Imagine spending $16.46 for food and receiving stale fries with your meal and a over cooked beef patty....welp that was my reality. Such a wasted money and time! Went to get it corrected to be met with resistance and a attitude for asking for the food to be made fresh like advertised. Memo to self check food before I pull off or just don't spend my money there!

I usually love the food but this is not worth $12. Come on now. I also ordered the onion rings. They were not crispy, like the menu describes them. They were gross, almost raw. They were definitely NOT worth $6.

They were very affable and quick with food. We got everything freshly made, warm and our salads were amazing. Very tasty, nice presentation and didn’t have any issues. I highly recommend this location to people. It feels always nice to come and spent some time here with the family. :)

I had been craving a juicy, fattening, delicious, pastrami sandwich That's exactly what I got. I initially was going to order a cheese burger combo. Instead I saw that they had pastrami ,and it was an obvious choice to go with of course. I made it a combo. Worth the money and very fulfilling.

I was actually really impressed by this place! The interior is just as nice as some fine dining restaurants and it had dark wood beams all down the ceiling. The dining room was gigantic and there were plenty of tables. My food was cooked perfectly and served crispy and hot. In the past I’ve ordered zucchini at a different location and the breading is usually soggy and falls off but not at this location! Crispy zucchini and none of the breading fell off even after it had cooled down a bit. The food was ready fast and they actually brought it out to my table. Even if I have to drive across town I will never go to another location again since finding this one. Great job guys !

Do not get food here. This is my second time ordering the 3pc Chicken strip box and the food was BURNT, STALE, N HARD! The first time I had brought my food home and the chicken strips were very BURNT n HARD. The French fries were stale. Today I went because I thought maybe the first time it was an accident but nope it seems too be an ongoing issue. I ordered the same thing but checked my food right away before leaving the drive thru n told them to give me a refund. The chicken strips were very hard n burnt again. I told the worker this was the second time this happens why does it seem too be an on going issue. The worker stated that they try to leave the chicken strips for 3 minutes if not the chicken strips would be undercooked.

Food was super good! Burger looked just as pictured on TV which is very rare to see. Customer service was A-1. The only reason I gave 3 stars on atmosphere was because the bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor, toilets unflushed. Trash overflowing. Just gross. The restaurant seating area was very clean. Tables clean. Drink area clean. Overall. Good meal for the money.

Placed a delivery order for fish and chips and they BURNED the fish. Whatever made them think this was appropriate to serve is beyond me. Getting a full refund via the delivery service. This location couldn't cook a decent meal to save their lives. Never ordering from here again.

In honor of National Farmers Day on Friday, October 11th, 2024, Farmer Boys was offering a special BOGO free deal on all their salads from 2pm to close at all participating locations systemwide. Thank you to my Yelpie friend (you know who you are) otherwise I would not have known about it and would not have gotten to taste their delicious salads. I was visiting Las Vegas. I found this Farmer Boys near where I was at the time. I went through drive-thru. They have 4 different salads... Chopped Cobb Salad, BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad, Southwest Chicken Salad or Grilled Chicken Salad. They all looked so good. I actually had a hard time deciding. However, the friendly staff taking my order recommended his two favorites so that's what I got... Chopped Cobb Salad and Southwest Chicken Salad. Thank you Sir! I have already eaten the chopped cobb salad. It was made with fresh and high quality ingredients. Love the chicken chunks and bacon combo! It was so delicious. Ranch dressing was light and tasty. I would order this salad again. I think it's probably their most popular salad out of the 4. I have not eaten the Southwest Chicken Salad yet. I will today. I'm sure it's good, too. However, I think my salad may be missing some tomatoes not 100% sure LOL. One corner of the salad seems quite empty. Anyway, staff was great. Service was fast. Prices were reasonable. Salads were a yummy healthy choice. Portions were big, too. Thank you so much Farmer Boys for celebrating National Farmers Day with the amazing BOGO free deal with us!!! You rock!! And last, but not least, thank you to all the farmers who bring fresh fruits and vegetables to our dining table all year round. Hats off to you!

Service is bad at this location. The staff at the register are not friendly. Their responses are slow. This has been getting worse. I have been here 10 times now and the last 3 times have been bad experiences. Last time I come to this location. I do have to say the cooking staff have done a great job. Recently they gave my order to someone else and they did not even have anyone in the drive-thru. I have only 30 minutes to get my food and get back to work.

