The Best All-You-Can-Eat Restaurants in Houston | Eater Houston

"As popularized on TikTok, this Vegas-esque buffet, which is as touted as the largest buffet in Katy, is a steal. At $18 a person, the food is divided by region, with each section providing a snapshot of classic dishes from each designated area, including Japanese sushi, Chinese noodles and salt and pepper shrimp, and a Mexican food station filled with tacos and fajitas. Save room for dessert, which runs the gamut, with cookies, ice cream, a fruit bar, and regional specialties like flan and tapioca pearl rice pudding."

I went on a Saturday….EVERYTHING WAS HOT. Busy but they stay on top of all the food so you weren’t missing out on anything. By far one of the best buffets. They had Mexican, American, seafood and Asian food. So good!

Feast Buffet truly lives up to its name! The variety of dishes available is impressive, with options ranging from fresh seafood and Asian cuisine to classic Western favorites and delicious desserts. Everything I tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. It’s a great place for family gatherings or casual dinners with friends. I especially loved the sushi and the live cooking stations — a fantastic touch that adds to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys quality food and a wide selection!

Went there for lunch on Saturday. The place is awesome. This is my first time there. The buffet has everything and the place is huge. Each person is $20 all you can eat. We enjoy the variety of food. If you are in Katy at Fry and I10, it is 1 red light from the freeway. I definitely think is worth check it out and $20, all you can eat. Enjoy the pictures

Google
I normally don't like buffets but this buffet is clean and the food was fresh and plenty. There are varieties ethnic food to satisfy everyone. They even had dim sum and hibachi which is rare in an affordable buffet. One thing I wished is they would offer more cooked veggies besides the sauteed green beans and mushroom. They do have a salad bar but it would be nice to have warm stir fried veggies. One thing I want to point out is the egg tart and coconut tart, it is something you don't see at other buffets and they were delicious and fresh.

Google
The variety of food is awesome. The taste on alot of it was bland. Its very crowded and loud. Kinda a free for all, no rhythm or line following procedures. Just push your way to the food you want.

Google
I had a great experience at this buffet! The variety of food options seemed endless, with plenty to choose from. The service was friendly and efficient, even though the restaurant was quite packed. Most of the food was fresh and delicious, and the ribs were definitely a standout—tender, flavorful, and well-cooked. I did come across a few items that weren’t as fresh as I’d hoped, but overall, it was a great dining experience. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return!

Google
What a feast!!! American, Mexican, Chinese and Japanese cuisine! I love the process - pay before you sit. This buffet seemed to be cleaner than other buffett restaurants. Food was enjoyable, although some needed more seasoning. Pretty organized.

This is a fun place to try out especially if you have picky eaters or have a variety of people who like different foods. There is everything from pizza and chicken nuggets to nachos and tamales to sushi and general Tso's chicken. When you walk by the food it all looks great. The issue is it all tastes mediocre. Not bad but far from great. We went on a weekend and it was $20 for an adult buffet. Personally I don't think it is worth that price. Yeah you can eat tons of food and try all kinds of different foods but you leave with no leftovers, having over eaten and didn't eat anything that tasted really good. It's funny the only thing I had that was really hot and fresh were the mozzarella sticks (again this buffet has everything). Staff were nice and on top of things, place was nice and clean. . . taste of the food was just okay. I definitely think it is worth trying out at least once but I am not sure I would go back.

Yelp
This place has everything. Food is good but pricy but I think worth the money. Definitely worth the trip.

Yelp
This place is HUGE! The variety of food offered for the price is outstanding. My only negative critique is that some of the food could have been a bit hotter. Other than that, it was wonderful. The service was really quick and they were polite. We definitely recommend trying this place out.

