Where To Pretend You’re In A Countryside Farm Shop In London - London - The Infatuation

"Everything at this Mayfair deli looks too pristine to have ever seen soil—we’ve considered buying the white asparagus from here as home decor. If your version of the countryside involves glamorous parties on manicured lawns, a distinct lack of bugs, and wifi, you’ll find your people in Farm Shop. There’s a hidden wine bar downstairs—for those who can’t quite get on board with the creaking and cobwebs of a countryside pub—and monochrome, abstract artwork rather than dusty old family portraits. Order the ploughman’s board and a glass of the Maid Of Bruton (from their own vineyard, naturally) while you ponder whether or not you could pull off a tweed suit." - sinead cranna, heidi lauth beasley

We were walking by The Farm Shop in Mayfair and decided to pop in — and we’re so glad we did. It has a lovely, relaxed vibe with a thoughtfully chosen selection of fresh, high-quality food and drink. From artisanal snacks to organic produce, everything looked well presented and inviting. The staff were friendly and welcoming, happy to chat and help with suggestions. There’s also a really pleasant outdoor seating area — perfect for enjoying a coffee and a slice of cake while watching the world go by. It felt like a calm little pocket in the middle of bustling Mayfair. Well worth stopping in for a quick bite or a quiet moment with a hot drink if you’re passing through the area.

My go-to for their strawberry jam (been stopping by here for years when I pop into London). I love the pastries and other jarred items there too. Always a lovely arrangement of greenery around the shop. Staff is always on point and pleasant. Try their Rhubarb Hot Sauce and the Strawberry & Honey Jam. Very quiet place to enjoy coffee and company at their tables.

We have eaten here several times, great menu, chicken in particular! Good wine list at all price points and excellent service. We will be back.

A beautifully presented farm shop in the heart of Mayfair. Plenty of fresh produce, English wines and prepared meals. Stop for a coffee and watch the world go by from the pavement tables. Venture downstairs for lunch and a glass of wine.

The man with long hair behind the counter was lovely and we got 50% off on our bakery purchase. They had everything we could have wanted ! Delicious “cheesy things” (aptly named, we agreed), and a nice vibe

I often go to the Butcher Shop, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The young man working there is very thoughtful and nice, always helping and advising me. The quality of the meat is really good. I highly appreciate the roasted chicken, which is always juicy. The prices are reasonable too.

The Farm shop is such a great addition to Mayfairs culinary landscape. The shop & butchers are full of quality produce. I also had lunch in the wine bar. They have a good reasonably priced wine list & the food was exceptional. I will be back.

From start to finish, the experience here was fantastic. When booking online, the time I wanted wasn’t available, but after emailing the team, they kindly accommodated my preferred time — a great first impression. On arrival, we were greeted promptly and even given the option of where to sit. Marek and Race were outstanding throughout the evening — friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Their wine recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the evening. Service like this makes all the difference, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. We will definitely be back!
