Fasano Hotel

This hotel is simply sublime. It exudes elegance whilst remaining convivial and appropriately informal. The furnishings are exquisite and drinks served to the very highest quality. We particularly enjoyed the live bossa nova in the hotel’s gorgeous bar; a real experience.

This is a charming, stylish and elegant boutique hotel in one of Sao Paolo’s nicest areas. The aura of the hotel is very much Mid-Century Modern luxury and to confirm the 1950s/1960s vibe there’s even a bossa nova whiskey bar just off the main reception. |The bedrooms are huge, with sofas and chairs and reading lights all in the same sleek Mid-Century Modern style, and sleek dark wood parquet floors and a well-stocked mini-bar. The bathrooms are well-appointed and the shower (at least up to the 12th floor) worked perfectly. There’s beds are really comfortable and the aircon was discrete and balanced.|There’s an indoor pool at the top of the building and a well-run, very professional spa for massages and treatments. There’s a very good Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, where you also get breakfast. |The staff are all highly professional and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. So it’s a shame that all this incredible attention to detail and quality is let down by the lack of a simple passsword-protected WiFi connection. And indeed the tech on the TV was incomprehensible to me.

I have been two nights in this hotel. The atmosphere and service are impeccable, the decor elegant and cosy, the bar at the entrance beautiful. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast not to be missed! Internally connected to the Jardin Shopping Mall

Our stay at the Fasano São Paulo was for the last night of our 3 week trip to Brazil. The hotel is top notch, located in the fashionable and safe neighborhood of Jardins. We were greeted upon arrival by a butler, Isabella, who cheerfully and professionally showed us all the amenities of our room, which were plentiful. Our luggage arrived promptly while we were touring the room, which was on the 4th floor and very quiet. We had fresh fruit and custom chocolates waiting for us. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay - from the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, to the delightful lunch on the terrace at Nonno Ruggero, to the exquisite dinner at Fasano Restaurant, to the fabulous bossa nova performance at Barretto nightclub -|the pluses go on and on. Our room itself was quiet and comfortable, great bed, soft linens, fantastic toiletries (I wanted to buy some to bring home but didn't have time to shop), good A/C, everything by was "just so" (in the best possible way). We especially want to thank the front desk/concierge staff, in particular Camila, who skillfully and cheerfully directed us to the best sights given our very limited time in SP. A very lovely short visit. Upon return to São Paulo, we will happily make a return visit to the Fasano.

Simple the best, the service at Fasano is bar none the best. I highly recommend the spa and the facilities as it is a great location to hold business meetings and to have lunch. The ambience removes you from the busy feeling of São Paulo. It is also very centrally located.

My friends and I stayed at Hotel Fasano for two nights. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Jardins... very safe and easy to walk around.||We had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. They were quiet and looked newly renovated. The linens were brand new, and the shower was hot with great water pressure.||The gym on the 22nd floor is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed massages at the tiny spa as well.||But what really sets the hotel apart is the service. The front desk went above and beyond to give us directions, arrange spa and hair appointments, direct us to the pharmacy etc. Anything we asked for came promptly and we were always asked if we needed anything else. ||The one con of the hotel is the elevator. Takes a long time. But that is a minor problem

An outstanding 3 night stay. The rooms, staff, public areas, pool, gym, and location can’t be beat. Highly, highly recommended! Will stay again on our next trip. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is excellent as is its sister restaurant, Gero, a block away from the hotel.

Currently staying at Fasano São Paulo and this arguably is the finest hotel I have ever stayed at. Excellent location (proximity to Oscar Freire, alone, is reason enough to choose Fasano over other luxury SP hotels) fantastic staff, and impeccably designed rooms. I have not had any issues that a few others posted about and the hotel is quite homey. They welcome you like a king upon arrival and have a plate of grapes and apples and chocolate brigadeiros waiting for you. The room has modern creature comfort amenities and the shower supplies are first class. To give you an example of how far this hotel goes to please its guests, the in house gym was closed for repairs 1-2 days during my stay. To make up for that the hotel arranged for a complimentary day pass at a nearby BodyTech gym ($30 value) at no cost and even picked up the taxi tab. Great turn down service with havianas placed bedside each night. The in house restaurants and Baretto Lounge are equally impressive--great Italian food and bossanova music. This hotel is on par or better than a Four Seasons and is a member of the distinguished Leading Hotels of the World group....the new Rosewood is getting a lot of attention but after checking out their common areas I still would prefer Fasano. There also is an upscale mall featuring premium stores such as Gucci and Dior along with excellent restaurants attached to the hotel--comes across to me as a smaller version of Bal Harbour Shops.

Fasano is a gorgeous restaurant housed inside Hotel Fasano, complete with all the trappings of a fine dining establishment in Paris or Lyon. You can tell that each waiter is stepped in tradition and formal practices to complement the luxurious library feeling inside. The wine wall that floats in the back of the restaurant is stunning, and it's also now part of my personal "future dream house" goals. Naturally, there is quite a wide wine selection, which is heavy on Italy but also covers many other regions and grapes. I enjoyed the 2017 Carmenere, which paired beautifully with duck. The starter of asparagus soup set off the meal. While I'm normally not too big on asparagus, this soup nicely muted the harshness of regular asparagus while retaining just enough of the flavor to be perfect. The veal-stuffed pasta was divine! This isn't a preparation that I have seen too many places, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The veal wonderfully complemented the pasta itself and was a perfect portion size. My lamb and polenta main dish was a generous portion size, with the lamb being cooked perfectly. It was just great. We rounded things out with a beautifully presented dessert plate. From start to finish, this was a delightful, delectable experience.

Fasano is always a good option when we are talking about great chefs and amazing food experience. Last time I went there I had seafood pasta and it was awesome. They had a great sommelier, so it's great to combine with the plate. The coffee always come with good small sweet pieces that makes me smile!

Very beautiful hotel and restaurant. Great service. We were able to get a table for 2 at 1900 without reservation on Tuesday. The place never filled up during the night. I love how they have multiple tasting menus to choose from. The problem is you're paying for the atmosphere rather than the food. We both got the pasta tasting menu. There is no innovation for either the cocktails or the tasting menu. The food is comparable to an average Italian restaurant. For the price I'd expect a little more complexity in the dishes. Make sure to check out the bathroom. They have a white window that turns transparent at the touch of a button to see the kitchen. That was super cool.

Amazing stay hotel and accommodations were on point but most of all they went above and beyond to help me stay my work room for a tranquil feel I can't wait to go back there!

Very well located close to all the nice stores and restaurants. The service is impeccable rooms are big and great food at their restaurant. Love to stay here when is São Paulo

Had dinner at the restaurant and the ambiance, staff and atmosphere were amazing. Wine selections were great and menu and food choices were fantastic! Highly recommended São Paulo restaurant.

Great , elegant hotel. Amazing service attention to details. Luxury bedding and the piano bar is the cherry on top. Must go.

One of the most hospitable places I have ever stayed. The concierge are top notch. Accommodations are lovely. They have a deep knowledge of the city and what to do in whatever time you have available. They arranged tours and car services for us. Highly recommend!
