Ordered desserts for a birthday party and everything was absolutely PERFECT! The mango and passion fruit cups were so flavorful and the picture macarons were the biggest hit of the party. Jessica is great to work with, quick, responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend for any occasion !

Google
If you need macaroons PURCHASE THEM HERE. I am sure everything Fancy Flavors sells tastes amazing as well but I can only speak to the macaroons. Not only did Jessica accommodate a last minute order for me (about 24 hours) but she personally delivered them to me. The detail in the art was 10/10 and the macaroons themselves were so delicious. Every single person who tried them loved them and were impressed with the artwork. Order from Jessica you wont regret it!

Google
What a beautiful small business. The fancy flavors Bakery is known for its fresh treats like macarons and the viral spiral croissants plus delicious drinks. I grabbed the strawberry and classic croissants, and they did not disappoint. They had a great amount of filling along with a crunch and flaky croissant that was buttery and not stale. The creme brulee latte was a perfect way to start the morning and paired well with the croissants, but it's sweet so prepare yourself. The macarons were ok. The texture was nice, but the lucky charms weren't as good as the Ferrero, I think the deeper flavor, the better. And lastly, I had the classic cream puff, which was light and creamy as it should be! Go when it opens, and you'll get everything fresh.

Super pricey for tiny cupcakes you order two and it’s like 10$ for tiny cupcakes that you eat more icing than the cake. Cupcakes are good but nothing fancy as their name says.

Jessica and her team at Fancy Flavors Bakeshop did it again! This is the second gluten-free cake that I have ordered in less than two months. This was a custom ordered cake for my daughter’s birthday. I communicated with Jessica through email and we were able to come up with the design of what I wanted for my daughter’s cake. The cake came out beautifully! My daughter loved it, and everyone said that it tasted great. They couldn’t believe that it was gluten-free. It is also hard to find bakeries that make gluten-free cakes. That’s why I’m so glad to have found Fancy Flavors. They are now our go to bakery. Thanks again!

Google
Fancy Flavors catered some incredible desserts for my corporate event. Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me with picking out the perfect menu for my team of 45 (including vegan options!) and even delivered directly to me. The desserts were so delicious, we didn’t even get a photo before they disappeared. Will absolutely be using Fancy Flavors for more events on the future and could not recommend them enough! Thank you Jessica!

Google
Came here to try the spiral croissants and was looking for a matcha one but they only had vanilla (original) pumpkin spice and black sesame. Tried the pumpkin one. Not a huge fan of pumpkin flavor but also not a huge fan of the other flavors. I’ve had spiral croissant in Paris before and this sadly did not match the one I had before. The croissant was crunchy and a bit dense. The filling was too runny for my liking. Expected more of a cream. The other croissants looked good and really cute cream puff. May be back to give it one more shot.

Google
I recently visited this charming bakery, and overall, I had a great experience. The croissants are definitely the star of the show—flaky, buttery, and just the right level of crispiness. I tried both the ube and Biscoff flavors, and while both were delicious, I found the ube to be the standout.

Yelp
For my wedding this year I ordered 50 each of the Strawberry Cheesecake, Passionfruit, and Churro macarons which came out to about $500. They were huge and delicious and everyone loved them! Before ordering, I visited the Fancy Flavors storefront to try all 12 of the flavors they had available. I generally preferred their fruit macarons because they're great at doing bright, acidic flavors, and I found some of the other flavors like ferrero rocher too sweet. The shop is small but welcoming and they also have other pastries and drinks as well.

Yelp
Goodbye spiral croissants :') Happy I was able to try before they discontinued them. I guess that foodie fad is no longer in high demand anymore. According to their IG post they'll still make them if in a large order of at least 4 dozen or on a special spiral weekend. I was able to try Ube and Classic Spiral Croissants. I thought they were really good! I'm a big ube fan but surprisingly I enjoyed the classic one better. I loved the filing paired with the flakey croissant and not being too sweet. On the other hand I also had an Ube Au Lait which I thought needed to be sweeter. So long spiral croissants but its okay I'm looking forward to what new creations are to come!

