Favorites Pizza & Wings Lewiston

We ordered take out late at night and got huge food portions, and was a reasonable price when taking into account that it's near higher-priced tourist areas. I ordered the cheese lovers pizza, and they loaded it with the perfect amount of different cheeses. The chicken quesadilla was not super greasy on the outside which made it easy to eat with your hands. The crust of the stromboli had good seasoning. The workers made an order mistake but caught it before giving us our food, and ended up giving us 2 strombolis lol.

The place is very small to accommodate. The door is always open, to many flies. Could not eat due to flies, left. Wait to long for a pie. Kept checking, then it comes burnt. The crust was weak in center that you couldn't fold, so the mozzarella fell in box. Very poor condition of a large pie. Would not go back.

I am delighted to visit this establishment! The staff members are so welcoming, like an extended family. The pizza is truly exceptional, with a quality that is simply unparalleled. Without a doubt, it is the finest pizza I have ever tasted. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. They also offer other menu items, including subs and wings. I encourage you to give them a try, as I believe you will be quite pleased. This is definitely my "Favorite" pizza place by far.

I stopped in for slices today in the girls that were at the front counter were the nicest two ladies.I've ever met in my life.I would recommend it to anybody.The pizza was phenomenal this review is under my husband's name.But I went today Kari Hart

Thursday August 28th, 2025. Stopped by around lunch time. There was a line out the door! We purchased a $50 Gift Certificate.

Let me say there food is really good a 4. But let me say that this is not the first time this has happened. I Order food and there favorite saying 1 hour please. Ok 1 hour I'm good so 1 hour later I show up and wait another 20+ minutes for 2 subs yes 2 subs. When I arrive I was told they needed to melt cheese. 20 minutes later I get my subs 20 minutes to melt cheese. Just tell me it isnt ready and sorry for the delay please dont fabricate a story. Listen if its going to take 75 minutes to make my food let me know ill leave later I'm good. Unfortunately as of now its the only reliable pizza in town with out going to a restaurant. But I'm looking for an alternative and maybe a restaurant is where I go.

All different types of pizzas, and they are all delicious. I've had the pep, orange chicken, banana pepper and the best old fashioned around. They are always busy but the wait is not long and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. Always helpful. There is a sit down area with a tv but I usually take it to go! Recommend highly!

Love going in here for slices and a drink. Definitely recommend their Buffalo chicken pizza. This place is always packed with people but the staff are quick and efficient.

I got their Philly steak hoagie. It looked great, but had hardly any flavor. Got in late. Luckily there were the only place in town still open they delivered

This is the second time in a row we have had a bad experience ordering from them. They said the food would be delivered by 7:45pm which was already close to a 90 minute wait time. It didn't arrive until 8. They were even later than that the previous time. The pizza was overcooked and the slices were all mixed up in the box like they were gonna throw it out and decided to just serve it to us. The wings were undercooked and tough. Low quality wings. The food arrived at basically room temperature too.

Well, I was excited to try Favorite's and unfortunately, it was a bit of a let down. They had a decent selection of slices available cheese, old fashioned, broccoli, tomato basil and maybe one or two more. One would think they would be in a warmed case, they were not. Since they were just hanging around room temperature, one would think there would be an offer to heat them up for you upon purchase; that was not the case. Eating room temperature pizza, not thrilling to say the least. I did take my pizza back to work and heat it in the toaster oven... It then was enjoyable. The restaurant itself was freezing cold and almost every can light had a "burst" of visible dust around it. Another lighting fixture was also very dusty as if the dust could fall off any moment on to your head while you were waiting to order. I think I would try the Amherst location and see if it is a different, more pleasing experience.

BBQ chicken pizza. Exceptional. Strombolis are huge. Large assortment of specialty subs, haven't tried them all but haven't had one I disliked. All were very good.

Their small pizzas are huge and the staff is very friendly. Their pizza is also very good. This place has seen my business quite a bit since I just bought a house in the neighborhood and I'm remodeling. Quick for a couple slices in a pinch and friendly people serving it to you.

Favorites is my favorite place to grab a slice. When I had to go uip to Lewiston to meet my fiance, I figured I'd give this location a try. I'm glad I did because the slices were just as good at this location! I ended up going with 2 stingers, a honey garlic, and a Hawaiian for me and my fiance to share. They were all delish!

