The customer service was poor. I tried to order a jumbo cake costing about $120. After about 10 minutes, the female staff and the woman at the counter asked me to hurry, saying I only had five minutes to place my order because they were closing soon. They even suggested I come back the next day. After leaving the store, we decided to go to another bakery because they didn't seem to care about their customers.

One of the better fey da bakeries I've been to. I always come here and get denmark bread, curry buns, etc. Their cake slices also taste great and many of their designs are so cute-- Perfect for kids if you're looking for a cake for birthdays!

When I saw that a new Fay Da Bakery was opening on Kissena Boulevard, I was thrilled. The employees are kind and immediately make your order, while the pastries are fresh and delicious. It is a rather average sized bakery, but the selection of foods definitely make up for it.

Bland, no flavor brown sugar milk tea. It tasted like it was watered down and there was absolutely zero sweetness. I would've complained but by the time I tried it, I was three blocks away. Blech. Had to throw out half of it. Got the large too so it was a waste.

Is this iced coffee? The waiter had a very bad attitude. The coffee was made with too much milk. After changing the cup, it was no longer coffee. It was milk tea with milk. I don't understand what's wrong with this waiter.

My wife and I stopped by for some breakfast pastries and bought six different types. Each one was delicious and not overly sweet. The staff was very nice and atmosphere was bright and inviting. I personally liked the glass case where you serve yourself and each pastry is wrapped for protection. Will be back to try some more and the iced coffee.

Has anyone realized the employees here NEVER actively clean the tables nor sweep the floor? Even after being told it’s quite messy on and underneath the table, they seemed very unwilling to clean it up. I understand It’s not a restaurant-style bakery, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need to clean. I can’t remember how many times customers complained about the residue. Management needs to retrain your employees properly.

They are selling SPOILED food!!!! I bought a soy milk from their refrigerator in the morning, when I opened the bag, I realized that the whole cup of soy milk was solid and completely deteriorated! I have no idea how long they kept it.
