Feast Buffet

Horrible experience.. be aware, just cold food, no fill up the food containers, dry cheese on the Mexican section, we ask to talk to the chef and he told us is was because the shift change... that is a bunch of bs.. and if it was true, even worse cause they just dont care if the food is not renewed or cold... the chilli soup, empty and dry, the carrots like someone chew on them, mash potatoes cold and bearly in the container... omg I can continue over, just not worth a penny what people pay for such a bad experience even if it is paid in comps, which it should be no difference at all... is just getting worst by the day.... shame on you station casinos ( Santa fe) for not keeping up with our expectations of a good food experience ... and here's some of the proven facts... again... shame on you !!!!

Decided not to cook for Thanksgiving and hit the buffet this year. It was well worth it!Line to get in wasn't too bad. Our waiter was great. Food was pretty good. The wait staff did a great job replenishing the empty dishes on the buffet line. Choices were excellent, turkey, ham and prime rib and of course the regular dishes.

Went for the Seafood Buffet tonight and was extremely satisfied. The selection was delicious and my son LOVED the dessert choices. Service was amazing and friendly, made me feel at home and added to the experience. You could tell everything was well managed and ran smoothly. Also, make sure to get a margarita. My mango margarita was delicious and very strong. Can't wait to return for more!

Good selection of food for breakfast and the help is very accommodating. Or dessert the donuts are absolutely excellent I don't know where you got them but they are delicious. The only change I would ever make at your Buffet would be to put up a drink station where you could get your own coffee tea milk soda whatever would save a lot of time and new be sure of having a drink as soon as you got your meal. The girls are so busy sometimes I'm almost done with my breakfast before I get my drink.

Great experience for lunch today. There were four of us so we took advantage of our 2 for 1 coupons. Server was very friendly and attentive. Food was the perfect temperature (have been to other buffets where food was lukewarm). Our guests enjoyed their lunch as well.

The food is really good. The person on the grill was not at his or her station for a good 15 min. People were mad as they could not get their short order items. It also to a good deal of time to get our drink orders. I do have to say that their military Monday deal is good. Buy one get one. You do have to sign up for the rewards card to get the deal. For some reason my rewards card will not give me the discount so I have to go to the member desk and they give me a discount slip.

Great breakfast. Dinner wasn't as good. This rating is for the breakfast which was very good. Nice assortment of breakfast foods, made to order omelets and plenty of coffee. Servers were very attentive and always ensured we had coffee and water. Different juices were also available. All in all one of the better breakfasts in the area.

Waited 30 minutes for a waitress to ask us for our drink order then another 20 minutes for them to bring 2 club sodas. We were done eating by the time they arrived. If you get a waitress named Mary may want to ask for another area to be seated. Breakfast and no longer have biscuits which was why we had gone in the first place just one little toaster for all the restaurant and I waited a good 10 minutes for my toast. You think it's a good deal but simple service with a smile still goes a long way.

I stayed at this hotel-casino resort on two separate occasions. Affordable hotel-casino resort in North Las Vegas. It's a great value if you're ok with not having anything upscale or fancy like what they offer on the strip. Access to elevator to the rooms, you need a key. One thing I appreciated was the refrigerator in these rooms, which not even Excalibur or Mandalay Bay hotels have in their basic rooms! My first stay my mattress was slightly higher on one side than the other..Second stay it was better. Beds need to be flipped over or can use more cushion but it wasn't terrible. I still got a good night sleep! Rooms/bathroom were clean. I was able to adjust the room temp to my liking. TV was nice & big for a basic room. Plenty affordable food options! Cheaper than the strip! There's quick eats like Wing Stop, Pizza, Panda, Fat Burger, Sandwiches & Ice cream and Starbucks. 24hr Cafe was pretty decent for breakfast and I enjoyed the Mexican Restaurant. There's an Oyster Bar & Steakhouse onsite. Cinemark movie theaters, Bowling, Kids Quest/Arcade & an outdoor pool is also at this resort. Great customer service with all from the front desk, hotel operator, and housekeeping to the employees of the restaurants. Free parking is always a plus! Definitely will return!

