Fatburger

This is my first time I left this type of review. 1st time trying and will be the last. Very disappointed. Air conditioning was broken. Cashier Raymond definitely did not want to be there. I should have walked out right then but … fries and onion rings no flavor, hamburger tasted like they poured salt on 1/2 terrible. . Ordered the original and skinny spent $30

First time trying, was pretty good! Tammy was very nice and had great customer service, the other young lady cooking was kind as well! The restrooms could use a deep clean and some deodorizer in the area to prevent the sewer smell!

Such a bad experience tonight. I haven't ordered from here in over 10 years and now I remembered why. There was a lady that ordered a complete meal before me and I ordered just a shake directlyafter her. Not sure why we both got our orders at the same time. They male who took my order helped the cook drop the order and then with no gloves picked up a broom and dust pan and began sweeping in the kitchen area, then without washing his hands started shaking the fryer basket. He then realized that I was waiting for my shake and then began scooping the icecream for my shake all while not washing his hands. He took a while to make my shake and realized it didn't fill the cup all the way and then decided to scoop ice cream into the cup to make it look more full. I questioned it and said it looks nothing like the picture of which was next to the shake on the counter. The picture even showed whipped cream which was not given or offered. Not worth the $6.17 that I paid and he didn't even offer to fix it and was told "ohh, I put a scoop of ice cream to fill it". Save your money and stay away from this location!

If you like very meaty Burgers, then Fatburger is the place to go. This location seem to be a bit run down. However service and Burgers are great. I can say the same for the Cilhilli Dog, which was pretty awful (see pics) , but you don't go to a place that sells burgers to eat a hot dog.

Located near corner of Fort Apache and Flamingo near Home Depot. Order pick-up was told it would be 15 minutes, but it was ready in 10. Ordered a regular Fat Burger with bacon and cheddar cheese. It was tasty and the veggies were fresh. Order of Fries i like that they are more like steak fries. Staff was efficient and friendly. The burger is better then Five Guys.

The staff here are always very friendly to me, and my to go orders are almost always ready early! The burgers are delicious and so are the vegan shakes. This has become one of my go to places when I need something fast that is still delicious. I am very sensitive to gluten, and I have never once gotten sick here when ordering the GF buns. I really appreciate that since so many restaurants tend to have cross contamination issues. At least for my level of sensitivity, this place is great!

Had a fantastic experience on 8/6 2pm Aj and the cook were so kind and generous. Delicious meal. Fresh ingredients and they’ve got ac inside so the temperature feels good. Spent $15 for a satisfying meal.👍🏽 would come back again.

First off, I walked in, and two swamp coolers are blasting in the restaurant making it hard to hear and smell kind of musty. When we got to the counter, there was nobody there, and when Raymond finally came up to greet us, at least he offered to turn the cooler off. We told him he didn’t have to, but when we started telling him our order he could barely understand us because of the noise and was frankly being rude about it. My partner asked for skinny chilli cheese fries, but because of the sound he said “skinny fries” and we just said whatever at that point. Before we paid, though, my partner clarified that she wanted chili cheese fries, and Raymond told us it was too late. We then just gave up and decided to pay, but he didn’t offer the POS to us. He had us reach over the counter to tap our card on the scanner. My partner decided she still wanted chili though, so we started another order just for a cup of chili, and he charged us almost the same price for a whole order of chili cheese fries. Finally we got the chili, and it has a layer of oil on the top with the texture of blended meat settled on the bottom. Usually we love fat burger, but not at this location. Burgers and fries were alright.

We wanted to grab a bite to eat before heading back on the road to California so we went to let me know which it was when we walked inside and we "Greeted" that was nice. It was mid afternoon so it wasn't a long wait..We ordered and everything was nice and hot when we received our food...The french Fries were amazing as "ALWAYS" The Fat Burger tasted authentic The ambience was clean so we're the restrooms. I can say this location is one that you can rely on getting what you pay for.that same "Fat Burger Taste"

Horrible stay away nothing has any flavor I ordered a burger and chili cheese fries not with the money

It was empty when we got there. The staff were nice. The ice cream machine was not working so that was a bummer. But the service was super fast and the food was fresh. The burger was a bit salty but so good! The fries were okay. I would definitely go back and try other things.