Great service and atmosphere. The fish and chips were great. My partner had a burger and it looked delicious too!

If you haven't been to Farmer Boys, yet, it is a casual restaurant serving awesome breakfast options and great lunches. I've been to almost every location in town and it never disappoints. It's the type of restaurant where you order at the counter, and then they bring the food out to your table. I recommend everything on their menus from their 3 eggs breakfast, sourdough avocado sandwich for lunch is a favorite, and their salads are bomb.

Went through the drive-through and got a hotcakes platter, two tender dippers, and a parmesan crusted grilled cheese. I kind of overdid it, but it was so good ! Hotcakes had like a nice crispy edge, but fluffiness to it was good. Sausage and over medium egg was just the right amount. The chicken, tender, crispy and flavorful. And the Parmesan crusted grilled cheese was actually my favorite it had the right amount of cheese to bread ratio and the crispy parm crust just made the grilled cheese more enhanced! I'm not really a grilled cheese or cheesy type of person neither but whoa boy. I like that one. I would actually add a patty if I could. But must try. Service was alright it was fast for fresh food. Ladies were nice! It was quiet.

It's Sunday 7/7/24 at about 2:45pm. There is a lot of free parking along with a couple of handicap accessible parking stalls. The parking lot was clean. We were greeted when we entered by a man who may have been the manager. He was friendly and helpful. The food was served up quickly, hot and fresh. The burgers and fries were presented well and looked appetizing. We walked around the entire dining room looking for a clean booth. Not finding a clean booth we looked at the tables in the center of the dining room. Not finding one we sat at a dirty table. While eating we watched the manager come to the dining room with a salad. He sat at a dirty booth and had his meal. The drink station was also dirty. The manager getting his water couldn't miss this. I know this will be hard to believe, but all the tables were dirty and the floor had trash and food in many areas.

I just came in Sept. 14 @ 7:40 am to dine in. Me and my fiance are visiting town and we dont have Farmers Boys where we live and we love their burgers. As soon as we come in the manager and other little worker there just stare at me, dont even say hi, and are laughing about a video the MANAGER is showing to the worker.. super unprofessional? So i said hi first and they all just continue staring even the cook. Like.. Hello??? I could tell they were mad we were dining in since they had just opened. My fiance said something about their customer service and the manager just stood there and said "I did say hi, so have a great day" LOL we just went to another location cause clearly they dont know what they are doing here. Super rude and unprofessional. Even the cook looked shocked they werent helping us. Really unfortunate cause we love Farmers Boys. Hope actual management looks into who they have running this store!! Charleston location.

Hidden Gem corner west Charleston/ Decatur area. Excellent Breakfast service was superb as well. I will absolutely be back a recommend to family and friends

This place is really expensive for what you get. . The food was unseasoned and below average. The service was minimal. The place seemed like a restaurant, but acted more like fast-food. Would not return.

3 meals $60 and a 45 min wait , been sitting at the drive through window for quite some time definitely not coming here on a lunch break, burgers take way less time staff was friendly but still prices were insane for fast food.

Came here for the $3 Big Cheese for National Cheeseburger Day. For $3/ cheeseburger, you get quite a hefty burger! Tomato, onion, cheese, and some kind of 1000 island similar sauce is included. Service was very quick and we got our food relatively quickly. Ambiance is that really of any quick service restaurant. I understand that your food is made fresh, so prepare to wait for your food. Overall quite a decent burger!

Farmer Boys sucks! I've been at this location multiple times. I have had the people at the drive thru either arguing with me over my food, way too long of wait times for someone just to get their order, this place is ridiculous. I would rather go eat anywhere else because of the unneeded long wait times, no ice cream machine working & finally the horrible customer service.

As a delivery driver he ignored me and took people in the regular line who came in after me he seemed very races he gave my customers coffee to someone else assuming I'm not really here for pickup

DON'T EVER ORDER FEOM THIS PLACE! We ordered six months ago and they canceled at the last minute. Today we gave them another chance and, just like before, although the order was confirmed they cancelled at the last minute. This is a VERY BADLY managed place!!! Never again.

