Disappointed. I ordered with high expectations. Last time I went here it was good. About a year or two ago. I ordered this time and it was the Manager that took my order after a minute of small talk he asked me to write a review. My son ordered a cheeseburger original and they did not add cheese. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would get us some cheese. We were like ummm.... When she brought out the cold cheese on a little cardboard plate we went to the manager to make the burger fresh with melty cheese. The Manager WOULD NOT COME TO THE REGISTER!!! He was working in the kitchen, saw me nodded and kept working. I stood there for a couple minutes and he wouldn't come up. I waved and he wouldn't come up. DONE! Sorry I won't be back.

Great place. If you're looking for a classic decent burger, this is the place. Really straightforward and good. The beef patty is the right thickness. The toppings are proportional and fresh. I only tried the classic burger with everything. I thought it was fine. No complaints. I also ordered the skinny fries. I thought the fries were cooked right but lacked seasoning. I will be back to try the chicken sandwich and the turkey burger.

Me and my family came here for the first time and this place did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and the food came out made to order. Which was hot and fresh! I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband had the original burger. Both were delicious and freshly made. I will definitely return again! Thanks

The burger was truly amazing !!! A little bit of a wait time when it’s busy or less busy but other than that it’s really good we got the impossible burger with a Oreo shake and it was amazing !! Will most definitely come back again🙏🏼

The food was overall decent. The service was very good. Super fast to address you when you stepbup to order and fairly quick with cookijng the food. If you dine in, they bring it to your table. The burger was pretty good and I went for the XXL! And a little piece of advice, don't! It's waaayyy too big. The patties were huge! They had a nice crisp crust to the smash burger. I went with every topping that comes with it, I shouldn't have, I wasn't a fan of the relish. While the XXL is a massive, juicy, cheesy burger, I don't think it's worth the mess. I don't like to waste food and just had too much to eat. The fries were ok, a little under seasoned. The union rings were good with a light crisp breading, nothing too heavy. The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy. Again we did everything that comes on it. For a crispy chicken, it does the job. We did milkshakes and a cookie also. The cookie was too soft, and I like soft cookies. It seemed undercooked and it was cold. The milkshakes were probably my favorite part. Here, vanilla beat out the flavor of chocolate for me. While I would reccomend a stop here to try it out, I found myself saying I wish we would have eaten at ... ...

First timer so got the classic and some onion rings. Very tasty. Although the bun is a little too much,it was fresh and delicious but needed a little catsup. I'd recommend it only because it's better than 5 guys ,lol

AVOID! The restaurant was very dirty. The service was awful. We waited 30+ minutes for our food. The food had no flavor. When placing our order we felt like we were an inconvenience. They seemed mad they had to work.

The service and food were both excellent. Also, the ambiance was very nice, and was clean and tidy.

Fatburger is a pretty solid choice for a great burger and offers a great alternative to those often disappointing fast-food burger chains. The ambiance was what you would expect from a fast-food place and the service was friendly enough. I enjoyed my burger and the onion rings were pretty good. I would recommend here.

My experience at Fatburger was.. a big fat disappointment, unfortunately. The theme is so cute, old school classic burger joint. But from there it kind of falls flat. The burger was okay, it was decent but nothing outstanding. The fries were alright too but with all the different burger places out there nowadays I don't think Fatburger would be worth coming back to overall.

So I really want to give this one five stars but at the moment I can only give it four. I was out in the area and hungry and just decided to stop for lunch. I am completely new to them, but I have seen their billboards for quite some time. I decided to keep it fairly simple and went with a regular Fatburger with no mayo and no tomato. I added cheese and had onion rings for my side. For me the onion rings were fantastic. The burger was also excellent albeit a little too greasy for me these days. If it wasn't as greasy, I would definitely give them five stars. Either way, I will be back to try more. I think I would come back just for the onion rings, though. If you were in the area and just want a good burger or even a turkey or a veggie burger, I feel like this would be a good place for you to come. I wasn't greeted when I entered the people in the kitchen did notice me and a gentleman who was possibly the manager, came out and waited on me. He was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is wallet with plenty of seating. There are handicap spaces out front.