Yelp
I preordered these for pickup and they came earlier than the set time! I was kinda sick when it was time for pickup so I did it through uber. I called them to make sure someone else can pickup the order for me and they said it's fine as long as they have the order #. I'm late on trying the viral croissants and had to get them before they stopped doing preorders entirely unless it's for catering I believe. I'm not sure if they come hot when you pick them up but when I opened them they were cold (roughly 10-12 min drive before arriving at my house). Scraped off the top before toasting and it was good. The ube was good. It's not too sweet and paired well with the croissant. I also enjoyed the biscoff, I think it was classic with biscoff cookie mixed in. The croissant itself was light and fluffy. Overall it was good but I think the novelty wore off. I was pretty underwhelmed because it's just a circle shaped croissant with filling. I couldn't find anything about Amex not being accepted when I was checking out but I think that is the case. I tried to preorder a few times and it would not go through but I would get a $1.00 charge (it would always be sent back though). Definitely wanna try their basque cheese cake next time!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious! I love the Macarons and baked goods here and I ordered their Biscoff iced latte today with Oat milk and it was soo good! I hope they keep this as a staple item! Today I ordered the double chocolate Maracons and a Macaron brownie. I haven't had the brownies here before but I'm sure it's delicious! I definitely want to try their mini pies and basque cheesecake next time. I like that they have cute themes cookies and you can even special order designs. I really like their Pusheen Macaron cookies. They're so cute! They also have sport theme cookies around football season, a cute addition to your football parties. I recommend their business!

Yelp
3.75 STARS TikTok [bait] viral food and drinks. Me: "What in thaaaa?!" Also me: "OoOoO, I need to try THIS!" I mean, there's worst toxic traits so if isn't hurting anyone...go on with your badself and your cottage chips, cottage cheese flatbread, cottage cheese ice cream, and cottage cheese cookie dough, etc! I draw the line at hairy elephant balls (raw rocky mountain oysters w/ chocolate sprinkles) tho. Fancy Flavors started in 2012 selling macarons and cupcakes through IG. And 9 years later, the owner opened her first brick and mortar location in 2021. The times I've driven through Westgate, I've seen the long lines for their viral spiral croissants. Over the weekend, I was getting tea across the street when I saw there was no line out the door. Today, is the day! Fancy Flavors is open takeout, catering, and limited dine-in. M E N U French macarons ($3.25), character macarons ($5-$6), sweet spiral croissants + savory croissants ($7-$8), individual pies ($7), brownie ($3.50), cookie ($3.50), and more. Vegan and keto options available. Rotating Asian-inspired flavors. For drinks, they have specialty tea and coffee ($3-$6). Almond and oat milk available for no extra surcharge. Aside from spiral croissants, they have the following viral drink/food inspired trends: - Cracked Latte (choose any iced drink except crème brûlée and pay +$1) - Kataifi Croissant inspired by the Dubai chocolate bar - Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant inspired by Korean garlic cheese bread D R I N K * Matcha Latte ($5) + $1 for cracked latte // 1 star: https://tinyurl.com/yzrvv77w A cracked latte is a disposable clear cup that's coated with a thin layer of tempered white (or milk) chocolate, frozen, and filled with your cold drink of choice. When you squeeze the cup, the chocolate is supposed to shatter and crack, and you get that satisfying crackling ASMR (if you're into it). I love ASMR but this trend just doesn't make sense to me...the broken chocolate pieces don't fit through the sippy hole, nor the straw so you have to fish cold chocolate out of the cup with a spoon!?! But, how's the matcha latte? Sadly, not good, it was basically sweetened iced milk (they use culinary grade matcha). After two sips, I tossed it. * Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant ($8) // 4.5 stars: https://tinyurl.com/vefw4v4u Good thing the customer in front of me had a large order because while waiting to order, these babies came fresh out of the oven! As a fan of Korean garlic cream cheese bread, this was extra, in a good way. Instead of a brioche bun, a warm, buttery croissant is generously filled with savory sweet cream cheese then brushed/dunked in garlic butter. While the croissant has a shatteringly crispy exterior layer, it's on the dense side to support the filling. I'll take my cream cheese with a side of croissant please: https://tinyurl.com/78rjt5mc It sounds hella heavy and rich tasting but it wasn't. To be nitpicky, some croissants were poofier than others and I got one of the flattier ones. S E R V I C E Upbeat, friendly service with a smile. A M B I A N C E Cute and whimsical shop with pastels and partial open kitchen. There's 3-4 café tables inside and three tables outside. P A R K I N G Easy parking in the plaza. Overall, would def return for their savory options when in the area and if there's no line. If you're into viral food trends, Fancy Flavors is the one follow.

Yelp
In a plaza with other stores. The inside was adorable. We got the two croissants and a brownie. They were both good. I wish the baked croissant was softer. Service was nice. Would go back when in the area. The Macarons looked pretty yummy too Private lot in front

Yelp
I've been meaning to come stop by here, since my friends were raving about the spiral croissants that they have. I was worried that there weren't going to be any left, but thankfully they had 3 flavors available when I came in (the flavors change every week): Tiramisu, Mango, and Classic. I grabbed one Tiramisu and one Classic croissant, the Tiramisu was definitely my favorite. Normally I don't enjoy tiramisu too much, but the cream inside was subtle and not too sweet which I loved. Aside from the croissants, I wanted to try out their Butterfly Matcha Latte. I added oat milk to mine instead of whole milk, which probably may not have been a great idea. The drink didn't have a strong matcha taste, but a slight butterfly pea tea taste and had primarily tasted like oat milk to me. Overall, I would come back to try out their other spiral croissant flavors!

