Wife and I stopped by over the weekend. Food was tasty and service was great. We got a pizza and some drinks. Had a lot of pizza left over and makes good leftovers. Just pop the pizza in a 450 degree oven for a few minutes and it tastes fresh again. We'll be back.

It was my birthday and my husband and I were staying at the Silver Cloud, but didn't want to go far and we didn't feel like getting all dressed up, so we came here before they closed. Jeremy was our waiter who was AAAAMAZZZING! He gave excellent recommendation on what to eat, since it was our first time eating there. The wings were by far the best and the dessert was plentiful! I'm glad I shared my birthday dessert with my hubby.

The food was delicious. Our server, Britt, was great. She took great care of our large party. We will be back.

We came to visit my brother and his family all the way from New Mexico. They took us to eat here, said they really enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken calzone, I just substituted the ranch sauce for the Alfredo sauce. It was really good, I just thought that for the price it could've been a little bigger. Now, I wasn't upset because the quality was so good. Everything tasted fresh. It also took a while to get a table. To be fair, there were seven of us and it was Friday evening. The service was good as well as the atmosphere.

We ordered take out after zoo lights. We have three kids, and my wife asked last minute if we can do dine in so kids can fall asleep after eating while we’re driving home. They were able to accommodate us. We are so thankful for the kindness provided. The free dough kids got to play with and the kids being past out as we drove home.

Every part about of our pizzas - crust, sauce, and toppings - was amazing. We got northwest tradtional and bbq chicken personal pizzas and they were both delightful!

This place was great. Family of 4 with two under 7 and a friend's family of 3 with one small kid meet here for dinner one evening. The kids all got a plate with their version of bread stick, a ball of dough to play with, and some carrots to munch on before they got their meal. Awesome touch. For dinner, the are several specially pizza but you can also make your own. Prices were very reasonable. Parking was a bit confusing - you validate in the restaurant before you eat, so don't pay first like we did to save a few bucks on your outing. The worst part of service was the wait at the end when we were ready to go. We got boxes for the leftovers when we said we were done, but then had to wait a while to pay, just a bit longer than I would have expected. I still would hundred percent recommend this place, and would go again, just being thorough and honest in the review. The attached photo is just one of my boys being silly, showing it's a laid back kind of place, very kid friendly.

We enjoyed the food and the casual atmosphere at Farrelli's. The pizza and cheesy bread were great. We did half of the cheesy bread spicy and liked both versions. The strawberry lemonade was served with fresh mint and was refreshing and delicious!

Yelp
$150.00 worth of poor communication errors! I ordered on their website. We are literally right next door to the restaurant and I chose the one next door to me and somehow the order went to DuPont! You would think they would have called and confirmed but no, they made the pizzas anyway. I put my location, number, email address and the business that was placing this order. I should have looked at the address that was making the pizza and I didn't because I already did before ordering the food. Anyway, when my employee went next door to collect the food they informed him it was ordered at the wrong location. WHAT! How? Anyway he really wanted the food and they charged him another $72.00 the same as the first order. Bullshit! I paid my employee back, as I should! Gave them a total of $20.00 in tips and I'm fucken Pissed!!! The food was FANTASTIC! But I'm not recommending or going back again. Or I may just never trust the website again. I feel totally ripped off! Update: The restaurant from the Manager from the DuPont location called and realized an error was made and refunded me my money. Awesome!

Yelp
Been here 2 times because I live across the street. One time I ordered pick up and the waitresses gave a rude look at us and said nothing until I broke the ice. I am a minority so not sure if that was an issue. Pizza is amazing tho, love it! I tried to order a milkshake one time and they said it wasnt available, which is fine I'll try again next time!

Regina B.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for a pizza and some breadsticks. We got the fire sticks which had cream cheese and jalapeño on them. Thankfully we got the fire sauce on the side and some ranch because they were hot! Very tasty though and would totally get again. The pizza itself had a nice topping to cheese and sauce ratio. Also tasted great the next day! Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Yelp
Went on a Monday night but it was busy! Our server was prompt and friendly. But it took awhile to get all our food. I didn't mind so much since I was with a group so we were chatting. But it took long enough for all of us to wonder why it's taking so long. The calzone was good! There's a make your own option even though it's not on the menu. My friends ordered pizza and I tried them, and it was good! Very generous with the pepperoni and I like that it's thin crust!