I'm not one to ever even leave reviews but when you call to order and sit on hold for fifteen minutes, then call back and get hung up on TWICE, a review is necessary. Great service and business practice

$14 for four slices of pizza and a drink? That's such a good deal. We left full and happy! The crust of the pizza was my favorite part! It had a delicious crunch but was still fluffy and soft. I wish this was near me!

Ordered days ahead for a delivery for a birthday party. The food was hot, delicious, and on time. Everyone at the party made comments about how good the pizza was.

This is THE pizza place when in Lewiston. They have a huge selection of pies. We tried the asian inspired pizza with sesame chicken, bacon and more.....plus we got the Buffalo chicken pizza....we did add more Frank's hot sauce (which is on the tables) but otherwise it was done perfectly. We like a thick crust, a good sauce and not too greasy....Favorite's delivers on all counts. The small eat in area is kind of plain, there's also picnic tables outdoors. We prefer to bring it home to eat. The flavor is really amazing. With so many good pizza places around Favorite's stands out as one of the best. They do offer subs, salads and more than pizza. The french fries are good. The subs are filled with fresh ingredients.

This place is amazing. The lunch special for 6 bucks is an absolute steal 2 LARGE slices, endless variety of must tries and the taco steak pizza literally changed the way i live my life now. Jaw dropping deliciousness. The Lewiston location is some of the best pizza ever and they have a full menu I've yet to try cuz the pizza is just too good, and if they accepted dogecoin I'd never have to cook again.

Went in here this past week for the first time and ordered a half trap pepperoni and 20 wings (half mild, half hot) for $31 total. They were nice over the phone. When I was looking for this placer was a little difficult, just off of Centre street. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly ladies at the counter. They told me the wings were still being prepared so I waited 10 minutes and noticed a good sized clean dining room. They also have slices of different pizza on for sale under a glass case. Upon getting the order in noticed the food was packed and cooked really well. The pizza with a nice mild tomato sauce, and the wings nice and crispy. They pizza was a little thick in spots but a nice mild sauce taste with good pepperoni. Would definitely order from these guys again.

Great place to come for pizza! If you plan on coming on a Friday evening or other busy time call ahead, they get super busy! But the nice thing is even during those busy times they have well stocked shelves of a huge variety of types of pizzas you can buy by the slice! We got the BBQ chicken which was delicious. Covered in lots of chicken it is a good choice if you are looking for something a little nontraditional. Everything in the case looked good though, you can't go wrong with any specialty pizza or a more traditional, and all are loaded with toppings!

Best slice of pizza I've had in a while. Excellent variety of pizza flavors. Perfect combination of cheese and sauce. So many places give you too much of one or the other. Nice comfy seating area. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices!!! 2 slices and a soda was under $10. Can't beat that with a stick as my grandmother would say lol

Going down hill quick, and way to expensive. A salad and a small sub delivered $23 plus tip are you kidding. And it was just a SMALL salad with lettuce cheese tomato and cucumber and some burnt pizza bread. I order take out because when you go in there but smells so bad bc they won't get their hood fans fixed this has to be a health code violation so much grease in the air. Food is never consistent sometimes pizza is great other times it's terrible. They are always very busy but can't seem to handle it. We really need another pizzeria in Lewiston. Needless to say it's a gamble when you order from here and don't go there unless you want to go home immediately and take a shower because you will definitely smell terrible even after being in here for 5 minutes. Just an obvious piece of advise you need consistency and new hood fans, with your pricing you certainly can afford it!!

Their slices are the best in WNY. It looks like a little pizza shop, but their specialty slices are ridiculously good. I highly recommend the roasted tomato and balsamic/

Friendly staff and excellent food. I ordered two party packs with pizza and wings for my moms nursing staff at the nursing home she lives in for my moms birthday celebration. Her nurses and staff were so happy, as well as my mom, and very excited that l choice Favorite's Pizzeria for them all. Thank you for making my moms special day- that much more special with your timely deliveries and hot and delicious food.

Stopped there on Friday night for the first time after an extremely hard day at work. Young woman at the register was amazing. I was starving, along with being tired, I was overwhelmed by the choices of slices. I asked her to just choose 4 slices for me. After an instant of looking at me like I was crazy- she did not miss a beat. Happily walked over and starting the process. She asked me a couple of like/dislike questions and choose 4 different types. All were simply amazing. Taste- freshness- uniqueness- each were delicious. Thank you for a great first impression and thank you to the young woman who helped me out.

