Sometimes it can be hard to find a good breakfast burrito. I really enjoyed the bacon breakfast burrito here. It was also a great price. will say the red salsa is very spicy. We ate here for breakfast every day of our trip and I’m glad we came across this place! I

Great food and great value! I order lunch for my whole office from this location at least once a month. Efren and the crew here always get our orders right, and the office is happy with the tasty choices. The store is always clean and everyone is friendly.

Need a quick lunch spot? This is your place to go! I had a short lunch break between calls and they were quick and went above and beyond. I tried the Nevada burrito since that is what the gentleman said he had for his lunch special. He did not disappoint at all!!

Portions size for the price is excellent but taste is just ok. You're not going to be blown away but you can't really expect that at these prices. Burrito and tacos were loaded but the taco's tortilla was a bit stiff (not soft and pliable).

This was my first time at Faustos, i ordered chilaquiles with chicken and egg whites, and it came out exactly i was expecting it. The flavor is great, the rice reminds me of my childhood.

Best food in Las Vegas great quality and consistent at all of his businesses. Always like going there prices are reasonable quality of food excellent, employees are very friendly and seem to be be very happy his business are very clean we have been going there for years and we highly recommend it.

Good tacos and burritos. Not too much for the taco Tuesday taco only because of the meat used. But I am a fan of everything else. Their simple veggie burritos to their shrimp burritos are delicious, packed with flavor and ingredients to make sure you're full. I definitely love coming here for a quick bite when I don't feel like cooking. Service always super quick and responsive. Typical taco spot. Nice place to sit and open salsa bar.

Friendly staff and fast service. This is a great option for takeout. I wish they offered ground beef as an option. The chicken enchiladas were tasty.

We got the carne asada breakfast burrito because we heard they have great breakfast burritos. My partner loves his breakfast burritos and was not a fan. He felt it was lacking on the cheese and had a lot of egg. I thought it was less oily compared to a lot of breakfast burritos I've had in the past and didn't mind that. Since it was not as oily I felt it was lacking on flavor. The sauces definitely made it so much better. I really like the regular red sauce and my partner said the spicy red sauce was good but it maybe too spicy for some people.

Good food, variety and customer service. Ordered a carne asada and shrimp burrito. Some of the best Mexican food we've had in LV. Gotta try it.

This is still the best Fausto's in town. The worst I can say about Fausto's would be that (like many other businesses) the prices have climbed quite a bit from a few years ago, but that's the case for every Fausto's location in town. I can't hate on this particular location. They always do a solid job with reasonably efficient and friendly service. This is the traditional kind of fast friendly Mexican taco shop I remember from my youth in Vegas. They do it better more consistently than any similar restaurants in town. The fried hard shell tacos are on point. Their taquito plates are on point. Their breakfast burritos are thick and full of meat/eggs with all the other stuff... probably the best regular or breakfast burrito you'll find. Their hot sauces are freshly made and always adds the right kick... not the toxic trash other shops pass off as hot sauce (looking at you, Roberto's). This location's close to home so I visit here the most. Other locations are decent, but I really like my experience at this one. Come check it out.

Service was very friendly at the counter, but they got my order completely wrong and not only was it absolutely disgusting tasting, the burrito wasn't event wrapped so it opened up and fell apart immediately. Took 1 bite and gagged so hard I dry vomited and spit it out, hopefully tomorrow I can get a refund for the dog food EDIT: 10 minutes later and now fully vomiting

The store on Stephanie has the best carne asada ever! And awesome hot sauce. I think it's handmade. The other locations get theirs out of a can.

Literally the worst place to get Mexican food at ordered a California burrito and it doesn't even come with fries in the inside. It's just a regular steak burrito. They do not know real Mexican food.

Came in and the place was empty, ordered my food and it was ready in a few minutes. Only thing that came out all right was the beans. Rice was over cooked to almost mush, all the rest of my food was cold. Pretty sure they didn't heat up the cheese enchilada at all, and both my taco and taquitos were not fried long enough to heat up the meat in them.