Everything needs to be improved. My shake was like water. My onion rings not cooked all the way, and my burger came unpackaged safely open and just thrown in the bag. I am looking for a complete refund and I will be reaching out to corporate. I am very dissatisfied in the bag look like it has graffiti on it. I spent almost $40 trying to have dinner and I was only able to eat the french fries.

Coming back from a play at UNLV on Super Bowl Sunday, I thought this location was closed. There were no cars. As I got closer, I saw two women waiting for customers and they went in when I parked. This was my first time at a Fatburger. I never heard of them living so many years in New York, but I knew they existed when I moved here, I just never stopped. A friend told me how good their milkshakes were, so that sealed the deal. I went in and ordered the medium original burger with fries. I didn't know they had skinny fries and well as fat fries. Since I didn't specify, I got the fat fries. I took a seat and enjoyed the retro atmosphere of the place. Since I was the only customer, it was a quiet place. I was able to watch the score of the game on my phone. I went to the counter when my order was about ready. I was given a tray with the burger and fries. I had already gotten my iced tea. I started eating and I enjoyed what I had. I hadn't specified but I got the works burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, pickles, and relish. It was a moist burger and the toppings to make it the "works" added a lot to the sandwich. The fries were right out of the oil and were as hot as ... well you know. I prefer shoestring size fries, so I'll get the skinny fries from now on. After finishing, I got up to look at the shakes menu to see what my friend had raved about. I ordered a Maui banana shake with whipped cream. It was as good as she had indicated to me. That's almost enough to keep me coming back, even if just for dessert! Service was very pleasant. I think the women were glad to see someone there knowing business would be light during the game. One food deliverer came while I was there for a pickup. Other than that, the place was all mine. It was a good introduction to Fatburger and I will be back!

The meat was overcooked, forgot to put in the chili, and fries were soggy and sad. I usually like Fatburger but this one was definitely not worth the price.

The workers here are not helpful. Even when management is informed. The workers remain unhelpful. The food is good. Just know that the service goes from worse to much worse. This location is really really bad

The last Hamburger Stand It has a Retro look but is in need of some updating. The floor was noticibly timeworn. The menu is simple and straightforward. Did i mention that for a burger fast food joint, this place is unbelievably and even comically overpriced. I didn't see any value at all in the price i paid compared to what i got. The 3XL burger is MASSIVE. The burger tasted sour to me, so i had to season it a bit at home and add more cheese. This place charges for cheese on top of the burger price, which is already sky high. I also got a tiny paper bag of fries. The shake was okay, not special. I'm not sure whether 5 guys or this establishment is a bigger shakedown in price. I dont plan on going to either ever again. For the price of this fast food, you can go to a higher scale sit-down restaurant . Next!

Fat Burger has always been one of my favorite places to visit. It's a bit costly, so I limit my visits. Good food and good atmosphere!

Place is nice and the food always come in quickly. Glad they have a vegan burger. Will return.

They used to be great but they let the restaurants go down the gutter. They are also way over priced for what you get. It's just a burger!

After a long hard day of work, I stop by for my first visit. I have heard Fatburger was the place to go, and to be honest, I can't say it's great, but I wouldn't say it's terrible either. Observe three staff members working; a fourth was leaving. There were three customers, including myself. The dining room was dirty, and the staff's clothing for preparing meals was absolutely disgusting. Had I seen this before I ordered, I would've left. As you can see in the picture, I did not get a front picture, but in the back, the gentleman had food debris on his back and his bottom like he had picked his booty. I did not get a meal got a large hamburger and an order of onion rings for $18.90. I think that was a bit excessive. The burger was good, but not much flavor, and it did not hold the heat very well on the short drive home. The onion rings were half overcooked and hard from a previous order; the other half were not cooked entirely and hard. I was going to order a milkshake, but all they had was the milk in the flavoring. I will probably try Fatburger again but not at this location.

