharp too so that's definitely concerning.

Dave"s was not busy at all in the bar area however the restaurant seemed quite busy on a happy hour Thursday. The bar tender was one & she was able & capable of keeping up with the waitresses orders for the restaurant side ,& she managed the bar which consist of 4 people 2 with drinks only & 2 with food & drinks. I was quite pleased with the services given by bar tender!!

Food very good, service great,fast seating and Manager host very nice. Ambiance clean and it's a rib joint.

Coming in yesterday I was extremely surprised with the staff to see them smoking what smelled like marijuana outside the store. All three men on shift were not very professional at all. I witnessed gloves being put on with out hands being washed and glove changes without washing hands as well. There were pants sagging boxers out and to top it off the food wasn't tht great. Tables werent the cleanest and the floors as well. Crazy part is the man who I assume was the manager from his polo didn't care at all about any of this. Definitely a different experience based on staff. Don't eat here!!!!!!!

Very Rude. I went in the door in the back of store and was treated very rudely by Brandon who acted as if he could treat & talk to customers as he owned the store. I work across the street and all people within neighborhood talk about how bad customer service is at this location!

Come at your own risk. I ordered a double cheeseburger and both of the patties were burnt. I could tell they tried covering it up with a slice of cheese. My husband ordered ribs and they were dry and flavorless. They also took longer than normal to get our food ready, and the staff members weren't pleasant at all. Mediocre food with mediocre service. You've been warned.

The food was delicious--all of it. Got the Feast for 2 w/ chopped pork and it was amazing. The beans, the Mac n cheese, the cornbread, all delicious. It's a walk-up, which caught me a little off guard, as I've been to others that have been sit-down and order, but the food didn't suffer. Such a good lunch and enough leftovers for dinner!

This place is terrible! I spent $25 on a 2 meat combo with 2 sides. The ribs were disgusting and the brisket tasted like mystery meat. The best part of this meal was throwing it in the trash! Stay away. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!! They should ashamed of themselves for putting out such a disgusting product.

I really like this place and go to it often. Today (October 3), I went in around 1 PM to pick up my order. The lady inside was incredibly rude and curt. Never smiled, was talking to me in a very aggressive manner and told me not to use the door I came inside of (which is the normal door we all use to come inside). Was such an off-putting experience. She really needs to understand what customer service is about. Might need to switch to the other Dave's if this woman is going to be there as a permanent employee.

Famous Dave's without the wait. We had BBQ Brisket salad and two item plate with brisket & BBQ chicken. Even had dessert. Took all of 3 minutes to order, pay, and start eating.

2 weeks ago - I got a dinner combo (ribs, coleslaw, brussels sprout and cornbread muffin) - the taste was good and I was happy with it. However, around 4:30am on the same night I started vomiting and having diarrhea..until 7:30am... that was awful =(( I went to the urgent care the next day and the doctor said I got food poisoning (this is the only food I had that day and the timeline were right), it took me few days to feel a bit normal.... I am not sure what went wrong in the food, maybe it was not handle probably somewhere along?! (the taste was good though)

Really good beef brisket, yummy garlic mash potatoes, cornbread muffin get it! my favorite side is the Brussels sprouts. Skip the fries and Mac n cheese they're just blah. Banana pudding is delicious!

The food is always been a good beer as well as the service. They seem to be getting cheap no more chips no more to go cups for drinks. I fear they're losing sight of the customer.

A friend and I tried to call for a to-go pick up and woman on the phone kept saying to just come in which was already annoying. Then when we enter we tried to order with a woman with bun and light brown hair and a reseeding hairline. She cut us off rudely and told us to wait. All we wanted was muffins so we just wanted to announce that so she knew we didn't want a whole meal. When she finally gets around to packaging them she used her dirty brisket and meat soaked gloves to pick up our muffins in front of our face. We politely changed our minds and she looked at us like she was annoyed as if what she did wasn't completely unsanitary. The Henderson location never does this. We're disgusted!

The best brisket we've ever had, moist and tender, melt in your mouth. They clearly take great pride in their food, unusual for a national chain, but this location is excellent.

Jacob and Andrew were awesome, 1st time at a Famous Dave's all the way from a Long Beach, Ca and will def have to stop by here every time I'm in town. Very kind and helpful with our picks from menu. Food was amazing!!

Megan and Orlando have the best customer service!!!! They were both smiling and happy to help. Very great with my kids too. They knew what to recommend and were very efficient and quick as well. Restuarant is very clean and smells emmm!!!! Definitely come to this one if you're in Vegas! Facts.

Sorry, I thought this food was terrible. And so expensive. It was so over spiced but yet the chicken itself had no flavor. Awful fries.