The carne asada burrito is my favorite so I usually order that and an order of rolled tacos. My wife gets combo plates. It is close to our house and I prefer Fausto's over the other 2 takeout Mexican food places that are all over town. I also like that they have the pickled carrots and jalapenos with the prepacked salsa. I usually don't have to call in my order because they are so quick and very nice to customers.

Excellent and large breakfast burritos. I was very happy with how quickly the food was made and tasted. I did not leave this place hungry because you definitely get your moneys worth. This will be my choice for a quick breakfast the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

I almost stopped a few other places along the way, but chose this place. I decided on the breakfast burrito with ham. The guy that helped me as nice, good customer service. I loved the fact that they had the carrots and jalapenos bagged up on ice, and you can just grab a bag of the carrots and jalapenos. Also they had already filled with the sauces. The Habenaro sauce was in a squeezable jar, so you know what your getting if you pour yours in a container. The burrito was huge! I could only eat 1/2 of it. the other half I saved for lunch. It was definitely worth it.

Food is always excellent. Counter people are always friendly. Small but clean, for seating!

This is not a traditional Mexican restaurant. Similar concept to Taco Bell. Very salty, my burrito had 2 wraps and too much shredded cheese. The rollos are frozen, this are Similar to flautas but definitely not fresh. There is a flavor that tells me this is not made in the restaurant. Customer service is a great kind server. The lobby is clean, and the bathroom has a funky smell. This is a place for non-mexicans. It's the Mexican American side. There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm definitely not trying again.

A must visit every time I'm in Las Vegas and every time it's delicious. We get the Bacon Breakfast burrito with fries instead of potatoes and adding sour cream. The burrito is enough for 2 people if you're looking for a small breakfast. Staff is always nice and fast.

I really love that my local Fausto's still has $1 chicken tacos on Tuesdays. It's so good of them to have a day where their tacos are super affordable! I get some almost every week. The staff is very nice and their food is delicious. Their salsas and condiments are fresh too! Their restaurant is a gem in the neighborhood.

Arrived here around 2 o'clock in the afternoon today to an almost empty dining room. I ordered two specials five rolled tacos with drink and taco chicken salad with drink. Total cost $23, great deal! The portions were big and the cashier was very friendly and efficient. The meal was for my husband and my teenage son and we were all full, however both my husband and son and I did not care for the rolled tacos but the Carne Asada was delicious and the taco salad was great! Will return but won't order the rolled tacos.

Pastor fries was fire and burrito was fire. 10/10 Salsa was good too. Definitely would eat there again

We had the carne asada burrito, bean and cheese burrito and the 2 taco plate. Food was amazing. Carne asada burrito was full with meat and the pico de gallo was delicious. They have an habanero salsa that is super delicious and you can't stop eating it. Recommend this place if you are in town.

Since Roberto's had gone down hill I had to look for another place ! Luckily I found Fausto's and I've been impressed with their food !! I've had no complaints as of yet !! The rolled tacos with carne asadas on top is the best

My first visit to Faustos was the location that consists of two tables in a gas station. Later I tried to navigate to the same place and ended up at another Faustos. Both locations have great rolled tacos, beans & rice. Love the marinated carrots & peppers. Will be back next trip to Vegas.

My Dad and I went to Fausto's Mexican Grill for the first time last night. My Dad is a picky eater. I never saw him getting satisfied with any restaurant before. Well, he was very satisfied last night. We will sure be back! That's a 5-star from me!

I ordered two cheese quesadillas they literally have no cheese. Ridiculous. Will add pics I'm not even joking! Wtf....I just paid for tortillas. Threw it away!

This place is the bomb!!! Way better than Robertos and Don tortaco. This past weekend i went there around 9pm ordered a carne asada burrito my nephew got the carne asada fries and my mom got fish tacos. Let me just say all of it was outstanding . The carne asada was sooo tender and the fish tacos were cooked perfectly not burnt like i get a don tortaco. Im definitely going to this place again!!!!

Fast, tasty, and reasonably priced. The trifecta people usually search for in a restaurant is found in this underrated refuge in what seems to be a Mexican food culinary wasteland compared to cities like San Diego and Los Angeles. There is a little room for improvement on the al pastor. It tastes very lean, and I like a little more fat then theirs offers. That doesn't mean their al pastor isn't worthwhile; I ordered their al pastor burrito and would order it again. The other thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. It was spotless. Would I come back here? Absolutely. I have been here many times prior to writing this review, and am sure to be returning many more times.

