Worst experience ever, just place an order promised to be at the store by Wednesday because I chose to pick it up. Never got a phone call Wednesday or the rest of the week until following week I called the store to find out what was going on. Well Sandy told me it was not there yet and asked me if I bought mattress set I could just get those and the rest of the pieces until I get my bed. Meaning I put my NEW mattress set on the floor. I responded NO to that. Then she said the bed was out of stock and that I won’t be able to get it until the 23rd, like she couldn’t check if it was in stock before she made the sale. I told her on the phone we were going to cancel the order, where she only responded ok.
On Wednesday of the following week I stopped by the store, and of course she was not in that day, and the other lady there was able to check if that set was in stock, something that Sandy did not do, all she cared that day was making the sale and take the down payment which it was not a lot, but it was money. Today I called to make sure the order is canceled and all she said, yes is canceled and you going to get a check on the mail. So now we have to wait for that check to get here to go find a good customer service place to find me another bed.
My advice to Sandy is not to make promises to customers that she can’t keep, because that looks bad on the company.
NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