Yelp
saw this place on social media, so i had to try it out. first off distance, i wish they had a location closer to the northeast side of houston, having to drive to the opposite side of houston, for the only available location, is a bit lengthy, meaning, i wouldnt be able to frequent this place as much as if there was a location closer to my side of town. place is very big and spacious, comparable to walking into a buffet at a casino, somewhat, without the access to the casino. food was well presented, and everywhere was very clean. customer service was very polite and very tentative, as soon as i was done with one plate they quickly took it away from the table, and when i left an empty dirty plate on the table as i left to return to the buffet, by the time i returned to my table, the table was clean. they checked on me time to time, seeing if i needed anything or check on my drink if i needed more or not, and most importantly they asked what i was drinking to make sure they refilled the correct drink. even though there were plenty of people there, the atmosphere seems pleasant and not noticeably noisy at all. staff was always monitoring everyone, customers and food stock and cleanliness of all areas, and as soon as they saw something that needed to be tended to, they so quickly did. i must say i wanted to try everything, especially all the seafood and the pho, however, after those dishes that i ate (shown in photos), i must say i was stuffed. well till next time, thank you feast buffet, keep up the good work, good food, good service, hoping you all open a location on the other side of town.

Yelp
Honestly, I've stayed away from this buffet after hearing all the bad stories when it first opened and I think it has drastically improved. The dinner prices are more pricey than lunch but that's a given in most places now. The restaurant itself is very clean and the servers are nice. The food selections were great; the steamed/boiled crab and shrimp dishes were delicious. The lo mein/chow mein was one of the best I've ever had and I was shocked when I tasted it. The dimsum/mexican food sections were lacking and looked like an after-thought section. I would have hoped to see more food there. I would want to go back for sure and at a different time to try their lunch to see what they offer there too.

Yelp
Great buffet in the Katy area. $13.99 for an adult at lunchtime on a weekday. The place is huge with a wide selection of Chinese, American, Japanese, and Mexican food. The highlights were the crawfish, seafood, dim sum, soups, fried foods. The sushi was underwhelming. Lots of Chinese chicken dishes to pick from. Attentive staff and I enjoyed the many hand sanitizer machines they have. Overall great place for the price and quantity of food you can get. I'd come back.

Yelp
Feast Buffet is an experience! First of all, when you walk in there's a large foyer with a fancy frieze on the wall, so it feels like you're walking into a shopping mall. Then when you walk in there is a fountain with large gold fish. After paying, someone is waiting to take you to your seat. It was very organized. You then see how large the space is and the discover the huge buffet! True to its name, it has American, Mexican, Japanese and Chinese. Everything from sushi to crab legs and crawfish to mei fun, fried rice and chicken wings, tamales and mashed potatoes, there's a huge variety. I had a hard time deciding what to get! Overall, I thought they did a great job with the choices and quality of the food. I enjoyed the Chinese selections. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I've been there several times now and each time the food was fresh and tasty. The chef on the grill was on point. I will take my fiancée there for lunch today. Okay after lunch he said it was pretty good. He liked the hibachi grill the fresh food. The crawfish was good and a good size.
google avatar

Phuong N.

Yelp
Walking in you have food selection from Chinese, Japanese, American, Mongolian and Mexican. For the price, it is a good deal but if you have kids that barely eat, you'll be losing money for the kids price. Our server was very attentive throughout our meal. The food itself was not outstanding because of the hit and miss of some of the food I've tried and it was either too dry and over cooked or not enough seasoning. I really enjoyed their sushi and their hibachi. They do need to work on their desserts section in my opinion but overall good eats for the price!

Yelp
Nice place. You pay before you eat and if using a card you have to pre-tip and they give you cash to give to the waiter. Don't like this, it's weird and you could technically get cash at the expense of the restaurant paying the credit card fee. There is a lot of food here and typically with this over abundance of food you get hit and miss on the food with mostly miss. Everything I tried was average to meh. Probably won't return. Nice place though and I do recommend you try it yourself. The concept is American Mexican Chinese and Japanese.

