Updated Review: Returning to Breckenridge Brewery after a long absence, and still finding the restaurant busy and crowded, it's still a popular place to be! Online reservations worked well, and upon arrival were seated right away even with the long wait and fully seated restaurant.
Table service throughout the meal was a bit off with some slow periods during the service, but overall was acceptable in this day of in-person dining and limited staff. Started off with brews (of course) from their extensive selection, followed by an appetizer of Goat Cheese dip, and entrees. Though the dip was simple, primarily of whipped goat cheese and jelly, it was a great starter to the meal. Entrees included the Buffalo Reuben, French Dip, Kale Salad, and Smoked Country Chicken. The dishes were all well prepared, with the French Dip and Chicken dish standard fare. The Buffalo Reuben may be an acquired taste for some, with the spicy dressing, pickles, and sauerkraut combination. The Kale salad was as described, but did have more bibb lettuce than kale, which was not quite expected from the name. Finished up the meal with an Apple Galette which was a great finish to the meal.
Overall, it was still a nice casual experience for dinner and drinks, but as always it was busy and noisy inside making conversations a bit tricky.
Tips for your visit: Make reservations! If you want an area that is a bit quieter, try requesting a table off to the side rather than in the center of the dining area.