Had dinner at the Celebration, FL location that just opened a few months ago. Kinda in an odd, being developed location. Small so limited seating. Walk in, order at the counter. I got the regular one patty burger and the skinny fries. My food came out fairly quick, my friends took awhile (turkey burger) not sure why. Food was cooked perfectly, good size portions. Was a little on the pricey side but definitely somewhere to check out. I'll be back as there was a few more things I wanna try.

Service is 5 star. Ambiance is chill. $17 for a kids burger meal and didn't taste good.

We were driving by and we both realized that we haven't tried fat burger, so we have to stop. Overall the place was clean, the people were very friendly. We both went for the basic starter of a single 1/3lb burger. That was perfect for me. You keep going up in size/adding patties. The burger was great, fresh, well made. We tried the onion rings, you can tell they are homemade, very good, definitely get those again. The skinny fries were hot and crispy, very good. I missed out on a milkshake, I'm sure it's great. I'll be back, definitely

For the price, the food was just ok. This location also doesn't have chicken wings. Also they ran out of sweet potato fries after taking our order so all we got were regular fries. Then they forgot they came to ask us if we would take fries instead and we had to go ask for them after we were nearly finished with our burgers. The kid burger is just half a burger so of course it didn't fit well in a rounded bun. They also had Criminal Minds on in the restaurant so our kids got to watch some little boy kill his sister.

Classic Burger Spot. Came here with my family on a Sat at 6pm, it was busy and was able to grab the last open table. This is an order and they bring you the food to your table. The gentlemen at the register who took our order was very knowledgeable and super helpful! The burger came out hot but the bun was a little on the cold side which is one of my pet peeves for burgers. fry's came out hot. I got the 1/2 patty and I wish I would have got a double and this is on the small for my liking. Flavor was good and the western burger brought it up another notch with the BBQ sauce and onion rings on top.

I stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! Loved my vegan vanilla shake! It was delicious - a must-try. I ordered the chicken sandwich and a burger, The chicken was crispy, juicy, and so big it almost overflowed the bun LOL! I was told the burger was equally impressive, and I also loved the customization options. While the wait time was a bit longer due to the fresh preparation, it was worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the man at the register who patiently explained the ordering process. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

I've eaten here a few times, burgers were okay and so are the fries. It's on the small side and has sterile atmosphere. Food service tends to come out pretty slowly. This time I had a chicken sandwich which was good... but unfortunately, I bit down and while chewing there was a long hair! You get the gist - Don't think I'll be eating here again. Very grossed out.

Abigail and Yarimar took great care of us. The food is great and we love the dairy free options. Having a cheeseburger and a milkshake dairy free is a TREAT! I'm happy :) Thanks girls!

My co-worker and I were in the mood for some burgers during lunch, so we decided to go to Fatburger. The burger was flavorful, cooked to the perfect temperature, dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles, and relish. I accompanied the burger with Fatburger's FatFries, which are basically steak fries, my favorite. The service was relatively fast, considering that I had been here before, but it was very slow on that occasion. The ambiance reminds me of a diner-style restaurant. One orders the food at the counter, and they bring you your food once it is ready. I recommend this place, as the food was excellent.

Some friends and I stopped here after going grocery shopping across the street. The service was great and had family-oriented vibe. The inside was like any other burger joint so it was fine. The food was good and relatively fast. I would recommend if you're in the area.

It took a good five minutes to be recognized at front counter, even though the place had three customers in it. Extremely high priced for frozen small burgers that resemble steak 'n Shake. There is nothing fat about the burgers or the place. Would not recommend.