Yelp
Every once in awhile, I get a hankering for a Chinese buffet. Tiktok somehow knew my cravings and this kept popping up I rounded up another foodie friend and we came on down to Feast. It's located in Katy and easy to get to. There's plenty of parking since it's in a shopping complex. I don't know what this place was before, but this place is massive not only in what size, but also for the selection they offer. Customer service was ok, mostly straight business with an occasional smile. Finished plates and empty drinks got taken care of quickly. Feast advertises as a Chinese, Japanese and Mexican buffet with a little American sprinkled in. Quite a mix of flavors and I kind of dig it. When I do get in the mood for buffets, it's because I want variety. I definitely get that here. We came when it opened, so everything was hot and fresh. The bad part about that was that the sushi was a tad bit too cold for my liking as I'm sure it's mass produced and taken out of the fridge as needed. That being said, the sushi actually tasted good. I tried all the varieties of hot food and it was mostly tasty as well. They have a massive dessert selection as well. It's a little far, but I would drive out here again when the craving hits again.

Yelp
Probably one of the largest buffet spots in Houston. Nice variety of foods to choose from They kept the place pretty clean You pay up front, which was a little different compared to other buffets Food was "okay" but u think you'll get your moneys worth

Nathan

Yelp
The excitement was not worth it, most of the food did not taste as expected; somehow messed up certain foods. Not coming back

Kierstyn L.

Yelp
Tasted bad, should've just gone to McDonald's. I was insanely disappointed when I took the first bite. I'd rather get a burrito from Stripes knowing I'd shit my pants within 5 minutes.

Yelp
This is an above-average Chinese buffet. It is large and there's a lot of variety. I normally try to sample almost everything, but it was just not possible at this place without spending all day eating and getting into a food coma. On top of the standard buffet fare, we saw large crabs, frog's legs, egg tarts, coconut tarts, and 3 types of dim sum buns. There's about a dozen different Mexican dishes, but I was only able to sample the chicken taquitos. There's even steak at the hibachi grill. We came during lunch on a Saturday, and the place was bustling. Interestingly enough, we pay up-front before we were seated. Water is included - other drinks cost extra. Ambience is pretty good. The place is spacious with very high ceilings, and the staff go around keeping it clean. Service is good for a buffet. The servers are friendly and kept our plates cleared on a regular basis. They've also provided a crab cracker upon request, and showed us how to tear open a crab body. We left completely stuffed, would likely give this place another shot during weekdays lunch when it's less expensive.

Yelp
We go here once to twice a month!! The food is always fresh and yummy. My 6 & 8 year old kids eat twice their normal as they roam the American, Chinese, Mongolian, Mexican, Japanese and of course Desserts!!!! The variety is unparalleled and the service is excellent!!! The only downside is the price for the kids and on weekends!!
google avatar

Shawn N.

Yelp
19 dollars for all you can eat with seafood?! How is that possible in this Biden economy?! In all seriousness though, the food was amazing and coming from the ridiculous prices in stupid California, this restaurant alone makes me want to stay in Texas permanently......
google avatar

Kevontae T.

Yelp
Food mid, what you expect from an ayce restaurant really. Nothing to really rave about but good price for a buffet.
google avatar

Jewlz J.

Yelp
Seafood part of the buffet was pretty good and was a great value. Crawfish was flavorful but smaller than normal. Crabs were pretty good and had some meat on them. My favorite were the salt and pepper shrimp. The shrimp were jumbo! And cooked very well. For dessert, my favorite was the green tea cake and coffee cake. Totally recommend trying this place out! Service was awesome too! Always had our plates cleared and given extra plates for shells. Waitress was great!

S M.

Yelp
This place is a three steps beneath any of your average buffets. From the hibachi bar that has raw meat sitting out for guests to grab to filthy food bars. They have so many dishes that they rush so it's all overcooked and unappetizing. To be totally honest we really don't expect much from buffets, right?... well imagine that this place has to be pretty bad for me to write this review.
google avatar

Lance H.

