The 25 Best Restaurants in Albuquerque, New Mexico | Eater

"While the label of farm-to-table dining gets applied pretty broadly these days, Farm & Table, located on a farm in the village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, is true to the practice. Owner Cherie Montoya serves new American dishes with locally sourced touches, like a fried chicken leg with potato, cayenne, radish, and cabbage. Since the restaurant opened, many chefs have cut their teeth manning the burners (including 2024 James Beard nominee Steve Riley at Mesa Provisions and Sean Sinclair at Level 5), and Montoya has celebrated Farm & Table alumni with guest spots at anniversary dinners. If you drive: It’s worth the detour from the beaten path of Route 66 to visit this institution, which has influenced the paths of many in the Albuquerque dining scene." - Justin De La Rosa

7/18/25 - This is an exceptional restaurant! The food and service was phenomenal. The new york strip was one of the best steaks I've had here in Albuquerque. All the food is locally sourced from fruits and vegetables, beef, chicken, and pork. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean with great atmosphere and service was excellent. I will look forward to my next meal here.

Google
Accommodating, delicious and local. We love going here, and yesterday had a family celebration on the Farmers Deck. Tom set us up and took care of every detail. Ronnie really busted his tail to take excellent care of all 10 of us. They created a special menu that accommodated all our food allergies. Wish I got more food photos. Everything was amazing! Thank you!

The highlight of the dinner was the attentive and knowledgeable service. The food was a mix of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, but at times, the essence or true flavour profile of these beautiful ingredients got lost when a dish becomes too complicated, too many ingredients piled on top of each other fighting for their profile to survive. The Duo of Pork was a perfect example of it. The roasted pork was tender with a delicious hint of smoke; the pile of shredded pork with mole was a loss opportunity to allow the products to shine. The tortilla that came with it: was a very heavy, ultra rich combination of lard and cream, leaving us wishing for a real corn tortilla aroma and taste. The ice cream is excellent, and the Rhubarb/cherry sorbet contained a painful amount of sugar that completely killed the enjoyment of having something cold. One thing that is absolutely needed is an anti flies battery-operated tabletop fan, we had to ask for one, for it became a non-stop battle trying to keep them off your food.

Google
Ordered the mushroom mélange as an appetizer and the lotus farm fried chicken and duo of pork as entrees. The mushroom mélange had delicious crunchy tempura batter which created lots of interesting textures to the dish. The five spice fried chicken dish was so delicious, juicy tender meat—especially with the dipping sauce. It was a bit on the saltier side though. The duo of pork had a smoky spice that was very hearty and earthy. Server did attempt to bring us drinks we did not order a few times, but otherwise very friendly staff. The garden component is beautiful, great place to stroll after an evening meal. Such a killer spot for a sunset. Pricey but would come back here for special occasions!

My friend and I had a beautiful experience at Farm & Table. We ate outside. Our server was attentive, respectfully responsive to dietary restrictions. We ordered Bison short ribs and fried chicken as our entrees. We also ordered a salad and a charcuterie plate. My only criticism is that I was bit excessively by mosquitoes. I did not know that the restaurant was close to a river. Other than my mosquito bites, everything was great. The portion sizes were ample. Our vegan German chocolate cake was delicious.

Stunning land and space. Unfortunately, the service and food did not reflect this night. The fish was dry towards the ends. The greens were wilted and I received the part you should throw away of the vegetable. The beets were the only redeeming dish, they weren’t terrible. The server ran from our table before he could even hear our responses to the questions he asked. It wasn’t busy. Interesting experience. Check my photos and you be the judge.

Google
Farm & Table delivered one of the most exceptional dining experiences I’ve had in New Mexico. From the thoughtfully sourced, farm-fresh ingredients to the beautifully crafted dishes, every bite reflected care, quality, and creativity. Our server James, who is also the sommelier, provided impeccable service—gracious, attentive, and genuinely passionate about both food and wine. He elevated the evening with his recommendations and warmth. This is the kind of place where the food, ambiance, and service come together perfectly. Highly recommend for those who appreciate fine dining with heart.

Google
This was my first time eating here and it was so good!!! The price definitely matches the quality of all the dishes. You will not be disappointed. The service is top notch as well! I definitely recommend this place and will be stopping back the next time I’m in Albuquerque, NM.