It's a nice venue, but the cigarette odor lingering is very unappealing. We went there for a special event. Adequate free parking. Limiting my visits there because of the cigarette odor.

Wanted a room on the north side of Las Vegas and had been here for dinner a few years ago. It was Monday but still fairly busy but service did not suffer at all. I managed to park as far away from the hotel registration as you possibly could, and as I was looking for it, one of the security personnel said he would walk me there. He walked me through the entire facility, pointing out landmarks on the way so I can make my way back. That's extraordinary service. After I checked in the front desk, staff had told me where the other parking was so I could get my bags down to the front and into the room much closer than I had parked. The room was very nice. It was quiet in the whole hotel. Everything was better than I would've expected, and the price was very competitive compared to what I had seen around other places in town. Once I settled in, I headed down to find something to eat, and I noticed the sports book which on our previous visit we hadn't really noticed that much. It was huge, miles of televisions. There's a bar right next to it. There was a pizza joint there too. Stopped in for a couple pieces of pizza and a soft drink. The two pieces of pizza could've easily fed two people, but somehow I managed! It was really good pizza. We normally stay on the strip but this is an excellent alternative. Many restaurants, great service and great location for getting back on the road north to avoid traffic. Going to visit on our next LV visit.

I don't have anything particularly harsh to say about SFS. It's an economical off-strip hotel on the outskirts of Vegas. So I wasn't expecting luxury and Michelin dining. The room I booked was clean. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were awful. WiFi connectivity was good, too. Had issues with my room keys and had to walk back to front desk to get them reissued, but not the end of the world. I didn't gamble much this stay, but I wasn't impressed with table game options. For an off-strip casino, I was hoping for cheaper minimums. Lots of machines if that's your thing. Free garage parking was a huge bonus! They had lots of fast food options, but only a couple restaurants. This is a "ya get what ya pay for" type of experience. I'd stay there again.

As a regular at the high limit room , tonight was the worst experience in many years at this hotel . I don't know why the policy is what it is but they should not allow rude , ignorant people into the casino at all . The blonde girl was yelling at me that she is a high limit player and she is never getting up from that seat . Her two friends were not playing and the blonde " high limit " player was betting 25 cents . Pretty steep . I asked if everyone was still playing and they yelled at me for asking . I play there often and if someone asked me politely if I was playing I'd make sure I was kind to them . No managers in the room . No security . Just a fowl mouthed liar with no respect for humans .

The service is not bad, Casino located. By the freeway, and in the very first place you can get a good fix. Valet parking is amazing value, easy and my car. Is in a shady area. Hotel quality grub, and very clean. With exceptional value. Really great qualities, of this kind, movies and showtimes are so flexible.

A bit on the older side but clean and the workers were so helpful and friendly. Us and another patriot would have appreciated a coffee maker and microwave.

My husband used to live near Santa Fe Station (and he used to work here too) so when he'd take me to a movie when we were first dating, we would come here to go to the movie theater. I'm a fan of the movie theater, easy to get to from one of the parking garages and has nice facilities. However, at the time, I thought it smelled not the best inside and stuff was laid out weird. We hadn't been in here since the pandemic ended and came in recently for the exotic pet/reptile show. I was surprised at the new restaurant offerings (I know they were probably added a while ago but I really haven't been in this place for at least 4 years) and that some of the layout had changed. It smells much better in here as well and the food court still has some great options. The convention space for the show was a bit small and crowded but there was a nice flow and I'd come back for an event here.

This review is about the "new" high limit bar. "Lex" the bartender makes you feel like family! Engages you in conversation, it's not all about the $$'s. She is a wealth of local informstion Too. Plus she makes a mean drink! Santa Fe rocks!

Great Hotel and Casino Nice,clean and extremely well kept Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping staff Great service Casino was awesome. Just enough tables although they could have more and more varied games. Tons of Slot machines! Food court was amazing. The choices were surprisingly great! Starbucks included! Amazing Restaurant selection!!!! 24 restaurants available. Awesome Right on the freeway Markets and other off property restaurants are everywhere close by!!!! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I had dinner here - again - on 12/30/2024. Always GREAT, including the friendly and attentive service. The Oyster Bar is one of the best in the city and it's reasonably priced and not overhyped. Highly recommended.