Yelp
Came here for the cracking lattes and was so disappointed! Cracking effect experience: We ordered the butterfly pea matcha and cinnamon honey lattes, both with the cracking add-on. When our drinks came out, it looked like the chocolate coating in both cups had already cracked! So sad! But we still took the drinks outside to try squeezing the cups and seeing if we can get it to crack. We got one good squeeze / crack in, but afterwards there wasn't chocolate left to crack, so we were just crushing our cups and having our drinks spill everywhere... Taste: I was already concerned when the color of the butterfly pea matcha came out looking murky and darker green. And it tasted awful. There was no taste of butterfly pea and the matcha tasted so watered down. The cinnamon honey latte was bland and you could barely taste cinnamon or honey. Yes, the drinks will obviously taste sweeter and a bit strange if the chocolate has melted and mixed in; however, we tried the drinks before the chocolate got to melt. Interior was cute and service was fast. But I'm not coming back.

Yelp
This review is for the crackling drinks. I got a butterfly matcha and my boyfriend got the cinnamon honey, both with the crackling add on. The drinks were alright, but the matcha turned out relatively watery and the cinnamon honey was a touch too sweet. The crackling comes from modeling chocolate that they set inside the cup. However, this does nothing for the flavor of the drink and is hard to consume. The cafe itself is very cute inside, and the staff are very nice and happy to answer any questions. I'd probably be back for the baked goods in the future!

Yelp
It's so dangerous for me to live within walking distance of this super aesthetic and delicious bakery. It shares a lot with the sprouts so there's no issues with finding parking. I've been limiting myself to only going when I can snag one of their toogoodtogo bags otherwise my waistline would hate me. I first heard about them from IG, with their viral spiral croissants. Both times I've gone, Jessica and her staff have been very friendly and helpful. I love watching her "day in the life of a bakery owner" reels. Since I only order through toogoodtogo, the pastries are always leftovers, which is what I signed up for. One of these days, I'm going to have to support them for full price. I just reheat the croissants in the air fryer for a few minutes and they taste good as new. The ube fruity pebbles and red bean spiral croissants were not too sweet, buttery, flaky, heaven. The thai tea mousse was amazing, great texture and taste. The chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie, nothing to say. They're delicious! Macaron had great texture and taste. I definitely need to support them at full price, but toogoodtogo has been the way to control not buying too many sweets. Will return!

Yelp
Cute little bake shop! Came on a Sunday afternoon after church and there was a couple of people inside. The barista was super nice as we asked for recommendations. My husband and I both ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee. I was worried it would be too strong but it came out just right. Their desserts looked amazing but I am going to try them another day. Def will come back when I have a bigger sweet tooth!

Yelp
Holy moly croissant heaven!!! Found this gem off Instagram and it lived up to the hype and then some. Ordered the classic croissant per the advice from the friendly service staff (she said the Ube pebbles would've been her next recommendation). Didn't exactly realize it was filled with cream and boy was that a delicious surprise. I'd say this tasted better than CABakehouses croissants which we tried right before Fancy Flavors (croissant addict over here, let me be). All in all amazing!
google avatar

Yelp
I'll come back one day to get the spiral croissant but they sell out quick! This review is for the cookies, specifically almond croissant! DELICIOUS!! Ube chocolate chip was good but the star of the show was the 10/10 almond croissant cookie that has all the flavor of an almond croissant with the soft chewy crunch of a cookie (I warmed it up)! The chocolate drizzle on top makes it taste like a chocolate almond croissant actually! Which is even better!! And there were white chocolate chips inside that were surprisingly not too sweet! The workers were nice and efficient! I didn't wait long for my food and drink! There's some seating inside and two small tables outside if you want to enjoy your treats right away.
google avatar

Eric P.

Yelp
While I did enjoy the cute aesthetics, I think what lacked the most was the drinks. I ordered a Butterfly Matcha Latte Iced, I was at least expecting some sort of matcha flavor, but only got milk instead. Service was good no complaints. I'd say to give this place a more fair review, maybe next time I'll get their bakery, however not any of their drinks.

Yelp
This place has been bookmarked for a while and I was finally in the area to check it out! I'm a macaron lover to the death. I love a delicous soft shell with a delicious filling (pistacho is my fav) and while all the other goods looked amazing I just wanted a box of 6 to satisfy the craving. I got 5 flavors 2 pistachio and 4 other flavors. The macaron shells are the perfect textures. The first bite was a nice shell and soft interior with no air gap. The fillings are true to their name and description. Not a flavor match for me but that is a personal preference. Everything tastes how it should. The shop is very cute and there's detail and time put into the space. The service was great. Acknowledged at the door and overall service was fast and friendly. There's parking in front of the store and shared with all the other stores in this shopping area. I will come back to try other items and will continue to try the other macaron flavors because I can't help myself!

