Arrived on a sunday around noon with my 2 yr old son. Pretty quiet with only 1 other family inside. Cashier waited until after I started ordering to tell me they have a limited menu and only pizza due to a merger? (Didnt they just open barely a year ago? Also odd their business is gonna focus more on burgers/sliders than pizza?)
Anyways, red flags aside, ordered 2 combos (slice with a drink). Soda machine was out of a couple options. Pizza was decent but nothing amazing.
The real annoyance was when we got up because my 2 yr old had to pee and, while I was done, my son still had a few bites left of his pizza on the tray. Came back out to our trays removed and food tossed. We still had our full drinks left on the table and were still only the second occupied table in there so I have NO idea where the urgency was to clear our stuff?
Or perhaps it's a severe lack of awareness as, after I had to comfort my crying kid about his food being gone (which the whole staff saw and then scattered), I went to the front to say something and was told to wait by the lady preparing the food. Apparently, the only person that was allowed to talk to me was the one on the phone. After a few minutes, finally said "forget it, not worth my time anymore" and left. No apologies, no attempting to make it right before or after I came to the counter. Customer service is abysmal.
Overall, you're probably better off going to Costco for a slice and drink for half the price. I wish we did. Don't bother with this place.