I am a disabled Vet, I pull up to Valet area closest to Door if Casino the Valet wants me to pull way up away from doors I refused the Valet walked away refusing service. No respect For elders or handicapped

You are supposed to be a local casino FOR LOCALS we took 15 people to bowl We spent over 400.00 on food and soda Bowling...we went and asked for extra cups and a pitcher of water and told it works be 5.00 for a pitcher of TAP water STATIONS SHAME ON YOU...my daughter went to school with your kids Fertittas...I've lived in this town for 65 years Before u we Big...ripping off people you should be ashamed Your suppise to be Christian family.....

I love All the Restaurants here. Very clean , workers are very nice and Helpful. I always bring my out of town guest here to Gamble and eat!

There are still honest and good people around. Went to Santa Fe and left my $700+ ticket in the machine I was playing at. I was on my way to my car and realized I forgot my ticket in the machine. Frantically, I ran back and a security was standing by the machine and asked me if I forgot something? Someone turned my ticket in. Unreal! Blessings to this man and his family for being so honest

Since the pandemic playing slots in here is comparable to getting punched in the sac or getting a colostomy. Its downright painful. Brent Arenas had two stations close within 10 minutes. for six months he had some of those peeps coming in. Today Santa Fe has no more business than it did before the pandemic when it competed with Texas and Fiesta Station. He has lost them all. I go in there to get my steps for the day. Nobody is having any fun in there. Slot techs aint getting tipped because payouts of any size are negligible now. That is straight from the horse's mouth. I DO ENJOY Letticia's MEXICAN restaurant inside the property. I don't stay in the hotel so I can't speak of it. Can't wait to get some canned response to this post.

I think this was great a formidable and perfect format what I saw here om Sunday was perfect. First off I went to the reptile expo (and yes I already came to the same on in callifornia last year like a sigma) and let me say it was perfect each room was different but all of them came together perfectly and I belive they placed everything on the right spot we left somewhat early because I got my bearded dragon (a topic for a later in this review) but I think I saw great reptiles plants and merchandise. were they expensive indeed, did I have fun? Indeed. I saw different snakes that were big and small and different reptiles it was fun to see people who actually care for what there doing rather then a quick cash grab. Over all my experience was 5 starts I met a man who negotiated and I got my own bearded dragon golly good show mr suit out (the #1 yelper)

This hotel is terrible, the bed was very uncomfortable and lopsided, The mini refrigerator didn't keep our water cold and when we called the service tech, he said it was a cooler... what?! So, I've seen mini refrigerators, and this is a non functioning refrigerator. Then! They had the nerve to say in order to have a mini coffee machine it was going to cost me $10 a night; they are ridiculous! The bathrooms are very tight and super small. The ONLY thing I can say the convenience is that its a casino hotel, so those who are drunk or down on there luck wouldn't care what the rooms look like. I would rather stay in a low budget hotel, where I would get better love and more for my buck.

Stayed here a number of times ... mostly travelling from Arizona to Nevada. This is the halfway stop. Decent rooms, clean. After my experience in the last hotel, we requested a handicapped room. Maybe it's just me .. doomed to get the worse bathrooms everywhere. The bathroom had a banjo counter top (which means the counter top extends over the toilet). But the toilet had no lid, so don't put anything on the banjo part of the sink counter, and there was no other counter space because the sink was tiny. There was a handicapped chair for you to put in the shower. However, the shower floor was too steep and slippery ... this is not good for handicapped people! Plus, there were no towel racks .. had us the handicap bars around the toilet to hang towels. And there were no soap dishes in the shower. Plus the shower head must have been 7' high. I had to stand on by toes to barely reach it. But beside all this, it's a comfortable place to stay. You've got the casino to keep you busy and multiple restaurants and a food court.

Great casino that is the closest to my house there is so much more than gambling, restaurants to dine at, bowling, arcades, and a movie theater. Parking is never an issue when I come and the workers are always helpful and pleasant to speak to.