Yelp
Where do I begin? As soon as you drive in you see the beautiful property! Green and flowers bursting. Everything is beautifully decorated and you're greeted the moment you walk in. I had been there for brunch so many years ago (they don't offer that now) I went with friends for dinner. We were seated in a beautiful spot as you could see the pollinator patch and lots of colors, hollyhock, sunflowers and so many more. I loved that the waiter talked about the history and what and how they prepare their food. Everything we had was beautifully cooked, presentation outstanding. The dessert was delicious and vegan. They offer special dinners and events. Places to have private gatherings with family and friends. You see and feel the care they put into everything they prepare. This is the place to bring family and friends from out of town, a girls night or a guys night, or quite frankly ANY night.

Yelp
We were seated exactly at the time of our reservation. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We started by splitting a Japanese pancake with vegetable in it, duck, and then a duck egg on top with sauce. If you use this as an appetizer, it's huge and very shareable. I had the. Is on short rib, and my husband had a fish dish with curry sauce. Both were excellent. The two rib potions fell off the bone and were so tender. Vegetables and small cut and fried potatoes along with a rich droppings of the braising made this dish super filling with every bite melting in your mouth. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the fish dish. We split a blackberry cheesecake with ginger and a sunflower crust. A small scoop of peach sorbet sat next to it. $18 for this dessert, but it was heavenly. The food was healthy perfectly prepared. Highly recommend!

Yelp
A very special birthday, for a very special person deserved a reservation at Farm & Table. With its nice location in Los Ranchos, you can expect an older southwest architecture with naked beams, adobe, rustic, and cozy style. The patio is inviting with hanging lights, a water fountain in the middle, and plenty of shade. The farm is open and gorgeous for a cool evening stroll or just sitting down to enjoy the view. The service is consistent with fine dining. Our server was friendly, taking her time to describe the specials and the dishes. The descriptions were rich with detail and engaged our senses and attention quickly. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions. And after some tough decisions to make, we landed on the mezze for our appetizer; a Mediterranean dish with greens, hummus, olives, and feta cheese. This dish is good enough for an entree. The flavors were amazing, with a rich hummus and mild olives. For our entrees, we had the bison short ribs and the Buffalo Creek Ranch beef New York strip. Even though the New York strip was supposed to be medium, instead of medium well, the flavor and tenderness were scrumptious. The short rib fell off the bone like it never belonged there, and the bacon and onion flavors on the sauce were a perfect match with the small potatoes. And, because there was a birthday involved, our third course was the decadent but mildly dry German chocolate cake with dried and roaster coconut shavings. Overall, this was truly a special place for a special birthday. It is on the very pricey side, but worth the cost. From the location to the service, and the flavors in our food, everything was well rounded with just a couple of things that could be a bit different to make the experience truly perfect.

Yelp
What an amazing dinner! Came here with my wife, daughter, and daughter's fiancé to celebrate my daughter's BIRTHDAY! This was the perfect place for that special occasion. Located on a farm with lots of acreage, prepare yourself for a special dining treat. They offer a small menu that is always changing because they only serve FRESH high quality food from farm to table. We came hungry and left completely satisfied! On this beautiful evening we enjoyed our outdoor table and just ordered tons of food! Selections included: SMALL PLATES: 1 - Beets (2nd favorite appetizer) 2 - Ceviche Tostada (favorite dish - delicious barramundi fish used and it was spicy) 3 - Red Chile Cesar Salad - I am not a huge salad fan but it was pretty good. I could have just ordered 3 ceviche tostadas and had that as my main entree!!! Entree- 1 - Bolognese - not your traditional bolognese but the fresh ingredients worked (even with the salad mixed in). 2 - New York Strip - 10 ounce. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had mushrooms in it. Also came with a side of yummy cheesy mashed potatoes. 3 - Barramundi - this is an amazing fresh fish that melts in your mouth. Was my favorite entree. Desserts - 1 - Daily special - lemon cake with Chantilly cream. This was my favorite dessert. Perfect lemon cake and if you know what chantilly cream is - they did it perfectly and you will LOVE JT. 2 - white chocolate entremet. This was an amazing dessert too, kind of like a mousse. Great flavor combos that melt in your mouth and couldn't be smoother 3 - plum/cherry sorbet. Loved the fruit combo and was very refreshing. This restaurant is expensive but high quality fresh food at an amazing location and exceptional service comes with a price. I thought the meal was well worth it and can't wait to come again!