The foods fine. Service is trash, called at like 9:30 to ask if they were still taking orders and they left me on hold for 10+ minutes then ignored the call when I tried to call again. Would've been okay if they said it was too late

Favorite's is a nice spot that is popular with locals in Lewiston. I go there for their pizza/ drink combo. I think it's about $6 for 2 slices and a drink. They always have a ton of pizza options to choose from. I personally love the chicken finger, tomato and balsamic or just plain cheese pizza. If you go in for anything else like a salad, sub or wrap, I'd suggest calling ahead. Also, if you go in around 11-12 when they open, be prepared for a long line of construction workers and other customers there for lunch. They're usually busy, but they always move people along relatively fast. Work close by and I think it's a great spot for a lunch run!

I ordered 2 standard specialty subs off the menu. The UB Bull and Lake Road. I added lettuce, tomato, onion to the Lake Road. When I got home, the UB Bull had mushrooms and grilled onions added. Sounds like a small deal, but I was trying to do a small favor for my wife by ordering out. She can't eat mushrooms and onions which is why we ordered that sub. She dealt with removing the mushrooms and onions best she could. I called Favorites. They offered to make and deliver a new sub but I live 20 mins away. Too late. Food quality was acceptable. Just beware. We are back to Viola's and Subway. Sorry Favorites. Strike out.

It pays to know locals. Without them we would have never found this place. Considering we've been coming to Lewiston for more than a dozen years and have never heard of this place it's more than proof that locals, not tourists, eat here. And there's a reason for that. Favorites is located off the beaten path and does a wonderful job at providing local and friendly service, better-than-average food and more than enough value. The portions are enormous. If you come during lunch or dinner take a look behind the counter and you'll probably see nine or ten employees working their butt off at the same time. That's because this place gets a lot of business. And they do because their food is good. Let's start with their subs. Even the small is enough to feed two people. And this isn't like Subway where the food is been sitting out for the entire day and the quality is terrible. They don't even prepare your sub until after you order it. It's made from scratch the minute the order is placed which brings a ton of value before you even leave the counter. I ordered the Baked Parmesan with chicken and it was so big I barely even ate half of it. Add the half pound of fries and you're going to be full really quick. The Philly is pretty darn good too. The toughest thing was watching other people order subs we didn't because we wanted to take a bite of every one of them. If you've been to DiBella's and buffalo this place is much better. Their salads are also monsterous. We ordered the Italian tossed and figured we would be able to split it between the three of us as a snack. Personally I was expecting a small salad that was just average. Instead, they brought would look to be like a salad they made from scratch after I ordered it. You'll be impressed. The toughest part of your night maybe looking at all the slices of pizza at the counter and deciding which one you want. The day we were there there appeared to be more than a dozen different specialty slices available. We tried a few of them and enjoyed them all but just had not enough room in our stomach for everything we really wanted to eat here. If you're from New York City or a place that a lot of Italian is available you aren't going to think this is the best the telling you ever had. However, it's going to be a chore to find something to complain about either because the service, friendly atmosphere and employees that actually want to be there makes the experience at Favorite's Pizzeria even better. We will be back and I'm sure you will too.

They have a slice special. 1 slice from top rack and 1 slice from bottom rack and 1 can of pop for $5. Great price!!! Their Honey garlic was 100% my favorite pizza there. They had a whole tray out and it was gone within minutes it must be popular! The service was very fast. The cashier was handling a few people at once and she was very calm and collected. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area!!

The customer service at this establishment is wonderful. They have a wide variety of unique pizzas and they are all delicious! 10/10 recommend.

Pizza and subs are ok here. I think they make some very good specialty subs that I would advise people to get over the standard cheese and pep. The subs can be kinda lite on the toppings and meat some times so it could be inconsistent if you order from them a lot. I would advise going to pick up as multiple times the food was wrong or they just plain forget to deliver something. The will come back with it but it takes a while and the food is usually cold by then. Over all Go eat there don't order take out.

I've had the pizza from here several times. It isn't anything extraordinary, but it is better than most other local pizzerias. My problem is with the parking lot. My mother went to pick up an order a few days ago. When she got home, she mentioned how poorly lit the parking lit was. No matter how good your pizza is, invest in making sure you have a safe place for patrons to park their vehicles.

Best pizza in WNY. Absolutely LOVE it !!!!!!!! My favorite one has mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. But all of them are great.