Probably the worst service in restaurant history, miserable employees. The place is depressing and overpriced

One of the best hamburgers in the business. Juicy. Fresh ingredients. I started craving a Fatburger after exiting the freeway on Flamingo. After dropping off a package at fedex, I headed over to fatburger. They weren't very busy at 11:00 a.m. just a few folks sitting around with their orders. I decided to purchase the extra small kids Burger. As I left, I wished I had purchased a larger Burger. Anywho, the burger hit the spot. I did miss the fact that these Burgers used to taste like they had more pepper on them, But oh well. It was still very tasty and hit the spot

I walked in the get a burger and watched the old bald cook counting cash with his gloves on and then immediately went back to cooking the food without changing gloves. Disgusting. I walked directly out. Will never be back that was gross. Place has a smell to it as well. Sad.

Why is this place still opened? Transits in the parking lot to start. We Walk inside for five minutes no one behind the grill then about to talk to a cashier, with her enthusiasm It looks like she'd rather be cutting her wrist then standing at register... empty store , I see why... don't waste your time here.... Didn't look clean and the jukebox was busted. Looks like the place hasn't been maintained in years...

Food was great... But they had swamp coolers to keep place cool. You could smell the old water or something as it smelled like pee. This has been like this for over 3 weeks. This one is really rundown. Had a sign out front that you got a free soda with any combination. They told me that there is no way to honor this as it's already priced in combination. So I got no special as advertised. I had to take my food as it smelled So bad.

Out of medium cups so charged us for large cups. No understanding that good customer service would be to charge for Medium cup esp when my family was spending 50+ on food. Read your review and adjust your customer service!

The food was decent, but I was hesitant to eat it after sitting in the place. It was filthy, and the smell was horrific. This location needs to be closed and renovated immediately. As for the service, it needs a complete overhaul and new management. It's a shame that this franchise represents Fatburger in such a poor manner. I'm from California and was a loyal customer of the original Fatburger on Western, which has the best burgers ever. This Fatburger location needs to improve quickly! Thankfully, there's a much better one at Red Rock Casino.

This place needs to shut down or needs a desperate cleaning. The floors were filthy and sticks. The tables were not cleaned. The restroom was worse than a 7 eleven. To be a high end burger place this was sad. I spent 30.00 on just my meal and my 4 yr olds food. The AC was not functioning and they had big fans trying to cool the place. It's just really run down. The food was ok not terrible. I guess I expected better. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen really os where my food is being prepared.

Service was good and my Impossible Burger was served promptly. However, it was mediocre and pricey. The bun was stale. (The Impossible Whopper at Burger King is much better, and nearly half the price.) Next time, I'll stick with the Veggieburger for the lower price, but not at this location. This facility is as rundown as they come. Only the left entrance is open; the right entrance is closed. The lighting is poor. The tables were too dirty to sit down. The men's restroom had an unbearable stench. As uninviting as this place is, it's amazing that it's still in business, or has not failed an inspection. It is in need of an extreme makeover. Service was awful, the cashier handed our online order without including the drinks. One of our burgers were wrong so we informed the cashier about the add ons they missed and that there was already too much onions on the burger. She proceeds to just add onto the same burger. So we asked to speak to a manager, about the poor experience we were having but she stated there wasn't one because they were at the other location. Then we were going to get a refund for our meal and she gave us the wrong change back and said we were the ones wrong even though we repeatedly showed her the receipt that had everything on it. Overall she gave us a hard time so we will not be coming back.

my visit was excellent! Great service, and friendly staff, the food came out quickly, and was cooked to perfection. The onion rings were cooked perfectly.!!!