Diane S.

Yelp
Gave Farelli's another try. It was "fine". That is all. I think we have given you guys enough chances and for your price point- you need to be better than "fine".

Eddie S.

Yelp
I've had Farrelli's a hand full of times. It's average pizza. But tonight was the worst pizza (we had the Combo) I have ever eaten. My son, 19, said the same thing. It was the CHEESE. The texture was like glue and tasted awful. We literally scraped the cheese off and placed the pepperoni back on. Sounds comical, but my wife and mother and law already sent back the Cabernet. I didn't want to send the second item back tbh. Paid the $135 and left. The Fawaiin (Hawaiian) pizza was ok at best.

Gage G.

Yelp
I've been to Farelli's so many times but I recently got into "Yelping" I thought I should review it. I love the Ruston location the best - has a great view and amazing outdoor seating. It was pretty busy today considering it was almost 90° and a beautiful day, but service was a bit slow.. friend and I ordered some drinks and it took about 10-15 mins for just those to come out.. the staff is really friendly though, so that helps! Drinks are strong, pizza is saucy, atmosphere is chill. It's a pretty standard pizza chain and worth a visit if you've never been! But I've had better pizzerias in Tacoma.

Yelp
We love coming to Point Ruston with the kids, it's always a great time. The splash park is right in front of Farrelli's pizza and the kids always are starving for pizza after playing in the water. This location has really helpful staff. Shout out to Brandi for being so supportive of the community and helping the Norpoint Soccer Club buy new equipment, uniforms and soccer balls. Thank you for giving back to the community!

Cristi C.

Yelp
We stopped in here after copper and salt had a 45 min wait and we were so pleased! My friends were chilly and loved the fireplace area to sit! We ordered bloody Mary's and holy cow! They came with almost a meal in them!! YUM!!! We also each got some different entrees to share, some pizzas and salads. Everything was very good. We had pleasant servers too! Loved the options of drinks on the menu. Can't complain, this exceeded my brunch expectations as far as a pizza place goes! Thanks for saving the day!

Juliana A.

Yelp
I wish I could rate them lower. I came in with my kids and the server completely ignored us for over 10 minutes of sitting...serving all his other tables multiple times. Didn't bring us water had to ask someone else. Then he got our appetizer order incorrectly...that was for my kids. The manager seemed way too young to be managing? I asked for the manager instead of arguing with my server and she did not re-order appetizers... then she let me know they wouldn't be serving us? So we left...makes absolutely no sense. All because I said I would not pay for our appetizers which never came out with their food.

Allen F.

Yelp
Fantastic pizza. Great service. They were busy but if you go in the bar area you can seat yourself fast. Really like the place.

Vanessa B.

Yelp
It was busy at Farrelli's but the staff were helpful and communicative so the wait didn't seem long at all. They got us a high chair and wiped it down, and they were very patient with our group of 6 as we figured out what we wanted and how to share everything. The margherita was a classic choice and was pretty good. The balsamic glaze carried it I think, and so did the crust. The others in my group enjoyed the meal okay. Overall I think it's kind of expensive for the quality, but I also very much appreciated our patient and helpful waiter, especially since I had my kiddo at the table as well. Not bad, and I'll probably be back to try more thanks to the location along the waterwalk.

Eve S.

Yelp
Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops but seems understaffed. If you walk in and see plenty of empty tables, still expect a 10-30+ minute wait time. The pizza was thin crust style and tasted decent but our server forgot several items from our order and seemed confused when we asked about them. I would only recommend this place if you have a lot of free time to wait and only plan to order pizza.

Paulina H.

Yelp
They have the best view for seeing the Ruston way, so highly recommend sitting on the roof!! Okay the reason why I gave it three stars is because they served us warm beer, it was not cold and tasty and that day was pretty warm. The service was great, the servers were engaging and really nice to us. The food were decent, my mac and cheese felt like too much jalapeños and grease. But other than that everything is pretty good.

