Best gazpacho in Chicago! I didn't know I've been doing gazpacho all wrong my entire life, this has shown me what gazpacho really should be. Amazingly complex, sweet, sour, savory, and spicy... don't worry about heat, they can adjust to your heat tolerance (I'm a wuss so I got mild). You can also customize what fruits go in (didn't even know you could put this variety of fruits and veg in!). He does his own chili blend, so that with the super fresh fruit makes this definitely a destination food site. Fyi, if you go when it's cloudy and slightly rainy, there's no line ;).
This has ruined gazpacho for me, now I'm going to compare all gazpachos to this one. Seriously, gazapacho should not be a bowl of salsa and this proves it.
