I had a group of 28 flying through PHX on a tight connection and the GM, Josette, worked with me ahead of time and allowed me to pre-order and pre-pay for our meals so that we could pick them up right when we landed without having to wait for them to be made. She was easy to communicate with and everything went off without a hitch. This will be my go-to at PHX any time I'm flying through because of how well she executed my order at a time when I needed it done perfectly. Thanks Josette for giving my team the ability to eat lunch before our 6 hour flight!

The breadsticks I got were super moldy and I didn’t even realize until I was almost done eating them. So insanely disgusting and I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Definitely stay clear of this place at all costs the food sucks and it’s not worth accidentally eating mold.

Our flight just landed and we wanted some quick good food, which is hard to find in an airport. Fazoli’s was a perfect choice! My only complaint was the menu limitations too just a few items, most likely due to the airport location. There was no seating, but there were plenty of seats elsewhere. The employees were cheerful and kind. The food was tasty and hot.

Midwesterners, run to sky harbor! We knew we were landing in Gate B and After living in Arizona, we haven’t had Fazolis in 2 years. It did not disappoint! We ordered a club and chicken fettuccine Alfredo which comes with two breadsticks. Both were hot and fresh, don’t change anything, it was perfect! The club was loaded and the bread was toasted to a crisp (in a good way). For airport prices I expected this but in all the airport food I’ve had this was actually worth it. Portions are big, food was made fresh, and sandwich was full. highly recommend. The alfredo was definitely big enough to share. Also if you’ve never been the Italian ice is 10/10

Posted hours are till 9pm, place didn’t serve the full menu at 8:30pm and shut down completely by 8:45pm. I guess dinner has to be before 8. At least honor the hours. Terrible.

I ordered a bagel w cream cheese cookie and coffee . Tipped even tho it was a super easy order. She said your number is 11.. I didn’t think anything of it since it’s in the airport. BUT then she starts calling people by NAME to get their to go order.. mmm I guess she couldn’t be bothered by me or maybe my appearance to even ask for my name . This was to multiple customers and it wasn’t even busy . When she gave me #11 my order I had to ask for my coffee as she was telling me goodbye as she failed to offer it to me when I ordered. Great job in not making someone feel welcomed . Needless to say I will not be returning I however am very polite .. you’re welcome for the review you deserve .

The chicken bacon ranch salad was delicious! Highly recommend! The breadstick croutons were freshly baked and added the finishing touch! The actual breadsticks were also really tasty!

I grew up on Fazoli's and while the staff was so nice, the food was terrible. Fazollis is known for their delicious garlic butter breadsticks. The breadsticks served here were hard, butterless and disgusting. My pepperoni pizza was so underdone that I was concerned I may get sick. The only good thing was the strawberry lemon ice. I will never be back to this location. Maybe corporate needs to come retrain here.

Great last minute meal for a flight I barely made! I was starving! I'm so thankful Fazoli's provided me a great meal quickly. When I was finally able to eat, it was delicious! I will definitely return to a location. The airport location is casual and busy.

I enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce. Ask for a little more sauce as the ratio isn't even. Great customer service, fast, great airport food. I will definitely return and recommend. Also comes with bread

Was waiting for my next flight, craving pasta, luckily came across Fazoli's. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Food was delicious and servers were friendly. If you're in Sky Harbor Airport, definitely check them out!

Fazoli's is new to The Valley after closing locations in Arizona in 2009/2010 timeframe. My best friend and I would at least once a year drive up to California to enjoy Fazoli's in Chino. So happy it's back in Arizona, and I frequently fly out of terminal 4 so it is perfect! If it is your first time, you can't go wrong with Alfredo and breadsticks! Plenty of tasty pasta choices as well. They will be expanding in Arizona, so be on the lookout if you can't visit as this is beyond security check point.

Glad to see Fazoli's back in AZ! Staff are friendly here. We tried the classic sampler and some breadsticks. Alfredo and the lasagna were a bit on the garlicky side. Spaghetti and meatballs ans breadsticks are where it's at here. They're delicious!

I would eat here every day if I could. GREAT prices and yummy food. My favorite is the lasagna.

This place is a good choice for quick Italian food. They have variety of pasta and some pizza. It was not crowded and my food got ready in less than 5 minutes. Overall was good.

Very good food and the service was excellent! I'm so glad that Fazolis is coming back! I hope they add an east valley location soon!

I love fast Italian! It is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful! This location also serves breakfast. Pro tip: You can use the app and rewards program at this location!

What happened to restaurants offering water? I actually thought it was almost a unspoken law. This restaurant wants to charge four or five dollars for a bottle of wate deoending on size. Not really cool with that. They have only a stand up bar no seating I had to sit in terminal airline seats in the waiting area to eat. They told me there's a drinking fountain down the way although of course no cup was given. Seems irresponsible to me as a restaurant to not even offer water unless you pay five bucks. The two workers were talking the entire time as I was up there and finally said oh you want to order? They could care less. One of them look like the manager Spaghetti was pretty good and bread, the fettuccine and lasagna un-editable

So glad they are back - and adding more locations in AZ soon! Went there twice this summer, as I was both departing and returning to PHX Sky Harbor. Food was terrific as always - I ordered the baked sampler with extra breadsticks. Breadsticks were just as tasty as ever! Welcome back to town Fazolis!

I would give five stars lost a star do to attitude issues I have three small children I ask for the classic sampler our flight was delayed I ask cashier if I could get separate containers for each one since they don't eat much the male cashier said I needed to pay for each container at full price and he was rude. The cooks Jewish guy and latin male cook heard the Latin cook ask the Jewish cook we can separate it. The Jewish cook came talk to me he personelly I believe he the manager. He made the portion size put them in little metal tins and when the food was ready the Male cashier walked away and sat down at the other restaurant.The chef handed me my order with extra napkins and advised me we cooks cook with joy in our hearts please enjoy and anything wrong let me him know. The kids all picky enjoy the spaghetti and meatball. am surprised to see southern style hospitality in Phoenix Arizona also never take American Airlines with kids they delay or change your flights. if stuck in sky harbor stop in and talk to the customer and cooks at Fazoli