Yelp
This place is way too overpriced and their food is absolute garbage. Also, the employees don't care about their customers. I recommend you to buy stirfry or Chinese food from the grocery store or get sushi from some other place. This place is a joke. Run like you're on fire

Yelp
If it's a feast you want, then it'll be a feast you get here. With probably over 100 food items to choose from, this place really should be called Beast Buffet. Fork Chinese to Mexican to Japanese to American, there is definitely not a shortage of choices. Unfortunately with this many dishes, it's hard to have actually good tasting dishes. The highlights for me included: - fresh dinner rolls (I could eat 5 of these) - hibachi station - tamales - calamari (very well seasoned) - pork empanadas The rest of the items I had lacked flavor and depth. I know, I know, it's an $18 buffet so expectations need to be set appropriately. The negatives that stuck out to me where: - crawfish (so incredibly bland and did not seem fresh) - enchiladas (no flavor) - chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks (all previously frozen) - crab (barely had any meat in it) - clams (lacked flavor) - desserts (extremely sweet, flan wasn't smooth) Our waitress was great, attentive and never rushed us. We had two toddlers and she was very nice and understanding about the mess they were making. Overall, although disappointed by the taste of most dishes, I have to give it to Feast for being able to offer as much food as they do. I just wish they paid more attention to quality over quantity.
google avatar

Deborah A.

Yelp
Best buffet in town. Buffet has everything you can think of Asian American and Mexican foods. It huge! There's just know way to taste everything one visit. Needless to say I have visited 3-4 times over a two week period. From what I could see the dining areas are kept very clean. Buffet always with fresh food and the wait staff is amazing. I love their tipping procedures. Upon arrival if you pay with a credit card, they will ask if you want to add a tip. If you say yes it is given to you in cash to hand over to the waiter if you feel good services was provided. If not you keep your cash. While I watch my waist line I do have plans to visit again soon.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
The food can be hit or miss depending on what your craving Crawfish have been great lately Sushi is always on point Hibachi looks scary to order from Cleanliness of utensils and plates are also hit or miss especially when they are busy Bathrooms are never in the right upkeep Servers don't pay much attention and after an hour they will put the fortune cookies on table as a hint to hurry and leave. I also do not like how the server will reach over your food to grab a plate. It would be nice to ask. Honestly if it wasn't for the crawfish and sushi I most likely wouldn't drive to this location. Hope the team can make the adjustments
google avatar

Tyson J.

Yelp
I personally think this is the the main spot you can go to as a family. The price is not that bad but the food is worth for the price. We went on Monday where it's not that busy and the food is really fresh. There is crab crawfish basically everything's that's basic in the buffet. Overall there's a pretty good place for a family setup. Once you enter before you sit down you pay first.
google avatar

Zach V.

Yelp
This place has a very wide variety of options that can satisfy even the pickiest eater. It's a very nice environment inside and it's always clean. Drinks are always refilled without having to ask and the waitresses are very nice and friendly. I do look forward to going back to this place and eating there again in the future.
google avatar

Yelp
So we decided to try this place, as it's always busy and got decent reviews. You walk in and you have to pay right away. 18$ an adult which does not include a drink. So I had high hopes for the menu. I'm not a huge buffet person, but we tried it. The food was okay, nothing great. There was not a lot of taste on any of the food. All the chicken tasted the same, and just wasn't mind blowing. They did have a lot of sushi but it wasn't anything fantastic. They do have a huge variety of food but it's a weird combo of choices honestly. The lo mein tasted like regular v spaghetti, and not Asian flavors. The food was just okay, nothing I would run to eat again. At those prices, there needs to be more traditional Chinese dishes with different flavors. It just didn't wow me. The desserts were tasteless and not good. Nothing was good and had no taste, I don't see myself going back but it is pricey and not worth it.

Lwellyn A.

Yelp
The value for money is great, with a wide variety of food choices available. This place is our favourite go to place.
google avatar