Went in order basic combo with milk shake Guy read it back to me I ask for a water cup Guy give me a soda and a water cup Said wouldn't give me my milk shake unless he resold it to me full price Manager came up with a attitude cursing at me in front of new customers saying I'm the reason I'm losing business (in numbers) I just wanted my milk shake and not double charged or charge for the full price Manager even said I didn't have the money to eat here Which made me wonder why I was there even show costumers my bank acc for ignorance He canceled my order with the cook after paying saying he going to call the cops But I just wanted what I pay for Told manager I'm worried bout my food now and wouldn't mind if the cops came cause I came here on my lunch break..... Weird breaking point with these folks

Food was okay. The tall lady with the short blonde hair is horrible. Dressed inappropriate for starters. Told me to just wait when I walked in weird and rude. Shakes were so watery and over blended the cookies shake was so grainy and disgusting. Waste of money..

This place was filthy. Will never return. There wasn't one clean table or chair at 11:30am. Bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, trash was filled to the top, floors were dirty, window sills with dirt and dust. Staff was friendly. Can't believe this place is open.

This is probably my second choice in burgers. And I normally don't go to this location cause I live closer to another location. I just happened upon this one while shopping in the area. It was clean. Friendly. Always a good burger. It is a let down that they are no longer 24 hours, even though the sign by Home Depot says differently. I will always choose this place over a Burger King or McDonald's.

Love their burgers and fat (steak) fries. The options are numerous to make your burger custom.

Ordered uber eats. Four meals absolutely horrible. Undercooked onion rings, burger patty over cooked, stale bun, ingredients are not fresh...we ended up with one fry missing and one drink missing. Drink orders incorrect... ordered pepsi and was given fruit punch. Only one of the drinks had ice. Do not order from this location!

Went to the location on Nellis Blvd on the East side of town. I have not been to this location in many years since it's far from my side of town now but going today brought back my 90's nostalgia memories of back when I used to frequent this location when I lived on that side of town back then. The staff were all friendly inviting with nice customer service and smiles which is much appreciated these days. Food always tastes great at any Fatburger you go to in town.

Man at the front counter was very rude and dismissive. I tried to ask him about the gods in the menu and he refused to give me any information stating he doesn't eat the food.

The food was hot and fresh. The place is kinda ran down and in need of a good scrub. I'd say I've been here 3x and the food does not disappoint. This location as well as Flamingo are pretty much the same, food is good but they both need to be renovated. The service at both is a hit or miss. Ambience, ehhhh... take your food to-gooooooooo.

This place was overall okay. Only complaint is holy pepper!! The burgers are covered in pepper and make it not very enjoyable.

Food was good but they desperately need to hire more help, the guy at the register was very stressed and they only had one cook and she was on her phone the whole time. It took 10 minutes just to order because he was working on other orders then it took 40 minutes just to get our food.

Reader note! My family and I came here because we were tired and it was on our way home. I hadn't been to one in years but remember it being very decent. All of us had different experiences so I'll just bullet point them. My wife got the Large cheeseburger with fries and was very pleased with the burger itself. She said the fries (and we all agreed) were very bland BUT they gave us a ton of them. One of my sons got the hotdog and it was burnt. Not slightly over cooked, but burnt. I had to peel the burnt skin off. My other son got a cheeseburger that when unwrapped looked like someone had sat on it. Thank these two "kid" meals were $9 dollars each. Very over priced for the low quality my children received. Finally, I got their impossible burger. It wasn't terrible but for $16 dollars it should be significantly better than a fast food place. Overall we (except my wife) were very disappointed with the meal and won't be returning.

I had never been to a Fatburger before, and I can comfortably say I won't be going back. $27.52 for a plain 1/3lb cheeseburger meal, and a milkshake. Now, I understand that I got a plain burger, but even then, I expected the meat to have some flavor. The fries weren't salted, and my milkshake had the consistency of drinking regular milk. While walking around inside, my feet were sticking to the ground with every step. I expected significantly more for the price.

A great staff that works diligently to get the order correct and extra yummy. A really great 24/7 hamburger spot on the West side.

A West coast original! Fat Burger is home of the biggest, juiciest, "slap your momma" (please don't slap your moma-she slaps back and your dad gets mad), burgers. One of the first minority owned chains, now around the world. From small to the massive XXXL( don't let your wife know you ordered one), the burgers are always fresh beef. Now, there is chicken and turkey, if you like vegetables. :) Milk shakes are made from scooped ice cream! Yum.