Yelp
Friendly service, good food and a very unique secret garden like atmosphere. If you are looking for a unique dining experience for a special event, I highly recommend Farm and Table.

Yelp
We visited New Mexico recently and were on the hunt for region-specific farm to table restaurants so of course, Farm & Table was a must. Inside it's a beautiful but rustic adobe with wood beams, a nod to the dominant southwest architectural style. The patio is airy and lovely too, if the weather is appropriate for it. We had the most delightful, warm and helpful server. We also found the sommelier to be very helpful and the wine list very impressive. For our meal, we had the Caesar salad, Pork Duo, and a special of roast Bison. All of it was delicious and is locally sourced and features specific New Mexican ingredients like piñon on the salad and hatch chilies in the macaroni and cheese side from the Pork Duo. We would highly recommend this for locals or anyone passing through who want an excellent and authentic New Mexico culinary experience.

Yelp
Loved absolutely everything. Ambience and service were wonderful. Would come back again tomorrow. Left pleasantly full and relaxed. So happy we got a last minute early evening reservation because it was packed when we left! Really appreciated the server's recommendations and attention to our food sensitivities. Was a special evening and would 100% recommend.

Yelp
Overall: Farm & Table is very inconsistent. Some dishes are amazing, and some dishes fall short of expectations. The service is usually very good and the restaurant's ambiance makes for a nice dinner. Food: 3.5 Farm & Table has a frequently changing menu as many of their dishes use ingredients that are sourced from the farm surrounding the restaurant. I have been here multiple times and have a 50/50 chance of getting a fantastic dish versus mediocre dish. Perhaps I would give a higher rating at a more mom & pop shop, but I expect more consistency in the dishes served at a restaurant like this. One dish that is consistently delicious is the bolognese. The gnocchi is light and fluffy, and the bolognese is savory but not heavy. I feel like that their meat dishes (I've had the steak and lamb) are consistently heavy and earthy without good balance. The steak and lambs also weren't perfectly cooked. Service: 5 The servers are always attentive without being too interruptive of the meal. There has been several instances where they made a mistake with a special request (ex. Making a dish vegetarian or giving the wrong person the vegetarian vs. meat version of a dish), but they were always quick to rectify the mistake. Ambiance: 4 The inside of the restaurant is small and only has several tables, but there is an enclosed heated patio with more seating. The enclosed patio is fairly warm but it depends on where you are sitting next to the vent. Some seats may be a little colder than others if it's not directly under the vent. Parking is oddly limited, and there has been instances where there were no parking spots available.

Yelp
We went for our anniversary and got sat outside. It was so hot, we asked if we could move in, plus we had our 7 month old baby with us. But they didn't allow us inside. Tom the Manager was not accommodating at all. We usually love it the couple times we've been, but I won't be back.
google avatar

Alyssa T.

Yelp
Honestly, probably one of the best restaurants I've ever been to (and I've traveled the world). Quality, integrity, ambiance and IMPECCABLE SERVICE. Our server Tom was exceptional and has ruined all servers I get from here on out. He was a true knowledgeable professional that UNDERSTANDS service and has passion for this company. Great food, great company great ethics. I have nothing but position things to say about this place.
google avatar

Meagan L.

Yelp
This is a great place to come for a fancier date night. It's very peaceful to sit outside when the weather is nice. Food is great and they are one of the few places I've been to in Albuquerque that makes genuine, thought-out accommodations for dietary preferences (most places here are not exactly non-meat friendly). Love that everything (except the seafood) is from New Mexico. It can be tricky to get a reservation though so book early! You won't regret it.

Joan S.

Yelp
This is a wonderful place!!! The staff are amazing, the food is incredible, and the setting is beautiful! I have sent my parents here for their anniversary dinner two years in a row now because nothing is better than Farm and Table!!! Thanks to the amazing team there that always make this restaurant such a special experience - and the food, local, organic, and delicious! Wow!!!