Nicole L.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our lunch here! My husband and I got an appetizer (cheesy bread), small pizza (northwest traditional), and a side (Caesar salad) to share. All tasted really good. Great location! We were here on a warm sunny day and sat on the patio. Our server told us the food could take up to 35 minutes but we got it in about 10 to 15 minutes. Don't forget to download the app! You get 10 dollars off your first visit. Oh also I got a mint lemonade and it was super yummy and refreshing on a hot day.

Paul W.

Yelp
$58 for a large pizza that had scant toppings and breadsticks. Mediocre at best. Won't be back.

Gregory H.

Yelp
The pizza is exceptional. A wood fired pizza, where all the ingredients are flavorful and combinations seem thoughtfully created. Unfortunately the staff at times are lackluster and I have had an overcooked pizza that was served but corrected.

Brian W.

Yelp
Just like pretty much everyone else says. Some of the worst service ever. It was so bad we were kinda giggling about it. We were at the bar with a few other people and all of us were totally ignored by the bartender, It was almost like a game "Oh, here she comes, Imma gonna try to make eye contact now" Pizza was ok kinda

Chris B.

Yelp
Good pizza, a bit pricey -- but it's probably the best around North Tacoma and Ruston. Had the meat lover's version, and, to be honest, there probably wasn't 3 ounces of any sort of meat in total in the pizza. Good flavor, but it badly missed the defining quality of what I would expect of a meat pizza.

Bobbi D.

Yelp
Amazing location (loveeeee point Ruston!!), ok pizza, tasty drinks! I really liked the jolly rancher and fruit roll up!! They messed up our pizza but I didn't check it til we got home, so that was annoying but it was still pretty good.

Asia R.

Yelp
Okay, listen up, because I'm about to spill the beans on this place! First off, the atmosphere is like stepping into the coolest atom sphere ever (get it?). But seriously, the vibe is amazing, and the staff? They're the real MVPs. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh. My. Goodness. Where do I even begin? I've been coming here since I was 14, and it's been a love affair ever since. The northwest traditional and fire sticks are my go-to, and let me tell you, the cream sauce on the pizza? It's like a taste of heaven. And don't even get me started on the firey spice! This place is a fan favorite for a reason, folks. I've dragged everyone I know here, and they've all become die-hard fans too. The other locations? They just don't compare. If you want great food, fantastic service, and an all-around awesome experience, this is the spot. No questions asked. Very happy customer!!!

Yelp
We love a review update! My first experience with this Farrelli's was in the midst of Covid - i.e. outdoor dining only, takeout, delivery, etc. I outdoor dined and had a great time, but I've been quite a few times since then now that things are back to some normalcy. One of the first times back was just for a drink and an appetizer (which was really great) but very quick. The next time back was with my kids, and it was great! Service was incredibly attentive and kind. I love that they bring the kids pizza dough to play with to keep them entertained - so fun! The kids meal deal is also pretty solid - $8 for a personal pizza, fruit/veggie side, a drink, and a cookie. I ordered one of those for my two kids to share (they're pretty young so it was plenty) and the staff was kind enough to bring double the sides and double the cookies at no extra cost, without me even asking! My last time in was last week for Friday night date night. The rooftop space is open and we were dying to have a drink in the sun with the amazing view of Commencement Bay, so we did just that! For a Friday night and with waiting for the rooftop space, we only had to wait 25 minutes which wasn't bad at all. The service from the bartender upstairs was really great and the atmosphere was awesome. I haven't had something here that I didn't like. The Fire Stix are delicious, Caesar Salads are great starters, and my favorite pizzas of theirs are the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the James! Both are white sauce pizzas and absolutely incredible. Farelli's is a local chain, but it's an absolute gem! I'm actually super surprised at their rating. Don't worry - I love you, Farelli's. See you soon.

Eddy T.