Yelp
When you walk in, you have to pay before getting seated. For a family of 4 adults on a Sunday, it's about $90 which includes drinks. The cashier asked if we wanted to just get water, which I believe is free or if we wanted drinks which came out around $2 something each. The receipt does state tip on there where you can pay for the tip up front. The host seated us and a server came by to ask for our drink order. We then proceeded to the buffet. They have a good variety of items. It was hot/muggy and crowded and flies were flying around near the food and seating area, I just prayed over the food. The food itself is tasteless. Some items were decent, but some items was giving frozen grocery store heated up in a microwave vibes. The place itself is not that clean. I believe that will be my first and last time that I will go personally. The server was initially nice, but towards the end, she kept rushing us. Then when we got up to walk out she said, wow no tip?! I see how it is. She kept fussing about it and it just rubbed me the wrong way. Because it wasn't deliberately done. It was our first time there and the way it's set up, if your not use to their way of doing things, you will get a vocal upset server that expresses how pissed off they are you did not give them a tip. I agree with the other customers that left reviews as well that went that talked about the tip thing and how rude they get, because that's a real thing, so make sure you tip. Apparently when you pay up front they are supposed to give you your tip in cash to give to the server. It's just a weird process. The communication and process is off and some of the servers take it out on the customers but it's really not explained up at the front that's what the issue is. But all in all, I'm not a fan.

Audrey N.

Yelp
Pros: huge restaurant with a lot of choices of food. You don't have to wait for too long to be seated. Good customer service Cons: if you come at the opening time, some dishes weren't warm enough especially steam blue crab, and crawfish. Some dishes didn't seasoning quite well.
google avatar

Eunice S.

Yelp
FOOD the variety is awesome SERVICE not so great Removal of used plates are quite slow Drinks are not refilled fast enough you have to ask at least 2x if not 3 The location of the table that we were sat at was too warm i was sweating and not comfortable CLEANLINESS I would not give it a star as the bathrooms were not great at all for a restaurant setting just imagine this is the same restrooms that your cooks and servers use so I will leave you to play that scene with your mind The food area floors were supper OILY so even if your wearing tennis shoe its slippery so be careful that you don't slide and fall while getting your food Otherwise good to try at your own risk

Yelp
If it's a feast you want then a feast you shall get! At just $18 per person, you'll definitely get your money's worth. Unlimited drinks are an additional $2. You pay for your meal beforehand, fill in the tip portion and they hand you the cash to give your wait staff once you're done eating. Bring your receipt to the hostess to seat you. Then you can start eating your way into a food coma. OMG this place is huge as there are varieties of food from different cultures. As you walk in you'll immediately see the Japanese section which has a pretty good selection of Nigiri, Sashimi, Rolls, and some hand rolls. Then there is a big fruit and salad bar to the left of it while desserts are on the right side. On the opposite side you will see ice cream and some bottled hot sauces. As you go in further all the way to the back you'll see Dim Sum items, a decent selection of Mexican food. There is a hibachi section where you select your proteins, veggies, sauces, condiments and noodles or rice and they will cook it for you. Chinese food section features your normal stuff with some crawfish, fried frog legs, salt & pepper (calamari, crab, and shrimp), whole blue crab, noodles, soups. There is a fried food section as well which seems to be the busiest area of the night. We arrived a little after 5:00 pm on a Saturday, there was a fair amount of customers there already. Then at about 30 minutes in the place was packed, there were lots of people standing around waiting to get in. The service was amazing as they are eager to clear your plate as soon as it empties. The drinks were filled fairly quickly. Overall the food was pretty good for a buffet, very good value and a fun experience. We will definitely be back to try everything that we've missed. Just have to go in there with the right mentality and you will enjoy it!

Yelp
Nothing much on the outside of the place but the decoration inside is cool to look at. Left side is a fountain and the right side is where you pay upfront. Had a family of 5 on a Sunday. Wasn't that crowded, so it was easy for us to get a table (about a minute wait). There are two areas: The main buffet, then sushi and dessert in one area. From my photos, the options are plenty but the brisket was a bit dry. Tried the Dim Sum and it was okay at best. Pork ribs had a nice bite and juicy. The egg tart was pretty good but should be more firm. Best part of the buffet is the sushi since it's worth for the price. Apparently there was crawfish but didn't get it because it was a long line. My brother had it and they looked good. Service was also great; they seated us promptly and kept checking up. Got fortune cookies before we left. I'd say this would be a place to eat like one a few months.