The only way you'll get any food is if you show up onsite. I've lived here 7 years and every time I've asked for delivery this place has managed to screw it up. Not only that but I've never been told that it would be less than an hour. It never fails, I wait an hour and 20 minutes, call to see where my food is, and am told "I'm very sorry sir, I can have your food out to you in 40 minutes." 2 hours!!! are you kidding me? WHEN is this town going to get a pizza place that will make good on its promises and put this place out of business? The one thing I will give them is that the food is better than most of the places around. That isn't saying much since there really isn't much competition. They just suck on time management.

This place has gone down hill since they opened their Amherst location. Wings are not crispy. Mostly flat wings, just a couple drums. It is like they don't care anymore. Gave them 2 stars for their variety of pizza but just not good anymore. Lots of different pizza & wing places in the area. Don't waste your money on a place that doesn't seem to care anymore!

Have really gone down hill these last 6/8 months !! lived in Lewiston forever and have watched this place give up on quality as their business has boomed,,,,will go back to trying rhe other pizza shops again as our last 3 pizzas have all been mush and zero crust in the middle of the pies !!,,,have to eat with forks as its all mush

Stopped in for an Old Fashioned pizza which is by far the best around out of the few places you can find them anymore. While waiting I ended up getting a Super Steak Hoagie (Chopped sirloin w/sautéed mushrooms, onions, hot peppers & cheese)! My daughter got a Panther (chicken finger sub w/ cheese, onion rings, bacon & honey bbq sauce). Omg so stinking good we only got smalls but they were so big i had to force myself to finish it. I ended up tossing my fries which come with the subs as it was just too much food. The pizza looks incredible as always but might have to wait for breakfast. GREAT place! Prices are good for what you get. Will definitely go back I'm addicted to that pizza!!!!!

Great place to stop for a slice or to order for delivery! The shop is very small and smells amazing. If you're coming for a slice they have a ton of different pizzas to choose from. All thick square slices. They have everything from regular pepperoni slices to chicken finger slices to chicken bacon ranch slices! You get way more of a selection then any other pizza place I've ever stopped at. They're super quick too, you can be in and out in just a few short minutes. Two slices for $5 which is a great deal for the giant slices you are getting. Delivery is pretty good too! I highly recommend stopping here if you're in Lewiston looking for a slice.

It takes me about six months to forget how awful Favorite's food is. But since they're the only pizza joint in town (Vincenzo's doesn't count because they've gone totally downhill under new incompetent ownership) that the only way to satisfy a pizza craving without driving to Niagara Falls is this place. You'd think that after making pizza for so many years they'd figure out to do it without creating corner slices that are inedible. Regulars know all too well that a dog wouldn't eat one of them and frequently request "No corners" when ordering slices. It's not unusual to walk in there and see a tray of nothing but grotesque, horrific corner slices piled on top of each other because only a jackass would attempt to eat one. The pizza itself is borderline gas station quality; better than frozen but only marginally so. Even the fish fry, which used to be the best thing on the menu, is garbage. i guess they figure they're going to stay busy as long as they're the only place in town and they're probably right. Lewistonians are a vacuous people who enjoyed being crapped on and flock to this hole en masse for their daily dose of masochistic punishment. What a freakin' nightmare...

How can pizza....supreme no less have NO flavor? Absolutely none. Sauce. Tasteless. Toppings.....tasteless. And the girl that took the telephone order. Snotty as usual....Never again

Worst pizza this side of I290. Now, do u wanna know why it's the worst and they probably don't care? It's because there's zero completion in a 10 mile radius and they know it, so essentially there's no incentive to improve on their crappy pizza and dried out crappy wings. And their submarines? Favorites is my new favorite! Authentic Italian and expanded menu. We catered a meal for an event. Their staff was friendly and helpful. They delivered the food on time and it was hot, fresh and abundant. I would highly recommend them for your large or small events.

Great pizza and wings. Definitely can be a little more pricey than other pizza places, but is worth it for their speciality pizzas.

So I reinstalled this app just to leave this review. Yesterday I made a simple pickup order, 10 medium wings and fries. I was told 25 minutes. I arrived there to pick up my order a half hour after calling. I arrived to find they haven't even started making it yet. 50 minutes after I called I finally got my food and left. I got home to find my wings were plain, no sauce on them at all. This is far from the first time this has happened either, one time I was waiting for almost an hour when they had forgotten I had even ordered and had it sitting behind them the whole time and never checked. The service here is godawful.