Yelp
Stopped in to try the spiral croissants and picked up a few macarons. I definitely like the fruit forward items compared to the chocolate. I really enjoyed the fruit flavor items - strawberry passion fruit macaron and yuzu croissant. The filling of the macaron was a bit thick but flavor was good. The yuzu also had a good light flavor that I really enjoyed. I wasn't a fan of the chocolate filling of the croissant or the chocolate macaron. It didn't have a deep enough chocolate flavor for me and not sweet enough for me either. We stopped in around 1 pm on a Saturday and only one other person in front of us. Plenty of parking. I'm glad I got to try the spiral croissant but I think I'm more of an OG croissant girl.

Yelp
Anytime I need to get a birthday gift, a host gift, or kids teacher gift I swing by here and pick up some macaroons. They are beautiful and delicious and look indulgent and special to anyone who is receiving them.

Yelp
PORTIONS: filling and hearty PRICE: appropriate SERVICE: counter style SURROUNDINGS: clean and charming FLAVORS: hit and miss + signature croissant + chocolate almond croissant -- ube croissant (disappointing, no flavor at all) + hot chocolate ~ ube au lait (MID: asked for hot, it was lukewarm with bursts of cold, but I could definitely taste the ube!) BONUS TIP: ube au lait doesn't have coffee in it, you can ask for an espresso shot in

Yelp
my sister put me on this spot and i love it. parking was very easy because it's located in a pretty spacious area. they have all of the trendy food trends here. drinks as well. my sister got their matcha latte with the cracked chocolate shell, it was yum! i like how their pastries are sweet but they aren't sweet to the point where you wanna drink a gallon of water. the employees are very nice and helpful. i also love the color theme they have going on it's really cute, i love the blue. if you're looking for a cute little bakery to hang out at, this place is it!
google avatar

Kristen J.

Yelp
Super super cute bakery! A must try if you are brought much joy via cute sweet treats! While this shop can be pretty busy at times, the cuteness and flavor of the treats are well worth the wait! The shop gets more quiet throughout the day, so if you're looking for a quiet place to work go later in the day! I enjoyed the cream puff as it was cute, light, and fluffy! The treats and coffee are pretty sweet, so come if you have a big sweet tooth for sure!
google avatar

Emma W.

Yelp
I came in on a Friday afternoon and there were no lines and no wait time. The staff were very friendly and asked us if we had any questions and they were very patient with us since we were indecisive of what to choose. There were so many great options to choose But the macarons were on the pricy end, so I decided to get their S'more's Spiral Croissant and Classic Creme Puff. The S'more's Spiral Croissant was delicious and had a generous amount of chocolate and s'mores filling inside. The Classic Creme Puff was not only cute but very sweet and delicious. The puff Creme was light and fluffy and I enjoyed it a lot. Overall it's such a cute little sweet shop! I recommend it to anyone looking to try cute and yummy treats!

Yelp
Came back to Fancy Flavors on a Sunday morning because I was in the area and wanted to see what spiral croissants they had, but I was shocked to find out from their instagram story that they had been broken into that morning :( They had sold out of spiral croissants by the time I arrived, but I got an Ube Crookie ($8) which was delicious! It was super flaky and layered, with a chewy ube cookie in the middle and more crunchy ube cookie/topping at the top. It was really large and enough to split between me and some friends so despite being a bit expensive felt worth the price! I actually liked the texture of the crookie more than I did the spiral croissants I tried last time, since those were a little stale, so I'm excited to come back and hopefully try different flavors of crookies in the future.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
The store is so cute, love the pastel vibes to it. All the macarons and brownies were display so nicely. I came on a Sunday afternoon to pickup some spiral croissants that I won from a giveaway! I've been wanting to try these out ever since they became popular on IG. I wanted to know how much these were, but I couldn't find them on the website, but based on other reviewers, I saw that they range from $6-7. Based on last week's flavors, I got two classics, one gingerbread biscoff, and one crème brûlée. They look good, fancy, and have a good amount of filling inside. Unfortunately, these were just okay. I love the croissant itself, but I felt like the crème from the classic was a bit too sweet for me at least. I got kinda sick of it halfway. I don't remember if it's the gingerbread or the crème brûlée since my family ate the other half, but one of them tasted like a Cinnabon and that was pretty good! I do wanna check out their drinks and other desserts the next time I'm in the area! :)
google avatar

Karina A.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday morning and there were a few people there. Parking is easy as it is in a shopping center. Customer service is excellent - staff gave me the space to look around and make my decision. I came here primarily for the crème brûlée latte - it is delicious! You do have to mix it, as it will simply taste like a regular latte if you don't. Price for this latte was comparable to other coffee shops. I also got the garlic and cream cheese croissant - this was good. However, I do think it was a bit overpriced for what you got. I've gotten something similar and larger at the farmers market for $7 and this was $8. The most I would have paid for this would be $6. Regardless, flavors were all there and exactly as described. Great place to check out if you're in the area!