Yelp
I'm not a big fan of non-thin crust pizza but what I do appreciate is a good wood fired pizza. That said, the pizza at Farelli was pretty good. I thought the pizza dough was crunchy with a pretty soft texture on the inside. They also had a few pasta options as well. Great atmosphere to bring the family out. They even brought a side plate of garlic bread and raw dough for kids to play with, along with coloring sheets and crayon. Service was excellent.

Zabrina G.

Yelp
Great location water views from some of the tables in the dining area, super friendly and attentive staff! The dough for the pizzas and breadsticks is so delicious. Airy and cooked perfectly! Adding the Mikes hot honey as a finish on top was the money!! Look forward to more locations opening gather north

Yelp
Lovely place at Point Ruston. Wait time was about an hour given it was a 70 degree sunny Saturday. The burrata and the bread were fresh and the drizzled honey vinaigrette really brought out the flavor of cheese. Also ordered garlic chicken florentine pizza. Crust was soft just right thickness and the toppings and sauce worked well together. Attentive staff and service. Overall recommend and would revisit!

Sandy C.

Yelp
Fantastic pizza. Seated upstairs which was really nice with its own bar-pretty quiet. Service is outstanding-very clean and efficient. Try the meat pizza-pepperoni is so good-and the meatball appetizer. So good. Great draft beer selection as well.

Terrence M.

Yelp
Great service great staff walking in I was greeted at the door right away the host smiled I say I sit in the bar they say very kindly ok bar tender walk up as soon as I sat down no wait I got my drink fast as follows almost finish my first right away got me a new one service and staff on point I be back what food service she be like all nailed it 100

Yelp
Friend chose this restaurant, but hadn't been there before. Neither of us thought we would be back. OK food, seemed like most of it was frozen and reheated product or pre-packaged. Waited about 20 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before drinks arrived. We were seated in the bar that was at a quarter capacity. We shared the cookie and ice cream sundae which sounded great but once received, it was a let down. Cookies were out of a package and hard as a rock. Ice cream was clearly cut out of the paper box it arrived in and was of poor quality in taste. I was done after 2 bites, my friend in a few herself. The bday girl got a veggie pizza which is a personal size and she took half of it home to give to her husband as she wasn't impressed. I don't remember what entree I ordered. The waitress was also the bartender. She didn't check on us. Took 30 minutes to get the check. When she brought it over, she asked how everything was and we told her the dessert was not the best. She offered to take it off the check. The parking garage charges a rate but if you enter your vehicle's license plate number into the ipad at the host stand, you will get 2 hours free. Place has a bar area with no wait and the dining room.

Yelp
Farrelli's Pizza is a pizza place for everyone. They've got much to be praised for. Here's some. First things first, the food. It's got exquisite pizza. Perfectly robust and variously flavored with whatever combo the patrons, ie Greg and I, select. My usual's pepperoni and his pesto. It's always worth it for the taste is worth it. Its cheese feels perfectly cooked. The oils aren't overpowering. The pepperoni's perfectly crisp and chewy. Greg loves pesto, chicken, etc. If you wanna know how it tastes, go ask him. Overall, great pizza. For service, it's pop notch. The service here is very welcoming and patient. They'll help you with whatever it is you need. For questions I had regarding menu items, the staff recommended great items, one of them being this delicious strawberry smoothie in one of these photos, that I have no regrets ordering. For questions I had about my rewards account, they explained to me how it worked, and we worked on other things I didn't understand. Like I said before, great service. For the ambience, it's... well, loud. But hey, that's what happens when a place like Farrelli's is so popular in Point Ruston. Yes, one pic in here is from another location, but it's furthering how good the pizza is from Farrelli's is. Despite the Farrelli's ambience being so vibrant, a bit much for my liking, it doesn't take away from how great this place is. With all this in mind, I'd give Farrelli's a go if you're around locations hosing a Farrelli's. It's got great pizza. Great service. An ambience for all who can stomach the vibrancy of popular places like these. Go, Farrelli's.

Scott S.