Yelp
Surprisingly, one of the better chinese buffets around town that doesn't suck too much. Feast prides itself in being massive and offering different culture's foods. Clearly the predominant flavors are still asian inspired, ranging from mainland foods to japanese sushi to cantonese dimsum. They also have hispanic dishes, southern favorites and your wide abundance of soups and desserts. The place also has a hibachi grill thats always fun. More or less, the place is cleaner than most buffets. Tiles are still kinda slick, but not as bad as some places. Seating is abundant and this place actually turns on their AC. Their sushi selections get their own section in the front. Much like other chinese buffets out there, the waitresses are rude and don't know how to speak english well. All they know is how say is to communicate what you want to drink. Overall this is a decent place if you're in store for high quantity mass buffet.

Brenda V.

Yelp
Great buffet with a variety of delicious American, Japanese, Mexican food. Prices are very high though
google avatar

Yelp
A good number of food choices yet I can't really say I like any of them. So why 2 stars? The mixture is alright, not the greatest of selection and not the worst so I'll give you what you want to hear. The good: If you like chicken (I mean chicken meat is probably one of the cheapest you can find so I don't blame'em) then they have an abundant variety of ways it's cooked; fried, buffalo wings, stir-fried, steamed, general tso, sweet and sour etc. etc. They do have Korean spare ribs but it's overcooked2 different types of blue crabs (fried vs steamed) crawfish (probably not fresh since it's not in season) and the fruits. The bad: sushi is skimpy like most bargain buffets. Sashimi is chopped leftovers and not sliced in a uniform way (doesn't look very appetizing), the rolls are just a bunch of rice rolls with the same ingredients over and over like the creamy imitation crab meat with some cucumber or avocados with mashed tuna or salmon with some spicy sauce and you got a roll. The dessert buffet is pretty typical as well in terms of the pastries. cheap sheets of cake, poorly made dan tat egg tarts, and the list goes on. the Hibachi is also disorganized and not very tasty. Yes, I get it, you get cheap labor so you end up getting what you pay for. I really hate saying that because I hate wasting food. Get someone who understands and knows how to cook, please. The staff besides the wait staff understands English well but the people handling the food are really the people who connect with their customers. They can't take the orders and your noodles end up burnt or the proteins are overcooked. I've been here a few times now and it's a bit out of the way but decided to give them another chance but I will give it a rest for a while and come back some time later in the future. The trouble I have with this place is like I said, there is a lot of selection but I can't really decide what to eat because it doesn't like all well too appetizing.

Yelp
This buffet surprise my husband and I thus place is a hidden gem . The food was tasty and the service was good. Now the price is what makes you choose this place.

Yelp
I Can understand how going to a buffet will always be a hit or miss so the expectations were super high when coming here. Pricing isn't bad. There's definitely lots of options but we felt as if a lot of the food didn't have flavor. The sushi pieces were decent. The empanadas were flavorful. The desert pieces, some of the cakes had no flavor while the orange Jell-o was strong in flavor. The mac and cheese had zero flavor. The spring rolls were soggy as well as the taquitos (could also tell they were frozen). Ceviche was decent but shrimp didn't taste fresh. Our server was attentive and kept our table clean. Would suggest to check it out if in the area but not worth the trip to Katy if that's all you're going for :)

Yelp
BEST BUFFET IN HOUSTON!!! Never had an issue food is always fresh and so good. Sundays is when is gets super packed

Fox E.

Yelp
Not to be confused with Feets Buffet which is a service Barbi offers to clients that want to drop a lot of money on creating their own Fox E Yelp Photo experience. So it's a pretty amazing buffet to be honest, and the word feast is right. I suppose the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is just because the price is harsh... close to $20. I still think a buffet should be roughly 10, not 20, but when you consider all the great seafood you get here, as well as all your Americanized Chinese classics and some ice cream and Tex Mex and stuff, then I suppose it's well worth it, especially if you want to fill up on okay sushi and decent crab.
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
This place is MASSIVE and it is PACKED. They have any food you could possibly imagine from Chinese to Dimsum to Mexican to Hibachi to your American fare. The servers do want you to be in and out so be prepped for that...
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Best selection in town. Very reasonable price for what you get. They have everything from sushi to dim sum to blue crabs and frog legs
google avatar

Rick F.