Yelp
Stopped by to try the viral cracked lattes that have made their way up to the Bay Area and the cafe was cute! Lots of pastels, cute character pastries, and I like that they had some seasonal drinks. Came around 2pm on a Sunday and they were sold out of a lot of their pastries and some of their drinks too, so I didn't get to try their popular spiral croissants or ube au lait. The cinnamon honey latte was okay, not that creamy or sweet. On the other hand, the butterfly matcha was very sweet but didn't have a super strong matcha flavor. The cracked white chocolate is a fun addition to a drink and I'm glad I tried it, but probably wouldn't consider it a must have addition. Since it only comes with cold drinks, you end up with lots of white chocolate chunks at the bottom of the drink.
google avatar

Izabella G.

Yelp
I love the spiral croissants and how they have new flavors weekly. I come back every other week from the east bay just for these! My favorite ones so far have been Matcha Oreo, Thai tea, original, and strawberry. The ube drink was yummy too! I go here often with my friends and all of them have loved this spot. Their macaroons are really good too with unique flavors like passion fruit and lychee. The owner is really sweet too she always tells me ahead of time what they'll have in regards to the spiral croissants since they're my favorite.
google avatar

Learnee L.

Yelp
Tuck in the corner close to a boba place, I decided to check it out for some sweets. A cute little place that I think has limited sweet offerings. Tried the Ube spiral croissant. Flaky buttery croissant. Ube flavor was barely there. Tbh I haven't I've only been to one place (I've been to several) who offer ube product but none had the flavor. I feel like the color purple is the only good thing about it. Kudos to the great service.

Yelp
Bought around 18 macarons on my trip here, my coworkers really enjoyed them! Many of them picked up a macaron expecting a "subpar" experience but as soon as they bit into it their faces lit up while saying "Oh this is so good." Being my second time coming, I can confirm that the people who work here are so friendly and helpful no matter who was on shift. The interior of the shop has a little bit of room (maybe 2 tables) to sit and enjoy some coffee with a dessert, and the design is so cute. I like that they play chill vibe music as well as some K-pop but the volume is not overwhelming. Today I decided to order the plain spiral croissant. It's my first time trying a spiral croissant so I don't know what the "standard" is, but compared to any sort of puff pastry with filling, the filling is plentiful and well flavored while the croissant itself is amazingly flaky. Although the bread is soft and crispy, it holds well and didn't leave a lot of crumbs when I bit into it. Just beware, biting into the croissant like I did could make the cream leak out. Macarons tend to be on the expensive sides of desserts, so although $3.25 per macaron is expensive for a dessert, I'd say it's an average if not lower end price for solid macarons.

Yelp
Came at 8am to try their spiral croissant a while ago but it was sold out for the morning batch so we came back again on the same day at 12pm and ordered: $5.50 Ruby Rose Latte $5.50 Ube Au Lait $5 Discounted Ube Spiral Croissant The ruby rose latte was just okay and I wouldn't get it again. The normal spiral croissants were sold out again, but they had some that were smaller in size sold at a discounted price. Their spiral croissant was a bit more oily compared to the ones sold at Marvel Cakes, so I didn't enjoy it that much. I do like that they have asian inspired flavors such as sesame, thai tea, and durian whereas Marvel Cakes only has chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, etc. The Asian inspired flavors are not always available, but they do post about what flavor they have each week on their Instagram. They have some cute macarons available and I heard they're more known for that so I'd definitely come back to try those as well as the other spiral croissant flavors.

Yelp
3.5 Came here around 1 and was so excited to try there stuff but they ran out of a tonn of stuff. I really wanted to try their spiral croissants but they ran out and they said they were gonna make more but id have to wait an hour. :( i ended up jus getting a macaron brownie (3$) and their ube drink (5.5 for iced) that i kept seeing. Overall the drink was really good! Great ube flavor and jus really liked. The brownie was okay, confused why its macaron brownie bc it was kinda jus a normal brownie with like random color spots in it and like frosting on top. So kinda mid wouldnt get again. Their other stuff looked really good but i jus didnt get lol. Def want to come back to try their spiral croissants tho

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday morning at opening. They had a number of specialty lattes but they all seemed to have sugar in them so I stuck with a regular latte. There are a couple plastic tables and chairs there that I was able to sit and read at. There were a good number of people coming and going during this time. They have the spiral croissants that have been all the rage lately, and they also have the cutest macarons! They had some star wars ones, hello kitty, etc. I didn't get any but all their desserts were beautiful.
google avatar

Mary N.

