I'm writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I've experienced at your store over the past two visits. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over three years, but our recent interactions with a particular employee have left a sour taste. During our last two visits, this employee has consistently made us feel uncomfortable and distrusted. He's followed us around the store, watched us from the stairs while standing at the rail, and even trailed behind us as we were leaving. It's as if he thinks we're going to steal something, which is not only insulting but also unwarranted. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, this employee's behavior has fallen short of that standard. We've always been satisfied customers, but I'm afraid that with this behavior, we have been forced to take our business elsewhere. I hope you take my feedback seriously and address this issue with your staff. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take steps to ensure that your customers feel valued and respected.

I spent 200$ for some shoes that's too narrow for my feet, and all I'm offered is store credit!! What a scam!! But that's my fault because had i read the reviews, i wouldn't of never shopped here! In my month long journey dealing with Feature the only thing I’ve seen from them is the behavior of scam artist and unethical business practice. If you just read a couple reviews you will see that they have terrible customer service. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt as most people on write reviews after bad service. I disregarded the bad ones. Believe them though. The people writing good reviews probably work for them. Ordered shoes a couple weeks ago , no signs of the shoes or a refund. Customer service is from an email that takes days to answer. The refund policy says you can only get store credit so they are essentially forcing you to be trapped in their terrible ecosystem of products and service. THEY HAVE AN F from the Better Business Bureau because they don’t answer complaints. The basics of business are if someone respectfully requests a service , as a business owner you should do your best to provide that service to the best of your ability. PLEASE AT ALL COST DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

feature is a solid spot for streetwear. they carry a great mix of brands like comme des garçons and stone island, plus their own line. the store has a clean, modern vibe, and everything feels really well put together. the staff is chill and actually knows their stuff, which makes shopping there easy. prices are on the higher side, but you're paying for quality and exclusivity. the whole staff was really helpful and nice. if you're into sneakers or high-end streetwear, it's definitely worth checking out.

I was a little disappointed in the service at this store. I walked in and wanted to get a size in one of the feature tshirts. All of the staff was having a conversation and looked at me like I had just spit on the floor or done something wild. It was a little offputting and made the whole experience awkward I probably wouldn't return.

This store is a pure scam. They selling some kind of secondhand or very cheap items. I bought sneakers when I was tidying my shoe lenses. The material just broke right right through the lenses went right through when I contact the I was told the yeah that day that's it if you don't wear them how are you gonna find out if material not gonna fall apart people that's all so I hope they choke on that money pay for those sneakers

"I had the worst experience ever at this store. I bought a pair of shoes and returned two days later to exchange for a different size. Not only was the service absolutely terrible, but the guy at the entrance made sarcastic remarks about me to entertain his coworkers. To make matters worse, they told me they don't offer refunds, even after just two days, and pointed to a sign with text so small it's practically invisible. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. You can find the same items online for much cheaper. This store is run by a bunch of scammers."

Great staff Great prices Many options Love Feature cause they ain't trying to take your arm and leg. Their prices are retail prices , they aren't up-charging everything like every other shop. They have allot of unique items and so many options. It's truly hard to walk in and not leave with a bag . I love that they have something for everyone.... Men, women, and kids!!

My NYE Resolution- leave reviews for outstanding service! 2/11/22 at 2:13pm Receipt # 73485 - 68 - 2081 (leaving the details because I don't remember their names - but I hope the owners can look up the details & thank their employees working that day) I walked into Feature feeling so uncool and intimidated. I'm 40 but I still like sneakers! I've had some bad experiences visiting sneaker shops in Las Vegas - NY and San Diego. The elitist attitude is such a turn off - but I felt none of that here! This staff was so friendly and real. I can't explain it - but even the security gave me his feedback. Everyone working was excited for my purchases. It just made me feel good. I left with two new pairs of shoes and wanting more!!! Customer for life! I think I'm going back this week... I hope this gets back to the staff working that day. You really did make a difference!

Brought my 19 year old niece here. She didn't have much time before her flight but I'm so glad we came. She ended up getting a #8 Kobe Bryant jersey. This place is a hype beast's dream. Designer shoes. A huge mix of street wear. Such a variety of products. Tucked away in a small strip mall. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Once you step in it's actually a huge mind boggling store.

Be careful when ordering from this company. They have a broken process. I ordered a pair of shoes that were women's shoes and accident and immediately contacted them and let them know the pair of shoes was accidentally purchased. Sent an email to the team and the agent explained that all sales are final and could not take the shoes off of my order. Mind you I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. All they had to do was remove the one pair. Now they won't accept a refund even though I had dialog with them before the order shipped. Honeslty don't get their reasoning. There should be someone who can take care of issues like this.

Wow, blown away by the service offered by Jessica and her team. The inside of this space is an experience in its self. After perusing the insane unique selection upstairs I tried on a few pairs on the main floor and settled on a pair of simple white vans. Jeans and jackets tempted me but couldn't resist the retro Stussy brand hat and a few pairs of exact fit invisible black sock on my way out the door. I Love the selection and service. I just learned they have an expansive online collection as well at feature.com I need to go back and try on some jeans.

