GPS doesn't tell you it's inside Walgreens.

Very poor customer service experience regarding sending medicine i take fed ex overnight. Person never scheduled my pickup because my pharmacy had an old account, and didn't remember account number. Was transferred to some guy with slovick accent who Guaranteed my delivery next day. Pharmacy called, no one showed, so used alternative carrier. Will be a cold day in hell before I use fed ex

They are polite folks.Just to let you know they do not do any packing, but the UPS store on St Lucie West Blvd, does. My friend just brought in a piece of artwork and FedEx couldn't help her. I had a problem, in the past, with staff not having the knowledge to send a self addressed, pre-paid envelope to a B&B, in Maryland, where I left my phone charger. It was too bad because this phone needed the plug-in piece to work correctly and is a lot more than I would have had to pay to send this envelope, to get it back. The employee simply could not figure out how to do it and would not call anyone for help. She just said that it was the machine's fault🤔

This really isn't a FedEx location. You're better off going to a dropoff box as Walgreens has no supplies for FedEx. Supplies meaning envelopes. Your package has to be completely boxed and label attached. Very disappointed.

I didn't visit, just got the phone number. But, I do appreciate they're service.

Very rude and unprofessional experience more deserving of a -5 rating. Don't waste your time going here

The customer service is excellent! You can know where is you document or packet because they are sending to your @mail tracking information.