Yelp
I've been to this Farrelli's location several times lately, and while the food is ok, the customer service is a real letdown from what is found at other locations. Weren't particularly fast on the order, then dropped the food off with no offer of cheese on pizza and no offer of drink refills. I have no idea what they were doing, because they weren't particularly busy. Cook was drinking out of a personal glass above customer food...pretty sure that's a health violation. Zero management to be found. One employees primary function is apparently to chat with other employees. NOT GOOD SERVICE!

Carley W.

Yelp
Alright everyone, this place was amazing!! We tried it all and damn it was good. The beer cheese Fondu had broccoli, focaccia and sausage to dip. Best Fondu I've ever had. We did the Mac and cheese, side salad was even delicious! Stuffed mushrooms had crispy burnt cheese and they were cooked perfectly. We also got the volcano pizza, little pepperoni with pineapple and jalapeños! Lastly, the wine and espresso martinis!! Very very good!!

Alyssa W.

Yelp
The Northwest Traditional is the BESTTTTT! I never get anything else. Their apps are also delicious. I love going in the summer and snagging a spot on the rooftop bar. It's beautiful. Good food, good drinks, always great service. Always recommend.

Oleg T.

Yelp
Well it's first day of 2024 and one advice I should stick with is listen to Yelp reviews. They have 2.7 stars and I believe that's the top this place can reach. Our service was great I only wish their food matched their service. Decor was also pretty nice and pizzeria like. This is not the best pizza place to eat around Tacoma. Their boneless kids chicken wings were burned and tasted pretty bad. One thing that shocked me was their price. After ordering three soda drinks and one 16" pizza we needed paying $62 that's including 18% tip.

Dona C.

Yelp
I had high hopes as the menu looked so good. The food was awful. Nachos burnt with minimal toppings. Greasy flat pizza . The Mac n cheese was watery penne pasta with no cheese and a slight resemblance to sausage but not sure. Service though friendly from a young staff needs more training as they were at our table rarely and we had to look for them and get up to ask others for base items. Older waitress was rude and condescending when asked for basic help in getting Parmesan cheese for table. Tables were dirty - service slow. We will not be back

Scott J.

Yelp
Extremely slow. Salads are a complete waste of money. Waited for 15 minutes for forks. No refills. Wait staff are super young and inexperienced. I would avoid this place

Christie G.

Yelp
Food is Scrumptious!!!! We got cheesy Breadstix as an appetizer. We got the pizza of the month: bangers and mash, combo, and cheese (for me....I'm simple to please) Boyfriend says that his two was delicious!!!! Waitress was super nice. The place was very welcoming and nice. Loved we got there during happy hour so everything was a little cheaper

Dan M.

Yelp
A number of reasons why i gave them the lowest rating possible. 1. I was quoted a wait time of 1-1.5 hours for dine in. (yikes! That's not a good start, but they can't be blamed for being popular...?) This alone wouldn't be a reason to dock a score much if the rest of the food/service was good. 2. I was told we could order to go (which was a somewhat acceptable idea because we could take the pizza to go and eat by the water front). I was told the wait would be much shorter. (BUT... it still ended up being over an hour wait). 3. While my party attempted to review the menu and make up our collective minds whether we wanted to eat here, or go elsewhere - The hostess helped convince us to eat there by pointing out the specials that were available for to-go orders. THE SPECIALS helped us to solidify our plan and how to share the order amongst our party. We ordered a special that included two 16 inch pizzas as well as breadsticks and a salad (I believe this was the entire offering of the special). There was another special that said you could get a $5 cheese pizza with the purchase of ANY 16 inch pizza (this would be perfect for my picky daughters-they can get a small cheese pizza for a reasonable price!). So after getting the group to agree on our order, we attempted to order BOTH of the specials. I was told no. The two specials can't be ordered with each other. It's either one or the other. There was no print on the promo indicating this. We've all seen the language "Specials can not be combined" or some other version of that. There was no such language. So instead, I was told a cheese pizza would be about $22 if i wanted to add it on to the existing order. $22 to feed my kids a cheese pizza. I'm not cheap. I'm not poor. But that's ridiculous. I explained that their menu / specials didn't say that. But the hostess was indifferent and unapologetic. Her supervisor was walking by, so we inquired if this was truly a rule, or if there was a workaround - because nothing was indicating this exception on their promo. Unfortunately - she had the same lack of enthusiasm for resolving this. 4. So we had to regroup and figure out how to divide the order appropriately again. once ordered - The pizza took over an hour to be ready. Not only did it take a long time but the pizzas came out at different times. Of course they could have held one pizza while they took their sweet time on the the other one - but then that pizza would have been cold. So we elected to take the one pizza and come back for the 2nd. 5. The pizzas were "ok". Absolutely nothing about the meal made it worth it. I wouldn't wait an hour for that meal again. I wouldn't wait 1-1.5 hours for a table to have that meal, and I wouldn't have paid $22 for a cheese pizza for my girls. I'll end my review with this summary. their success is dependent on society loving pizza, and having few alternatives. I'd have given their pizza a 2-3 star review without the special / promo pricing BS and the lack of interest from two different staff members... but the truth is the entire experience made me feel like this dining experience was one of the most irritating ive had in years. 1 star. and i feel like its deserved...