If I could put zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I walked in looking for christmas gifts. First, While browsing we overhear people saying they're never coming back. We finish browsing and we're walking towards to exit after we couldn't find anything, an employee is waiting for us at the exit accusing us of stealing and asks my boyfriend to check the back of his sweater. We have never felt more disrespected and embarrassed they would even ask this. Definitely never coming back here horrible staff.

Las Vegas local. Been going here/supporting this local business for years. Recently received an online order for a Feature branded hoodie that didn't fit. Tried to exchange for a smaller size at this location. Was told I am not able to make an exchange and had to go through customer service through their online support. Would have to pay for shipping to return the item and receive store credit if the return was approved. Received an email the next day. Return wasn't approved. Don't understand why it's so hard to make a simple size exchange for the exact same hoodie. A Feature branded hoodie. The hoodie literally says FEATURE across the chest and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Tried to support a local Vegas business by wearing their brand and get no love back. SMH. They got their sale though so that's all that matters to them. Keep catering to the tourist and taking their money. I won't be supporting this brand any longer.

Ordered about 450$ in items on September 3rd . I have reached out to them many times over the last 11 days regarding this asking about shipping and updates . My order has not even been picked . Just says order confirmed for 11 days . No customer service at all . I have tried and no one has reached back out although they claim to respond within 24 hours Order 672378 this is terrible I want my items and to talk to someone about what is going on they claim 48 hours they ship the packages . Nothing has happened in 11 days .... This is an outrage and customer service is non responsive

I purchased a 3 pack of fear of god essentials tees they were the wrong size and they were too big I came to return or exchange and they said there was nothing they could do. Never worn, still in packaging. Even tho they were within the 14day policy.

I am genuinely disappointed in how they handled an order I placed 6 days ago. I used the link they provided through Instagram to purchase an Ice Cream jacket via BBC's spring drop II. I immediately received an email. Informing my order and patiently awaited the shipment details. Well, six days later (today) those never came; however, I got a message saying my order was cancelled because my item was as our of stock. I have no confidence in buying from them in the future as this could have been handled better and sooner--it's difficult to believe it took them 6 days to find an error. Now the jacket will be hard to find especially at retail prices.

Could not be more disappointed with their online customer service. Ordered some items for my sons birthday September 6. Paid for 2 day express shipping. Did not receive confirmation that it was "shipped" until 9 days later on Sept 15. Then discovered that the USPS tracking information given to me was incorrect due to a "'mis-scan" of the package. An additional 14 days later I receive a missed delivery notice, with another USPS tracking number that does not exist and a note saying that I owe postage on the delivery once it is redelivered! And no way of actually speaking to a customer service rep. Would not recommend and I am still waiting for this to be resolved and to receive a refund.

Great selection but wouldn't give us our shoe boxes because "they think we're going to resell the shoes". First off, who cares if I want to resale the shoes that I purchased myself. Second off, nobody was planning on selling the shoes & now my corduroy sneakers are going to get dusty & ruined when they aren't wore. Maybe they need to hire some better sales people cause this interaction was ridiculous. Wish we would've not purchased & took our business elsewhere....

Feature is one of the hidden gems here when it comes to finding exclusive shoes and streetwear type clothing. Located a bit just past Chinatown on Spring Mountain behind a Starbucks. The store carries shoes you wouldn't normally find at other retail chains. The store is basically divided into two sections. The first section is when you walk in and the products are basically affordable streetwear brands like Billionaire Boys Club, Stance socks, and much more. Going to the other section of the place you'll walk through a hallway filled with shoes that you wouldn't find at your typical retail chain. After going through the hallway you'll be in the second section which carries more of the high end brands such as A Bathing Ape, Y-3, Alexander Wang, Helmut Lang, Stone Island, Off-White and much more. There is also a small section for sunglasses as well as kid shoes in the second section. Also, they have an upstairs and up those stairs is where you would very unlikely find it at a retail chain considering all the shoes up there are very expensive and designer brands such as Raf Simons and Y-3. Only reason for the 4 stars is that employees will sometimes just do their own thing and not check up on the customers. Pros: Lots of exclusive shoes and brands you wouldn't find at retail. When staff is attentive they are very nice people. Cons: Sometimes the employees would rather talk to each other rather than helping the customer. On big release days for apparel / shoes it can get hectic and messy and customer service goes way down.

They had a bunch Mexican young guys (customers I guess) in there cursing and saying ni**a every minute on the minute. They were mad at one of the employees or something. I didn't find anything that store but frustration! Not interested in going back.