First time customers! We were greeted by Earnest. He was very attentive and recommended some of the favorite and popular menu items to include vegan and other dietary options. The area was spacious with multiple choices for seating. The food arrived timely and was delicious! Earnest also assisted in taking our photos as first time customers! Overall excellent service and wonderful FATBURGER team!

We came here on a weekday around 1230 and we were the only ones in here! The food is good but this location in Celebration doesn't have everything that is on the online menu. That being said the burgers are really good. The fries are plain as are the onion rings. The onion rings need a zesty dipping sauce. They are however very light and the onions are sweet. Service was adequate. The place can accommodate lots of people. Hopefully they will stay in business but if the menu doesn't have all the items from other locations I'm not sure how long this will last. Central Florida locals are fickle with their eateries the burgers are tasty but I won't be driving 45 min to come back!

Christian at the drive thru is awesome! Always so sweet, attentive, professional and a great personality. Great choice of having him guest facing! And of course, the food is delicious.

Crispy edge burger like being pan fried was very good. Along with the not greasy onion rings makes a wonderful combination. I got the original size and my husband got the Large it was the perfect sizes. Staff was very nice and the dinning room was very clean. I will be back.

While I was very excited to try Fatburger after hearing about the brand for so many years from people on the West Coast, my experience with this location in particular left me feeling underwhelmed. After walking in, I noticed the restaurant was very clean, although it did feel a little small with barely any tables or seating. No issues there, but I did happen to notice right away that the lemonade machines were also extremely clean and empty. Right away, this was a let down to me as the website advertised that Fatburger makes their own fresh lemonade in house, and I already knew that I wouldn't be able to try any today. I ordered an original Fatburger and my partner in crime ordered a western Fatburger. We both opted to go with the basic size since all of the pictures made the burgers look huge and we didn't want to overdo it. Unfortunately, this was the wrong call as after waiting for about 15-20 minutes our very miniscule burgers arrived. Each had a giant bun, but a very very small patty, I would almost say on par with McDonald's in thickness. We also ordered skinny french fries, which were pretty tasty, but the onion rings that we ordered literally had no flavor. I noticed that the coloring looked a little light on the batter, but when I bit into one it was like I was just eating a raw onion with the very faint taste of bread on top. Now, this may be somewhat acceptable if there were any condiments available to put on the onion rings. However, when I went over to the refreshment area to grab ketchup, mustard, or salt/pepper, nothing was available. I ended up having to ask the employee behind the counter for a ketchup packet. I will also state that this entire experience occurred around 11:30AM when the restaurant had just opened around 11:00AM, so it is not like the ketchup packets flew off the shelf or they ran out of lemonade for the day.

I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered their buy one get one on Uber eats with the skinny fries which were also BOGO. Per the Google photos, the restaurant looks fairly new. I gave it 2 stars because the burger just really wasn't all that good. I tried to dip the burger in bar b Que sauce to enhance the flavor, but i still didn't really enjoy it. It isn't nasty, but it is not a place i would order a burger from again. The fries were just fries. Nothing special. The milkshake tasted pretty good. I had an Oreo shake. Nothing against this place, just not one of the better burgers out there.

So being a displaced Californian I'm always stoked to see something that I grew up with this far from home as I've been going to Fatburger since I was little! This location though was kind of a letdown though as for one they don't have the delicious Fatburger Onion Rings that I would always get and they don't do the King Burger here so both of those were strikes right in the beginning as we have always gotten them! But even though they didn't have those we still ordered some food and what we did get was a burger with a overly green tomato with a cold cold bun and soggy steak fries which was my mom's experience, me I received a burger that was ok but it seemed to lack that flavor that is distinct to their burgers and that alone is why we came here, a few months ago I was at Six Flags and they had a Fatburger in the park so I went there and I must say my experience there was better than this one food wise but maybe they are still working it out here as this location is new but either way I doubt I'll be back as this just didn't scream that goodness from the Cali past! Overall we left kinda disappointed as I've had better experiences in the past as a green tomato soggy fries and a burger that didn't have much flavor to it wasn't the Fatburger I remember.

