"Mentioned among Prep ATX’s public vendors, I noted that Fazoli’s allows in-person ordering at the site despite the general rule that orders are placed through each vendor’s website." - Nadia Chaudhury

Google
Solid food. I had the baked meatballs with spaghetti and marinara sauce. My son had a pepperoni pizza. We enjoyed everything plus today they had spin the wheel for their 2 year anniversary and we won a free brownie. First time here. Great customer service.

Google
Fazoli’s served up tasty food with friendly service, but the post-order wait was longer than expected. Everything came out fresh and well-prepared, it just took a while to get to the table. If you’ve got time to spare, it’s still a solid spot for casual Italian fare.

We’re from out of town and were so excited to come across a Fazoli’s! The staff was so friendly and the food was the quality of a sit-down Italian restaurant. Great job!!!

Google
Amazing Italian food at a great price! I've been coming to Fazoli's since I was a child and it has never disappointed me! You can't beat the unlimited breadsticks when you dine in! Johndavid was very attentive and made sure everything was great and that I had all the breads ticks I wanted! This place is amazing!

Google
Thank you Tia and Triana for amazing service and creating an amazing experience for me and my daughter! Dinner was delicious and shared together . Service was excellent they both worked together to provide us with our meal quickly and were patient with me while I figured out what I wanted from the menu. Th kids meal was the perfect size for my hungry toddlerr and even had some leftovers to enjoy later! Such a great price as well! Thank you girls and fazolis for opening up near my work so I can always enjoys a little pasta night!

Since I discovered Orlando had a Fazolis a few weeks ago I have been back twice and am on my way for the third visit. Maryna, from Ukraine is so kind and professional everytime I visit always carefully warning me not to burn myself on the dish, she is also very attentive with the breadsticks. Fantastic employee. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and a side slice of pizza with unlimited breadsticks is the best deal in town. The side choices for a combo are chips, side salad, or a slice of pizza. Fazolis is even better now than it was when I was a kid before they all closed down. Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake for dessert, and they even rotate featured flavors.😀😀😀 Plan to make frequent visits as long as the service and cleanliness continue to be above-average. Very diverse crowd that eats here from old to young and including people from all walks of life. Highly recommend.🇺🇦🇺🇸

Yelp
Came here for dinner one night to try Fazoli's and was pleasantly surprised! Inside was clean and had plenty of seating. We decided to dine in and got unlimited breadsticks. They were warm and garlicky! We ordered the Chicken Carbonara ($11.99) and Baked Ziti ($10.49), plus a side of Fried Mozzarella Balls ($4.69). The staff brought everything right to our table after ordering, and they were super friendly. The chicken carbonara ended up being our favorite. For the price, the portions were decent. I even had leftovers and took home some extra breadsticks. Overall, for fast food pasta, it was a solid experience.

Yelp
Took my dad here for lunch while hanging out and he loved it ! We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and a side house salad and chicken parmigiana. My dad couldn't believe it actually was flavorful and good and he loved the garlic breadsticks . I've been coming to Fazoli's since the one opened in Kissimmee back in the day . Service was great and ambiance was very nice. Restaurant was clean and the employee came around with warm breadsticks which I love.

Yelp
I came here for Father's Day with my husband and 2 kids. The restaurant is nice and inviting. There was ample seating and it seemed pretty busy for a 4:00 pm on a Sunday. The cashiers and servers were friendly and recommended some options. I had the chicken parm combo and my husband got a pasta special. The food was very good, almost like Olive Garden quality. The unlimited breadsticks were tasty and we refilled a couple of times. The pizza was very good too as the kids devoured their slices. Overall a solid place for a lunch or dinner that won't break your budget.

Yelp
If you want "Italian" fast food this is the place for you ! I loved this place as a kid and the food is still good. Where else can you get a Duo (half lasagna and half fettuccine Alfredo) with breadsticks for $5.99??? Nowhere but Fazoli's !!! they have a lot of different items on their menu and they even have a drive thru! They have indoor seating too. The service could be better of course but the food was hot and you cannot beat that price. Olive Garden is probably serving the exact same food these days lol and it's way more than $5.99

Keith T.

Yelp
I remember going to the Fazoli's in Kissimmee years ago,. I got the lunch special, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo, drink and 2 breadsticks. Honestly you can't beat the price, for $7.99. It was still pretty good. Breadsticks are better than Olive Garden and were hot and tasty. If I am in the area again, I would stop by.
google avatar

Ron S.