Yelp
We stopped at Farm & Table as it was recommended by our Airbnb host and boy was it a miss! The outdoor ambiance is top notch but the staff was less than pleasant to deal with when we actually did interact with them. Staff was more attentive to another table nearby and made us feel inferior. In terms of food, the portions were small and the flavors were underwhelming. Would not recommend this place as both food and service were severely lacking.
google avatar

Olivia M.

Yelp
Let me start by saying the beef (we had steak) was great. I was visiting from Washington, D.C. where we have Founding Farmers...a wonderful restaurant with a similar philosophy, but lower prices. I thought Farm and Table would be on par...but it was not. And the prices were literally outrageous. Despite the charming ambiance, very limited, uninspired menu with some downright unappetizing failed attempts at creative side dishes. Dessert selection was very disappointing and expensive, so we didn't have any. Overall I would call the food we did get (that we could have gotten somewhere else for 30% less) good but not outstanding. Service was mediocre. I'm sure there are better choices in Albuquerque...I certainly hope so.

Yelp
Fancy fancy dinner with friends starting with a fabulous bottle of wine, continuing through barley soup and for mains, a piece of local trout. All delicious, all plated beautifully and all delicious. I found it to be rather spendy so if you're looking for a splurge meal, this is the spot. Service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is fantastic. [Review 21076 overall - 123 in New Mexico - 39 of 2024.]

Yelp
Every year, I take my partner here for her birthday because she loves the steak. Time after time the quality of service and food is above and beyond. The staff are very confident in their knowledge and I ADORE that a high-end restaurant employs staff with tattoos and piercings. At farm and table, I always feel welcomed here. Staff treat patrons like they've been long-time customers whether it's their 1st or 10th time coming in. Farm and Table has incredible staff and that's what truly makes this place so special. And the food is amazing as well! Grateful for a place like this in our community.

Yelp
We went for a birthday celebration. Started with a delicious lager, the squash soup was amazing. Main was ribeye cooked to a perfect MR. Dessert was the piece d'resistance - German chocolate cake and it was insanely delicious. Service was incredible and it felt like we were the only people there but it was packed... The ambiance was fairly casual, not ostentatious.

Yelp
We have been wanting to try Farm & Table for years now. Finally got the chance to try it and we took my husband's grandma and sister who were visiting from California. The food was good but not $$$ good. The reason for my 3 stars is that I honestly expected more for the price and reviews. My husband's grandma and I ordered the pasta only because nothing else sounded good and had them add meatballs . The options were very limited and half of them are oddly fish. My SIL ordered the ribs and they were good but County Line knocks them out of the park at a much lower price. My husband got the steak (ribeye i think?). Same - county line or even Texas Roadhouse would be a better pick. Also, when we were first sat at our table it took about 10 minutes for anyone to bring us drinks or take our orders. My husband had to go get someone to bring us water. We were leaning towards trying the dessert but when we were told about the sizes and saw the prices on those bad boys we opted for cold stone instead. We were recovering from colds so I admit we did not look our best, but I do not know how to explain this - service didn't feel as warm with our table as some of the other tables around us where couples were definitely dressed better. Here's the thing - we can afford it, and we are foodies, and therefore do not mind spending hundreds of dollars on a great meal. Key word - great - but this place is not it. Our bill ended up being about $300 with tip for the 4 of us - 1 appetizer, 1 TINY side for SIL, 4 entrees, 1 kambucha, and 1 wine. The atmosphere is definitely very posh. Good first date place if you want to impress your date. If you are a trad wife or tend to dress "expensive" this might be a better place for you.

Jessica P.

Yelp
Romantic and comfortable place for dating. The dish display is beautiful . Pork belly is a must order , but I hope the portion can be a little more.
google avatar

Fiana S.

Yelp
What a beautiful place with beautiful food. It's definitely a special treat kind of vibe, what with the prices and fanciness. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, the creations are unique and flavorful, and the ambience- on an actual farm with a big beautiful porch overlooking it and strings of lights- is just my style. The vegetarian dish changes over time. I believe the whole menu changes with the seasons and utilizes seasonal ingredients which makes so much sense. The one my friend and I got was literally a work of art and so delicious. Appetizers were good, and the rosé wine flight was tasty and pretty. Do be aware that if you see a play there or are out there at certain times (later evening in this case), there may be guinea hens making a racket! I don't know how it is now, but I enjoyed the setting for a play, but the hay bales were uncomfortable to sit on.
google avatar

Carlos A.

