Fatouch

We went to Fatouch later in the evening after seeing Reddit recommendations. They brought out a very small bowl of pita chips. They were decent, but looked like repurposed leftover pita bread and we were charged €2 for them. I’m not familiar with the custom and assumed they were complimentary, so keep that in mind. We ordered chich taouk bowl and kafta in pita bread. I really wanted to like it, but both the chicken and beef were very dry. The kafta came with what tasted like tahini sauce, which helped a bit, but not enough to save the dish. The biggest issue for me was how acidic the food was. The chich taouk came with a lemon-dressed salad, generous sprinkle of sumac, and a side of pickles. There was sumac and lemon dressing in the kafta pita wrap as well. I usually enjoy bright flavors, but this was a bit too much for me. On the plus side, the atmosphere was pleasant and the server was friendly.

AMAZING, unmissable experience!!! Go there! Make a reservation days before - but if you dont get one, go to waiting line, it is worth it! Great food, great and careful service, and great place!! We order the degustacion menu - all of it was so tasteful and amazing! Dont miss out!!

This restaurant has high ratings on Google as well as many accolades on Reddit. Lebanese food is succulent, full of balanced flavours, seasoned with care, textures galore. This spot missed the mark. Textures were incorrect, food was dry, unbalanced flavours. Quite disappointing for what Lebanese food should be.

If you’re going in the evening, definitely pre-book it gets super crowded. The food was good, definitely get chicken over kofte. Fattoush was very delicious as well. The place is quite crowded and we had to wait in line but it was okay eventually. Would recommend!

Table wasn’t reserved but we still managed to get a table as we arrived relatively early upon opening. Food was great and the Hummus Rosa was especially delicious. Bread was refilled upon request at no extra cost. The full meal came to just over €40 with 2 drinks a starter to share and 2 pita mains.

I always wanted to try Lebanese dishes and it was very interesting. The food has so many tastes. We ordered the sofra tasting menu, unfortunately 2 of you need to order the same menu so automaticly it is not 20€, it is 40. Nevertheless there was so much food you colud feed the entire family. I wolud defenitely recomend this place if you want to try something different

We heard what a great place this was, and decided to go right when it opened for dinner. Already there were two couples ahead of us, with another lining up behind right when we went. We were able to sit at the bar with the green marble tabletop, and watched the chefs cook and assemble. Given it was our first time, we tried their Soffre menu. We were started off with their salad, beetroot hummus, and Beirut hummus, accompanied with bread. It was fantastic. My wife who is not a hummus person enjoyed it. After we were done, we had their eggplant dish, and potato dish. Both were really good as well, and I am not an eggplant person either. At this point we thought that that was the end of it, and we were quite happy with ourselves. A combined dish of their mains came out. The croquette was great, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. We asked for the food to be packed up at this point, as we could not finish with the majority of the food still there. We felt compelled to explain to the staff that the food was excellent, but we weren't able to eat this much. This was then followed up with what looked like a pre-made cheese tart/cake? It tasted good, but I couldn't appreciate it enough since my stomach was far beyond full capacity at this point. That was 40€ for 2 people. Great value, and very excellent service (Waitress was so patient and kind to translate in English what was served when the Chefs were unable to). Would definitely revisit again.

The food was delisous and tasty but the service was disappointing. We ordered 4 bottles of water and they brought us two bottles of 500ml tap water without mentioning that it's an unlimited service and they charged us 6 euros for 4 bottles. This is not ethical behavior and you lose customer satisfaction only for these small details.