Yelp
The food was good for a quick serve pasta restaurant. We had baked ziti, fettuccine Alfredo and unlimited breadsticks. For customer service you walk up and placed your order and you sit down at the table and they brought the food to you and they kept checking back to make sure that we had everything we needed. The ambience of the restaurant it's a quick service food restaurant, but it was clean bright.
google avatar

Dani K.

Yelp
Honestly? Nostalgia at its best. I grew up going to Fazoli's as a kid and years later, returning for a late night bite? I was pretty impressed! The food isn't Michelin Star quality, but it's solid enough for quick service pasta, plus you get unlimited breadsticks! The price was also incredibly reasonable. They had a deal on my half lasagna, half Alfredo for around $6. Ambiance wise, the decor is a bit dated, but clean so was happy with that. Most of all, I was really impressed by how kind the workers were! The girl at the counter gave great recommendations and brought us more breadsticks, too.

Yelp
I think many of us can agree that Fazoli's holds a very nostalgic place in our hearts. For me, this is the place my family and I would go to almost every other Friday when I was a teenager. It had that intense garlic aroma in the air, and you'd always see someone holding a basket full of breadsticks, passing them around. In many ways Fazoli's has stayed the same. That intense garlic aroma hit me the minute we walked in. I was also surprised to see that prices were reasonable when compared to other fast-food places. If you have their app, you can get $5 off an order that's at least $20 so I took advantage of that. We ordered. For nostalgia's sake I ended up ordering what I always use to get, their baked spaghetti in marinara sauce. It was good, but I feel like the food overall was salty. I honestly couldn't tell you if it always salty and I'm more conscious of it now as I eat healthier than when I was teenager or ...it just got saltier. Something happened with our order and my mom's baked tortellini took a really long time to come out. I ended up sharing my meal with her, and it was actually enough that both she and I were full with just the 1 baked spaghetti entree. We had to ask for breadsticks because also for some reason we didn't get any initially with our meal, so it seems like they need to work out a few issues. The good thing though was that because my mom's meal took so long to come out, they were very apologetic, and we got a free dessert and that was honestly probably the best tasting thing out of everything we ate that night. Their New york style cheesecake with strawberry sauce is pretty amazing, and I was surprised to see that it's under $5. I should also add that I was surprised to see how busy they were for a Tuesday night. It was both full inside as well as the drive thru. Overall, I give them a 3.5 but rounded it out to 4. This is probably a place I'd go to once in a great while. Preferably after a long run so the sodium content wont skyrocket my blood pressure.

Yelp
Still a solid experience for when I'm in the mood for some pasta and breadsticks. They offer some great deals with the app. The experience is consistent - with great service (shout out to Angel and Rehana this visit) and food that always tastes freshly prepared.

Yelp
Customer service was AWESOME, Overall Team was great, The food was Excellent & Tasteful We will patronize this restaurant again. The ambience was Peaceful and a warm welcoming environment

Yelp
I am so tired of not getting what I ordered. Not only did I not get the breadsticks that were supposed to come with the entrees but I also did not get the 6 that I paid extra for. Ordered through Doordash.

Yelp
I remember this chain from years ago. I was a little hesitant to try but have to say it's great for a quick bite. Certainly this is not fine Italian dining but in my opinion it's equal to the Olive Garden and much cheaper. We opted to get the Fettuccini Alfredo which comes with unlimited bread sticks like that other place when you dine in. We also added 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. I was not a fan of the pizza as it felt like reheated frozen pizza so I would certainly pass on that next time. The pasta was great though and I as I mentioned equivalent to Olive Garden at almost half the price. I did notice that it seemed to have a strong garlic flavor which I enjoyed but if you are not a fan of garlic then be warned. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was super pleasant and helpful with navigating the package options to get the most out of my money. Next time I am short on time and feel like some pasta this would definitely be a great option.

Yelp
There was no line at the drive thru when I arrived which was nice. The guy who took my order was patient and nice. The girl who gave me my food however was not as kind when I mentioned I still needed my drink. Then she stopped to have a whole conversation while my drink sat there on the fountain. Weirdly rude and unbelievable. The food was hot and fresh, even when I got home over 30 minutes later. The breadsticks were delicious. If I was in the area would go again, but hopefully the girl who gave me my food won't be there.