This place is a nasty mess and overpriced I've never seen a fat burger in this condition The food wasn't that bad but the owner you can tell could give two shits about the condition of the place

Burgers were OK. Slow service and expensive. However, not a single patron in the restaurant. This may be because the parking lot was chock-full of homeless characters, panhandling and just hanging around right by the entrance. Sketchy area and too many unsavory characters hanging around. Go to In-and-Out, cheaper and quite honestly ... better.

Actually Fatburger doesn't deserve the 1 star! My Nieces and I went in their Monday night about 6pm! The place was empty! We ordered 2 medium burgers and 1 baby Fat burger 3 Fries and 3 shakes! The total was $51.56!!! What I actually said that in shock! I asked the person taking my order and she said again $51.56. I said what is it without the shakes and she said take off $7.10 what I was shocked. So my niece said $15? And the lady said no 50. The lady rolled her eyes at us and just looked at my niece up and down! Are used to eat there all the time of course before Covid I guess they really lost a lot of money because there's no way I would pay that kind of money what is the Food made of gold and how rude they were talking in Spanish about us because I kept looking And she kept talking to the cooks in Spanish. I told her never mind that was too much money not gonna pay $50 for what I ordered. So we laughed and we went to In-N-Out Burger and for five burgers and fries and 4 shakes it was $23.09 so just warning you unless you're rich go ahead and eat there but there's no way I'd pay that kind of money and being treated so rudely!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered with my husband for an early lunch! Ewww dude, my husbands burger was warm, mine was not old stale cheese and burger! I ate less than half, on to my fat fries order, one I left a note for extra ranch and ketchup I got two packets of ketchup and no ranch. Not to mention the fries were raw when you bit into them! Absolutely disgusting! Will be getting my refund from uber eats! Steeeeeer clear of this Fatburger, manager unwilling to accept the complaint. I paid for food that tasted a day old and warmed. Beyond pissed is where I sit!

Customer service needs work and so does order taking. Went in on my lunch to make an order and recieved someone else's order. Gentleman over the phone then proceeds to tell me that i ordered the wrong items. Offered no solution and wasted my lunch time.

I love fatburgers, was in town on business and we rolled by this one and turned in quick. So, the outside isn't exactly clean, couple homeless bro's hanging around the outskirts, I should have been warned. Went inside and a really dirty homeless guy was eating inside and he smelled so bad-I get it, people gotta eat but, was rough. Tables were not clean, again I should have just left. The guy taking the order was nice enough, and the food was good as usual, but what a let down inside. So-lesson here? need a burger and fries? get it to go.

Monday Night 11 People waiting on their order One Chef One Cashier Food undercooked Dirty Restaurant Homeless people and Children near the establishment I had to update my review of this location because I couldn't believe the change in the atmosphere in less than 24 hours...WOW!!!!

Unfortunately I am not able to give this Fat Burger anything over a 2 star. Customer service this evening was not pleasant. When we walked in, we were not acknowledged. One lady was cooking and the other was making shakes. After about maybe two minutes after we walked in we were asked what we wanted to order. No hi, no smile. I sat down observed the interaction with the other customers and it was the same; poor customer service (no smile and not welcoming). The food was ok however, Fat Burger's quality has changed over the years.

Entered around 2:10pm on a Saturday. One of the doors was locked for some unknown reason. Was greeted immediately and placed my order. Wait for food was a reasonable amount of time. Restaurant was decently clean. Radio station was obnoxious rap music. Should really be something more neutral.

If at all possible I would give zero stars I do not believe this is a real fat burger. I think it is a copycat because fat burger franchise would never allow someone to operate under their name so poorly. The onion rings came loaded in oil as a matter fact the oil leak through the Carton through the paper of my burger onto my burger bun The fries were undercooked the onion rings or just Mas will call them oil rings avoid this franchise avoid this burger stand at all cost the Ethiopian kid has a hard time taking you or because he has a hard time with the language everything about this burger stand is horrible avoid avoid avoid

Terrible customer service and very poor attitude employees quite evidently don't want to be there