Negative. This casino is unsafe. A violent altercation erupted in the poker room between two poker players with yelling and threats. The porters stood idly by and just watched, as did all the employees and supervisors, without calling security. Approaching the supervisor, I urged them to contact security, which eventually happened. However, after waiting without seeing any sign of security, I left the poker room to search for assistance. To my surprise, I discovered a security guard hiding behind a sign near the poker room, clearly avoiding visibility to patrons. I approached her and informed her of the urgent need for security in the poker room. She explained that she couldn't intervene without backup and was waiting for it to arrive. This policy is concerning because significant delays could escalate the situation, potentially leading to serious harm or worse. It would be more prudent for security personnel to make their presence known from a distance to help diffuse tensions until backup arrives. Entering this casino poses risks to personal safety. Caution is advised.

Playing for $27,037 at Bingo! For $42 we, were busy for 1 hour! Now learning to play Pai Gow! Interesting game! Nice that the dealer's cards are face up!

I really think people need to know how bad this place Is! They are the worst for gambling and even service ! The machines are not paying even if you spend a fortune ! They seem like they really lock them ! From the valet service that I was told that $3-5 tip is not enough for one or two hours and he takes stacks of cash to show me it's an insult all around ! They cut back on floor people and cocktails service so be ready to wait long to have help with anything! The machines are always faulty and lately every time I go there I feel worse than robbed ! I am done with this awful place , honestly ! It's an insult of customer service an insult to people that go there regularly !

First off its a casino, if you come here to get free money then you are dreaming. The games are ok, a mixed of older and newer. Had good days and bad. But that's why it's called gambling and not Winning. The Brassfork is a nice place to get some food. The prices are ok and the food fills you up. Just like everywhere they are afraid of seasonings. Nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix. It's sad to see Station taking out the caffay places and putting in a over hipped sports bar concept. They did this at Bolder Staion. Tried it once and will not go back. The food was the same but a huge bar and Tv's galore. Guess they didn't get the text that sports bars are so 90's. Anyway the staff are always nice and on the spot.

Used to be my fav casino but bad times reaching host and mgrs hav now sent me to rampart and coast where customer service is a must ! Tried to book room with host after they left message called 4 times left voicemail , never got a call back this chairman player is done here been loyal since they opened but this is not way to be treated anymore as to many other choices

Jim I would like to see all of these so called photos time stamped. I do not smoke so it would be impossible for me to smoke in the room. I don't understand why all the lies??? My 3 lb dog is a service animal. I did have his paperwork there as well. I violated not one policy. I want a full refund. If I do not get one I will be getting my attorney involved. Played slots today at 1:45 pm same old sad story, complete loss, no bonus, just a 6.00 win on space invaders game.. played 200.00 card in - 100.00 Card out makes no difference, so sad, been going there for over 11 years, moved here from Hawaii. Boyds, El Cortez treat you fair...I go to Santa Fe because it used to be awesome and fair. They've convinced me to end my patronage with them, Aloha Oe Santa Fe and Stations casinos !

I love the bowling alley and the kids quest for my kids but when my kids went to. Kids quest the. Workers made them clean up

UPDATE for the New Year. Its seems worse. They are building 2 new additions to Durango Station and Henderson and appear to be using NO PAY SANTE FE to fund it. e.g. over $500 and not one bonus round on a slot, again. Something isn't adding up. PLEASE, i recommend, spend your money anywhere other than a RRR Stock casino.

We're having a wedding in the family & a lot of friends & family we haven't seen for awhile are in town. Since the nuptials are on this side of Vegas, they're staying here. The Mrs & I decided to spend time here too rather than driving back & forth from home. I must say, I'm impressed! Carla at the front desk greeted us with a warm welcome & a friendly attitude. We just knew we were going to have a pleasant experience. The room was clean & neat as a pin. Kay, in housekeeping, was very helpful. Made sure we had plenty of towels, bath soap & such. The security officers patrolling the property, gave us a quick wave & friendly smile as we walked around. We don't gamble, but the casino area was clean, well lit & didn't have that stale smoky atmosphere found in so many casinos. Bowling lanes, movie theaters, restaurants & fast food areas, all you need under one roof. I do wish there was a place to hang towels in the bathroom. No hooks, no towel bars, nothing. I'm not one to get a clean towel everyday, but I'd like to hang it up & use it again instead of dropping it to the floor. We spent three days here & were extremely happy with our stay.