Yelp
Food is overall great. Service is great. Kitchen staff deserves a rise!!! They make this place what it is. Without their skill and effort, it's just a nice wine bar with a great view. This place is successful enough to allow my tips to also go to the kitchen as I'd imagine it did. It would be great to see a restaurant like this lead the industry by changing the old way of taking a tip credit and actually Paying service minimum wage and share tips. If the wait staff can take home in one day one week's pay or even 1/2 week's for a cook, there is something wrong with that system. My last review was a harsh critique of that system. My apologies for any disrespect anyone felt from my critique.

Monica F.

Yelp
Well I have been there multiple times And it gets worse everything I go. It was a friends birthday and that was her request . Service was very good but the food has taken a turn for the worse. And it's. It is NOT cheap. $200. And that was with one glass of wine! We had the steak and trout . Steak was ok but the trout was so bland. Something is off there and I can't put my finger on it. Ambience and service was amazing! I doubt I'll be back as the last few times I have been underwhelmed. Sorry to say because they're a locally owned and women owned .

Yelp
Farm & Table is one of the most special dining experiences in Albuquerque, in a bosque farm setting which is nothing like the desert surrounding most of the city. What really sets Farm & Table apart is the 10-acre farm right outside the restaurant. Guests are encouraged to walk around with their drink and take in the beauty of the land where much of the food is grown. Dishes are not cheap, but everything is made with fresh ingredients and exquisite attention to detail. Beer and wine are served, but no cocktails.

C.W. B.

Yelp
The service and ambiance were amazing. Fried pickles, ceviche tostada, bison short ribs and cheesecake were all phenomenal!
google avatar

Jess D.

Yelp
Farm and Table is in a great space that's very comfortable and a good place for a nice dinner. I had the pork belly appetizer and the trout and really enjoyed all the flavors in the dishes. I wanted to order the ribeye, but the $60 price dissuaded me. The friends that I was with ordered it to split and it ended up being what looked like less than 5oz of steak. I completely appreciate sourcing local is expensive, but for me the price tag wasn't worth the amount in the dish. My friends did say it was very good steak! We had the triple chocolate dessert as well and it was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and did a great job.
google avatar

Virginia H.

Yelp
Pretty solid dining experience. The sunchoke dish was very tasty, as was my husbands pork. My trout was a little lacking. Why was there random raw arugula inside?
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food...seriously memorable. Great service...scenic ambiance...and did I mention, wonderfully prepared/creative eats. Enjoy.

J B.

Yelp
The service is always top-notch. FOH manager used to be an incredible waiter himself. Never really too loud whether you sit inside or out. Food is always delicious, no matter the season.
google avatar

Yelp
Always a delight to book an event at Farm and Table. From the door to the Table you dine outside with just a reservation. Truly a wine list that keeps up with the progressive menu. I am want to. Thank. The staff for delivering a fine time for me and the group
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
How anyone could give Farm & Table anything short of five stars is beyond me. The setting is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the food is truly outstanding. Even something as simple as their bread and butter is remarkable - it tastes like the apotheosis of bread and butter! This is a wonderful special-evening meal... I can't recommend it highly enough!
google avatar

Kasia W.

Yelp
Food is delicious and well thought out. The one disappointment for me is that all the wines I tasted were not hitting the spot, so I passed on a glass with dinner, but my husband enjoyed a glass. Who knows, maybe I was having an off day. Had a lovely date night with child here recently. We asked to be seated outside and there is a large SANDBOX, so our 4 year old was in heaven. We could actually have an uninterrupted conversation, while 4 year old happily played in the sand. There's also a lovely garden area to explore. Secret option dining. There are three decks that you can reserve as more picnics ( still a three course menu). You need to reserve these online, and once you get there a staff member escorts you to your area.