I really enjoyed their Nevada burrito, which is basically a California burrito. Asada was seasoned spot on, cheese tasted freshly grated. Pretty good size for the price. I also ordered the grilled chicken burrito, which included cheese, lettuce, and a little sour cream. (Tastes like a del taco classic chicken but way better) Plenty of grilled chicken inside and again, good size for the price. I'll come back again

Fausto's Mexican grill Been eyeing out this location for a while ever since the new plaza on Silverado ranch started to open businesses. I was greeted very nicely with the gentlemen at the counter and he took my order and prepared my super nachos and carne asada burrito within 10 mins. The super nachos had the right amount of succulent beef with a generous drizzle of cheese and beans. Don't have to really put anything on these bad boys because they are already packed with flavor down to the meat. How they marinate it is the foundation of this delicious dish. The carne asada burrito is packed with asada season perfectly. Since they opened this location this will be my go to spot for convenient Mexican food. Thank you Fausto's! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Food was delicious and the service was friendly. I was able to find food for my daughter and for me. She loved the extremely large quesadilla and i had the Torta de Al Pastor.

Ordered online Carne Asada for 'Takeout'. Received email confirming my order has been received and it can take from 5-30 mins, to keep my phone handy in case there is a problem on my order. After 22 mins of waiting, I called Fausto's to ck on my order. Spoke to 'Mike' (I can sense it's not his real name) 1st he said my order is being delivered, when I said I ordered for it 'takeout' - he then said my order was not made, I can cancel, go to the app, etc. it took about 7mins of back and forth to clarify my order-He was so RUDE,ORNERY, MEAN...he even said that I am WASTING his time. I told him that I don't want to cancel, I want to proceed with my order. He said that my order will be ready in 5 minutes-when I got to the restaurant it was not ready and the attitude and behavior of the CASHIER (Mike) was disconcerting. I will never order @Fausto's after this experience. The food was not great and the attitude of the people that works there needs ADJUSTMENT for a better customer service.

Sometimes after a couple days of paying high prices on the strip- you need to go back to basics!! This place offers reasonable prices and great food!! I would have taken pictures but we were hungry! Basic egg,bean and cheese burrito for $7.50 and potato tacos for $1 each. Our meal $10.57- fed us to the brim. Highly recommend this location although they have 5. Keeping this place on our list.

I never been here cause I usually get Mexican food on the late night. (They Close @ 10pm) I was over in the area was finally able to try them out and the food was amazing !! Service was great. The restaurant ambiance was like any other Mexican restaurant but they already have the sauces and veggies already bagged up for you. Very convenient! Their carne asada actually taste like they seasoned it. Only thing that sucks is they close at 10 but I guess when you're the best Mexican restaurant in the area you can do that. Lol

It's my first time trying this place and the food tasted good, but the service was ok it could be a little better. I'm going back again and after that I might give them 5 star.

Really enjoyed the food here. Had a number 11 chicken chimichanga. If you remember SuperMex or Jalisco's over on Sunset it's kind of like their food, except it's more in the vein of Roberto's dining style. No chips and salsa before you eat, it's more of a take and go kind of place, but the food was very very excellent!!

RECONCILIATION Five years ago I totally stopped patronizing Fausto's on College, Henderson for disappointing reasons. Today's new location is just six months old. Nothing hanging on the blank grey walls and everything else is brand new. Crispy Chix Taco and Cheese Enchilada was most satisfying. Yu-gos menudo had his undivided attention. It was gelatinous, plentiful and dreamy savory. The pig knuckle was the prize in the bowl for him. As we begin to spend more time in West Henderson, I'm sure our visits will be more frequent to this Fausto's on Silverado Ranch Road.