Yelp
Line here is always out the door. They sell out really quick so make sure to come early to get the pastry you want. The day I went, I actually got the last cream puff! The pastries here are quite pricey but you definitely should try once. My fav was definitely the cream puff. I also got some One Piece macarons for my brother because she's a big fan of the show. The butterfly matcha has a very earthly flavor to it. If you're a matcha fan, I highly recommend trying it!
google avatar

Kristen B.

Yelp
I think spiral croissants are a bit overrated across the board, so Fancy Flavors did as best as they could given the format. Spiral croissants (at least in my experience) don't have that flaky, soft buttery-ness that a croissant should have, so instead it tasted a bit overbaked and oily. The inside fillings were good, but I definitely preferred the custard texture of the vanilla one over the whipped cream consistency of the Vietnamese coffee one. I enjoyed my Ruby Latte though! Perhaps I would return in the future to try their other items. Not much seating, so be prepared to take to go and eat somewhere else possibly. Most people take to go anyways, but I wish we didn't have to waste a whole box if we were going to immediately take our food out of the packaging and eat it there.

Yelp
Was seeing reels on IG about this place. Then one morning my son shared a reel in our family DM and I took it as a sign. I went to their IG page and read through their "how to order" they suggested you get there before they open as they typically have a line formed even before they open. So off I went.... The place is pretty easy to find. Parking is plentiful since they are nestled in a shopping center. Good thing is they are one of the stores on the perimeter so easy in and easy out. I get there and sure enough there are like 10 people in line already..what the heck! I was there 15 minutes early. Almost as soon as I get in line here come another 5 to get in line behind me. Ok this is a good sign. Must be worth it! Within a few minutes a lady comes out. Welcomes everyone. Ensures everyone can hear her ok. She shares the flavors of the day for the spiral croissants, of course ube was not one of them. Flavors of the day were Vanilla and Milo Cookie. Darn :-(. Oh well. Within a few minutes the doors open. Line goes pretty fast. The lady making the announcements beforehand gave specific instructions on how to order so the line would go smoothly. Seemed liked everyone took good notes. As I am next to enter I notice a sign on the door. Only 4 croissants per customer. Booooooo! I get it but still :-(. I get in order my croissants (4 milo cookie) and 2 puffs because the puffs were cute and I'd gift them to 2 of my coworkers upon my return. The croisssants are actually huge. 1 can definitely be shared. Not too sweet. They don't skimp on the filling. The chocolate filling was pudding like. The croissant was light but substantial enough to contain the filling and hold the topping. My boys killed theirs and glad I got my bite in because they almost but my hand off as I did..haha! I'd like to know what flavors they will feature from day to day so I know what day to go. I really just wanna try the ube. There will definitely be a next time....to be continued...

Yelp
Very creative ube and thai tea spiral croissant flavors! I was a little disappointed the spiral croissant didn't actually have croissant layers, and was cold & hard, but maybe thats because they're generally overhyped. The macarons looked sooo cute but the overall shop ambiance wasn't anything special.

Yelp
Came here to try to spiral cream filled croissants that have been trending at a few bakeries in the area. They had the original vanilla flavor and strawberry cream the weekend I went and I ended up getting one of each to try. The spiral croissants are nice with a high rise but lack the layers and flakiness of a true croissant. I would recommend heating them up in an air fryer as I had one as is and one warmed up and preferred the warmed up version more as it becomes lighter and more airy. Personally I liked the original better as the flavor tasted less artificial and the cream had a better consistency. The strawberry cream was really mild, similar to what strawberry pocky tastes like and I wish there was more of a punchy fruit flavor. The cream spreads all throughout the croissant rather than just in the center like some of the other spiral croissants I've tried making the croissant itself a bit more soggy. Overall a fun treat but next time I'd probably try the macarons instead.

Yelp
Overall: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Love the macarons from Fancy Flavors! My favorite flavor is churro, ferrero, earl grey, fruity cereal. I like how they come out with special macrons like during football season, they had the 49ers designed macrons. They've also had BTS, Taylor Swift, winter specials. They also have spiral croissants and every week they alternate the flavors. Usually they're asian inspired flavors like Thai Tea, Sesame, and even unique flavors like Durian! I also like that they participate in Too Good To Go, so nothing goes to waste. The staff is friendly and there's always parking available.

