I can’t even begin to explain how excited I am that Dallas finally has an authentic Fuzhou restaurant! For the longest time, I’ve had to drive all the way to Houston just to get a proper taste of real Fuzhou food — and now, finally, we have it right here in our own city. As soon as I walked in, I felt this sense of familiarity and warmth. The moment the dishes came out, I knew this place was special. Every bite brought me right back to memories of home — the flavors, the aroma, the texture — it’s all there. The food was honestly so good that I completely forgot to take pictures right away — don’t mind me, haha. Every dish tasted fresh, balanced, and comforting. You can really tell the chefs know what they’re doing and take pride in making authentic Fuzhou food. The flavors are subtle but rich, and everything tasted like it was made with care. The price is absolutely reasonable too, which makes it even better. I do wish they would add 海蛎饼 (oyster cakes) and 虾酥圈 (crispy shrimp rings) to the menu one day — that would make it absolutely perfect! The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell how much effort they’ve put into this restaurant. It really feels like a place made by people who love their culture and want to share it. Please, please stay open forever — Dallas truly needs this restaurant! Fuzhou cuisine is so rare to find in Texas, and this place fills such a big gap in the food scene here. I’ll definitely be coming back again (and next time, I’ll try to remember to take photos before finishing everything). Thank you for bringing authentic Fuzhou flavors to Dallas!

This restaurant in Dallas is truly one - of - a - kind, serving authentic Fujian local cuisine that you can't find elsewhere here. The steamed fish is unbelievably fresh, with tender meat that seems to dissolve on the tongue, and the soy sauce has a perfect balance of flavors. The stir - fried rice cakes are delightfully chewy, mixed with various crisp fresh veggies for a fantastic texture. Dishes like braised tofu and stir - fried liver also highlight Fujian's unique tastes—savory, a hint of sweetness, and rich umami. With top - notch, fresh ingredients, it's the ideal spot to dive into Fujian's culinary culture. A must - try for anyone wanting an authentic Fujian feast in Dallas!

Fuzhou cuisine, a branch of FuJian cuisine, flavor focus on ingredients itself original taste, the dishes here are average, recommand the stir fry snow pea leaves, oyster omelet is screat menu also you can order, others flavor is okay.

Authentic Chinese Fujian (福建) cuisine. We ordered six dishes. We really loved the steamed fish, Chinese mussels and the duck dish.

Absolutely delicious Fujian dishes! It was our first time having Fujian cuisine, and we left so impressed. Everything is fresh, and there’s very little oil in the dishes. Truly nothing like it!

Love the Fuzhou food, which is known for nutritional value, low fat/oil and healthy ingredients. Finally DFW has an authentic Fuzhou food restaurant, a refreshing addition/alternative to predominantly spicy or Hongkongese food.

Authentic Fujian Chinese cuisine. The food is very fresh and refreshing as it is not found anywhere else in DFW. The service is very good as well as the owner is very nice and check with us. Will definitely come back again!

August 2025 Good tasty food but EXPENSIVE! Small portion as well. $22 for less than 10 pieces of rice wine fish. Other than that, the foochow noodle soup was authentic and appetizing. Will have to be mindful if revisiting. Left with unpleasant experience due to the pricy food.