Yelp
Our overall dining experience at Farm & Table was first-class - the food was very good, and the service was both friendly and attentive. We shared dinner family style, ordering the polenta and the beef salad, as well as a rib-eye.  The beet salad was exceptional; it was simultaneously smoky, crunchy, and busting with flavor.  On the down side, the polenta appetizer had way too much salt.   The star of the meal turned out to be the rib-eye.  It was beautifully marbled, seasoned to perfection and cooked to our exact specification (medium rare). Tip: we visited Farm & Table a while back, before the mercury moved into the trans 90 degree range on a regular basis.  We were seated next to the door going out to the patio, so we felt the chill air whenever the staffers or other customers went through the door.  Given this, I'd recommend not sitting near the patio door when there's a chill in the air. Bottom line: Attentive service and good food combined to make our dining experience at Farm & Table very memorable.  I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Brooke P.

Yelp
The ambiance is lovely and the wait staff are good with exception of right in the middle of taking our order our waiter ran off to do something. Disconcerting at best and only topped by the pastry chef dropping one of our desserts on the table and scurrying off without a word of explanation. Odd. The Dover sole was a bit soggy, underwhelming really but what do you expect for Atlantic seafood in New Mexico - the cavatelli pasta decent but bland. And with great regret, the lamb duo was not good. Lamb is a subtle meat and with the chef's mistake of adding a hot chili oil on it (or the chico beans?), it was unfortunately too spicy to finish. The heat also spoiled enjoyment of the mint cream on the side. Nope. A great bottle of wine but the mark up was 100% from the list price I later found online for the same bottle of Erbaluce white wine from Piedmont. We were four people and decided to share two desserts - not good. A tasteless lump of rice pudding with an equally flavorless rice cracker on top and the raspberry (?) tartlet. Again. Blah. No flavor, not enough fruit flavor or berry sauce. The food quality was egregiously low for the inflated price of the meal. I suspect we were paying for the outdoor ambiance. Cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant- definitely not worth the hype.

Victoria K.

Yelp
Wonderful food and a menu that changes seasonally. Indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is polite and friendly.

Yelp
This place is great. You know it's great. Why are you even reading this? Just go to Farm & Table. Everything on the menu is incredible. The ambience is super special. The service is impeccable. Again, why are you still reading this? Just go down there. Oh, you don't have a reservation? Well $h!t
google avatar

Tom K.

Yelp
This place is over-hyped. Shrimp bisque had no flavor and the service was insufficient. Place was loud fora Wednesday evening, if all you care is the ambiance and being hip, this place is for you.
google avatar

Elizabeth A.

Yelp
This is the cutest restaurants. The venue is beyond beautiful with flowers gardens full of regular and edible flowers. The entire setup is incredible. We had dinner on the patio, which had overhead heaters and blankets on each seat in case we got cold. Our server was super knowledgable about the food and the wine selection. They made sure everything came out promptly. We shared a couple starters, two entrees, and four desserts between five of us and it was the perfect amount of food.

Gerold Y.

Yelp
Rib eye steak was sort of a strange cut of meat served in a small pile of slices coated in a variety of unrecognizable spices, very tough, and over cooked. Very expensive for the worst steak I have ever had at any restaurant. The waiter said it was local beef! Out guests from out of town said with all the hype, the food was ordinary. They said to visit them and go to a real restaurant.
google avatar

Andrea Y.

Yelp
Beautiful setting, interesting menu, & fresh water ingredients. $200 all-in for 2. (And one ordered appetizer as entree). Table ordered the Katsu Pork Chops, scape appetizer, pork belly appetizer, Salad, cheesecake & wine. I found the service to be a bit pretentious. Would I recommend- yes. Would I return- maybe.
google avatar

Ida V.

Yelp
The restaurant ambiance is beautiful. The food is very good and the service is uniquely good as well. However, this restaurant is a bit overpriced. We liked the experience but won't done here again due to the fact that it is far too expensive.
google avatar

Yelp
Cute lil spot! They have outdoor seating that looked nice but I correctly predicted rain so sat inside. Great service and small menu but it was all tasty! Would definitely go back.

Yelp
EVERYTHING was delicious We sat in the patio area, the ambiance was perfect, staff were awesome. Definitely a place to have dinner.

Yelp
Excellent service, and the ever changing seasonal menu makes every trip a fun and unique experience. Sit out on their patio for a perfect summer evening to relax and enjoy the view!