Ordered online because this service is slow normally. Arrived on time and girl had order ready except for the shake. She said it would Be one minute. Guessing they don't make online order shakes until you get there. She proceeded to wait on 3 other people and make their food. I waited 10 minutes and left without my shake. So food was cold and lettuce wilted by the Time we Got to eat.

If you want a real good burger, you need to get yourself a fat burger. This is a double fat burger, I felt very full after eating this! Next time I'll prob get the single burger! It was very fresh tasting and delicious! They offer skinny fries or fat fries, I chose the skinny ones! They are open until Midnight! Love this place!

Opening day! This is my first time at a Fat Burger. In fact, I hadn't heard of them prior to this one coming to Kissimmee. I saw the construction, looked it up online, and here we are for their first hour in business. For opening day, they had quite a line of excited fans. And they did a great job keeping up with customers. I felt the customer service was great for a first day. DUE NOTE: this location does not service the wings. I don't know if that is a common occur across the brand, but this specific spot only does burgers, fries and shakes. Overall, I could tell the burgers were fresh. The ingredients were nice and plentiful and it was presented well. There is no additional charge for extra ingredients. That being said, some prices seem high for what is offered. The burgers are relatively fair prices, equivalent to a Five Guys. The exception is the Vegan options which seems really inflated. $11 for a Vegan Milkshake, but $6 for a regular doesn't seem right. It stopped me from even trying the Vegan options. Overall, this is a good location, and had nice service. The flavor is good, but wasn't mind blowing. If you want a simple burger and fries, this is your spot.

We were fans of FatBurger from our days living in New Jersey. Consistently a delicious and simple burger is what we expected walking into this new location at the shops at Celebration Pointe. Many of the other shops are not open yet, so don't be surprised if it looks a bet messy in the area. Heading towards the town of Celebration, you'll need to turn right off World Drive and stay to the right when you enter the traffic circle. Turn right as soon as you can to enter the long driveway towards Publix. The ordering process was very easy. Their menu is limited at the moment - no onion rings, no wings, and the prices vary from other location. It was nice to see vegan and gluten free options. The staff were great in explaining options for each item, and getting our food out quickly. We took our order home so please forgive the photos. It was a bit of a drive. The food was delicious. The seasoning on burger was just right and cooked to perfection! We preferred the fat fries to the skinny fries. Think of steak fries versus shoe string fries. I would have liked them cooked a bit more as they seemed a bit mushy. I added a fried egg to my 1/3 pound burger. It was delicious!

Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Typical quick serve burger place vibes inside. It was clean. Food takes a while, but they make it to order, so no qualms.

First, my husband and I haven't had Fatburger since he was stationed in So Cal for military and that was 27 years ago! We found this location and figured why not?! We were not disappointed! We both got the original with cheese and the fat fries. All items came out fresh and hot. Biting into the fries and the burger instantly brought back fond memories of the Fatburger we loved! Service was great! They were friendly and professional. All staff were working to get orders out as quick as possible when you make orders fresh and they had good attitudes. The restaurant was clean, and condiments were well stocked. I saw several comments regarding original menu items missing and I am happy to report that king burger, sweet potato fries, and onion rings are all on n the menu. We will absolutely return to this location on our next vacation!

This location has dine-in, take-out, and a drive-thru. I initially went inside, but it was crowded with a long line, so I opted for the drive-thru. I ordered the first combo--a cheeseburger, chili cheese fries (instead of regular), and a vanilla milkshake. The positives: the chili cheese fries were great, and the oat milk vanilla milkshake was creamy and didn't upset my stomach--huge plus. Unfortunately, the burger was a major letdown. The top bun was cold, the patty was overcooked and burnt around the edges, making it nearly inedible. I had to peel off the crispy parts, and by then, there wasn't much burger left. After waiting in a long drive-thru line, I didn't feel like going back in to complain. I've had a great experience at the Riverview, FL location, but I won't be returning to this one. Very disappointed.