Yelp
Best Italian fast food in Orlando! The baked ziti is my fave, total comfort food! The breadsticks are the best, way more flavorful than OG! Johndavid was the associate that took my order, then he brought me my food, grated fresh parm on it and proceeded to come around and ask me if I needed anything else. Then he took my empty dishes away! Such great and friendly service! I wish it was closer to me!

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch. I got the spaghetti for $8.99. Which is honestly a steal! Plus they give you breadsticks. The service was quick and he food was hot! This was perfect for an afternoon out!! It was very clean and nice staff inside. The color scheme of the inside is red and green like the Fazoli's logo. 10/10 Definitely coming again!
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pasta was mediocre and the bread sticks were not good. They bread fell apart when you picked it up and was on the soggy side. The fried cheese curds were not bad, but it could've come with more sauce. Overall, I'm not sure I would return.

Yelp
A nice quiet restaurant that serves fresh food my chicken alfredo was so good broccoli done just right and it tastes awesome

Yelp
I finally gave them a try after craving Italian food for a while. Almost a year ago they took over the old Boston market spot on East colonial. I like the quick service atmosphere where you sit down at a table after ordering at a counter and being taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with making sure my guests and I were well taken care of. My guest and I got a large cheese pizza, the unlimited breadsticks that are offered with all dine and Services, and a garden salad. The pizza was really good, and better than any takeout service. It was a really good cheese pizza with a nice amount of cheese. The breadsticks were excellent with a great garlic flavor, and paired well with the Alfredo sauce that we got to dip them. The house salad was pretty nice too. It comes with a lot more variety than their competitors. The dressing they use was very flavorful and I really liked the mixed cheese blend that they used. I will definitely be back, the value for price is definitely there !

Yelp
I keep passing this Fazoli's and decided to give them a try since I haven't had it in years. The food was your typical fast food italian (i.e. Noodles and Co), except that when you dine in they offer unlimited breadsticks. The food itself was good, and the breadsticks were delicious and on par with Olive Gardens ones. The service was super quick, and everyone in there was really friendly. The interior looks like your normal fast food dining room, and doesn't have much of a variety. But that's typical of all quick serve restaurants. All in all, I would definitely recommend Fazoli's for anyone looking for good Italian food on a budget!
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
Stuffa You Face with AYCE Breadsticks!!! Sounds like my kind of place for sure. The resurgence of Fazoli's is amazing as usually when something starts to go away, it rarely comes back. But just like "My Boyfriend's Back" (80's comedies were the best), Fazoli's is coming back strong. They have a variety of combo meals and I'll say I'm a huge fan of their pizza topped pastas. Think pasta, but topped like your favorite slice, and baked piping hot. Yum. And if that's not enough, you can make it a combo. But here's where it gets bonkers, you can use the combo to get a slice of pizza! Whaaaaaaaa....? Just when you thought you died and gone to carb heaven, they throw in all you can eat (AYCE) breadsticks. Yes, I opened with that, but in case you forgot already, they literally walk around like their serving hors d'oeuvres to the Hollywood elite, only it's soft pillowy breadsticks to the eager patrons looking to maximize their dollar. Is the food high quality? Heck no, but it's good for the price. What's a matta' you? Shaddap You Face and go here already!

Yelp
I have not been to a Fazoli's in many many years. Not since I lived on the West Coast of Florida. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. They helped us with our order and we went to a table with our drinks. The drinks were refillable at no additional charge & since we were eating in the restaurant all the breadsticks we wanted were free. I had the sample platter which consisted of spaghetti with sauce and meatballs, lasagna, and fettuccine Alfredo. I really liked the spaghetti and sauce and ate it all. I did not care for the meatballs, which I thought were a little too salty. The fettuccine Alfredo was OK and I probably will order it again. I did not care for the design at all. There was an aftertaste and the noodles were tough. If that makes any sense since they were not overcooked because they weren't mushy and they weren't elegant because you had a hard time cutting them so that's a no on my list for the next time. One of My Phone diners had fettuccine Alfredo, which she totally enjoyed and the other had a baked ziti, which he said was really good. We had no sides as the portions were very generous. All in all to have three hot meals with drinks for less than $15 a person which included breadsticks I thought was really great in today's price for a sit down restaurant. To me was as tasty and some cases tastier than the other popular Italian restaurant and definitely a lot cheaper. I would not be opposed to eating here again for sure.