Yelp
Loved the space and loved the food! Literally farm to table! The best lettuce I've had in a long time. Absolutely fantastic! This special meal was outstanding. We ordered the pork chop and the chicken plate. Súper succulent and juicy. A must to try when in Albuquerque!

Yelp
This was such a special meal! My coworker and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance because I had said that I wanted a dinner that was fresh and local. Yelp led us to this place, and I'm so glad that it did! Initially we were turned away because we didn't have reservations. The party ahead of us got the last table for the night, so we left a little disappointed. Just when we were almost out of the parking lot, though, the host ran out of the restaurant and literally chased us down to tell us that they had a cancellation and they could accommodate us. Talk about service! After we were seated, our host came to introduce himself and gave us a little history on the restaurant and their philosophy. He made several recommendations about things we should try, and had good recommendations for beer/wine as well. I chose the chicken and mushrooms, and my coworker had the special for the night (lamb roulade). We also shared a beet salad. Everything that we ate was phenomenal. The beet salad was creamy, crunchy, zippy, smoky- a textural and flavor explosion. The chicken and mushrooms was really good as well. They prepare the chicken sous vide and make a confit with the dark meat, then stuff it under the skin of the breast. It's served with pan sauce, a variety of mushrooms, and potatoes. My coworker said the lamb was good too, but I didn't try it myself. Normally after a large dinner like this I wouldn't be interested in dessert, but after hearing about the dulce de leche ice cream, I had to have a small scoop. I also tried my coworker's chocolate entreme which was dessert perfection. We definitely blew through our per diem, but it was 100% worth the letter I'll have to write to accounting to explain the charges. In all seriousness, though, I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the dining experience. This would be a great date spot or a good place to take a client for a nice business dinner.

Yelp
This is just a lovely restaurant. We recently dined in their patio and had a very nice experience. Dining outside on a pleasant summer night is just one of the best things about Albuquerque. And the bucolic setting didn't hurt at all! Our server was very good. He had an extensive background with both the menu and the wine, so he offered perfect pairings for us. We ended up getting a bottle and he made a great suggestion. One of us tried the fried chicken, two if us had beef, and the final diner had the salmon. Not one complaint. Food was cooked as requested, incredibly flavorful, and warm at arrival. And you can taste the advantage of buying local. The mushrooms I had with my steak were simply ridiculous. The flavor just exploded. All of us were extremely pleased with our evening, highlighted with a stroll across the farm. Oh, we'll be back....

Yelp
This restaurant will always have a special place in my heart. My significant other and I got engaged during our anniversary weekend and he surprised me with one of their private dining options. He had originally opted for the small private deck, but it was raining. Thankfully they had a backup plan and we were seated in their greenhouse instead! There were a couple other parties in there as well, but we were all spaced out. The private meals are picnic style. Your server still brings your food and such to the table, checking on you occasionally, but it's family style and more intimate than being in the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious (and unique to private dining patrons) and our server was great. The land is beautiful and makes for a perfect setting for a romantic dinner or celebration. The entire restaurant is so cute and the usual menu also looked great! Seriously cannot recommend this place enough.

Yelp
Farm & Table was by far my best dining experience since moving to NM. The restaurant is top notch in quality, the ingredients are fresh farm-to-table style...not just that..but tasty as well. The prices are high...but the experiences dining there definitely commensurate with the high price point. I particularly like that even though the price points are high...it didn't feel so stuck up or pretentious at all. Instead, we felt so relaxed that we were dining in a nice farm / casual style (but with high quality). Oh...and.maybe not about the restaurant..but..it showed this place is thought of highly by others as well. We happened to dine around the same time that Better Call Saul cast Rhea Seehorn went as well (gosh...she looked so good...much younger than her age!! I'm jealous and hope I still look as good as she is when I get to her age!!) We got some appetizers/small plates (falafel hummus + pork belly), main dish (NY steak strip + duck) and desserts (forgot the names) to share..and every dish was plated well and so flavorful. Such a nice dining experience, especially if you get to sit outside in a corner of your own looking into the field and watching the sunset. Definitely recommend this place for any special occasions..or heck..anytime you feel like treating yourself or your dining companions to a very nice occasion. P.S definitely make a reservation for dining here.
