Federal Donuts

Ok donuts - were very greasy. Had high expectations...Didn't really like the hot sugar donuts but the cake-like donuts tasted better, a bit more flavour (mostly just glazed toppings, nothing fancy) Tempted to try the fried chicken - will update review if I go back! Service was good, nice employees.

Stopped in before work on opening day and was welcomed by the super friendly staff. The artisan donut movement has been fun, but a hot off the oil donut covered in flavored sugar is a totally new experience! The hot strawberry lavender is eye-opening and the blueberry marscopone fancy donut is another one I'll be coming back to. Top it off with a cold brew and my morning was made! Can't wait to see the ever changing menu and a new rivalry in the Wynwood donut scene.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere. Good customer service. Droughts were fresh and good tasting. Cons: Chicken was tender and juicy but on the small side for $11. No parking and only 3 tables if your eating in. Over all worth a try if your looking for a new spot.

This is all that's left of our giant fried chicken meal. Absolutely one of the best fried chicken I've had in my life and the donuts are out of this world. Plus the place is run by a couple good old Philly boys, it's just like being back home. Thanks for the amazing food and service!

Small trendy store. Great donuts and very original recipe for their chicken.
