I went 3 times in one long weekend while visiting Asheville. This is a multi-roaster coffee shop that changes all of it's coffee offerings pretty regularly seemingly, including the drip and espresso.
The coffee is all from small roasters, and is definitely specialty. When I was there, they had a lot from Brooklyn, but also had a couple of coffees from regional coffee roasters. The coffees were very good, even if not outstanding, but there are few shops that offer this kind of variety, which is a huge plus.
The highlight was being able to try an anaerobic fermentation coffee they had as iced coffee. I've only experienced a couple coffees like this, and never as iced coffee, so big props for a unique experience. Note, they serve iced coffee, not cold brew.
They take extreme care in brewing the coffees properly, and everything I tried was very well made.
It is a beautiful place and I would sit there forever if not for COVID. And there were a lot of people seated while I was there...50% of capacity is actually about as full as coffee shops usually get anyway, so that is a good number of people. But they have an enormous window open most times too.
I didn't try food, or anything else. Offering beyond coffee is limited.