Yelp
My bf has fond memories of Fazoli's. I don't remember them much; we went to one in Georgia a few years ago and he was so excited to have one close to home. We waited until some of the hype died down and it wasn't too busy on a weekday for late lunch time. We placed our order on the screen, grabbed a number, and found a spot to sit. Staff here were all really nice and accommodating. He ordered the baked spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered the loaded fettuccine Alfredo which has Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and bacon. If dining in, you can get as many breadsticks as your heart desires. The breadsticks are pretty tasty. They are soft with a good garlicky salty butter on the top. My bf enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs. The Alfredo dish was okay. A bit on the bland side and the chicken is similar to frozen meal chicken. I like that they offer freshly shredded Parmesan at the table. Overall, Fazoli's is good for what it is, Italian style fast food. The prices are bit high for the quality, but that's something affecting every place so it's understandable. It's an average spot where you can enjoy a quick meal and for me, even average pasta is good because pasta is life haha. As long as you're not expecting high quality Italian, Fazoli's fits the bill for a convenient meal outside of the box of typical fast food.
google avatar

Todd M.

Yelp
Maybe it was the fact that I ordered through Uber Eats but I didn't really think the food was all that good. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and breadsticks. The spaghetti tasted reheated and not fresh as did the sauce. The breadsticks seemed to have all the garlic on one end of each with not much taste on the other end. I was a little disappointed since I had heard so many good things about Fazoli's. I'm not sure if I would try them again but the food was OK.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this chain and was so happy to not only see that it was coming back to Orlando, but that it was a five-minute drive from us! They have calmed down from the initial rush they had when they first opened, which is nice. I recommend coming into the parking lot from the back side if you can as it's an easier way to get to the spots and avoid the 50 entrance. The staff is what one would expect from a quick-serve environment. Nothing over the top, but nothing bad. They have bottomless breadsticks and the food is exactly as I remember it! They clean tables up quickly when people leave and it's easy to find a seat, use the drive-thru or take it to go if you prefer. Overall: A Glad to have this chain back and we have definitely added it to our rotation of places to eat close to home.
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
It's pretty cool to see this restaurant come back after it's been gone for a long time. We really enjoyed the spaghetti which was really good that comes with the garlic bread. It was very nostalgic. They come to your table to ask you if you want cheese with your spaghetti, you have to get your own silverware and napkins which I thought was interesting.
google avatar

Kristen J.

Yelp
I mean- if you told me that I needed to try drive thru pasta, I'd say you were crazy! But Fazoli's proved me wrong. They are fast, delicious, and a great alternative to cooking at home! Don't forget to grab some breadsticks!
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
Had a fantastic experience here! Food was delicious. The breadsticks specifically made me want to write a review because they were so fresh and savory even at 9:30 at night. The staff is always super nice and helpful, and our server Maryna was fantastic. Very nice atmosphere inside too, I always like to eat inside
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
The food was ok, the service was good, the prices are great! For cheap Italian. It's a fast option.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the Fazoli's I remember from years ago! This location has a drive-thru and eat-in dining room. Customers stand in line and order at the counter then are given a number to place on their table. Servers bring food to the table and offer to add Parmesan cheese to your dishes tableside just like formal Italian restaurants. We were a party of 2 and two warm breadsticks were brought to our table. Staff were wearing shirts that say unlimited breadsticks, and when we asked a server for 1 more breadstick, he brought us three more! So just a tip: if you don't see a designated breadstick person like the old days (one server used to walk around the dining room with a basket of breadsticks), just flag down a server and ask! This establishment has a private parking lot that looks tiny at first glance but there is much more parking behind the building.
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
After all the hype around Fazoli's opening near us, we had to give it a try! We quickly learned that people must come for the pasta ... and not so much the pizza. It was definitely fine and a good option for feeding hungry kids (or adults in need of a pick me up) in a pinch, but definitely of Costco caliber. The nostalgia and the pasta are clearly the important factors! However... the breadsticks. I think they rival Olive Garden! Very very similar taste and shape, but they honestly might be packed with more flavor. They're also unlimited, so that's a plus! Someone came around serving them before our food came out. Mozzarella bites were nice too - standard but they did the job. Dining in was a fine experience - we ordered at the counter and food was brought to our table, which is a good method to take advantage of those breadsticks. Dining room was clean and busy. The drive-thru line was long the entire time we were there! The price point is just right - definitely priced right for "fast causal Italian." We'll be back for some pasta, and likely avoid the pizza.