Great pizza by the slice and the best custard in town.See some cowboy dancing or go bowling your choice. Oh I can't forget about the ouster bar yummy.

Best casino for locals in the northwest side of town, the movie theaters have huge reclining seats, the fat burger in here is the best in town, and the bingo progressives tend to be pretty generous. I miss the buffet they used to have, the ice cream bar was so cool. But the cafe has changed from what it was before.

Don't stay here unless you like being stolen from by house keeping and front desk staff being very nonchalant about the situation , security taking days to even look at the camera and investigate the time period when housekeeping was on our floor. After spending a gruesome day in the hospital with my mother who is dying, my family and I returned back to our hotel room to find our beds made, one with no fitted sheet (assuming that's how they smuggled my son's Nintendo switch out of the room) we didn't have a do not disturb tag in our room so we were unable to mark we didn't need maid service. But whatever nice to have a made bed, until you have to tear it apart looking for your autistic son's gaming device because he's been over stimulated sitting in a hospital all day visiting his grandma who is dying and yet no where to be found, 2days before Christmas none the less. Fuck this place and fuck the bitch who steals from a child 2 days before Christmas. Rot in hell. Also the rooms suck the bathroom is the biggest afterthought in the entire hotel with no functionality can't even wipe your ass properly with the lack of space there is

They have state testing on the 2nd floor for Charter school kids. I thought it was strange to have underage kids come test here for several hours without their parents/guardians there. It was well structured surprisingly there were several teachers/administrators directing where to sign in and had several standing guard to watch our kids closely. I was nervous when they took the students phones away, I understand due to testing phones are not permitted in testing area but what if there was an emergency? I just kept an eye on the time when I expected a phone call from my daughter that she was fine. Took about 2 hours each testing day which was back to back days.

The eateries inside of Santa Fe Casino was actually pretty good Service was great at both locations inside.

I made the decision to stay at Santa Fe casino because I have a Tesla and they have chargers. My car had 5% battery, I agreed with the valet guy to charge the car overnight and gave him the adapter etc. The surprise was that the next Sunday when they give me the car it only has 2% battery, my mother is waiting for me at home to go to church, now the new valet guy connects the car without any problem), I understand Things happen and maybe the guy at night couldn't do it but now I'm waiting more than an hour to charge enough to go home and I tell the "manager" about the situation, the only thing that matters to him is that it is a free service and list nothing more, managers are supposed to be people who are there to fix problems but apparently Sata Fe casino has this incompetent person John Bishop. Due to te adopter? It was perfectly ok in the morning to charge so no, it wasn't the adopter.

The worst customer service that I can remember. It would be 0 customer service! The boy seemed bothered by the fact that I asked him a question since he was counting money or something. I was the only customer there. I will never return and will certainly tell all my friends to not bother going there!!! This happened after a 6 hr drive from Phoenix! It was 08/2/24

As a local here, we drag all of our out of town friends to this station for the cheap margaritas and big games. The oyster bar with a pan roast is a must! Can't get enough of the hot chewy buttery bread. The bets are no threats to movies, bowling and brews. There us a new honky tonk patio coming back to haunt Centennial Hills and I an ready for 100 beers on tap and some boot scooting line dancin'

Older hotel property with only 2 elevators, with one that sometimes doesn't leave the lobby. The Carpet in the VERY LONG hallway are worn and aged. Rooms clean, and nice TV. Pool ok, and MANY options to eat with restaurants and a food court! Nice movies theates! WiFi wasn't working and went to the front desk twice. It seems to be working now. The biggest issue for me is the $150 "security deposit" for a one night stay. Not sure I will stay again. . I will visit for the movies and occasional dinner. The Cafe VERY SOLID with Excellent service! Decent value if you don't mind the extra large deposit. Spent the next day in the Racebook. Ultra obnoxious drunk and Trump supporting regulars. Trump guy at the end of the row, literally wished violence against Democrats. LOUDLY. Not sure I can recommend this location.