Yelp
Very yummy macaroons. Cookies and cream was my favorite 10/10. They also have other very cute characters as macaroons but I didn't try those. Friendly service. Store has cute decor

Yelp
It's nice seeing a local Asian women owned establishment thriving in the bay area! My friend wanted to check out this spot so we planned ahead and got here about 30 min+ before opening. The line built up quickly, we stood in line around 20 min before opening and we were around the 8th or so group to get in. The line does move pretty quickly though since they have an efficient process down. Because the croissants came out smaller than normal, they reduced the price of one of the flavor croissants. That day there was only the vanilla and Vietnamese coffee flavor, so I got one of each as well as their kawaii cream puff! The desserts are quite high in price, but you are paying for quality, fresh pastries that takes time and care to make. The bakery is super cute and clean inside. They serve variety of desserts from macarons to cookies to their famous spiral croissants. The croissants were definitely delicious - buttery, flaky, and generous with cream filling. But my favorite would have to be the cream puffs, I wish it was bigger! I can eat 10 of those! If you're a fan of croissants, definitely check them out! I also heard they serve delicious macarons too. Parking is plentiful with tons of spots available, it's in a shopping plaza with other shops and restaurants.

Yelp
Pretty small interior but has some seating outside too. Got a macaroon ($3.25) and an espresso mule ($6) since they were out of croissants when I went at 1:30. The macaroons were too artificially colored overall and the flavor wasn't good. I got the lemon and it actually had a refrigeration taste if you know what I mean. Didn't taste fresh and as if it was sitting in the fridge for many days already. Drink was good and first time I tried ginger ale and espresso. Surprisingly good combo. Wouldn't come back though since I wasn't impressed overall.

Yelp
It seems to me lately that Tik Tok is where I'm getting a lot of my local recommendations and Fancy Flavors was the next one on my list. Since this place has gone "viral", I'll give you my first hand experience on what to expect when you are there. [[ Location ]] The location is in a really good spot. PLENTY of parking since it's inside a larger plaza (across from Westgate if you are local) and there's a ton of stuff to do here afterwards as well. After coming here, we went to Mitsuwa to shop and eat at the Ramen shop there and then went to Valley Fair afterwards. You can definitely plan to do stuff around the area. [[ Waiting in Line ]] For all you Asians out there trying to maintain your "white glow", I'm happy to report that even though you are waiting in line, the line is naturally shaded based on the location of the shop. No hats needed and you won't feel hot. Definitely appreciated knowing you will be spending a good time out there waiting before the store opens. 10:30am - I arrived (8th in line) 10:40am - Line is around 20 people 10:50am - Line is around 30 people 11:00am - Line is around 40 people (wrapped around to the sidewalk) The employees will come out 10 minutes before the store opens and explain how the ordering works. TL;DR = First person who takes your order is for non-spiral croissant items (i.e. Coffee, macarons, other desserts, etc.). When you get to the register, you order the croissants (4 maximum per person). Keep in mind the box is free however if you decide to sort the croissants into some customized/individual boxes, the charge will be $1 per box. I was out the door with my food by 11:15am. [[ Food ]] Now what I did I think about the spiral croissants? It's good.....but not mind-blowing. My croissants I thought were decently flaky with a perfectly balanced/sweet filling of vanilla and ube for the others. I think I was happy paying ~$7-ish for this and waiting in line for 30 minutes. If I had waited 2 hours, I don't think it would be worth it. I tried out: 1.) 2 Classic Spiral Croissants (Vanilla) 2.) 2 Ube Spiral Croissants 3.) Churro Macaron 4.) Pistachio Macaron 5.) Ruby Rose Latte I was a big fan of the Churro Macaron and the Pistachio one was okay. Flavors were not too sweet which is just how I liked it. I don't know if I would get the Ruby Rose Latte again. It's not bad but personally I'm not into flowery coffees. [[ Overall ]] I can see why they went viral and I'm a big fan of the story about the store. Always happy to support a local Asian woman-owned business. Definitely worth a try.

Yelp
The creme bruelee was amazing, you can tell how good it'll be from the moment you break the top. The cream puff was too adorable that I couldn't pass up. It ended up being my favorite because of how light it was. The croissant wheel was our main goal so I'm so glad we got a chance to try the tropical passion fruit one. They were very generous with the cream, which I used to help spread along the outside since it did get a bit dry Overall I really like this place. It's super cute and the quality of food was enjoyable as well. I wish they had more chairs though since there was only two tables inside and one outside, but barely any chairs.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try the viral spiral croissants for a while now and finally had the chance to get them from Fancy Flavors. The store is very cute and minimalistic. It is also located in a plaza with ample parking. My friends got the thai tea flavor and I got the black sesame. It was pretty tasty, but nothing super special. While the spiral shape made it a bit harder to eat, it gave more space for the filling inside. Not sure if I would get it again, but I'm glad I tried it. Would come back to try the other pastries like the cream puff though!

