Federal Burger

I think it's good. 16$ for lunch combo without tax I went with a fried chicken sandwich and it was nice, very tender and juicy but crispy from outside. You can add your own toppings as you like. I also tried their handmade fries but these were not great, not crispy at all and plain tasting.

We found Federal Burger while in town for a quick overnight with the family. It was fairly close to our hotel and to Atlantic Station and showed to have several gluten free food options. The person working the counter appeared less than enthused to be there and barely looked away from her phone to take our order. For the price we paid to feed 4 of us (about $85 for 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 fries, 1 fried pickle basket, and 4 drinks) the service certainly was well below expectation. We almost seemed to be an inconvenience as a customer. The food came out quickly and was really good. We had a variety of burgers and a gluten free fried chicken sandwich. The fries were delicious and their gluten free fried pickles were a treat! Parking was tricky as Google Maps directed us to a small, 30 minutes or less, parking area. We almost gave up but then drove to the opposite side of the block to enter a large parking garage that was poorly labeled. We found a place to park and then after walking around with little to no direction for a bit, we again almost gave up and went elsewhere. Once we found the "up" escalators and a small sign that pointed to dining, we found a nice outdoor space and what could best be described like a bougie mall food court.

My first food hall visit in ATL. This was such a good burger. The smell coming from their kitchen is what grabbed me as I walked by, and I was glad my burger was cooked medium as requested. The sweet potato fries were mouth watering.

Came here wanting to try something new. Got the burger of the week, the Cajun Burger. The patty was thick, but not many toppings. The Creole mayo really gave it all it's flavor. The fries were standard, but good. $16 for a somewhat plain burger & fries is a little high though.

Was starving and I got the beef burger. It seemed the most filling and with the fries, it surely was. The bacon jam made a huge difference. Very good. But the burger became flimsy quickly. The fries were very thick and yummy. The drink selection seemed nice but the strawberry lemonade was extremely tart. Not very enjoyable. The customer service was nice but the overall price was kinda high. Nonetheless, I enjoyed visiting and trying a new dish.

Tried burger of the month (bison, hot salad , fried green tomatoes with pub cheese , fried pickles and Brussels. Food was just okay - great passion fruit Fresca. Cheese was very strong , bison itself was good - fried green tomatoes was too slimy - took out bread and wiped off cheese. Brussels needed more seasoning

Listen, I got my toddler a plain cheeseburger (meat, cheese, buns). That burger tasted so good I almost ate the whole thing. A burger that plain had no business being so good.

It may not look like much, but this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while! Down side. All sides cost extra and it was not very big. Definitely filling though! Atmosphere is amazing!

So there's a food hall that you have plenty to pick from, and one day I was there and I picked this. I was not disappointed at all. The brussel sprouts were good, had to ride them on a char and the right amount of cheese on them. The aioli that came with them was good as well. Had the standard burger and fries, also very good. Pretty filling, as you can see in the picture is pretty hefty. Have to wait quite a bit of time though, which was really weird because it wasn't a lot of people lined up, but I guess that just was what it was. But overall, the burger, the quality was good.

It's ok if you want to spend $20 for a combo burger, fries, n coke that's a little on the salty side. What also sucks is they already shut down the grill at 9pm. Hours say open until 10 and they have a sign that says they're open. But no. It's one of the first vendors you see when you first enter the food hall, so they have a good location. This is located in the politan row food hall walking distance to curio hilton and other hotel area. So anticipate things to be a little bit on the expensive side. Probably lots of business people coming through from conferences.

Politan Row has definitely never been my first choice but I came here after work with some friends for a happy hour. I was on the hunt for something small and quick to eat for a snack. After walking around and not loving anything, I came up Federal Burger with $5 fried pickles! That was absolutely perfect for me. I walked right up to the counter and was able to place my order quickly. The pickles came out in 5 minutes or so and were served with a side of ranch. It was great portion too and would have been perfect for a shared snack. The pickles were lightly bread and steaming hot and the ranch was a great addition! It was all a little salty but nothing too overwhelming. Overall, would love to get more things in the menu after a positive experience.

I would never ever ever order something from here again honestly! Got the fried chicken sandwich lemon pepper and the pieces of chicken are super thin! It's not seasoned, the fries were BLAND, I asked for salt, my salt had wondering mystery items so I didn't use it. The chicken tenders were also boo-boo. The person at the front hardly listened cause he had his headphones in was staying on his phone the entire time. Horrible customer service. The only reason it's even getting 2 stars is because they might have one up on me since I haven't eaten since the night prior. My expectations were a lot higher and just fell short in every way possible.

I've tried the turkey burger and the fried chicken sandwich several times. Both are delicious. I love that I can add my own toppings. The chicken is tender on the inside with a nice crisp coating. Good seasoning on the chicken as well. Love the brussel sprouts. Fries are good. Service is cool. Wait time is pretty decent.

I'll give it 3 stars just to stay consistent with others. It was a very good burger just wish it wasn't so sloppy. As in it didn't hold together when I was trying to eat it. Good, but I'm not pressed to get it again.

Ok burger and poutine. $30 for lunch is kinda crazy though. The tipping default was set to something like $5 for someone to take an order at the counter, so double check that

Food was fresh & hott (burger was somewhat messy- maybe that's how it's suppose to be) Service could use a little improvement. Young "fella" didn't greet or speak to us, didn't know about the "Xtra" fees they add to the tab. Didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink, Love the Ambiance of the "square". People just out & about & enjoying life (now that Rona is almost a "thing of the past"). I would visit again and be more specific with my order. Oh friends ordered the Brussel sprouts & they were poppin-Yummmm!

Had a veggie burger today and it was delicious! And the fries were good too! Even like today, was a busy day but I still got my food within 10 minutes! I highly recommend this place.

Order from Uber eats and it was bad, not even appetizing. I end up ordering instacart it was so bad.

Poor attention to food sensitivities. Two out of my four visits here I ordered a gluten-free bun and was given a regular one. The first time I ate it before I realized. The second time when I told them this they tried to charge me extra for the gluten-free bun. If you got my order wrong I've already been inconvenienced, so ideally you should be offering me a discount, not charging me more. I don't like having to double-check my orders, so I won't be back.