This property is older than Red Rock Resort and the secondhand smoke is stronger by comparison. There is no entrance to Stoney's North Forty from the parking lot, which also doesn't have its own bathrooms. So, no matter what, this option for country nightlife requires walking through the secondhand smoke of the casino. Furthermore, their restaurants currently lack plant-based options for people like me who eat a vegan diet. I do come here occasionally for the movie theaters.

This place is a good as it gets for me. Older hotel rooms are reasonable and clean. The property has plenty of things to do besides gambling and many food options. All of the staff were fantastic and very fun. Ate dinner at the oyster bar it was really good and not a bank breaker. Oysters were very fresh and were gone before I got a pic.

What comes to mind when I think of this hotel is that they need to do better. The price is not equivalent to the hotel and room. The rooms are so outdated. They seriously need to rebuild this hotel from scratch. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the next room. Plus they need to contain the smoke because it dominates the hotel and nonsmoking rooms, which is amazingly awful. There were so many cons about this hotel . We refuse to eat at the hotel and instead went out to eat since there are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers a few minutes away from the hotel. The pro was the customer service. However it's not the employees fault the hotel is below the bar, so I won't blame them. The location and neighborhood is great but unfortunately the hotel is a major disappointment. It feels like I stepped right into the eighties.

Stayed here for 2 days .birthday weekend. Had a great time. Bowling went to brass fork for breakfast great food. The hotel room was pretty good sized and clean bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. Had dinner at Leticia's Mexican restaurant. Awesome fajitas. Overall an amazing experience. Will be returning. Also staff was very helpful

I can't say much about this hotel. The positive , there are plenty of food options, and many options for families with kids. The negatives, be prepared to freeze. Our room temp would not go higher than 63F. There are no extra blankets in the room and the one on the bed was thin. We did receive 2 more thin blankets when we requested. If you're going for slot machine fun, the machines are super tight

Santa Fe is so underrated!! The restaurants inside are all fantastic! From Letecias, to charcoal, to the cafe (or even food court) you can't go wrong. I've never been disappointed by any of the food here & I've been coming here since 2015! The movie theater is comfortable with endless snack & drink selections. Bingo... super fun, especially when they have fun bingo events during the holidays like Halloween! The pay outs have always been great here. Buffalo & video poker or 3 card poker are my favs to play. The staff is always great too! Javi & honey are the best bartenders! The sports book is spacious and you can see every game or ufc fight from just about any seat. Now I see they're bringing Stoneys here!! I am so excited for that! I'll be here even more!!! Keep up the good work stations....us locals love you oh so much!

My wife and I have been eating at the Santa Fe Station Oyster Bar weekly. You will not find service anywhere better than here. However, 9 out of 10 visits the Shrimp are overcooked, like rubber. Since the odds are not in our favor, we will stay away for a while. You never know. Maybe they will find a chef that knows how to cook shrimp? Again, the two waitresses here provide excellent service.

I give this casino, four stars because I am sure a local neighborhood casino could improve but not exactly sure how. I mean, they could bring back the buffet, bring back more of the reward points for 55+ patrons like they used to offer before the so-called pandemic, what you think all of us 55 and over died from covid? Or open a dessert shop with soft serve ice cream is an improvement possibility. Other than that I think it's a good place to gamble If you're reading the reviews, it'll be quite comical to see the ones that are rating it 1-2 stars are the ones that lost gambling. Leave the gambling part out of the reviews because not one hotel and casino was built on the backs of winners! I don't always win, but regardless of winning/losing. I like the idea of using my points for family dinners at the restaurants on occasion. Overall it is a very good place some days it's busier than usual and some days it's really quiet. Just don't gamble more than you can afford to lose

Be FOREWARNED their bowling is way over priced. I spent 70 dollars for TWO games. TWO games! For myself an my two kids. Sure I could have just left but was already there so. I also asked for a pitcher of "WATER" for my kids and I they wanted to charge me $5.99 for "WATER". Ridiculous. I'd give them Zero stars if I could.
