Faros Holborn 🇮🇹

Very nice Italian restaurant! The food was great, the tiramisu tasted exactly like my mum does it! Portions sizes are good! We spent 45£ each without drinks for 4 dishes and 1 dessert!

We had a wonderful experience at Faros Holborn. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. A special thank you to Bahar and Dilek, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. They were friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable at all times. They were always available with a smile, quick to help, and genuinely cared about our experience, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and positive energy created a relaxed and pleasant dining atmosphere. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and kind service. The food was delicious, well-presented, and arrived on time, but what really made the visit memorable was the outstanding hospitality from Bahar and Dilek. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Faros Holborn to anyone looking for great food combined with excellent customer service.

This place is amazing. Our waiter, Balil, was phenomenal. He was very welcoming, helpful, funny, pleasant, and provided exceptional service. He helped make recommendations and explained the menu to help us understand and make decisions. I got the Pappardelle Ai Funghi and my husband got the Pappardelle Beef Ragu, then we got dessert Chocolate Boom (did not take a picture). The food was absolutely delicious, the Chocolate lava cake was mouthwatering! Amazing. Every staff member was very polite, pleasant, and friendly. It's a cute little restaurant that has upstairs, downstairs, and outside seatings.

Vibes are impeccable and I loved the staff so much. I do recommend this restaurant but beware that it’s not as elite as the current rating suggests. As at Jan 2026 it has 4.9 stars, whereas I would give it a 4.6. The truffle pasta e delicious- truly really good (despite being £30), and the cavolo Nero pasta is ok (good not great). I heard good things of the chocolate desert but it was a bit underwhelming. Next tike i’ll try the tiramisu. Overall great restaurant, just not appropriately rated

Faro Restaurant is a charming gem with a vintage, classy Italian twist. The food and service were top notch, and our server Dilek was an absolute delight! She was warm, welcoming, and exceptional. The entire staff was polite and attentive which meant so much to us as tourists. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding! The food at Faros was incredible — every dish was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they care about quality. Our server Bilal was fantastic — so professional, kind and friendly. He made us feel really welcome and looked after us perfectly all evening. Honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had! We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back soon. 👏✨

Loved this place. Came here for dinner with a small group for a friend’s birthday and we had such a good time. Dilek, our waitress, was absolutely brilliant – warm, bubbly, and genuinely made the evening feel special. We adored her. I had the gamberi in chilli and garlic to start and the linguine allo scoglio for my main. Both dishes were delicious. They were a touch on the salty side for me, but that’s just personal preference rather than a complaint. Would definitely come back and happily recommend it for a cute date night or a relaxed meal with friends.