Yelp
Impressive. This place is impressive. This place is huge... And Impressive. This place has a loud entrance due to the massive water fountain, which is impressive. It's so loud and massive that it feels like you're losing your balance. Impressive. So after sitting as far away as I could from the entrance I was able to really enjoy myself here. The food selections are endless and the quality of the food, for a buffet, is impressive. I absolutely love the peal and eat salt and pepper shrimp. They are impressively large and very flavorful. I can easily go there just for that. They have options for soul food, Mexican food and many Asian dishes. They literally have pig feet and frog legs on the buffet. Also menudo and tamales. Crazy. With all the many options here it's kind of sad that they don't have snow crab. The buffet runs you about $25 a person so not having snow crab is disappointing. Yet at the same time the shrimp varieties are so vast that I still want to give this place 4 stars. They have an extremely large selection of fresh veggies as well as sushi (if you're into that.) I do appreciate the hibachi options there. Equally impressive. I must warn you to make sure to take cash with you for tipping. They do not allow tipping on the receipt but instead will ask you to pre-charge a tip amount and then give you cash in it's place. So yes you pay your bill before you are seated and you calculate ahead of time what you are going to tip. This process is exactly why I can't give it more than 3 stars. It's one of the worst processes I've seen at a restaurant. You basically have to predict what kind of service you're going to get from a server... at a buffet. A place where you literally get up and prepare your own plate and all they do is bring you your drink. Versus them allowing you to refill it yourself since you're up anyways. (Okay my rant on that is over.) Be impressed and Prosper!

Yelp
A huge buffet with a lot to choose from "over 300 choices" compared to a typical Chinese buffet. Besides Chinese food and sushi, they also have Mexican food and some American classics too. Unlike most buffet places, it's like Golden Corral where you have to pay up front before you can get seated and get your meal in. There is also a mini arcade in the lobby, along with candy and tattoo vending machines. It is more crowded in this place compared to Hibachi Grill off I-10 with lots of seating on each side of the restaurant with the food items in the middle. The servers there are attentive to check up whether we needed plates cleared or drink refills. Moving on to the food, almost half of the buffet items are decent or not so great depending on what you get. They also have a hibachi line, and occasionally customized dishes from the hibachi line can be salty depending on what you pick on your plates and who cooks the food. Their dessert selection is huge, but most of their cakes are no so good or stale. Although the food selection is huge, almost half of the foods are okay. Even though there are a variety of options there, I still prefer the food Hibachi off I-10 better.

Yelp
I was about to give it a two to be nice, but honestly I just can't. The "Mexican" food was not good at all. The sushi was low quality and it didn't taste good at all. Some of the meat was too chewy, so maybe over cooked. Place is not well kept, bathrooms were very dirty. Service was great though ;)

Yelp
Lived up to the reputation. They surely have a large selection of food. However, it became a double edge sword. As half of the food was sitting out for awhile. They had mix of Chinese, American, Japanese, Mexican, etc dishes, which was good. Nothing really special compared to any other Chinese buffets around town. The price was great at 14 dollars, but it's also prepaid. Which is fine, I didn't mind it. Food was ok, just pretty stale, and we came when the place was pretty full of people. Seafood maybe lacking, but overall a decent buffet.

Yelp
There's alot going on inside. This place serves a lil bit of everything. Whatever you're in the mood for it'll likely be there. Problem is you won't be particularly impressed. I wasn't. No I didn't try everything but that's partly because I was underwhelmed with what I'd already had. Might go back, might not...eh

Yelp
They so rude. We pay before coming to ear and put tip in credit card. When we leave the server Come to aks can she see the receipt and let's her know how much tip put in there. I ate there so many times they never ask about that.and I don't keep receipt. She told me need to go out the cashier to ask receipt for her let's her know how much for tip..every restaurant will ask like that .first time I know it.

Yelp
This is our favorite seafood/Chinese food restaurant. The seafood alone available here more than justifies the price even the weekend price. We've been here many times. Every time The seafood, Chinese food and other items on the buffet are delicious. The staff is always friendly and do a great job of keeping our drinks filled and taking our plates away.
