Fat Tuesday

I usually love Fat Tuesday's because it reminds me of the daiquiris back home . I was a loyal customer, but after I use my points, I will not be returning. I had an incident that left a bad taste in my mouth about this location. If you ever have an issue, call corporate instead. The management and some of the team have a nasty attitude. I understand there's sometimes only one person working, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. There are plenty of daiquiri shops in Houston. Visit here at your own discretion.

Went into this establishment to see what they offered, and to see what we wanted to get from there before we can even look at the menu. The rudeness of the lady behind the counter met us in a very rude, hostile manner. I have to tell you at that moment, when she said what she said to us, we immediately Left the establishment. One thing I do not tolerate at any establishment is bad customer service when a customer walks in and you don’t greet a customer by if you know if you don’t ordering anything you not you can’t be in here and that’s what we got when we walked in there, so in saying that, as we were getting ready to look at the menu and found it, hilarious that she didn’t even give us that opportunity to even glaze in the menu board for the drinks to be able to otter or some thing bad business for me, you don’t wanna get one time to get a impression from me that type of customer service and that type of rudeness does not need to be at any establishment. So no I do not recommend it and no unfortunately we did not get a chance to see what the business grace if the business was worthwhile ever coming back to because of bad customer service so I give them a zero Based on the BAD Customer Service that they HIRE To Represent their Company& That is Unfortunate people need to be Very mindful of people they place behind the counters to represent their businesses.. Just left this establishement with one of the rudest women I have ever encountered. I will not be back! There are way better daiquiri shops in Houston that offer more for your buck & THC shots! Secondly, if the lady doesn’t like her job maybe she should find a different avenue or corner!

At first we were hesitant here since we waited a few minutes and nobody attended to us, as in nobody was behind the counter to greet us. After one of the girls came from the back everything change and she was great. She gave us the whole run down of all the flavors and sizes and which have a strong taste and sweet taste. The samples were delicious. We will be back when we're in the area.

My favorite daiquiri franchise. Many tasty options. Amazing service each time. The service is best from "The lady from New Orleans", whose name beats me. She always tells you about all the specials and works efficiently. The atmosphere is clean. Not really a place I would sit and watch the game, but you can if you want a smaller, quiet place.

Customer service is absolutely outstanding here! It’s that real Louisiana hospitality & I love it. The drinks are very strong, flavorful, reasonably priced, & there’s endless possibilities for flavor combinations. An awesome rewards program & a very speedy transaction with overall good vibes! 5/5 easily!

I love the drinks but they are just too RUDE! I rather drive far a$f than deal with bad service. It just doesn't make since to me that BOTH the employees were rude and extremely irritated tonight (12/2). I can understand one person not feeling like being there and having a bad day.... but both of yall.... come on now! Yall are supposed to be lively and welcoming. I asked one question "What do yall like the most" they both rolled they're eyes lol! Never getting my money again!

Every day feels like Mardi Gras, New Orleans, and a party when you have a Fat Tuesday right in the middle of busy Westheimer! We were familiar with the legendary Fat Tuesday, since we have been to previous locations all over the country. If you are looking for a legendary Daquiri or some Jell-O Shots, this is definitely the place to check-out. There are tons of options, you can mix and match, and they have various sizes. They have a few tables inside and some neat decor that is Instagram-worthy, but this is really the type of place that is meant for taking to-go. Sizes range from regular (10 bucks) to a gallon (35 bucks). The Jell-O shots were 2 bucks each and ranged from flavors such as strawberry, Skittles, and Starburst options. Customer service was a bit non-existent, the guy working the front definitely didn't seem too happy to be there. I suppose when you work in the daquiri business, you must encounter lots of odd characters, so I assume this is the reasoning behind the lack of said service. Regardless, it was a good time. We took some shots to go, and left with a delicious Peach Bellini Daquiri. Prices are descent, and its worth a visit.

Yeah not sure why the rating on this establishment is so low, first time coming here and I was pleased. My drink came out fast and the daiquiri was good. They have a lot of flavors to choose from.. FYI: if someone is complaining about how the drink is not strong enough lol, am sure the problem is not Fat Tuesday. Might wanna slow down on your drinking. Anyways the drinks are as strong as any other daiquiri in my opinion. Will definitely be back !

Customer service has improved so much I have to give you guys 5 stars this time. The workers are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about menu items. I've been very pleased every time I visit lately and look forward to trying more flavors. Thanks for the improvement in customer service! Keep it up!

Nice staff, but, most importantly, there is a wide variety of flavors and they taste better than any other "New Orleans"-style daiquiris I've ever had in Houston. They don't have that harsh, weird flavor that hits the back of your throat. That said, these are pretty weak and the shots don't help. Grab yourself some Everclear from the liquor store and add a shot like we do in New Orleans. Otherwise, they have great specials like $10 off a gallon and free reusable Yeti-like 32oz cups that get you discounted refills!

Mediocre drinks, prices don't match quality of the drinks, customer service needs help, but the establishment was clean. I felt unwelcome, and I felt like there was a silent rush for me to order. I felt like the guy who took my order was agitated when I asked about what was the mixture of one of the drinks, so I didn't ask about any of the others. It was my first time here, and I don't plan to return.

Pros: tasty flavors and great service Cons: extremely weak even if you add a shot I've actually tried this place twice thinking the first time was just off and i got the wrong size. I've had Frosé at Mia Bella stronger than their daiquiris so not sure what's up w. the recipe, but not worth going back to buy an overpriced Sonic slushy. I'll be sticking to Eskimo Hut when in the mood for a daiquiri.

I could give less than one I would. I came to this location on July 7th at 6:25pm. The older lady at the window was so rude. Very rude rolling her eyes and everything. No patience, no customer service, anything. The absurd part is the encounter was less than 5 minutes and she made such a bad impression. I won't not recommend this place because everyone has bad days. But the interaction was not favorable for new customers.

Me and my girls came from out of town to try Fat Tuesday and we experienced the worst customer service from a cashier at the drive through window. The time was from 3pm-3:25pm. She didn't greet us with a proper smile only gave us straight attitude and was rushing us because it was our first time and we weren't familiar with their menu. She was an older African American lady, probably in her 50s, with a black crunchy wig on in a bun glued down with Salon Pro all around her head. Unfortunately we will not be going back to that particular location based off the unpleasant service we received into our first time in Houston!

Glad to have Fat Tuesday back in Houston! Tasty Daiquiris with the right consistency. If you need more alcohol add a shot. Texas limits the amount of alcohol allowed.

Went here twice, the flavors of the drink were really good, but it might as well have been a slushy. Couldn't tell there was alcohol, even with extra shots, as someone else mentioned

Customer Service is Terrible.. They act like they don't have a Mouth to explain when you ask them a question

Just like Fat Tuesdays in NO. A good Louisiana daiquiri and the workers are friendly! I like the big cup that I get to refill for $11!

Drinks were extremely good each sip reminded me of Las Vegas, will definitely be back soon.