The lady behind the counter has the worst customer service she was talking to someone else and thinking apparently we don't speak Spanish was saying nasty things about that person then wasn't focused on our order she was talking to her friends and kept having to ask over and over what we wanted. I'm literally waiting to see if my order was correct or not. Consíguelo

Worst experience at a farmer boys ever. Everything was burnt, missing food, three other families that came in after us had food before we did. Maybe the slowness was waiting for the chicken jerky to be done. Terrible will not return to this location

Came to farmer boys order two things of chilli cheese fries and currently sitting at the window nobody has greeted me took my payment or anything the last ten minutes bad customer service to the girls at the window

Today I went to the drive through and the service was horrible , the person who gave me service was very rude , because they said they did not understand what I was saying , but the person who was giving me service spoke Spanish to the customer in front of me , I will not come back here to eat .

I'm currently in the drive threw behind two other cars all three of us customers have been waiting for 20min for our food I'm two cars behind the guy in front, so it's looking like I might sit here in the drive threw for an hour at this rate, it's absolutely ridiculous why have a drive threw when you guys are going to take this long??? I'm here for quick food not to waste an hour of my day in line. I seriously don't feel like I deserve to pay for this food you guys should be compensating me for my time spent and wasted in your line, obviously I can't just leave the line once I'm in because cars pile in behind. I've been to real high end restaurants that don't take this long.

My Mother's experience at Farmer Boys: I was so hungry around lunch time a few days ago that I decided to feed that monster at Farmer Boys on West Charleston in Las Vegas. (I had skipped breakfast because I was very busy that morning) Since breakfast is served all day, I decided the breakfast platter would be ideal. I ordered the pancake platter with sausage and soft scrambled eggs, to go. I was disappointed that the order took such a long time to come out.. When it finally arrived, as is my custom, I checked the order to be sure it was correct. It was not. The order had bacon and one sausage patty. It should have had only sausage. So I let the manager know and he asked the kitchen to make more sausage and offered orange juice while I waited. I appreciated his level of customer service. But later things got worse. Once I got home and was ready to dig in, I was not happy with the platter at all. The pancakes were almost burned on the underside, eggs were overcooked, and hard scrambled. (See pictures) In the future, I will NOT return to Farmer Boys. Sadly, a McDonald's breakfast would have been a better option.

My wife and I dropped in on a Sunday evening. It was not terribly busy at the time. Our order was promptly taken, (2) Hog Heaven Breakfast Burritos, and the order was up within 5 to 7 minutes. When our order was brought out, we asked for a couple of sides of the pico de gallo. The employee promptly left to go get what I requested and returned within about 3 to 4 minutes with two small bowls of pico de gallo and explained that they didn't have any of the small cups ready to just pick up and go so she brought us the bowls as seen in the picture. My wife and I thought that was very nice of her as we both love pico to Gallo with our breakfast burritos. So, for giving us great service, hot and delicious food, and lots of pico de gallo I give the Charleston Farmer Boys location, 5 stars!

Well I would like to thank the person at Farmer boys for reaching out to me about my review about how the store I went to to enjoy the fish and ice tea did not provide any lemons They gave me some free big cheese for opening their app on my phone Now it's been a couple weeks I thought I'd stop in for some fish and some ice tea Once I was served my first question of course was do you have any lemons for the fish and ice tea? I said no we don't have any lemon sorry So I left. Again I want to point out is 500 feet away there's a $.99 only store that sells a bag of lemons for $.99 I don't see what the difficulty is in getting some lemons at the store So now what am I supposed to wait for them to approach me again with some free BS I wouldn't order anyway? How can I chance parking my car walking and standing in line and asking for lemons and they say no? Sorry farmer boys

Holy cow expensive and slow I waited 20 min for drive thru never again lose its $9.50 For a burger and $5.20 more to get a drink and fries

Farmer Boys has a good selection of good quick serve food. The quality is higher then most quick serve restaurants, and the price reflects that. For the price a full service restaurant is probably a better choice, but if you want good food, fast and prefer not to tip. Farmers Boys is a good choice.

I would give zero stars for this particular location if I could. The staff is extremely unprofessional and don't get me started on the manager, she is worse than the staff. The food is excellent but do not go to this location if you don't have to, it's the worst in Las Vegas. I have never had a good experience here and everywhere else has been fine. That tells you the management needs to go!!!! HORRIBLE

I kept passing this place thinking that it was a breakfast shop. Finally today I stopped by and gave them a try. I needed three things to accomplish my tasks (Aka; Honey do list) 1: pick up groceries. 2: Get my self lunch so I don't shop while hungry (last time we ended up with wayyyyy tooo much food (like that's a thing, but my wife thinks so) 3: Must be no carbs :( because, married that's all) So today: I ordered takeaway since (zombie apocalypse) and Protein style, because, marriage. I got to say, the burger was quite tasty. The meat was juicy, the bacon was smoky, and the lettuce was, green, and lettuce? I would love to try it with the bun next time......when I am allowed to eat bread ( not that I like bread! Really.. I don't baby, I really don't like it :)

