They have great customer service without being pushy. The delivery was very quick, and the guys that delivered our furniture were great. They were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store.

Worst experience ever, just place an order promised to be at the store by Wednesday because I chose to pick it up. Never got a phone call Wednesday or the rest of the week until following week I called the store to find out what was going on. Well Sandy told me it was not there yet and asked me if I bought mattress set I could just get those and the rest of the pieces until I get my bed. Meaning I put my NEW mattress set on the floor. I responded NO to that. Then she said the bed was out of stock and that I won’t be able to get it until the 23rd, like she couldn’t check if it was in stock before she made the sale. I told her on the phone we were going to cancel the order, where she only responded ok. On Wednesday of the following week I stopped by the store, and of course she was not in that day, and the other lady there was able to check if that set was in stock, something that Sandy did not do, all she cared that day was making the sale and take the down payment which it was not a lot, but it was money. Today I called to make sure the order is canceled and all she said, yes is canceled and you going to get a check on the mail. So now we have to wait for that check to get here to go find a good customer service place to find me another bed. My advice to Sandy is not to make promises to customers that she can’t keep, because that looks bad on the company. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

From the several reviews I have read, it becomes clear that Ms. Sandy Roberts is not committed like she says she is to customer satisfaction. She treated me very disrespectful and condescending. She forgets she is serving the Brunswick area in its totality. I suppose she hates Non-American customers. I will let this fact be known in the rest of the community. The furniture is very low quality anyway.

Bought a new sectional. Received with dust cover ripped on bottom of armed sofa, locking mechanism broken on armless section and the the armed section has a tear between the two where stuffing is coming out. Delivery person took a hammer to the one locking mechanism but still broken he said he fixed the other side that way. Then I asked why, he said because the new piece that was delivered had been broken when received so they were told to deliver the piece from the showroom floor. So a new sectional... and I was sent a used floor piece and was only told because I was upset that I got a new sectional and it showed damage. I had to call the manager and did so while the delivery drivers were there. She was not phased when I told her I was aware that a section of my couch was used and a floor model. No accountability and no apology. Her response was I'll order you a new one. And that was about it. I asked what do I do until then and she said use it until the new one comes. The drivers were embarrassed. I have no idea when I will get my new sectional because no follow up from the store. Trying to give a customer a broken used piece along with damage to other supposedly new pieces is shady. Why would you risk your businesses reputation like that? I just want my new in perfect condition sectional that I am paying for. So here I sit hoping this store in Brunswick is actually going to make this right. I will say Glory was the very helpful when we bought (ordered) the sectional. The rest of out experiences there were not so great.