Haven't been to a fat burger in years since they aren't any(many?) On the east coast. They opened on near Disney, so we had to go! Get the 'large' patty? Unless you like a smash burger type burger..the regular patty is a bit this and gets a lot of tasty crispness on the surface. The Large patty we like better as along with theb risp outside you still get the juicy burger inside. The Fat Fries I perfer to the skinny fries. Dining room. Was clean and welcoming. The staff, although busy cooking, was warm and attentive. Ernest took our order and also ran our food out when ready. He was engaging and also made rounds of the dining room checking on guests. We will be back!

I am use to this chain in Los Angeles but I could not resist. They do not offer the charbroiled burgers though which the chain is known for. But I had to do it. I did enjoy the burger. I haven't had since Vegas and it tasted similar. No complaints. I didnt take a picture. I should have.

Excellent customer service from Ernie, I'm from out of town and I love fatburger because of the vegan options. But the favorite been back twice in week should say a lot. Ernie remembered me from last time and had the same bright smile and welcoming energy. He made sure everything was good and hand made my vegan shake for me. The food taste so fresh and doesn't seem like anything has been sitting out. There's not many vegan options where I'm staying so I will be back plenty the month I'm here. With Ernie's customer service it literally feels like I'm going to a friends house for dinner. Give this man a raise!

Solid burger! We dined in on Father's Day. Employees were friendly, place was decently clean. Burger was flavorful and juicy would def order again! We tried both the skinny and fat fries-- meh, basic. We also tried the fried chicken sandwich. Although juicy, crispy and fresh, it did lack flavor in my opinion, so I probably wouldn't order again. Also tried two shakes. The chocolate chip cookie & Maui banana. The cookie one was ok, not thick at all just milky... I highly recommend the Maui banana. Not too artificial tasting, banana with a hint of coconut in my opinion! Only negative was that it needed to be a little thicker but still delicious!

Food was delicious, reminds me of a 5 Guys...everything was fresh. Love that they have steak fries. Service was great. Ambiance was your normal fast food joint.

I had been curious to try Fatburger every time I've got to LA but hadn't ever gotten around to visiting (my husband would always just want to just keep going back to in n out) so I was really excited to finally have one open near me in Celebration! The location is kind of small but it wasn't too busy when we went. The restaurant is super clean and it's a nice vibe in here. I went with my husband and we each ordered the original Fatburger. The burger was really solid and was a very good take on a classic burger in my opinion. We also got both the fat and skinny fries. They were both good but we both agreed that the skinny fries were better. We also tried their crispy chicken sandwich and I was shocked at how good the quality was! I actually even liked it more than the burger and would 100% get this again. We finished with the chocolate chip cookie shake which was also delicious and definitely a fun different option. All in all I would definitely come back!

Had a Fatburger years ago in Vegas. Was excited to try them again. Trying to avoid carbs, so asked if they had a bunless or lettuce wrap option. The very helpful cashier explained the Skinny Burger (not on the menu, FYI) to me and it sounded perfect. Turns out, it was perfect! Nice crispy edges on the burger patties. The toppings (got the works minus the onions) were great and I added a fried egg. I would have liked the egg closer to over-easy, but was still good. All for $13 I thought was a good price. I've paid almost 3X that much at some other burger joints ::cough::Relish::cough::

First time stopping in today and it was amazing! Manager and assistant manager went above and beyond! Everything was fresh, hot and restaurant very clean! It was a pleasant experience, we will definitely be back and recommend.