I'm giving Farmer Boys a THREE STAR rating NOT because of the food, it's excellent, but because on literally every trip there the staff, including the manager are horrible. This IS NOT an inexpensive fast food restaurant, however, the place has FANTASTIC food. But that's where the compliments end. I've been there more than a couple of dozen times. I'm a VIP card member. The staff is rude, short, doesn't listen, gets your order incorrect more times than they get it right and takes forever to serve you. I have asked for the manager numerous times and each time she makes you feel like you've done something wrong and that her staff is the best in the world. So I called their corporate office and guess what? I see why the franchisees are the way that they are. Corporate is just as uncaring, condescending and evil as the employees in their stores. I recommend this place because of the quality, taste and deliciousness of their food. However, please be warned that if you ask for anything special the staff will treat you like second class citizens. And don't even bother calling corporate they're worse than the local stores.

Great morning breakfast spot either to go or eat. Service is timely cost is great food for me is the egg sandwich with no cheese. Will start trying the lunch and dinner menu next time

I've been to Farmer Boys 2 times now and both times were good. Nothing over the top but it wasn't terrible either. Both times the service we received was great. The person at the counter has always been friendly and very helpful when I've asked questions about their menu. The first time I went I ordered the salad and the veggies were fresh, the ranch dressing had a great taste and the bacon was so yummy. The 2nd time I went we ordered the burger combos. The fries there are so good. They were fresh, crispy, and seasoned. The burger had lettuce, tomato, thousand island sauce, onions (I asked for them to be grilled) they were cooked somewhat but I wish that they were grilled more. We used coupons that I got from the mail so that saved a few dollars which was nice. I'm looking forward to going back and trying their breakfast menu. I seen that they serve breakfast all day. The breakfast burrito looks very good.

Do not go to this location. I have gone to many farmer's boy before and they make the food currently. I am deadly allergic to pork (after ingestion) and I asked firmly for my omelet to not include any bacon and they even repeated it to me. To come to find out it has double bacon in the omelet and they splurged butter all over the toast. Go to this location if you want your simple dietary restrictions to not be followed.

Let me start off by saying this is one of my go to places for lunch for their Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad, Grilled Chicken Sourdough Sandwich and the Zucchini sticks with ranch. The service today was awful! When I first walked in I ordered a grilled chicken sourdough sandwich, and Guadalupe, the cashier, told me that they ran out of grilled chicken and that they only have fried chicken patties at the moment and I said that that was OK. I also ordered zucchini fries and a barbecue ranch chicken salad for my friend. She asked if I wanted grilled or fried chicken on the salad, so I looked at her very confused obviously and I said "Didn't you just tell me that there was no grilled chicken for my sandwich?". And she said that they have grilled chicken that's cut up but not grilled chicken in a patty form that they use for sandwiches. I told her that I would take the cut up grilled chicken for my sandwich and also grilled chicken for my friend's salad. I understand that food is made to order and we ordered our food at 11:29 AM and our food did not come out until 12 PM. Another friend of mine who ordered before me, got a barbecue ranch chicken salad also, which normally comes with onion shards. She asked the server who delivered our food to the table for the onion shards because she thought maybe the cook had just forgotten. The server then told us that they ran out of onion shards. My friend was frustrated but understood. Then Guadalupe came back to our table to tell me that they had ran out of zucchini sticks and if I wanted to substitute for onion rings or french fries, so I got onion rings so that I could give some to my friend for her salad. My friend asked Guadalupe why they have onion rings but not onion shards sense. All onion shards is, is cut up onion rings. Guadalupe still told her that they had run out. My friend was frustrated again but left it alone. When our food finally came out after 31 minutes, my other friend who I ordered the barbecue chicken ranch salad for had onion shards on his salad! Of course, that this did not bode well with our other friend who ordered the exact same salad, who was just told that they ran out of onion shards. At this point we were all so frustrated. We asked for the manager who wasn't any better. We explained to her everything that happened, including my experience with the grilled chicken and my friends experience with no onion shards, and just the fact that the servers were not even close to giving good customer service. Neither of the servers apologized or anything. The manager was no better herself. She didn't let either of us finish our complaint without rudely interrupting us. We told her three different times to stop interrupting. You could tell she really didn't care, wasn't listening and all she said was that she only had one chef and that she's short staffed. Which nobody told us at the very beginning. Again, no apology, no empathy, nothing. All in all the service today was terrible including our two servers and the manager. I will not be coming back to this Farmer Boys ever again and will be giving this feedback to corporate.