I'm a regular here! Especially on Tuesday for their crispy chicken taco special! I love the service and their staff is so welcoming. I try to pop in at dinner time to shoot the breeze with Crystal, she's so warm and accommodating! You can order anything you want the way you would like it despite the existing menu! I have yet to try some of the other options but I'm making my way around the menu. They aim for customer satisfaction. My daughter loves this place as well. The dining area is always clean and stocked. It's a treat to have live games on for those of us who are sports fans. Service is speedy and efficient. This place is close to my home but will always be a quick go-to guilty pleasure of mine!!

They used to be good.... Their prices have shot up... understand because costs have gone up.... The cheese in my Chile Relleno wasn't even melted.... The Pastor had no flavor until it was drowned in salsa The salsa taste and heat level is inconsistent Like they stopped caring about their food. I believe they are franchised, so I'm not going to this location anymore.

Honestly out all the chain Mexican food establishments this one is my favorite. In my high school days we would always get fausto's. We would come here for everything!! Atmosphere: This place is pretty standard when it comes to Mexican food establishment good amount of tables, a sauce bar and a fountain drink machine. The staff are always friendly and attentive always able to explain what is exactly in the dish. Food: Okay what you all been waiting for!! I have to say it is honestly my favorite when it comes to the chain establishments. I think the food is higher quality and worth the price!! So I usually get the Nevada burrito which is like a Caliburrito which means it has French fries in it. The difference in the Nevada and California is that it includes sour cream and guacamole when a California does not. Price: The price matches because the food is actually good amount for the price they charge plus I feel as if the quality of ingredients is better. That's just my personal opinion. Overall: I honestly will choose this over any robertos or don tor taco, nothing against the other two but I think Fausto's is overall better. Yes I will pay that .50-1.00 difference in price for a better tasting/quality place

Located in a new plaza off of Silverado Ranch and Bermuda, Fausto's is a much needed quick and accessible taco shop. I stopped in on a Tuesday for their $.99 chicken taco special. I was welcomed in by the friendliest cashier. He took my order of 4 tacos and a pineapple Fresca. My son kept reaching for the full drink and he was so sweet that he gave him his own little cup to calm him down. It was a nice touch of hospitality that was unexpected. The dining room is large and clean with plenty of seating. There were a few people seated and eating but most seemed to come in and get food to go. The chicken tacos were huge and filling. They were freshly made and served piping hot. The salsa bar was clean with 3 different salsas and hot carrots. I will definitely return to satisfy my taco shop cravings and for the excellent and friendly service they provide.

I've been a resident of Las Vegas for over ten years now, originally from California, where we had so many great Mexican food options to choose from. I've struggled to accept Roberto's or Don Tortaco and have never truly enjoyed their product. Fausto's has a similar menu, but they also have several more "Mexican" food options I remember growing up. I would drive to the Eastern location often for some chilaquiles in the morning and am now super stoked they opened this new location closer to my house. It does not disappoint and is even better than the Eastern location I would always go to. The service, the cleanliness, and the food (including the red salsa, which tastes so much better than Roberto's or Don Tortaco), blows the competitors most Las Vegans are used to. I have been getting the California Burrito quite often, substituting the guacamole for beans (just a personal preference and they do this at no charge for me). Give this place a shot. If you're a fan of Roberto's or Don Tortaco, I think you'll notice a flavor difference in what they're cooking up here. Gotta give credit when it's due and this location certainly deserves it!

Was in town for the week and I was looking for an authentic Mexican spot to try. Found Fausto's on yelp with great reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. Upon entering I was greeted and the service was great. I ordered the chorizo burrito and Al pastor taco. The pastor taco didn't have that depth of flavor I was looking for and there was pico and guac as a topping which threw me off. The chorizo burrito was giagantic and stuffed with minimal chorizo tons of cheese and French fries. I was looking for authentic and this was more of a late night spot to gather with the crew. If you want authentic cilantro y onion and basic simple Mexican cooking I would avoid here. On the other hand if you are looking for that greasy pick me up after a long day/night this is you spot.

This review is long overdue and it reflects countles visits since their opening. I'm so happy this place is near my home. Always clean. Customer service is good, their salsa bar is always stocked and I've never had one order screw up. The food is great for fast food. Faustos is taking all other restaurants of it's kind to school! Robertos, Don Tortaco and all others, take notes.