Yelp
I'm so excited Fazoli's has opened up here on East Colonial. Growing up in the Midwest, I grew up with having fast food Italian on my list of places to eat when we needed something quick but different from the usual burger and fries. I tried two of their specialty pastas: Chicken Carbonara and the Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo. They tasted very similar and comes with a side of two breadsticks. Slightly bigger portion but I finished the whole thing! They also have a lunch menu and rewards if you download the app. Lots of other options to try: pizza, wings, baked spaghetti. Just be patient and give them a chance to get their staff trained and get their rhythm going. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
google avatar

Jordan H.

Yelp
Quick and easy experience. If you dine in you get unlimited breadsticks. Wasn't too impressed with the salad but the pastas were good. All the staff were super nice and very attentive.
google avatar

Janet K.

Yelp
Fazoli's brings back so many childhood memories for me. Grew up eating their baked ziti and breadsticks, and I'm continuing it now into my adulthood. So glad they opened (again) in Orlando. Baked ziti is pretty average but consistent in taste. It's not bad at all (I get it most of the time) but if you're looking for gourmet pasta this isn't it or the place. The breadsticks are the all stars though. I always dine in so we can get fresh breadsticks served to the table for free. They're warm, crispy on the bottom, buttery, and salty. For a party of two they gave us 6. Unfortunately they didn't swing back around for more which we probably didn't need. Cashier/server was very pleasant.
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
I love Fazolis partly due to the nostalgia of going all the time as a kid, which is why I was very excited that there would be one in East Orlando again. The food here is not fancy or mind-blowingly delicious, but it is still good and what I love about it is the variety you can get on a budget. There aren't many places where you can get spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna AND bread sticks for under $15. What really stood out to me, though, here at this location, was their service. After ordering at the counter, your food is brought to your table where they offer freshly grated cheese. They also come by bus periodically to bus the tables and offer extra breadsticks. That kind of service makes you forget you're at a fast-food restaurant and I really commend them for that. I would definitely put aside the fast food stigma and try them out if you want a cheap meal. Also, I don't know how long it has been gone, but the Italian cream cake is back and it's very good. I would highly suggest trying it out.
google avatar

Alejandra S.

Yelp
This was soo decent by that I mean I didn't though we have like a fast food with pasta so I was very happy about this one! The flavor of the sauce and the noodles wear very nicely done as well as the breadsticks I will defensively be coming back again. Service was fast they have a variety of food one their menu so definitely worth the price! The atmosphere very calming they take the food to you and they even offer unlimited breadsticks!
google avatar

Melinda P.

Yelp
We went since kids eat for $1 and change for Tuesdays. Good for a quick meal. Our cashier that took our order was so nice! Food came out quickly. The marinara sauce wasn't all that good but spaghetti noodles were cooked just fine and the Alfredo sauce was tasty too. The chicken had too much salt so it was tough to eat. Breadsticks were delicious! We got extra dipping sauces on the side for those. Would we go back probably not the flavors were our favorite but greats service.
google avatar

Kim C.

Yelp
When Fazolis came back to Orlando, it was like I was going back to college days. There was a short wait at the counter, but we easily ordered and found a table. Those breadsticks started coming and we enjoyed it all. We had a variety of pizza and pasta dishes and everything was hot and good. A great fast food option that isn't burgers and fries.
google avatar

Jason B.

Yelp
First time here for me & I'll be honest, it wasn't all that great. I know this place had tons of hype with its opening but I don't see the draw to this place. I'm food was equivalent to a cafeteria style food. The meat sauce was the only thing I liked. Everything else was bland bland.
google avatar

Cynthia L.

Yelp
I think this place is my go to pasta spot if I want something quick, cost effective, and craving classic pasta dishes. They have a drive thru which is awesome because where else can you get that?! They have everything from Carbonara, Chicken alfredo, to single slice cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory!! I love that you can get fast service, cheap prices & yummy pasta that comes with breadsticks on the side for $10-$12pp
google avatar

Zoharie R.