B J.

Yelp
The service is great and the pizza choices are good too! And the location on Ruston Way makes for good views!

Michelle C.

Yelp
My sister and I recently visited the Ruston location with our kiddos. We were seated and ignored. The four of us literally sat and watched three booths being filled and their orders taken after our arrival. Our kids kept complaining they were hungry so finally we had to flag somebody down to take our order. Instead of being apologetic for the wait, she stood there as if we did something wrong making the order very unpleasant (the person to our understanding who took our order was the bartender that stepped in to help out). I specifically requested at the time of the order to split the bill, in the end that never happened, instead a receipt was placed at our table with no conversation causing another inconvenience. When our pizza was delivered by the hostess, we asked for plates we never saw her again or plates. When our kiddos asked why they didn't get to have the dough or the carrots we had to leave our booth and find somebody to get those for us, lacking the cookies they are used to. Halfway through the first slice of pizza we all looked at each other and realized we had no napkins or utensils. Again, we had to leave the booth and find somebody to bring us napkins. During our entire time spent at this location not once were we asked how we were doing, if we needed anything, absolutely no interaction took place unless we took the initiative to make it happen because of the things that were lacking. The service here was terrible and I have never experienced anything like this. When we had to look for somebody to get boxes for our pizzas and finally left, the hostess, the girl who waited on us and another employee stood there whispering and eyeballing us. Not once did we hear have a great day or thank you for coming in. At the end of the day, my sister and I came to the conclusion either we were discriminated against because of our skin color, which we are both Latina proud, or it was a truly the worst customer service we've ever encountered. To hear my son say why did they do that to us Mommy was the kicker, no thank you Farrelli's. You can do better.

Cindy M.

Yelp
We took my son and daughter in law out for dinner 7/20, for his birthday. We ordered 2 appetizers and two large pizza's. Food was good but our waitress and serving people were the worst. My son clearly asked for the appetizers before the pizza came. We were given no plates, napkins or forks. The pizza came no plates, no appetizers and no forks. We asked for them...didn't come. Appetizers came still not plates, forks or napkins. Waited a few minutes my husband got up and found our waitress and asked again for the same thing. Her replay why do you need forks? Stuffed mushrooms are to messy without forks. We left a tip only because they didn't bring our change back to us. I expected better when you're in the higher living part of town. Tried of waitresses not earning their tip. TIP means To Insure Promptness.

Brent G.

Yelp
Busy so it was a long wait. Food was great though And seating worked for our group of 11

Amber P.

Yelp
Good pizza with a good view on Ruston Way. We had a big group and our waiter was very attentive. Multiple size pizzas available. Most of us got the personal size (seen below). Rooftop was closed for a private event but would love to go back soon!

