Fatburger

Extremely disappointed in this establishment. We had decided to use our all day, eat pass at the park and bought an extra one for my daughters friends. I went to order at the window and one side said. If you have any food allergies, let us know. The other side says we cannot do any customizations. I asked for a cheeseburger with just lettuce, tomato and pickle Instead of having mayonnaise mustard relish on my burger, because I can not eat relish. I was told I either had to order a plain burger with nothing on it or a burger with everything on it. The person making the burgers said it was fine, but the lady at the window was rude and walked away from me and got her manager and did not come back for some time. About 5-7 minutes later he said it’s our policy set forth by corporate. I truly believe it’s because of my appearance. A lady was given the same type of attitude because she had an American flag hat on. I had an American grunt style T-shirt and I look like a police officer and Maybe I’m just speculating, but we were both giving nasty service by the same individual I will never eat at this place again. I tried to call corporate three times and nobody answered the phone.

There's reviews of people just getting the patty on here which is exactly what I want. I have new food allergies to dairy and gluten. They even have signs that say if you have allergies to let them know. So when I asked for just the patty nothing on it, no bun they denied me service and said they don't do customizations. I hardly ever give 1 star reviews but this was awful. Other people's reviews for this place are true the service sucked.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had — and a big part of that was the service. Takavia was incredibly slow, disorganized, and clearly not trained to handle even basic customer service. It honestly felt like she didn’t care at all about doing her job. I watched orders get backed up while she moved at a snail’s pace and seemed totally lost. The food was just as bad — cold, soggy, and slapped together like an afterthought. Fries were limp and greasy, the burger was barely warm, and everything looked like it had been sitting out forever. To top it off, the atmosphere was awful. The place was messy, loud, and had zero sense of professionalism. I walked out thinking, “Never again.” If this is the standard Fatburger wants to set, then they’re in serious trouble. Do better

1 star is too much for their burger, simply disgusting. Don’t you ever waste your time or money here, go somewhere else please!!!

Takavia took 1 HOUR to get us 1 burger. We had a friend next to us in the line who got his food 40 MINUTES before we did. Takavia is very slow and needs to actually do her job. Instead she was just hobbling around talking to her little friends as we sat there waiting for our food. The burger was overcooked and Takavia is very slow. VERY SLOW

Spent over 100$ just to get no straws (only if I got a milkshake), and watched two people walk up and get free straws without even ordering anything… 😑. One of my friends got a milkshake and it felt like a block of slob, the burger was cold, no seasoning (remind you it’s 17.99!!!!), you can’t customize it, even if you have allergies. The tenders felt and tasted like war rations, actually I take that back soldiers will just give up the war before they go near that food. The worst place you can ever visit. I rather eat expired food or Indian street food before ever visit this place again🤮🤮🤮

Longest I’ve ever waited for a cheeseburger in my life. Stood in line for an hour and a half just to place the order. The cashiers are SLOW. Then had to wait in another line to get the food. Absolutely ridiculous.

The worse burguer ever. They asked if I wanted to remove any toppings and I asked without 2 toppings, when I got the burguer, there was just the patty. The burguer is sooo bad. I can’t believe someone is actually selling this. Disgusting.

Ok.. So I'm at Great Adventures and figured I'd grab a bite at Fatburger.. Heard great things about this spot so why not right? Haha! I got it.. So $20 bucks.. I asked for extra cheese and they completely overlooked my request.. So I pick it up at the pickup window and I ask if they put extra cheese.. He looks at me and says "This is it"... Couldn't for fill my request.. Burger was dry.. Like it was just sitting under a heat lamp. Not worth $20. More like a $5 burger. Just saying.. Just not a great experience.. I'll try Johnny Rockets and let you know the difference.. I won't be back here at Fatburger though. First impressions are everything.. Overpriced and not satisfying.. Your welcome

This food was so incredibly overpriced it was ridiculous. The serving of fries was like a medium McDonald's fries. And the burger looks like the kind of cheeseburger you would get from at elementary school cafeteria. Like the basic McDonald's cheeseburger size. I would never recommend anyone waste their hard-earned money eating here. I would give it zero stars if the app would allow it.
