O rdered the Delightful Tingkat – International Menu but started having regrets after just one week. 1. The food is consistently cold, even when I eat it immediately upon delivery. 2. The international menu includes a lot of processed items (see photos). 3. Although they claim to use premium ingredients for the Delightful menu, most dishes are mainly vegetables or processed fried items. 4.The Korean kimchi fried rice tasted sour (possibly spoilt), and the vegetable pancake was mostly flour. 5. Similar to other reviews, the portions are very small. They insist the portion sizes have been the same since day one, but my photos clearly show the dessert portion were inconsistent 6. Food safety timing is 3-7pm yet delivery time by range also 3-7pm 7. Unable to replace dish due to medical reason For the price paid, it’s really not worth it compared to other tingkat options. I would not recommend this service — you’re better off spending the money to dabao something more satisfying outside. At this price point, you can easily get seafood elsewhere, yet here they serve mostly vegetables.

Tingkat was sent on time to my elderly mother. My mum commented that the food was her liking this far. So would renew for her. Update : Not on time anymore after I renewed a 20 days package after the 5 day trial. Late for Continuous days, only 1st time late informed me… and nvr for subsequent late deliveries. Feedback and they said will improve on delivery time. Still late the very next day. Disappointing… shouldn’t renew. Regret! Regret! Not recommended. I guess they only pay attention to the trial packages. After u renewed for longer term, things changed. Beware!

Subscribing to FattyDaddyFattyMummy Delightful Tingkat is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made for my elderly mom's nutritional needs. The vegetables were sufficiently cooked and soft enough for her. The variety of cuisines also makes dinner less boring. Her dinner meal is now more appetising to her. Keep up the good work, FDFM!

Yes, indeed it’s of a healthy version because of its low salt/oil. But am sad to say that the quality of the ingredients is disappointing. All the dishes are cooked with cheap ingredients and the portion is really small even though it’s meant for 1 pax.(2 small drumettes) Paid $100 plus for 5 days. That means to say 1 meal cost $20 but it’s worse than those cai fan meals sold in hawker center. Fish is only served 1day per week. At least I get to eat fish/ bigger portions/ more dishes everyday with this amount paid. Am glad that I opted for the 5 days trial. They don’t deliver lunch to where I stayed. And the food was cold when it reached us for dinner at 3-4 plus.

We had ordered the Love Tingkat and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by good food on the first day. However that was the only day we felt love. Subsequently days were meals that couldn’t make our stomach full. Yesterday we had a meal which resembles vegetarian . The whole family need to snack after dinner. We had two vegetables and slices of pork with vegetable. Please view photograph. I decided to email the Tingkat company fatty daddy fatty mummy yesterday night and received a call from Ms Jacqueline this afternoon. When I told her about our concern, she raised her voice and educated me. She accused me of not reading the information posted on website carefully. The package that I had paid for 16 meals is $420 for 3 pax. It is the cheap package with processed food, canned food etc. I was quite concerned with this as I felt guilty when I actually ordered not so healthy food for my family! She added you should had ordered the delightful package $700 plus for 3 pax! You should had called to ask the company what is the difference between these two packages! Other customers will bother to call us, why didn’t you? She asked why did I only feedback today? Why not last week? I felt that she was not being very customer oriented when she questioned me in this loud and authoritative tone. She added refund for you is not possible. But She can help me cancel straight away… she also referred me to the terms and condition. Well, it is our luck. We just hope that the future meals will be better.

Food was nice and delivered warm and on time. However, some dishes are a little too dry e.g. the Xinhua Bee Hoon and baked chicken. The clay pot tofu and curry is good.

Worst Tingkat ever I paid nearly $170 for a 5-day Healthier Choice trial, but it was a disappointing experience. The ingredients used were of low quality, and the meals lacked flavor. My parents disliked the food so much that they refused to eat it after the second day. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. Update: managed to change from healthier options to regular menu for the last day. Thinking that it might be better but it turned out worst. All are processed foods and still tasted bad. Stay clear, guys. Save your money

My family enjoyed the wide spread of dishes for our mini birthday celebration. Price is reasonable for the food quality and portion, delivery man is friendly and came punctual(not too early) and food is still warm in warmer bag. He provided instructions on the sauces and showed me the dishes in the bag patiently. Thumbs up for the service :)
