Fattoria Delle Torri

Absolutely stunning dinner last night with my wife. We had a shorter version of a tasting menu and really should have gone with the longer one, since every dish was so beautiful, creative, thoughtful and delicious. Service was just as fantastic as well, our server recommended a phenomenal wine that we absolutely fall in loved with and would never discover otherwise. You should definitely go and eat here. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was absolutely one of our favorite meals we had in Sicily.

A little hidden gem in the heart of Modica. It was difficult to find, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised by the level of sophistication and creativity of the young sisters taking care of this place. Two sisters of 25 and 27. The younger sibling, busy in the kitchen creating masterpieces based on her traditions and passion for new concepts, while the older sister pairing those wonderful creations beautifully and running the front of house like clockwork. If you're in the region this place is a must!

Amazing food, lovely ambiance and great service. This is a fine dining restaurant working with fresh local ingredients. They even make the limoncello with the lemons they grow! The pasta with bottarga and teh rissotto with prawns were incredible, the Olive Oil they served with bread is the best that I think I will ever try. I would order mostly pasta dishes as opposed to their standalone fresh fish just because the pasta plates are a true standout. Recommended 200%

Food is great. Very accurate flavors & extremely fresh ingredients. All dishes were very creative. Service was top of the line. Would highly recommend going there.

We were the only ones there on Monday. I think it's unfair because the place deserves to be full. Great food, service and a nice quiet terrace. They speak English and are very customer-oriented. Fine dining, but the food is still food and hasn't lost touch with the local cuisine. Hurry before they get a star and become too expensive)

Quite a disappointing meal (one of our last after a week spent in Modica). Food was trying too hard to be fusion / unique, but wound up being basic. One waiter to six tables (while the rest of the place was empty) resulted in really challenged service (despite his best efforts and lovely demeanor) over two hours. We wound up taking our secondi to go out of frustration. Perhaps the management or chef have changed since prior reviews, because I know other guests were similarly underwhelmed.
