Faux pas went above and beyond. They brought these shirts to life and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with to get this job done. It’s super rare to find amazing employees across the board but over at Faux Pas they nailed it! Everyone from my account manager, to shipping and receiving was amazing. I asked for a large swag order with only two weeks notice for an unexpected event and they more than came though. My account manager, Kolby helped me find several high quality pieces while still keeping everything affordable. If you’re looking to ease your swag woes, they are the people for the job!

Melanie was awesome! Great experience! I work for a large rental company and we decided to purchase our own uniforms. I looked at a few other companies, but after speaking with Melanie the search was over. We placed a large order of FR uniforms and she made whole experience painless. She worked through various details, was very knowledgeable of the garments and manufactures and sent me different literature to view before making any decisions. After the order was placed I was updated on the status and when they were ready for pickup. Our uniforms were ready when they said they would be, the logo and names were all correct and look great. When we need new uniforms or any other items, Melanie and Faux Pas Prints are who we'll be doing business.

If you need something printed/embroidered/etc, this is the place to go!!! Kolby and the whole team at Faux Pas Print were absolute ROCKSTARS at meeting a very very short notice deadline that seemed pretty unrealistic. Not only were they able to get our order out on time for us, but they did a fantastic job on the embroidery. This is a quality company and we will for sure be using them again in the future! I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Faux Pas Prints a number of times and have always been beyond satisfied. Recently submitted an order for almost 350 shirts in 9 different colors ( different color for each grade at our school), in every size imaginable, using several colors on the screen printing, and needed it done in a time frame I thought would require us to push back our field day. The difficult order came back perfect, the artwork was great, and it was on time!

Great shirts! I ordered youth shirts for my son’s class and was so impressed with everything! They were very responsive, creative and helpful with the print design, prompt (shirts were finished ahead of schedule) and the quality of the shirts and artwork were first rate! Will definitely use them again - highly recommend!

I purchased a t-shirt from a Brother Martin Lacrosse Parent Meeting. I ordered a small t-shirt which is typical for what I usually order for a 125 lb. woman. While there was no Faux Pas representative at the meeting, I ordered in good faith and expected good customer service. The t-shirt was too small and when I called the company for customer service, I spoke to the owner and he maintained that there was nothing he could do in terms of an exchange or a refund. For these reasons and poor customer service, I absolutely do not recommend this company

Faux Pas Prints was able to rush through a vinyl banner that was needed for an important event (with short notice). The Banner was clear, perfectly sized, and durable--and was the centerpiece of the highly-successful Fundraiser. At least 30 attendees mentioned the attractive banner to me during the event. These guys worked a miracle--They are the best!

This place is AMAZING! I had a last minute T Shirt order that I needed filled in less than a week and bottom line.... they DELIVERED!!!! I walked in and they took over and made everything perfect!!! The service was top tier! The T Shirts were the highest quality and our booth at the symposium was the talk on the town! Thank you guys so much!

Faux Pas Prints = Faux Real Excellence If I could give Kolby and the Faux Pas Prints team six stars, I would. We placed a last-minute order (100% our fault--we had the timeline of a squirrel on espresso), and Kolby still managed to pull off a miracle. Not only did he accommodate our rush request without blinking, but he also led me through the entire process by masterfully communicating when I will receive an invoice, when payment needs to be made and proofs approved all to keep us on track to me our very tight deadline. On top of that, we had some special sizing requests in our order that made me say "Don't sweat over it if you can't make it happen," to which Kolby replied "Ha! Nothing is impossible. Let's do this." Kolby's attention to detail, lightning-speed efficiency, and calming "we got this" vibe turned what could've been a hot mess into a total breeze. And the final products? The t-shirts were a huge hit, but the sweatshirt blankets--oh, the sweatshirt blankets--became instant campus celebrities. People are still talking about them, and yes, we're already planning to order more. Kolby, you're a rockstar. Faux Pas Prints, you've got a loyal fan for life. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Faux Pas Prints is my go to for anything I need with a logo! Peter, in sales, is wonderful to work with! He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes going through shirt options and making sure I understood what I would be getting. Johnny and the team at Faux Pas Prints could not have been any more professional or accommodating when it came to printing shirts for my rugby team. I came to them at the last minute- desperate to have shirts printed, and they did such an incredible job of getting me what was needed in a time crunch. Not only was the sales experience truly exceptional, but so was working with Troy in the graphics department. I can be particular when it comes to details, and Troy worked with me patiently to make sure everything was done right. I can't recommend the team at Faux Pas Prints enough. I have been doing business with Faux Pas for years. My employees absolutely love the new T-shirts they did last week. They look great, and everyone was so excited about them. The owners also stayed late so that I could pick them up after 5 o'clock. It really means a lot and that's why we keep doing business with them.

Johnny and his team are great! I am the purchasing manager for a charter school network with four schools. For the first time we were interested in different uniforms for each school and Johnny delivered exactly what we were looking for, at a very competitive price. This is a huge benefit for us because our student population is low-income and being able to reduce the cost back to them was important. His team dedicated extra time, even weekends, to getting the uniforms to us in time for the school year. We will definitely continue using Faux Pas!

I have received the run around from this company. The ship I was on in the Navy made a group purchase from Pauxpas Prints. I paid for my merchandise on May 4th. The company kept telling me the shirts and hats were on the way, but nothing has arrived or is on the way. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. This review is not meant to be a company bashing message. I am simply stating the facts.