Wow that was rude. "Here ya go." The drive through person practically threw the bag at me. No thank you no courtesy. My breakfast sandwich was ok They could have used something other than a hamburger bun. The rudeness at the drive through window will make me never come back.

A whole lotta food for a little bit a dough. This place stays busy. Drive thru mostly these days. I came here for lunch one day cause I been meaning to try it out. The bad part about this place is that you will wait a good minute before you get your food because it is made to order. The good part is of course FRESH FOOD. I decided to dine in. Had the farmers Cobb salad. This bowl of salad was good enough for 4 people. It was HUGE! And under $10. Ya. Crazy. I know. It was good too. What got me was the dirty bowl on the outside. It had some kind of food smeared on it. And the stains inside the bowl. Not what I wanna see when eating out of it. Would I eat here again? Maybe. But I would definitely ask them to put it in a TO GO box. Lol

If you come here make sure you have time and are not in a hurry because they always give you a # and make you wait out front for like 10 min or so, I know to always give myself at least 20 min since one time I had to wait and I was late to work...foods good and always fresh just the # thing is weird

Here it is 8:20pm on a Thursday evening and I pull into the drive-through and I'm told they don't have any grilled chicken. They are out of grilled chicken. They offered me fried chicken which would clog my arteries and make me fat but I'm not into that! No sign. No courtesy. No customer service. No sales. No way will I come back and hope that they have chicken in stock. Nope. No way! No how!

Horrible service it took 25mins for a burrito that they got wrong, went back had a bad attitude, didn't offer anything for there mess up

I am updating my review of Farmer Boys as a company. They really took the utmost care to make sure my situation was rectified quickly and in a way that made it very clear they truly value their customers. I appreciate the level of care I was given and also am grateful that proper corrections were made to assist the employees who were at fault in doing better to represent Farmer Boys as a company, as well as improve their customer service skills. I am changing my review to 5 stars as this came out to be a very successful resolution.

I highly doubt I'm the only one that thinks this place is awesome. I see regulars all the time, cashiers seem to know them by name. I regularly come for lunch and I will admit sometimes for dinner. Grab a big chicken salad with a bunch of avocado. My guilty pleasure is the fish and fries . I'll admit, that I eat one of the wraps one time and I did not care for it, but I have found my favorites in the Menu as I kept coming. My kids enjoy the food and I know it's always going to be a hit if I'm running short on time for dinner. Their catering is awesome, I've had them cater several times to my place a volunteering. I've never had an issue always polite and outstanding customer service.

I used to come here semi regularly. On My most recent (and last) visit, I ordered a breakfast burrito to go, and took it home to split with my wife as they are usually pretty large. we ordered it without salsa as we always do. it came with salsa, which wasn't that big a deal, because I usually just don't complain about food. but the burrito was literally half the size that they normally are. I complained, asked for my money back, and they refused. I will never come back.

I just had a Farmer's Burger with cheese, along with a side of fries. That was the BEST guacamole & bacon cheeseburger I've had in a while. To borrow phrases from other establishments, it was both "finger-lickin' good" and it got "all over the place". They were NOT stingy with the guacamole, and I had to keep scooping up the extra guacamole and sauce, which kept dripping onto the wrapper. The fries were so hot that they were still warm and crispy when I was finished with the burger. I also ordered it with extra lettuce and tomatoes, and the burger looked like a beast! The only negative that I can think of is that the bun was slightly charred black. I ripped off that part of the bread to avoid most of it. All in all, if anyone is looking for an excellent Guacamole Bacon burger or cheeseburger, DEFINITELY pay your local Farmer Boy's a visit!

Worst Farmer Boy's in town. I walked in at about 5pm. One worker in the kitchen. The other worker had to be notified and walked about if the office in her phone. My order was placed online and hadn't been started until I hit there ! I will not be back

I got a Cobb salad and it was great! With an orange juice, delicious!! Service was friendly, the lettuce could have been a bit more fresh but other than that, yummy!!