Yelp
If it's one thing I hate is giving bad reviews :-( I use to be a server for 8 years & I understand the biz & what goes on fri-Sunday rush but I was trying to enjoy my anniversary with my bf & service was Incredibly slow, despite waiting over an hour to get sat (which that's totally understandable) , we ordered our drinks, they took probably over 20 minute to arrive, we ordered food, but utensils neverrrrrrrrrr came for our pasta, overall the night was just horrible. I almost did not want to pay for anything as I didn't even eat anything, I brought it all home. This place is in such a good location & brings in so much traffic, they really need to do better. Hire more servers or train their servers to be more attentive. My server was kind I'll give him that, but could've done better as my bf really did not leave a tip at all for the horrible service & I am heavy on tips, if service was great he def would've gotten a $40 tip from me on that $100 check. I'd hope to go back one day & get a better experience since for my first time there, I don't think I'd go back anytime soon :-( save ur coins, visit ur local round table instead.

Yelp
I've been to this location many times, and I get disappointed by inconsistency. I think staff is working too quickly and may be overwhelmed. Nearly every time I come here I don't get the toppings I ask for. I've learned that anytime I order for pick up, to check the pizza right then and there, vs go home to find it's not what I ordered. I'm also frustrated by how few toppings they put on the pizza. Especially when you order a build-your-own pizza and spend 50-99 cents per topping. That said there has been a couple of good times - their appetizers and drinks have been good and the location is great for get togethers with friends. I love sitting at the upstairs bar when it's open and I appreciate they have happy hour specials.

Yelp
So we did wait about 2 hours for a table, but what do you expect when you're at this beautiful place with a beautiful view? It was very busy, and they did pretty great for how much people were there and how much staff they had. The pizza was worth the wait too. The pepperoni was simple but delicious. My dad got the Mediterranean. He liked it but it had too much stuff I don't like. The northwest pizza was my boyfriend's pick, and it was sooooo good. The flavor was crazy. Their ranch was also so good. The service was great, and we actually had a new server. Only thing I will say is she kept putting the drinks/food in front of my toddler..definitely not the best choice on a server's part bc their first instinct is to knock it over. That's not why I took off a star though, that was just solely because they seemed a little flustered with how many people were coming in. It's spring break, so I feel like their should be extra staff. Then again idk anything about running a restaurant so I was happy either way!

Yelp
I have eaten many times at the Farrelli's at Point Ruston. Was quite shocked at the service and pizza provided. Called in pizza well over an hour before pickup. Was not ready and waited 10-15 minutes after my on time arrival. I used a gift card and cash to pay for pizza. The cashier said, "did you want your change?" Got the impression she expected a tip for a pizza that wasn't even made yet. I said, yes I would. She started counting my change, then indicated she didn't have enough coin to provide my change. She said, will you take this or did you want me to look for the rest. I took what she had. I finally received the pizza when they brought it to the bar. I said thank you and they left. I picked up the pizza, which was not hot but warm. I looked at the pizza and was quite surprised at the lack of ingredients for a 16 inch deluxe pizza. I cut my losses and left. Now I will give Farrelli's another chance in the future but it won't be a call in or online order as I don't have much faith that the order will be done correct.

Yelp
Oh man! This was probably the worst experience. We went with a party of 11... the lady said it would take about 90 mins. 90 mins rolls around and we check and she said they were waiting on a large party to leave. We had said we wouldn't mind sitting indoor or outdoor, whatever came first. There were tables outside clearly free. When we asked about the table, we were told the table after us was also a party of 11 and they had specifically requested to sit outside so they were saving the table for them. Hmm that made no sense since we were ahead of them and we had said indoor or outdoor. We were finally seated 122 mins later. When we sat down it took a while before we were even talked to. At this time, we were moments away from leaving but had invested so much time. We order our food and the food slowly trickles in. My husbands meal never arrives. People are already done with their apps and main entrees and he still doesn't have his food so I ask the waitress and she was like "what did he order?" I told her the spaghetti.. she comes out about 10 mins later with spaghetti and said the food hadn't been delivered and it was sitting there so the kitchen had mixed it up and "refreshed" it. Shocked she had told us that the food had pretty much been sitting there and she gave us the same food but revamped. Pretty disappointing of an experience, Especially being with a group of friends that don't meet up that often. The kids were exhausted and hungry by the time we got our food.

Yelp
Love this location. In the summer you can sit upstairs (21+) food is very good, staff are nice and I'll never get tired of that view upstairs.