Love this place. Burgers are cooked fresh to order and are fantastic quality, especially for fast casual. The onion rings are great and the cookies hit the spot after my large burger (that's the size I get). Ernest seems to always be there working whenever I go in and is a pleasure. Wish there were more locations around Orlando

The burgers were fantastic!! The reason for losing one star is the menu is so limited at this location. They only had burgers and none of the specialty burgers. The kids menu was only burgers (one of my kids doesn't like burgers and online said they had hot dogs which they don't at this location) the service was great the food came out pretty quickly. Oh I almost forgot the water didn't work on the soda machine it came out soda water instead of flat water. It's a small place but the food was all great just wanted a little more. But I think we will be back we will just bring something for our son who doesn't want burgers so he can eat more than fries.

Look out McDonald's Burger King and Red Robin.There is a new burger master in town. This place doesn't need to add all the extra frielse.They just do a great burger fries and shake. You get not one but two choices of fries , either skinny or fat and then Choose your burger either of the original, the double, Or the triple. Choose your toppings and yes, you can even add egg.Or bacon or if you don't want dairy you can add dairy free cheese. Don't like cow then you can have turkey chicken or a veggie patty. If you don't like dairy in your shake then you can have that vegan too. Did I mention how good these burgers are?They are off the chain. Is the line long in the drive thru Or inside? That's cause everything is made to order. Trust me it is worth the wait or weight, they don't call it Fat Burger for nothing. Plus the service is fantastic.

I was definitely excited when i found out FL finally had a Fatburger. I had to make a trek over to Celebration because I dont live close. I ordered a Double Fatburger and an Oreo Milkshake, i can't lie... it was worth the drive. It had been years since the last time I enjoyed Fatburger during an LA trip. It lived up to my memory and expectations. The service was amazing alone with a playlist I didn't experience to enjoy the way I did. I felt like a child the way I was bouncing and enjoying my food. This Fatburger is also located in a pretty cool plaza. With a really nice Publix and brewery (not opened yet) in walking distance, so it would make for a nice friend outing, Burgers and Brews or a nice solo treat after grocery shopping

We went to Orlando and heard they just open in celebration so of course we had to go . I had never had fat burger before . The location is very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful when ordering. So I got a Double burger with the works and fried egg and skinny fries hubby had the triple burger with steak fries. The burgers were juicy and seasoned and the fries were really good and crispy not soggy . We loved everything about fat burger. Can't wait to come back and try some milkshakes..

I Loved the burgers and I had it with the works so I can taste what they were going for and it was delish! Let's talk about those yummy fresh fat fries they were fresh and perfectly cooked! I'm honestly happy I went to try them out cause they did not disappoint! Also before you leave try those chocolate chip cookies they are soooo good!! Our service was great, we went in late at night and the gentleman by the name of Ernest was outstanding! He made us feel welcomed and did great recommendations! Location has a nice ambience inside with good music, large tv's and most important, it was very clean! We will definitely be back!!

Highly recommended burger place. Two suggestions, the burger is slightly salty for our taste. Fat fries were great but a bit not filling the bag. Give a few more. A mushroom sauce beef burger would be good.

Simple not good. Got really excited because you know .. Today was a good day. Well it wasn't after this crappy burger. The cashier was real nice and friendly but the food was awful didn't even eat the whole fat burger. The fries were fine. Won't be back here again.

The Food, the Service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant exceeded my expectation of a fast food spot. Ernest, the manager brought the energy and was very informative, my family and I had zero questions, we were ready to go. It's always good to go to a place where the service is better than the food, and the food is real good.

I'd love to come back and try it again sometime. This time was not the greatest. I found out about this place by seeing it in Apple TV show called 'Trying' and it was a London location. I had high expectations. The food was fresh and the burger wasn't bad. But it could have been better. I did like the flavor. The fries were just okay. The service was very slow. Like 20 mins in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me.

A new hamburger restaurant has come to Celebration. A steady flow of customers came and went while I dined in their dining room. A tasty burger with the works and an order of thick fries. Another visit will be warranted to enjoy this meal again. Upon checking out with credit card a "would you like to leave a tip" popped up on the checkout screen. Located close to the new Publix.