Yelp
Ok the spiral croissants have stolen my heart. Very tasty croissant and the vanilla cream filling is able to reach the duration of the croissant. Highly recommend. Came around Saturday noon time and there was no line. I'm grateful

Yelp
A coworker of mine recommended Fancy Flavors and told me to try the Spiral Croissants. I was off on a Friday so decided to check it out because I'm a sucker for pastries & sweets! ARRIVING EARLY/ LINE FORMATION I arrived around 10:45AM and there was a line formed from the door, passed the Chipotle and onto the sidewalk. I was roughly 40th in line. I got to the door around 11:50AM. They ran out around 12:35PM. Just to give y'all some perspective of what to expect. Do follow their stories on IG for live updates or when in doubt, call them for an update! SPIRAL CROISSANTS 3.5/5 There are 2 flavors served up weekly. Limit 4 per customer. They make and sell around ~300/day. When I visited, Black Sesame and Classic Vanilla were the flavors offered. I ordered 3 Vanilla and 1 Black Sesame. The custard fillings were well-made. Light and refreshing, not too sweet. The vanilla tasted better than the black sesame. The sesame filling was very subtle, which I don't mind. Others may think it's not flavorful enough. Although the custard fillings were solid, the pastry dough didn't live up to its name. The croissants weren't fluffy and flakey; they were pretty dense. Possibly overproofed dough? It also didn't really taste like a croissant, wasn't buttery enough. There are room for improvements. MACARONS x6 5/5 FF has macarons and they're darn delicious! I bought 6 to try over a period of days. The flavors I picked were: Strawberry Passionfruit x2, Ferrero, Triple Chocolate, Fruity Pebble, and Banana Nutella. All were delish with good flavors. My fav were the Strawberry Passionfruit and Fruity Pebble! Let's add Fererro too!! Iced Ube Au Lait I ordered a drink since I still needed some caffeine to finish errands after. I ordered the ube au Lait iced with an extra shot of espresso. It was well-made!!! I was shooketh. I've ordered from other places before and you could never taste the ube. FF knows what's up! The ube and espresso were balanced. Highly recommend. Overall, I'll for sure be back. I wanted to try the cream puffs but they were sold out by the time I got inside. They're handling an influx of patrons due to the virality of spiral croissants. Per their Instagram; they're open to feedback so I'm sure they'll adjust and make improvements. As far as the croissants; I'd like to try the Thai tea and Ube flavors next!

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday at 10:45am, and there was already a line from the entrance down the curb to where the handicap parking. Once you enter its very casual set up. They have a display stand with all the macaroons. And then in the back they make the spiral croissants. Today's special was the milo and the vanilla bean. They do have a limit of 4 orders of spiral croissant per transaction. Luckily I had my brother with me so I was able to get 4 of everything. They are so cute and nicely bright colored. All the staff members were super nice and friendly. Everything went so smoothly. I am looking forward to trying their other flavors . The milo was my favorite of the two. It has nice cookie crumbs and smooth cream filling. The crunchy croissant and flaky and buttery. The vanilla bean classic are $6.50 a piece and other flavors cost $7.00 a piece. I will hands down make another trip from sf to try other flavors. They also offer macaroon pins.

Yelp
Finally gave into the hype and tried these viral spiral croissants. I must say, I'm def a fan. The original vanilla flavor is delicious. The coconut pandan was a little too green for me, however, the flavor was just right and not too sweet! I'll do my best to go whenever I can to try these fancy spiral croissants. Not pictured: chocolate almond croissants - SO decadent and chocolaty they also have various pastries and macarons that I am so down to try on my next trip. Til next time! I also want to shout out the customer service! The team is so patient and work hard to provide the best. I appreciate you all! As of 05/28/23, they are closed Mondays to Wednesdays and open at 11am Thursdays to Saturdays. There is plenty of parking since it's part of a big shopping center/strip. They are consistent with posting on their socials so always check before you go!

Yelp
Flakey spiral croissants with Asian inspired flavors! Fancy flavors bakes them fresh and they have a variety of flavors weekly like ube, thai tea, black sesame and classic vanilla. 2 different flavors croissants are available weekly at 11am, limited to 4 per customer and sell out quick. The wait could be over an hour long, due to the viral videos, so be sure to check their IG for updates. Also check out their other baked goods and macarons for a sweet treat! Get an iced latte while you wait in line. They use coffee beans from cat & cloud Santa Cruz which is one of my favorite coffee spot. The shop is small, and there are 2 tables indoor, 2 tables outdoor, so best to have your food to-go.

Yelp
Came in the afternoon on a weekend not too long before closing so not much to choose from. I went with a mousse cup, not thrilled since it was so small and not a substantial type of dessert like I wanted, but gave it a shot. Passionfruit flavor was good and suited the small size. Did not care for the bits of croissant at the bottom; texturally it was odd with the mousse. Seemed like just left over, stale croissant. Service was nice and prompt.