This place was definitely disappointing. I expected a lot from this store due to them carrying a lot of designer street wear and very authentic items. Their website is definitely not promising and they have a high turn over on making a lot of mistakes on their website . I ordered a sweater online and they shipped me a t shirt instead and obviously it was not even close to the price I paid for. I called the store for some assistants and help with my purchase they just directly told me they couldn't do anything about it and it's not on their end to fix it not even an apology or anything they can do about it to make my experience more better. They recommend to send an email to their customers service online and writing to them about the mistake they made and that did not help at all. Their customer service email did not reach out to me or email me back at all. Today I went to their store and asked for help about my purchase I made online and the gentleman who was working there told me the same thing. He was just very vague and not very informative within helping out with the purchase and mistake their online website made. I'm not shopping here again due to the poor customer service and unprofessional demeanor they have.

Feature sent me a pair of used Asic Gel Nandi 360s "Sky Lights",these joints are $200.00. Feature sent me a pair that have clearly been returned and refused to give me a refund! I only shopped with them because they wouldn't give me a refund on another purchase (that took a month and some). To settle this, Feature was going to give me half store credit and half my bread back. Therefore, They send labels that charge the customer shipping costs. Why would I want a store credit to a place that sent me used shoes? Now, I'd have to reorder from them and hope I get brand new/unworn shoes. This is what I get for supporting Feature again. Be careful shopping at Feature, these are some of the rudest staff people I have ever encountered (Marci & Bryce). I have had managers hang up the phone when you ask simple questions (Kevin). I've been asking to talk this out calmly but they want to play an email game where they don't answer questions or your request for a call. Feature has no empathy behind their huge mistakes and will sit and downplay your frustrations with their non sense.

Branden & JP are definitely good peoples. Dope boutique with many selections to choose from. They carry almost every dope brand you can think of. Don't forget there is a whole other side to the store with an upstairs section. They got the dope shoe tunnel that leads to the other side. Sick structure. If you are in LV or visiting, this is def a must stop boutique!

Worst return or exchange rules ..... just don't bother because they clearly don't care about their customers. 300.00..... down the drain and stuck with shirts that don't even fit my son! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! FALSE ADVERTISE IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD!!! Last week I ordered the Puma creepers from them via their website. I call today to see the status of my order because I have yet to receive a tracking number. When I call today they said my order could not be fulfill because they only received half the shipment last week when the sneakers released. My issue is if you knew about this since last week why not return my money to me last week. One of their questions as your checking out is your contact information; which I don't understand why they ask for the phone number if they don't use it to call and tell you about your order. Also, if they knew by last week that my size wasn't no longer available why not call me and offer me another size. When exclusive sneakers come do not waste your time buying from this website, as a matter of fact do not waste your time at all!!!!

Stopped by during my vacation and I fell in love with this store! Feature has good selections of shoes, collectible goods and accessories. The staff was super friendly and I really appreciate how laid back they were but also helpful. My bf and I were interested in the hand painted Goyard pieces displayed and the worker was very informative and let us know how the process worked. Being in a high tourist area I defiantly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere this boutique had. Can't wait to purchase things in the near future!

Online Order and Experience Review: I've ordered three products from Feature.com (all via the Releases/Draw section) off the website in the past couple years, and the end to end processes were pretty simple: -Enter the Draw (select product, login, select size, enter shipping information and credit card information) -Order Confirmation email when you win the Draw -Shipping email to tell you when to expect arrival of your product Straightforward, and very easy. I will definitely continue to buy product online. Brick and Mortar Experience Review: I have only been to the Spring Mountain location (they have a new location at the Wynn Shops), but the employees greeted upon entry and answered any questions with ease. Lots of selection and brands of shoes, clothing, and accessories; all at different wide-ranging price points - so they have offerings for everyone. I have not actually purchased anything in-person though, but maybe next time.

The staff at Feature are amazing. I've been to numerous local boutiques and the Chinatown location staff are great. They make you feel very comfortable and welcoming. One particular staff member, Christian, was really cool, down to earth and his service to Feature is amazing. They sell high end street wear such as Rhude and Stone Island. They also have a great sneaker selection from Nikes,adidas but also NBs, Saucony and Asics. Supporting local business is really important to me and Feature is a must for who ever visits Las Vegas.

This is a strictly an online review. I ordered 4 pairs of toddler shoes in various sizes and called a few days later to follow up when I hadn't received any shipping information. The guy I spoke to was super nice and laid back and informed me of the issue of locating a specific pair which is delaying the shipment. I called back today to cancel a pair of shoes and exchange it for a new one and also switch the size of the original pair in question. Following my phone call I received email confirmation of my refund, the new shoes I wanted to purchase, and the exchange in size of the other pair, also with a personal update with the associate I spoke to. Long story longer, great and professional phone/email etiquette. Can't wait to stop into the store next time I'm in town.

Ordered off of Feature for a drawing for a tee-shirt. I got charged for two orders when I made only *one* order & when I emailed them they said the order had already shipped & was final sale. They didn't even bother to try helping me, for charging me twice, or even apologize for the system error. Pretty disappointing, but guess I have two shirts now and they have my money.