Yelp
Finally!! I've been waiting for one of these to come back around. I used to go when I was a kid, and it's nice to know that the atmosphere hasn't changed. I got what I used to get all the time, it's like a deluxe sampler. And honestly, it doesn't taste as great as I remember it, but fairly similar. It's been years since Fazoli's was in Central Florida, so of course it's not going to take exactly how I remember it. The price points are still more or less what it used to be. But honestly this is the best fast food Italian restaurant I've ever been to. I've been to others and other states during its absence, and this tastes about the same in regards to the overall franchise. I've yet to be able to go inside to eat, but I know the warm buttery breadsticks are waiting for me lol

Yelp
In the early 2000s, the Fazoli's over by UCF was my go-to for cheap eats after long nights of...studying. They were a treat for me over my college apartment ramen dishes and cafeteria meals. The breadsticks were awesome, and everything tasted great to a UCF student who was...studying. After I graduated and moved away from UCF, Fazoli's disappeared. I can't tell you why because I don't know. They seemed like they were always busy. Anyway, flash forward to 2023, and Fazoli's has returned to Orlando in a location previously occupied by a Boston Market on Colonial/Bennett. Is this the same Fazoli's I remember from my college days or a different beast? Honestly, I can't tell because it's been almost 20 years, so this review is based on the new Fazoli's instead of a comparison between the old and the new. Ever since the new location opened, this place has been packed, inside and outside drive-thru. I actively avoided the opening because of the packed crowds (seriously, for fast Italian food? But I get it, nostalgia). I happened to drive by this evening and noticed the drive-thru wasn't as long as it was in the preceding days, so I checked out the 2023 version of Fazoli's. I can't tell you much about the interior because, from what I could tell from my car, all of the tables were occupied and I would've taken my order to-go anyway. The drive-thru was pretty slow, but I'm not knocking any stars off of that because that's to be expected for any new restaurant. The employees were friendly and even though there was a bit of wait for the drive-thru, that's to be expected. How does Fazoli's hold up in 2023? They're...ok. This isn't a review condemning them. They're good, but they're not great. I ordered the baked meatballs and spaghetti dish, and it was pretty good. The marinara sauce was a little too bitter for my taste, and the pasta was thinner and more akin to angel-hair than common spaghetti. The breadsticks are still good and beat the heck out of places like Olive Garden. So, why am I giving this a 3 star review? Yelp's definition of a 3-star review is "Ok" and that is exactly what Fazoli's is. It's fine. It's better than some local Italian restaurants but is still way below Orlando's finest Italian restaurants. If you're looking for Italian food after a long day of work, Fazoli's is a pretty good option if you're open to the wait times. The food is ok, but you can find better Italian at Italian restaurants if you call in a "to-go" order and pick it yourself. My suggestion is to wait a little longer for the crowds to die down a bit more to try the restaurant yourself. It's pretty good, not great, not bad. But seriously, don't forget to try the breadsticks.

Yelp
I don't get the hype. Yeah sure the breadsticks are good but so are Olive Garden's and they don't 4+ stars on Yelp. The food here is basically Italian fast food. It's sloppy. Pasta overcooked. Sauce is meh. Because it's so popular (again why?) its very dirty with the poor staff member not able to keep up. I grabbed the last fork. It's just a disaster. Maybe come midday midweek after the lunch rush and enjoy your cheap food. Nothing wrong with cheap food but again, why all the hype?

Yelp
Drive thru order. Food was fresh, tasty, and hot. Portion was enough for 2 meals. Jaiden took care of me and was very pleasant and professional. highly recommend this location.

Yelp
Tried Fazoli's just to get a snack while we were out and about. Luckily there was no line and there's a drive thru which is nice and convenient. Service was friendly and we grabbed a strawberry lemon ice and order of breadsticks and moz sticks. The breadsticks were good! Hot, buttery and garlicky. The marinara sauce was perfectly fine. My wife got Alfredo sauce and hated it. It was a weird Alfredo. I enjoyed the lemon ice as well. For a quick stop the price and speed were right.

Yelp
I used to work at Fazolis around 1999 and this place brings back so many memories. The food is exactly the same, affordable and super tasty. Baked spaghetti is a must, the pizza slices are delicious and they have the best breadsticks in town hands down. The other Italian spot with breadsticks should take notes. The line is usually long but it's worth the effort wait.

Yelp
I honestly did not like any item we ordered. The mozzarella sticks were underdone, the marinara was cold, the pasta just tasted like I was gonna get the runs later, the pizza was worse than the high-school cafeteria pizza (lol) BUT the lady who worked there was so funny and sweet so that's the ONLY reason I gave a second star. Didn't finish anything and got Taco Bell instead because if I gonna sh*t my pants I'm gonna do it for food that I enjoy

Yelp
For the price, I'm not sure what I was expecting. Breadsticks are incredible, the Alfredo was very sub par. Will try again and try a different pasta this time.

Yelp
It's a fast food Italian place .. food is okay considering it's fast-food like. Portions are respectable for the cheap price
