They are detailed, flexible, creative, responsive, and seasoned in event planning. They made my birthday feel extra special and went above and beyond to ensure the event was executed flawlessly. The space is beautiful and can be arranged to suit a variety of events. If you're looking for a space to host your next event, look no further because you've found the place! We can't recommend Farming Hope enough for any upcoming events you are looking to host. The team is dedicated and passionate and willing work with you and make your dream event possible. The space itself is fantastic particularly for any sort of demos, be it cooking or otherwise as the space was built as a culinary school and has an angled mirror which allows an audience to see what is happening. We hosted a fantastic event last year with their help, and garnered a good sized crowd to come out and celebrate some well known Japanese bladesmiths. The whole team welcomed us with open arms and rolled out the red carpet for our esteemed craftsmen. If your looking for as space to host an event centered around food, look no further.

Hamilton Families recently hosted our Mother's Day dinner at Farming Hope and it was a fabulous event space. Beautiful natural light, spacious and modern seating space, and can't forget to mention the amazing kitchen space - all made it the perfect venue for our event. After visiting numerous dining spots, I can confidently say this establishment offers the pinnacle of dining experiences. What sets it apart isn’t just the quality of the food, which is exceptional, or the ambiance, which strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. It’s the restaurant’s commitment to benefiting the community that truly distinguishes it.

Refettorio is an amazing venue with a mission. It offers training to people seeking careers in the food and hospitality sector. It opens its doors to families who may be food- or housing-insecure and offers an elegant yet welcoming environment to adults and children. It can be booked as a venue for events. Currently, it appears online as a "soup kitchen" and that is not an accurate description. Pro-tip -- if you wish to experience the Refettorio, you can volunteer there through Farming Hope!

Farming Hope is incredibly unique - job training and community with purpose. It is both delicious and powerful. Every city, every neighborhood, struggling with food and economic insecurity in the country should have a Farming Hope!

Had the opportunity to attend an Apprentice Dinner and really enjoyed it. Farming Hope has a really great mission of providing training for those that traditionally are unable to find jobs easily and gives them the skills to be employed in the food industry. All the produce and food used during the dinner were donated. Tickets for the dinner were reasonable as it's really for the families and friends to be able to see people grow into their roles. The food was good. There were two passed apps options and 3 courses for dinner. There was also a nice non--alcoholic drink which I really appreciated. It was a lovely evening supporting a great organization. If you have the opportunity, please go check them out.

Farming Hope is such a supreme dining experience. Not only is the food delicious and the hosts attentive to dietary needs, but this is an amazing business with a mission. We researched many private dining options in SF for a family party. Farming Hope was the winner based on its mission and impact on the community. However, we were thrilled to realize it rivals the top SF restaurants in quality of food, service and venue. We got to hand-pick our menu and bring in many personal touches to make it a magical night. Many thanks to the entire Farming Hope community.
